I recharge the mobile with 220 rupees on Dec 9, 2014 and in the morning it reduce to 0 and RCOM customer service was unable to track my details as usual system down. After on unable to connect to 198. And when I tried *333 they inform me that they don't have access to know the detail older than 3 days. What should I do?? Please help me on this. Thanks, Ashwani

    I am Akhil Sharma. I recharged my mobile yesterday at 3:04 am, but I didn't receive the success message. The recharge was for 3g internet package (156rs) and the money is also deducted from my SBI internet banking account. I just received this message " Dear customer, your request cannot be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience. Thank you reliance". How can I try again if my balance is already deducted. From PayTm, my mobile is recharged successfully, but my 3G balanced isn't increasing. How can recharge request couldn't be processed? I contacted customer care more than 10 times and every time I've received the same reply " Our server is down and we cannot retrieve your information. Please call again later in a couple of hours or in a few minutes". Some of the customer care executives even said that I should call them again, as they cannot solve my problem and the call will be transferred to another person. Really? Can't you even directly transfer my call? If you can't accept the recharge request, then refund my money or fill my balance.
    This is disgusting!!! Please refund my money which I paid you via SBI
    NETBANKING or recharge my mobile.

      I am Kavita Patil and my no is [protected]. Yesterday I had recharged for 150 rs today i observed that you are deducting my balance for no reason... I am using data but i have data balance. Again today by evening I recharged for 80 Rs.. I lost more than 200 Rs since yesterday for no service.. I contacted customer care for more than 5 times I am not getting any proper response. right now I am left with 0 balance I am worried to recharge it again. I expect prompt reply and solution for my problem. If not I will have to take necessary steps. Hope you will hear me and refund my money.

        reliance is continously stealing my balance from last 3 months. Even after repetitive complaints, today my 9 bugs have been deducted for 10 day caller tune. Am i a fool to pay for 3rd class reliance jingle tune even after giving deactivation requests? Someone look into this matter and have my balance credited back for this month as well as last month. Also penalize these thiefs.

        Even after a year, this issue has not been solved, every month, my balance of Rs.30/- is getting deducted, last deduction is on 19-september 2015 for caller tune service.

        Cant you people understand that I dont want caller tune service from last 1 year.

I like to inform that i have received above SMS.i have promptly paid My Payment at Reliance Web store Limited, Perundurai Road, Erode. Receipt No: S[protected], Payment Mode : Cash Rs.970.00 (Rupees Nine Hundred and Seventy Only) on 07.08.2014. Service By : Deepika.M.and i given Request letter at the same Store regarding my post paid connection convert to prepaid connection that office manager request me for ID and Adders Proof i given my Driving License Xerox copy I paid Rupees 970.00 Instead of Rs.770.00 i have Xerox copy of the letter. I know Reliance peoples Work ethics. After your frequent SMS i went to that Reliance Web Store The store was closed and given Frenches to two Local peoples. I Searched and finally saw the reliance shop Near Amman Oil Mills. I present my Problem and showed my Bills and every things. Finally the people tolled me My payment have credited to some other person account. I have approached several time through Reliance cust0mercare through Mails and Phone Calls. Check your Chennai Number [protected] and check your Reliance Customer Care<rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com> Mail. You have not taken any steps regarding my problem. On the contrary you are pressure me to make a payment or preparing Legal Notice. Request letter Dated : 07.08.2014 convert my data cord from Post paid to pre paid at-least by now. Otherwise I have no other alternative to take the matter in to customer Again i received phone call from advocate Yadave Delhi Mobile Number.[protected] He tolled me to pay Rs.1200.00 for out of court settlement to avoid Mental agony i paid that amount OTC code.60704 dated 12.11.2014. i asked her for case details Name of the court he could not answer my petition. kindly resolve and send me my amount.               My reliance broadband was not working in 2013 in the month of Jan onwards for this I have already made a written compliant in a mail Mail already forwarded to Partik Associate ( Recovery Agent). I have all the details of thee same. I cancelled my services and as per the agreement I should not be paying for the service not rendered. I also had visited Mr Shailendra Sharma (Working in Reliance Office) at that time. The compliant was acted and closed in favor of me. Now they send me a outstanding dues via legal notice. I also responded to one Mr Vinayak from Pratik ( email : reliance.[protected]@pratikgroup.co.in) and he said he will investigate, however this seems to be going nowhere. They are fleecing consumers for the shabby services they gave all the while and further I had never used the data from the said connection. Please help me on this issue. Regards, Binu Mathew

                As usual I am registering my complaint again, As I am registering my complaint two time in a week on consumer forum, Even it’s a part of job now to raise a complaint to reliance Care for their fraud, yesterday again 30 Rs. Has been deducted for caller tune services, I just saw deduction sms today, Hence raising my complaint..!!!

