Dear Reliance,
With utmost grief and after lot of frustation I would like to say "IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TO PORT MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE TO RELIANCE".
I would like to say following points.
a. I got my number ported from "RELATION SALES CORPORATION" by 1000 Rs security deposit.They quoted that on 899 Rs you will get unlimited calling(STD, local). I have the postpaid reckoner provided by them and send you the copy too. It really says that.Unlimited...A BIG BIG LIE..(Its 6000 mins, not unlimited)...I lodged complaint in reliance customer care(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end), and after 2 days they say complaints is resolved...Would like to know what action you have taken for the complaint which your customer care doesn't provide..
b. Again a BIG BIG LIE from reliance customer care associate --> Sir 1499 plan provides unlimited calls and unlimited data..So I changed my plan from 899 to 1499..Later discovered that its not unlimited... IS RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FULL FRAUD?? Lodged complaint against your associate(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end). Would like to know what resolution you have taken?
C. RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATES ARE IRRESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, even UNTRAINED - Even senior customer care executives and floor supervisers disconnect the calls after putting the customer on hold (Mind it sir, its not because of poor network - you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end) or check the call logs on 8th December 2014...Would like to know IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER?????? TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE SIR...
D. Now come to climax of the story - Your 3G Internet is not able to play a video on you tube...3G signals come for 1 minute and then go for 5 minutes...lodged a complaint on 28th November(Complaint number[protected] which says that your complaint will be resolved in next 4 days...Installed atleast 10 times internet settings which your customer care provides..had GPRS settings from your technical department...but nothing worked..Now after 10 days(insted of 4 days) got a message that you complaint is resolved..But the network issue remains the same...
And best part is you call to customer care and explain the issue, they transfer the call to their seniors and then sharply disconnect the call(Adding the fuel to customers anger.. I think you guys want to say customer 'DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, WE WILL NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM')..Check the logs on 8th December 2014.
HOW PROFESSIONAL IS RELIANCE??? HOW MUCH CAPABLE RELIANCE IS?? IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF RELIANCE, I WILL SUGGEST INSTEAD OF MALIGNING YOUR IMAGE, JUST STOP TELECOM BUSINESS...
Would like to ask few questions --
1. I am the ultimate sufferer...Sir I have daily online meetings and classes...since 29th november, because of reliance I am suffering.. Will you compensate the loss which I have suffered because of reliance???
2. If you are not able to solve my internet connectivity issue - Provide my security amount(1000 rs) back, stop all services from reliance. Let me port the number to some other network(which is possible after 90 days). I dont want to wait for 90 days..

Sir I dont have time to call again and again to your customer care and talk to unprofessional people..Please take this complaint on high priority, otherwise believe me sir i am not going to pay a single penny of your bill..Come to the court for that...
