Dear sir i have transfered to another location so please block my sim card no. [protected]. Sir so many times i am asking to your customer care exicutive but they dint provide me information about it.I am getting another sim card year so kindly block my previous sim card as soon as possible.       I was a prepaid customer of reliance netconnect+ for a few months. After some days, their represetative approached me to go for a postapid plan of about 1300 Rs for 3 months. The payment needed to be done in advance, which i did. I availed the service for 3 months and at the end of the third month i got an email from Reliance Communications about the expiry date of the plan. But i didn't want to continue the pathetic service anymore, so i decided not to use the modem anymore. After this communication, directly i got a call after two and a half month that my amount was due. I asked them about it and relized that they had activated a plan without notifying me in advance and charging me for the data usage which i didn't. Afterwards they started harassing me with their representatives calling me about the additional late payment charge and somehow they managed to swell the bill to Rs 1153. The height of harassment was reached when they slapped a Lok adalat notice and have asked me to be present at Pune district court on 13-12-14.

        I bought a new reliance sim (Mob No:[protected]) from "Be in Touch" Realtors, a purchase shop in Gangothri circle, BTM Lay out 1st stage, Bangalore - 560078. I have submitted 3 proofs one after the other as shopkeeper told me that earlier proof was rejected. I took sim card on Nov 9th. But till now it did not get activated. When I asked him repeatedly I am not getting any answer from him. He told me to call "Lokesh" reliance sales manager in Bangalore area with Mobile number [protected]. When I contacted him I got worst response I have ever got. He is saying he will not activate my sim card, do what ever i want. This is ridiculous answer. There was no proper reason to not activate my sim. I don't know what happened to proofs also. Shop keeper not giving my proofs back. I don't know whom should I contact now. If you are able to resolve my issue please do it. I am new customer for reliance I will expect some service from reliance.

          I was a Reliance Netconnect+ User in Pune. I recently terminated my connection ([protected]) and my final bill was received for which the due date was 3rd December 2014. I had paid the bill on 1st December 2014 well before the Due Date which 3rd December 2014. I received a Legal E-notice from Reliance Legal asking me to be present for a Pre-Litigation in LokAdalat due to non-payment of the bill amount on 1st and 2nd of December 2014. Reliance should not send a notice until the User has surpassed his Bill due date without paying the bill. This is a very unethical way of threatening Customers who still normally pay their bill in time. Even after replying them back and mailing Customer Care on the same day I paid the bill with the Receipt No., I still get the same notice on the next day. They will not provide any response from their side stating the matter is resolved nor they have apologised for the same. Regards, Nishant Lakdawala

            Dear Sir, I was using the data card [protected] since Apr 2013 but in the Month of Aug 2014 I was transferred to Gujrat at Padva village. The data card was not working there due to non availability of Tower & there was no network. I did lodge a Compliant with your customer care Ms Kavita ( Customer care No[protected] on dated 25 Aug regarding No Network issue. She told me to get the roaming activated and services with tower will be installed within 7 days. I tried my best to get the services but same was available in Bhavnagar City areas. But unfortunately the tower was there and Bill started coming as usual. Ultimately I raised a Termination Request vide Request No[protected] dated 30.10.2014 and talked to Ms Sampa ( Customer Executive) to initiate the Termination. She assured me that the termination would be initiated after 15 days and Rs. 43.50 Bill would be charged towards termination charges and after 7 days all the docs & Data Card will be terminated for ever. But After 15 days there was no call or confirmation. Again contacted Ms Sampa and Ravi on the same customer care No and got to know that the termination request has been closed and my Data card is Bared for services without any docs and I need to submit the request again. I did that one again but the same not yet confirmed to me. I have received a Monthly Bill of Rs. 336.00 on dated 30.11.2014 without any services and contacted your customer care executive Mr. Nitin who did not want to listen to me and nor connected any body senior to him. On dated 02.12.2014 I contacted that Ms.Sampa again and wanted to know the reason of billing and not gettting my data card terninated - She informed that the same is still bared for services and I had been charged for Min Rs.336.00 without any services and did not want to take any kind of complaint. I got the call through to Mr. Ravi of her senior and got the complaint Registered vide No[protected] dated 02.12.2014 for the following reasons - 1. NO services avaiable in Padva Village of Gujrat in Bhavnagar Dist as there is no Tower and network. 2. Inproportionate billing even after shifting the data card to other locations with roaming activation. 3. Non - acceptance of Termination requests even after repeated complaint 4. Mis-behaviour of customer Care executives ( Mr. Nitin, Sampa, and Ravi). They had been using all kind of threatening language and told me to get the matter resolved in court. 5. There is document issues and payment related pending issues not communicated to me till date. You are therefore requested to terminate my Data Card [protected] without any delay and get me relieved from your kind services with immediate effect please With Regards Joydeb Majumder - Alternate No [protected]

            Dear Sir,

            kindly look into the matter of Billing for the last 3 Months without any services rendered to me. The Monthly Billing of nearly total amount of 3000.00 had been incurred from my side to close the connection and get the termination process completed. Kindly do the same without any more time and lets close the issue of connectivity on my name without any future bills being generated please

            I have in constant touch with your customer care for the last three months to get the Broad Band Connection terminated. But there is no action and again the bill of Rs.336 has been generated. Please close it urgently and I am not using that data card anymore as that has been in non-active mode for the last 3 months. There is no tower or network in Padva Village of Gujrat resulting no use of that data card please. You are generating the Bills unnecessary and wasting my time and money.