                Every time some kind of VAS services gets activated and money gets deduct, And it’s a routine, Reliance has world worse telecommunication services.

                There was a time we were using 15 numbers of reliance along with two landlines, Now we are using one number, all we have transferred into other operators…

                This is my number – [protected] (Getting used by my mother) is 300 rs black and white phone, she is no use of phone other then receiving and making calls, then why every time without our concern VAS services gets activated…

                Please register my complaint and please return our deducted money back, and block our number for every VAS service please,

                We don’t want any VAS services on this number please….Please I need my money back now.

                Again I am requesting please register this number is VAS
                Service block Portal, I don’t want any VAS services again on this number. !!!

                  yesterday around 4:30 pm i was having more than 220 rs. balance in my phone and suddenly i checked my balance from*367# there was 0.06 rs balance only and i was trying to call customer representative from last many days i am not unable to contact on *333 and 198, these are the toll free numbers of reliance . then from my friends reliance number i contact to customer care he told me that within 6 hours you will get your balance and within 48 hrs you will be able to contact to customer care too. as they told me more than 6 hours has been done and no balance is there and yesterday in night i mail also them and i got reply too that i am sending as image downwards. please help me to get my balance

                    Sir today 11 dec I recharged my number [protected] with Rs 95 in Jalandhar PUNJAB, recharge was successful but I didnot get any 3G balance.I called customer care but they didnot do anything.Now when Iam trying they are not picking up my phone.I think they are cheating. Every time Iam calling I have been put to hold.Please help me out here sir. After 3 Days they will not accept this so please complain as soon as possible.

                      Today it's been a very bad experience of mine with reliance communications.Three days ago i recharged my account with 3G pack of 492INR.that get finished within 3 days to my surprice.Today i again recharged it by 156INR pack for 1GB data and and this time its gone with in 15 min.What the hell is this.what you people are doing.Even they deducted my main balance which i just recharged in a thought that it 3G data will work only when there will be a minimum calling balance. Its really pathetic that this type of things are done by such a brand.Are you people are not ashamed of what you are doing. I tried to call Rel care *333, 45minutes i wasted and i was in line but your so called customer care never picked the call.You people are really shame on workmanship.i again call 198 toll free and asusual same thing happen.such a lethargic way to treat your customer.You people are behaving like lazy govt offices. I send them mails on there official mail address but these shameless creatures even don't care to reply on that. I don't understand why Anil Ambani don't shut down this waste of company.or govt should put ban on them. Anyways i want a solution for this.This is totally non professional way of doing business.Hoping that Reliance communication is not under any debt .                         i have reliance prepaid sim. sim no is [protected].this was started in last week of aug 2013.reliance comunication charges around 500+ rupees as value added services .they never stop these services .first time when we call customer care they attend call first time when you say about your problem they return your money but don't deactive value added services.next day some balance down due to value added services and u call again customer care they never recieve call . i am not satisfied ur services .

                          I have recharged the data pack of Rs.177 on Mob No - [protected] GSM prepaid on 8/12 on which i have got 1 GB data usage, but on 9 Dec i have received the msg in which all the data usage & my mob balance became NIL . Thereafter, i contacted the customer care where they have assured me that my balance & data usage will be refunded within 6 hour and given the complain no of[protected], but when after one day no refund of balances, i therafter contacted Bihar jharkhand customer care senior executive through customer care & they also reassured me of the refund but till today that is 11/12 i have neither got my Mob balance nor data pack refunded . I have taken reliance sim just two day before this & got into this trouble . Try to resolve the issue this as early as possible & refund the amount

