Dear Sir, MY number is [protected], I had been one of the customers of Reliance CDMA Services for long .From the last six months they deducted my balance from my prepaid mobile without any prior notice. They activated the services from their end and charged me for the same. I contacted Reliance Communications Customer Care, and requested them to look into the matter, but the results were same. Again and again I called them but they did not take any action. I was very upset with all of this. And I am one of the victims of Reliance Value Added Service.As soon as i make mobile Recharge.I start getting message shemaroo VAS activated, fum maza activated. from last 6 months i am suffering from unwanted vas services without my consent.Daily they are activating a vass services on my number, regularly i am calling to customer care to deaactivate the services and refund the money.I contacted Reliance Customer Care And they didn’t gave me Satisfactory Solution and refund ., Recently on 15 FEB 2014 they had deducted 16 rupees for caller tunes services.I had raise a complain against refund at reliance customer care and comlain number is SR[protected] but i didnt get the refund. they always saying you have activated these services, so we will not refund, it is not possible. I hope you will look into this matter And stop this scam by Reliance Telecom. Me as a Customer wants to get all my money back and want to stop these dedution for forever. Why not to know your RESOLUTION here over this forum itself?

Is this how RCom continuing to cheat its costumers still? I find so many VAS complaints on various complaint sites that I am to believe telco like RCom resort to such fraudulent means for easy money! Would RCom let us know, what steps it has taken to address this problem which is rampant?

I once was RCom customer. I had to surrender my connection because I faced such problems twice. Today I am happy with other operator. The new operator too once tried to cheat me but my complaint was listened and amount was reversed. After that for last 3 years there is absolutely no problem.

services (VAS) without the consumer’s consent. Consumers can now
register complaint about wrongful

    For my prepaid mobile number [protected], every month or so, I get around 5-6 messages saying that this is for the SMS I sent regarding VAS and 3 Rs. are deducted for each message. I never sent any such messages and checked my sent items as well which was empty. Calling customer care is of no use as there systems are down. This is pure loot and thievery in my opinion and Ambani/Reliance should be ashamed of cheating their customers.

    My mobile number is [protected]. Once again I received multiple SMS with each message saying that 3 Rs. have been deducted. What the hell is this? I am not sending any VAS SMS. I am not requesting for any additional service. On what basis is Reliance taking money? I am frustrated and regretting my decision to go for Reliance. Just a bunch of thieves you are.
    This is the third instance in this one single month and almost 100 Rs. have been deducted overall. Now I really need to go for MNP to stay away from reliance.

      Respected Sir/Madam I had taken a prepaid connection from your network ‘RELIANCE ’ few years back and was given Mobile No.[protected] but suddenly from 3rd Feb 2014 onwards, it has stopped working, neither incoming nor outgoing can be done. Although the talktime is morethan Rs 400 When we reach the Reliance Web world at Jaipur House, Agra the executive says it get barrred due to non availability KYC documents but we never asked for submission of Kyc Docs and also my talktime of Rs 400 is forfeited by the company and they are not ready to unbarred the same number even if we submit the req documents Till date, no action or step has been intiated from Reliance Company to restore my mobile number back. Please help me as day by day Bcoz I am suffering loss. Alternate Mobile No.[protected] Thank you for your time and consideration.

        Arvind Kerjiwal said true that Reliance is a cheater. And I can see this. In my Reliance numbers repetitively they deduct balance from my account sometimes 10/-, 20/- and that also not once 2-3 times in quick session. The software engg who are been appoint for job they cant impliment the logic properly and write bull code and hence there is unnecessary balance deduction. They are only appointed for the post on the basis of 60% carteria and good communication skills. They dont apply there brains at all. Also, the customer care (BPO), for that also they go for good communication skills candidate and doesnt give a to the technical knowledge. Next time if they is any balance deduction on my number, i will register a police complaint against reliance.

        My balance is been refunded but there should be heavy improve in the quality of customer care, technical and company policy.

        And last 48 hours I am continuously trying to communicating Reliance Customer Care but each time they are saying system is down. And as per their norms they will take the complaint if balance is deducted is within three da.

