Dear sir/madam Pls refer subject, u r deducting so many charges in the name of vas, where there is VA's service bit aiis activate on my no.[protected]. I h'v sent so many sms and call customer care to stop deduction of these charges, but everytime same msg that "there is no vas is activate on above no, but charges continuosly deducting. till today there is no solution on my complaint filed on 29/11/2014.
Even still the deduction of charges is continue and there no proper update and refund of my deducted charges and around 40.00 deducted without any reason in various VAS services.
request u that pls arrange to refund the all deducted charges immediately and cnfm me.
expecting u'r quick & positive response.

i h'v not recd any call from Reliance Customer Service associate.
i'am not concern with the above reply from RCOM Care.
and still the charges deduction of VAS is continue.
again requesting u that pls look in to the matter and refund teh deducted charge on priority basis.

regret to inform us that till today VAS Charges deduction is continue in various name e.g.VAS TechzoneSMS S Rs:1.00, VAS VideoStore Rs.:1.00, VAS TechRWCNKVed Rs:0.50, VAS ShemarooVP Rs.:10.00. where as i had never used any VAS service of Reliance, but don't understand that why the charges deduction is continue and not refunding my deducted charges.
again personally requesting u that pls look in to the matter and "STOP" the deduction of any of VAS charges with immediate effect and also Refund all deducted charges urgently.

awaiting & expecting u'r quick and favourable response.

i don't understand that why u r deducting my balance without reason and again & again.
yesterday i had checked my balance after last call made be me it was around 32/- where as today it is without any call / sms it is automatically showing 7.74/- only.
i had made recharged on 07/12/2014 by 80/- (for full talk time), 21/- (for rate cutter of std) and 149/- (for 3 GB net pack for 30 days) and total balance was around 87/- after that i h'v made only 3-4 STD calls to till today and according to me talk value should not more then 20/- to 25/-, so where is my balance amount is around 62/-.
pls check and urgently refund teh money.
but surprised that within 7 days i had lost almost entire talk time without call/sms/VAS.
also still after request for DND activation, VAS charges are also deducting by u.
m quite surprise that how balance will go decrease without any call / sms / net uses / VAS.
now i'am totally frustrated by such type of continuous problems and services provided by u.
pls urgently look in to the matter and arrange to reverse entire deducted charges from recharge date and also provide me the call details, so that i can check wrong deductions made by u from my account.

i need immediate action and refund of entire wrong deductions.

awaiting u'r quick & positive response.

    My Reliance subscriber id is[protected] and from Kochi. I have registered change of address request on Oct 6th. Till Nov 6th they dint took any step, even I went directly to Kadavanthara Reliance Commuications and called to customer service atleast two days once. So I decided and gave a termination request on November 7th, they mentioned within 24hours their backend team will call for processing it but they called on 13th November and pleaded that they will process the change of address within 48hours else they will terminate after 48hours for sure. Latter they didnt called or terminated my internet till present. Whenever I call to customer care they mentioning that they increased the priority and within 24hours they will call to my number. I have registered my alternate number too. On November 29, they gave me a single ring missed call, I again called back but recorded voice only I received, so I called to customer care again, they mentioning as I didnt picked up the call. They sent me bill of 841.58 and due date on 29th November to avoid late fee. Am not interested to pay bill for unused internet and they dint processed my request for over 2months. Servicing is really hectic. Please resolve my complaint. Thank you.

    The complaint is not resolved yet. I asked a solution for my Termination Request made on November 7th as I mentioned in this complaint(major), customer care executive replied as that they will call within 48hours when he called before 3days and yet I havent received a call. Yesterday I again made a call to customer care that you can check with that. Why you are trying to resolve an unworthy request made on Oct 6th as I already registered Termination Request on Nov 7th. I have just explained my situation in this regard on this complaint clearly. Please terminate my Internet, even this request is going to reach one month duration.

        [protected] this is my CDMA post paid number that was 1 year old taken as GSM, recently i converted into CDMA, after one month my number is made off, on 19 nov. when i visited to reliance store at jodhpur char rasta, they need the document and i provided the same, there after daily i visited the store and got the response that next day it will be okay, today after aprrox. 10 days the are saying that ur number is off and u have to go for new, dear mam pls let me know what is my fault that i m suffering, this number is registered at various official account hall of sudden i can not change the number. i m ten year old customer of reliance belongs to madhya pradesh. and in Gujarat i m facing such unexpected service from reliance. pls do help me i[censored] can. thank a lot (Mr. Mohsin is the concern person who was handling this matter: all the staff member of this store is very casual in working) May be it will influence the standard of reliance in gujrat [protected] is my alternate number

          There is no conversation done with your associate but the deducted balance credited by number ( [protected])
          and the same problems occurs " deducted 5.00 VAS IndiatimesVPak on dated 08/12/14 - 6.06 Am and deducted 5.00 VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack on 05.12.14 - 03.41 PM


          this is ridicules to deduct my balance without activation of any type VAS services on my number, so please reimburse my deducted balance