                            On the month of October I had gone to the Burdwan Reliance store to buy a Postpaid GSM connection for me. Before buy I told to the Reliance representative (Name: Neil Choudhury) that I want to buy a number of my own choice ONLY otherwise I will not buy. At first the representative gave me a sim card of a temporary number ([protected]) and told me to choose a particular number which I want in a numbers list on his computer screen. I choose a number([protected]) from his computer screen. In that time in the office the representative Neil Choudhury told me that the temporary number([protected]) will be change to my choiced number ([protected]) shortly within 24 hours. The temporary number will be stay until the 24 hours only and after that it will be change to the new number which I choosed([protected]). As per the advice of the representative I bought the sim and wait for 48 hours but the number was not changed after 2 days also. Then I had gone to the Burdwan Reliance Store and ask him that why my number has not changed? The representative Neil Choudhury behaved with me very badly and replied he cannot change my number([protected]) to the choicable number([protected]) due to some technical issue. The representative gave me a new sim card and told me to choice again a new number on his computer screen. Then I choose a number([protected]) I got the choicable number just then. I asked the representative that what I will do with the previous sim card ([protected])? The representative Neil Choudhury replied “Keep it with you!”. Further I asked him that “If it will occur any problem then what I will do in future? Why you are giving me the second sim card([protected]) regarding my same document address? Because the bill cycle of the previous sim card([protected]) was started from the first day and after using 5 days you are giving me the second sim card([protected]) regarding my document ”?? The representative Neil Choudhury replied me, “The Previous number([protected]) which has not changed, it will automatically terminated in few days.” As per his advice I am using my number [protected]. On the 2nd Dec I have paid rupees of 1000/- to this number [protected]. After paid I see the number is deactivated, where my number should active. After my paid the other representatives told me that they cannot do anything and I have to pay more rupees of 2049/- because the number [protected] has merged with my number [protected]. I call to the Neil Choudhury and he replied the problem can solve only the new representatives in the Reliance Burdwan store and he told me further he don’t know me. It is a inferior service provided by Reliance Burdwan Store representatives and I am requesting to take action against the representative of reliance Mr. Neil Choudhury and activate my connection([protected]) or give me the rupees of 1000/-. Otherwise I am going to log a FIR in Burdwan police station against Reliance Store Burdwan about my issue. The new representatives has come in Reliance Store Burdwan and they are also ask me to log complaint against the representative Mr. Neil Choudhury in Consumer Court Forum to highlight this issue and to get my rupees. They are not taking any responsibilities and claiming against the representative Mr. Neil Choudhury behind this issue. They are saying further that the Reliance representative Mr. Neil Choudhury has done many cash related imbalanced issues in the Reliance Burdwan Store for these reasons Neil has chased from the Reliance Store, Burdwan. Sir, I hope you have also understood that I am not responsible for the merging the two numbers regarding my document, So, I want to get back my money or activate my number [protected], I hope you understood how much I have harassed by Reliance representative. So kindly help me to activate my number [protected] or give me my money of rupees 1000/-.

My modem is not working properly i visited service center they denied to service my modem.                                 On 1st week of August 2014, i had purchased a reliance datacard. Within a week i got network issues on this. So i had locked a complaint on 22nd Aug 2014 at reliance customer care. But i did not got any response from their side. After that i locked a complaint on reliance customer care number. Without using their service at all they had provided me the bill on the basis of pro-database record. So know i just want to reimburse my bill with no dues remaining.

                                  They sent me UPC 20 times...and charged 50p everytime all of a sudden. >.< Late service...very late. This is why i want to quit Reliance... Atleast finally they have sent me the code so that i can port to another network. Have been using reliance for 10 years now.

                                  Reasons for porting:
                                  -Incoming calls dont get through and keep dropping
                                  -Internet is very slow and does not work a lot of times
                                  -When balance reaches below Rs.20 and I call up someone, a miss call happens and call gets dropped.
                                  -Network issues during travel(a lot of network issues)
                                  -Customer care responses very vague and irresponsible(unable to get through after 2 calls)

Rs. 1 lakh paid by that time as initial deposit amount. But now government and TRAI also reduced deposit amount 1 lakh to 50k.                                       I had been using two Reliance 3G connections, i) USB data card ([protected]) and ii) SIM card ([protected]), for which I had never failed to pay the bill amounts. The problem started in August 2014, when the 3G connection speed for both the connections were so poor (I was getting data speed in the range of 10 Kbps -- checked with www.speedtest.net) that I registered complaints with the Reliance customer care. The first complaint was registered at around 10th-Aug 2014. [I have copy of the emails sent to Reliance customer care, in case needed as proof]. Then series of complaints have been registered with Reliance customer care seeking fast resolution of speed issue. The problem with the speed did not get resolved even after several complaints. And finally one day an executive from the customer care said that the problem was happening due to their network, which was undergoing repair. Then I heard nothing from them... the problem persisted. [I have details of the www.speedtest.net throughput results taken with test servers located closest from my location for both the connections]. Finally after suffering with the Internet connections for more than a month, I gave up. Then began the real nightmare.. people from Reliance billing started calling up and asking for payment of outstanding bill amounts. When I narrated them the problem, they hung up the phone. Reliance started sending me ebills for the outstanding amount, along with late fine etc. although the connections have been terminated long ago. And two days back one person from Reliance Billing called up and in abusive language threatened to send legal notice for non-payment of outstanding bill amount.