            I am using reliance prepaid mobile connection in Chhattisgarh.i have received a message on 14/2/2014 from reliance informing that "Recharge of Rs 156 successfulEnjoy 1gb 3G data benefit.".156 rs are deducted from my account.I had already recharge my account with data pack last month 17/01/2014 which is valid till 17/02/2014.But reliance have unnecessarily deducted this amount from my balance without my permission.So i Request you to please help me to get back my deducted amount.               my reliance prepaid no is[protected] .it was working before but on morning of 13 th feb, the service was not available, i had tried customer care service but there is no help.so please help me .actually the reliance dealer here in gurdaspur (punjab)named harvinder soni is knowingly turned this off due to his personal grudges with me, i had submitted my proof along with picture and had also applied for 3g pack fr one month but he is a greedy person not giving me my proof not turning this sim on.my other no is [protected] and [protected], please help me out or i will never go for reliance, , , m harsassed totally..help me reliance, i want to turn on myreliance sim .

                Sir I Refilled Rs. 247 for 3G pack on 03/02/2014 time 8:45Am on mobile number [protected] but I saw todaymy balanced is Zero I never do from this mobile any call and sms than how it possible whenever I call customer support they always says that our system and server is slow we. Can't... This phone which I used Only for internet.

                  activation charges have been deducted from my account twice for MY COLLEGE PLAN once on 1 jan and second time on 31 jan and i has never been activated! and i dont know how much more balacnce have been deducted saying that i used Internet. and you people are shameless enough not to activate it yet! my phone number is [protected]. and kindly do not call me from 9 am to 5pm since i have a life! since i have been reliance's customer from past almost 3 years, i know you people will not ever return my money so do me least a favour - either activate the plan or deactivate it! do not deduct my balance in name of auto renewal and cut my balance with never activating the VAS PLAN.

                  Apparently the solution to my problems was temporary from your side.
                  on 2nd of march deduction of rs 16 took place from my account for the activation of my college plan
                  but i don't know what is wrong with the my phone or my network that it is never really activated
                  i have lost a lot of my balance previously because of this and now it is not acceptable to me anymore.
                  on my last complaint you executive talked to me and assured that due to some problem the plan has been deactivated and activation charges returned but similar problem has occurred again!
                  Should i simply stop trusting your services?
                  kindly refund my balance of rs 16 and deactivate this pack as it has caused me more annoyance!

                      Hi myself Kapil Deo Sharma residing at Jhunjhunu Rajasthan. Reliance has been put a tower on my residential land (D-71, Indira Nagar, Jhunjhunu- Rajasthan-333001) since 2003, but I am facing a real problem in terms of receiving rent on time. Eacha nd every time I need to catch any authorised person to get the rent. They never give rent on time. Each and eevery year they give contract to new vendors so I need to search for them also. Top of that they have made premises so dirty even of so many complains. I am attaching the pics of the areas as well. So my concern to Reliance authorty to look into this. Even the rent is also so less compare to other tower's party. Can any rework happen on this in between the agreement period as the land price and rental price is almost ten fold in that area at present?

                        My name is Karthikeyan M and my reliance data card number is [protected]. I have reached Reliance world Anna Nagar on 01-Feb-2014 to migrate my postpaid data card to prepaid. A person who attended me was Hema. To migrate my data card from postpaid to prepaid she told me clear the Jan month bill and also need to pay half month bill of Feb. When i asked her why should have to pay Feb bill, she said as my billing cycle already started i need to make the half month bill to proceed the migration. I agreed and paid the bill (it was Rs.1, 300). After making the payment she has taken the migration request and gave me the CAF No.[protected] for tracking my request. Also she told me, i will be receiving the call a week later from customer care for confirming my request until then i can continue using my data card with my postpaid line. I have requested her to give the branch office number to track incase my issue is not resolved, she said we will not share our branch office number as we always busy in attending the customer. Also i again told her, to visit this branch i need to travel almost around 20+ KM.s, she did not listen my words and told the same again. Few days later i got a call from customer care (it was really a frustrated one) regarding my request, i told i moving out of state so i don't want to have this connection in postpaid. I'm not sure person who spoken with me, was really got my point or not, but she was continuously telling about the new scheme plans & upgrades. After that my netconnect was disconnected for few days, when suddenly checked my netconnect yesterday (12-Feb-2014), it was working and surprised that still it is in postpaid. When I have contacted customer care[protected] they confirmed that my line was not migrated, it was failed during verification call. Also given my CAF no. to track my request, he said using this number he cannot track anything. To resolve this, again i need to visit the Anna Nagar showroom, he cannot make any requests from his side. I'm not sure even visiting R World many-times will not resolve my issue. Whatever amount they asked my pay, i paid it. Then what else, they are expecting me to do. Do they want me to travel day by day to R'world for following up my request? This is really poor. For taking a new connection, reliance peoples are trying to reach customer anywhere in the city. But why this not happening after becoming a reliance customer. I do not want reliance people to reach me personally, at least resolving this issue through call is also much better