I am taking an oath to not to use any of RELIANCE ADA Service in my life. This is not the way of collection with a common man. Hoping issue will be taken care with immediate resolution. I have already paid the amount with receipt No. AM64176776 Sub: - Proposal of Reliance Communications Ltd, for presenting your dispute with regard to outstanding billing amount of CAF No #[protected], MDN No # [protected] before the Lok-Adalat for determination.                       Hello Sir/Ma'am, I took a new broadband connection of reliance on 1 September 2014. On 1 of october, I shifted to a new place and requested reliance to shift my connection there. I talked to customer care of reliance. firstly, they told me that some action will be taken within 5 days but nothing has been done till now. They are continously sending me the monthly bills and also call me to pay the bill. Today 2 months are over sir, but no action has been taken from their side nor they have informed me anything regarding the matter.                           Dear Sir / Mam Wrong Balance Charged Yesterday ( 27.11.14 ) I Talk on[protected] at 06-30 Pm from My No. [protected] and Deduct balance from my Account around 2.00 Than for clarification i called on 198 at 06-57 Pm and talked with Mr. Prabhat 1st he told me that balance deduct wrongly because i have recharged rooming plan for Rs. 55.00 and after checking carefully he said me that balance deduct is write because i called in home location Whether i am not in Delhi from 04-08-14 to till date Mean i am Regular in Rooming from 04-08-14 I can’t understand the company policy Looking that company think I am Fool You are kind request check my Account and clear the matter As I all ready mailed you many times in previous I faced problem Even i am happy to talk with Mr. Prabhat like him communication power Thanks Mukesh [protected] My Data Card No is [protected] Rsn No. Rztcd[protected] when I Plug in Laptop it shown Network but after a few minutes network shown 0. I plug out again and again, remove software and reinstall but problem is same. Called in customer care not benefit. The customer care Executive suggest me once plug in another computer if i face problem the same Thant mean there is problem in dongle and i should go at service centre. Now I am plug in another Pc ( 28.11.14 at 10.45 Am ) but same problem Dear Departments i want know solution I think there is problem in dongle I want ask you a Question that should i go at service centres or can exchange from reliance web world or can i courier it please for exchange .                             Dear Sir/Madam I have activated WICF699 plan with 2mbps which was also confirmed by your customer care they have also sent me the confirmation through plan picture which i have attached in this mail. But when i am checking it in "my plan" on Reliance Broadband its showing me WICF599 plan with 1mbps screen shot is attached. I have made various complaints to your customer care but seems like they are not understanding my issue. Every time they come up with resolving of other complaints which i have never faced. Its been more than 20 days i am following up with their customer care but its of no use.                                 Sir/Madam, The video store service of Reliance GSM got activated on my mobile number [protected]without my consent, and they are deducting Re 1 per day. There is no service to deactivate the same, and the customer care is not reachable. Please deactivate this service as it is increasing more dissatisfaction towards Reliance GSM.                                   Hi, I have raised a request for termination of my reliance broadband connection in the month of July, 2014. But unfortunately they have started the process of Termination from 3-Aug-2014. Now its almost end of November. Their is no written communication provided by them, every time i am getting a call to pay the bill. But i am not using the service. I am not happy at all the services they are providing. For termination of connection, it may take so long time. I have no words for reliance .Can anybody help me? Its urgent now.                                   Can you please update on the termination status, I have not got any calls for modem submission, i think it again went to idle state, same issue.
                                  I have requested a call so that i can speak to some higher authority from Reliance, i was supposed to get a call within 48 hrs, but nobody called me. Can anybody explain this reason, really disappointed. One more time i am saying please take this request as the priority.

                                      Hi, I am using reliance GSM number [protected] from last 1 years. In last one year reliance have deducted amount from mobile balance. However this time they have deducted around 190 rupees from balance on or after 21 Nov. I have received a message from reliance on 21 Nov that my mobile balance is 190 rupees. After that I have not made call for more than 10 rupees. On 24 Nov when I tried to call from my mobile, It was nil balance. I have called customer care executive lot of time but they are not providing me details for deduction. As per them, they can only see data and they don't see any deduction on 22, 23 and 24 Nov. I have requested them for my outgoing call history ( They charged me 25 rupees for the same), and also there was no call processed after 21 Nov from my mobile. Now I am trying to call their customer care executive but they are not answering my query and I don't have any further team where I can escalate the same. I have proof of reliance mail where they have sent me my outgoing call details, which might help us to go further. Kindly look in this matter as it was happened previously also. Thanks Arvind Soni

                                        Since Oct 1st my broadband internet was not working(Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected]. After repeated 8-10 complaints it was not resolved. Every time I raised a complaint 2 days later the complaint was closed stating that issue is resolved but actually it wasn't resolved. Since Oct 1st I don't have internet connectivity. Finally mid of Oct I raised a complaint for service termination and it was also closed without any resolution. Then I raised the complaint in grahakseva (link: http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/219087/reliance-internet-connectivity-issue ) to which the Reliance associate called me up and said that there is some issue with network and it will soon be resolved; also that the bill for the entire month of Oct will be waived off since there was no service. By Oct end the issue wasn't resolved then I again raised for service termination. Till date there is no update on the request and everyday I get calls and messages for payment of pending bill for the month of October. Why should I pay the bill when there was no service at all? Further it was stated by our executive that the Oct bill will be waived off. And what happened to the termination request? Why am I getting calls and messages everyday for the bill payment?