                                        Dear Reliance, With utmost grief and after lot of frustation I would like to say "IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TO PORT MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE TO RELIANCE". I would like to say following points. a. I got my number ported from "RELATION SALES CORPORATION" by 1000 Rs security deposit.They quoted that on 899 Rs you will get unlimited calling(STD, local). I have the postpaid reckoner provided by them and send you the copy too. It really says that.Unlimited...A BIG BIG LIE..(Its 6000 mins, not unlimited)...I lodged complaint in reliance customer care(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end), and after 2 days they say complaints is resolved...Would like to know what action you have taken for the complaint which your customer care doesn't provide.. b. Again a BIG BIG LIE from reliance customer care associate --> Sir 1499 plan provides unlimited calls and unlimited data..So I changed my plan from 899 to 1499..Later discovered that its not unlimited... IS RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FULL FRAUD?? Lodged complaint against your associate(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end). Would like to know what resolution you have taken? C. RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATES ARE IRRESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, even UNTRAINED - Even senior customer care executives and floor supervisers disconnect the calls after putting the customer on hold (Mind it sir, its not because of poor network - you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end) or check the call logs on 8th December 2014...Would like to know IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER?????? TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE SIR... D. Now come to climax of the story - Your 3G Internet is not able to play a video on you tube...3G signals come for 1 minute and then go for 5 minutes...lodged a complaint on 28th November(Complaint number[protected] which says that your complaint will be resolved in next 4 days...Installed atleast 10 times internet settings which your customer care provides..had GPRS settings from your technical department...but nothing worked..Now after 10 days(insted of 4 days) got a message that you complaint is resolved..But the network issue remains the same... And best part is you call to customer care and explain the issue, they transfer the call to their seniors and then sharply disconnect the call(Adding the fuel to customers anger.. I think you guys want to say customer 'DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, WE WILL NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM')..Check the logs on 8th December 2014. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS RELIANCE??? HOW MUCH CAPABLE RELIANCE IS?? IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF RELIANCE, I WILL SUGGEST INSTEAD OF MALIGNING YOUR IMAGE, JUST STOP TELECOM BUSINESS... Would like to ask few questions -- 1. I am the ultimate sufferer...Sir I have daily online meetings and classes...since 29th november, because of reliance I am suffering.. Will you compensate the loss which I have suffered because of reliance??? 2. If you are not able to solve my internet connectivity issue - Provide my security amount(1000 rs) back, stop all services from reliance. Let me port the number to some other network(which is possible after 90 days). I dont want to wait for 90 days.. Complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]..                                         But the problem still remains - My 3G network is fluctuating(comes for 10 sec and then go for 2 mins).

                                        I dont want your support, i dont need your plans, no internet, no service...
                                        I think you guys are not capable enough...

                                        Yes sir, I was not reachable from 20-28th December not only to you but to all persons who were dialing my number.
                                        Because your esteemed reliance network is not available(at the places where vodafone was available, Airtel was available, Aircel was available, Uninor was available, but your great network was not available sir...)

                                        Earlier my trouble was I was not able to use internet as 3G speed keeps on fluctuating, but since last 9 days, I was not able to connect on call also...Missed my office calls, Missed my online meetings, etc..just because of your network...

                                        Now Sir your level of service has crossed all limits...
                                        Now I would like to file a case against your services...I will not let anybody to go like this and play with my time...

                                        Take the necessary action whatever you have to take, I would like to have porting code asap..
                                        Got the point...No problem rectification, no more calls to rectify anyting...Just the porting code...

                                        I had similar experience with Reliance. I had purchased NetConnect dongle couple of years back. It hardly worked at my home. When I called their customer service agent the always made an excuse that some upgradation work is going on my area. I have tried Reliance in several other places (Pune, Chennai etc) but I found that Internet speed is very slow and most often it does not work. This reminds me of days when we have to use telephone lines to connect to Internet and that too for a slow speed.

                                        Reliance is just fooling around with people selling their crappy technology and product to people. I think it is high time people should realized that companies like Reliance cannot fool people with their false promises and deceptive offerings.