              मेरा नाम पियूष है, मै Reliance का नंबर [protected] इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूँ । Reliance पिछले एक महीने से मेरे रिलायंस के सिम से बिना किसी बात के पैसे काट रही है और जब मै Customer Care *333 पे कॉल करता था तो पैसे वापिस कर देती थी लेकिन एक हफ्ते से उसने ज्यादा पैसे काटने शुरू कर दिए और मेरा Customer Care पे इनकमिंग काल भी Deactivate कर दी है जिस से मै Customer Care पे बात नही कर पा रहा और Daily 5 Rs. काट रही है। मुझे मेरे पैसे रिफंड किए जाए और मुझे जवाब दिए जाए की पैसे कुई काट रही है

                I am new customer of Reliance Pro3, i was not getting network connectivity from 26th Nov 14 in Bangalore location. I had been giving a call to customer care and they were giving constant answer that "our network team is working on network up-gradation and it will get resolve in 2hours". Today is fourth day even when i gave a call while writing the review got a rely the same (today is fourth day with same reply). If network up-gradation is scheduled, Reliance must have send us a SMS saying the same but i got no SMS/call. The most interesting was, Reliance team had no idea how long their team is going to work to resolve the issue. Even had multiple calls with Escalation team but with no proper answer. Please let me know how to cancel the data card connection. Even during initial two days(first two days of connection) i was facing slow speed issue promised speed up to 14.7Mbps but in reality i was getting around 500 Kbps to 1Mbps hardly.

                I got a call from Reliance on 8th but not on 5th, Issue of Pro3 is still the same in Bangalore.
                As i discussed with your associate i will wait for 3more days before taking any decision.
                I was supposed to get a call after three days (as per call agreement) still didn't get a call yet. Issue of Network connectivity is still persist in Bangalore location. It seems that you are just giving a reply here to show that you are concerned about customer issues. I n reality it is not working any where. Could you let me know the way to get response from you/your team?

I got SMS( WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER BILLDESK AINB[protected] /RELIANCECOM M/ TRANSFER TO 87671042.) .Meanwhile my transaction had been failed and the amount had been deducted from my bank account and by checking my bill status its still pending, so kindly take necessary action regarding this issue and either return my amount or provide me the bill for the payment.

                  Continuously My Transaction had been failed for 2 days and they deducted total amount of Rs898.88(449.44+449.44).I don't know whats the problem is going on Reliance Service.

                    On 20th of September I had taken a broadband connection by paying Rs.1956 BY CHECK which later I got to know that I was charged excess in terms of VAT and Service charge. After that I got a bill of RS.690 for just 20 days, though I had taken a 699 pack of 2 Mbps unlimited data for one month. Then for the next month that is from 11th Oct to 11th Nov, I got a bill of Rs.930, but before I could pay that my Internet connection stopped working from the 26th of November. I went to complain to their office where I was told that my check of Rs. 1956 got bounced so they disconnected my service, and I was asked to pay a cash amount there. Also when I asked about the excess bill, I was told that I was being charged for some landline connection which I never even had. I did not pay the amount. I then called my concerned bank to confirm about the same, where I was shocked to hear that there was no such check bounce issue. I am extremely frustrated with all these. And I want the reliance people to solve this matter at high priority, I have lost all my calm and patience by calling them hundred times and going to their office equal number of times. I want my internet to be working just fine, and a refund of all the excess amount that I have been charged since the time of installation.

                    Also FYI, I went to the Reliance Office yesterday where again I was told that my check has been misplaced by them.

                    What's going on? Do you think I'm a fool or something? What kind of irresponsibility is this?
                    Oh my God. I can't believe this. I get a call from Reliance people saying that they cannot take care of what is going on in entire Maharashtra and telling me that they will activate my service immediately, which is still not done. Also telling me to repay the Installation charge again by today evening. The number from which I got the call is [protected]. I do not want your service anymore, and I also want my money to be refunded asap. Stop harassing people this way.

                          I was having a CDMA connection for 3 years and I was happy with this. I switched over to GSM in September 2014 and I am having full of problems. Recently, I recharged during November: Rs.200 + Rs.200+ Rs.91+Rs.30 and I hardly used the mobile. But when I want to make a call, the get the message, you have insufficient balance, recharge your account. I am surprised, when the amount has gone! I request you to send me the statement from the date of switching over to GSM. and also let me know the best plan.

                              HI, I had ported my Airtel Number [protected] to Relaince on 21st Nov 2014, My number is active but i didn't received SIM and its more then 10 days, Relaince store Executives from Patel Nagar Branch committed that i will receive my SIM within 23 or 24th Nov 2014, But their services are so good that it didn't happened yet. I had a word with executive on Thursday they said it will be delivered by Friday evening, on Friday they said it will be delivered on Saturday & on Saturday they said it will be delivered on Sunday, and now they keep on disconnection my call, I don't know how long this story will go but i guess this how reliance serve his customer, I made a big mistake of changing my service provider. Airtel is far better in case of service.I am an event organizer and thay have spoiled my Income of SAT & SUN because my number was out of service and that's because of your their kind nature of work. Below Mentioned number are of so called employees of Patel Nagar Branch who will be after you with there pleasing words and commitment and the moment they receive your documents, They will treat you as if you are a slave to them. They keep on disconnecting you call till u stop calling them.. [protected] [protected] [protected] Hope this will bring some change.. Thanks, Rajdeep Dhar

                                sir, मेरा नाम संजय सिंह मुझे नेट के बारे में बात करना है. हम हर महीने टाइम से बिल पे करते है लेकिन नेट का सर्विस सही से नहीं आता। हर महीने आप लोगो को कॉल करना पड़ता है. कम्प्लेन नोट करना पड़ता है, जो २४ घंटे में भी सही नहीं होता है, आप लोग बस टाइम देते हो, काम नहीं करते, हम पैसे भी दे और बार बार कॉल भी करे क्या ये सही है, आप लोगो की वजह से कितना प्रॉब्लम होती ह आप लोग नहीं समझ सकते है और कस्टमर वाले सही से बात नहीं करते फ़ोन कट कर देते है, नाम है मनोज, राहुल और भी लोगो से बात की हम ने, आप लोग बात करते हो सलूशन नहीं देते हो, तो पैसे किस बात की लेते हो, शर्म नहीं आती आप लोगो को पैसे लेने होते हो तो टाइम से पहले ही कॉल कर देते हो और सर्विस देने की बात आती है तो टाइम देते हो. ये हर महीने की बात है, क्या लगा रखा है आप लोगो ने पैसे क्या फ्री क आते है, हम क्लाइंट का काम लेते और उस को मेल करने को हो तो कही और से करना पड़ता है, और आप लोग मज़ाक बना रखा है, बात की कोई वैल्यू ही नहीं है। आप लोगो की वजह से हम को क्लाइंट की बात सुननी पड़ती है. अगर सर्विस सही से नहीं दे सकते तो नेट कनेक्शन कट कर दीजिये। जरुरत नहीं हम को ऐसे सर्विस की। user id[protected] user name sanjay singh add- c-705 indra nagar lucknow

                                    Hi Sir I am very disappointed and embarassed with your prepaid service.I have been charged approx 105 RS till date through different VAS services.Please note that I have not subscribed any service from my end, your company automatically activated services and deducted my balance for many VAS packs.PFB key points: 1)I have taken reliance prepaied connection Aug 2014, My No. is [protected], for 3G internet as your 3G service is cheaper than other opertaors. 2)On 29 Aug 2014 I got a message from RM-Reliance that Amount Charged for VAS TechzoneSMS RS 1.00, I ignored this as it might be some mistake from your end. 3)But then it continued and I got a lot of deduction sms from your side for the VAS packs which I did not activated.For your information I have all the deduction SMS ready with me for your reference. 4)Then I tried many times to connect to your customer care, but they were not picking my phone.But luckily on 20 Oct 2014 one of the customer care picked up my phone, I explained my problem.He told your problem is genuine.We are sorry for wrong deduction but we can only refund last 3 days amount.He assured that in future it will not happen.I got 2 RS refund only. 5)After then again this problem got started and whenever I filled my prepaid balance, Reliance automatically deduct amount in the name of VAS. 6)But on 30 Nov it was too much Reliance deducted 25 rs from my account for ShortFormatsGSM. I request you to please refund my all the wrongly deducted money in my balance within 1 day.Otherwise I will take legal action against you and also I will go consumer court both offline and online.                                       Hello Team, Greetings. I had recently purchased Reliance Pro 3 (plan 999) and I experience very frequent connection misses very 10 minutes. I planned to use this device for screen sharing and now I'm very sceptical that the same could not be done with available bandwidth. I would like to know from you about the connection speed ( Location Menambakkam - Tambaram, Chennai) in my locality. So please deactivate the services from this number We ask from customer care 198 but there is no response to take the call Kindly deactivate the all un wanted services which are activated by Reliance.