                        Still my issue has not been resolved.
                        Today again they have sent me an email for paying me the postpaid bill of amount Rs.598.05. As I have already cleared my postpaid bill and migrated to prepaid, why should have to pay the amount for postpaid? I really don't understand what is going on.

                          I have ported my Vodafone post paid no-[protected] to reliance postpaid . I submitted the relevant documents at Reliance store, Mukherjee nagar. They verified the documents and processed the request.
                          My services got barred, when I queried to customer care, they said your verification response is negative .but point is till now they haven't made a call to me regarding verification .Since, I am working in TATA COMPANY, i don't have have enough time to visit reliance store every time. when I call them they don't even answer to my call. Moreover, Reliance store representative 's of Mukherjee NAGAR(DELHI)store behavior is very rash. they don't even know how to talk. it is very pathetic that such a reputed company employee behave in erratic manner.
                          due to call barring I am heavily losing my client's calls.
                          Please look into this and take corrective actions. moreover, please try to activate my number as soon as possible.

                            I've buyed a Reconnect Microwave oven at Reliance Digital Kachiguda Hyderabad and Requested to Deliver at kadapa on 21st January 2014. But till now they have'nt sent the oven. when we called they just say we'll call within 2 minutes with LR number but of no use.we went to shop next time the service boy gave the number of the Mahesh. when we call him he just say we'll call later. when we get angry he just hang out the phone.the service of the Reliance Digital at kachiguda is very bad i think that is fake store. I request to complaint board to take severe action against it & similarly i request to customers not to buy at that store.

                                  hello sir, I have taken the connection by depositing a sum of Rs 400.00 at the reliance store situated near Beliaghata-Sealdah main road(near CIT more), Kolkata. Also but just after 1 week it got disconnected.I contacted to your office and get to know that it was due to a negative verification of address.I made a complaint to solve the issue.After complaining to your appelleate authority 3 times and sending some mails to your authorities no positive result had been occurred. I have suffered the problem from 16th january 2014.you cane also check my complaint numbers registered with your officials. Finally on 8th February 2014, Saturday they have completed my address verification(By Mr. Rajesh of Reliance), and I was said that within Monday(10th Jan 2014 my service would be activated. Again I got a call from your Kolkata office(Mr. Soubitra) for the confirmation of verification. He also promised me for the activation of the service on that day only.)But at the night when I checked, it was still not got activated.Once again I got a call from your Mumbai office, and got informed that my connection has been terminated. In the above process please not that it was happened only because of your negligence. Still I suffered and wasted my time and money as well as your time.If the officials would have been take care of the issue instantly or properly, then people like me will never get fed of with your service. Any way Please look after the matter as soon as possible. After making you informing so many times the result what i got is the termination of my service.Please do take some necessary action so that my pain would be releaved.                                   As per the telephonic conversation had with on alternate contact number [protected] on 11.02.2014, the services of your number is terminated due to negative address verification. Once number get terminate it cannot be reactivate again. However you can activate new Netconnect number on the same device. If you wish to activate new number in same device, we request you to visit nearest Reliance Mobile Store along with valid proof of address and identity. Further, we have made a note of your concern and take it as a feedback to improve our services.

                                    Dear Sir, I am using Reliance WLL Land line Phone No.[protected] and it has network signals and operates at only one particular location at my house. The battery is also problematic and gets discharged in few minutes. I have lodged my complaint several times which has not been attended and the instrument is sometimes temporarily seems to be Ok. But I am facing problem of Faulty instrument since more than 3 years.                                       I am Manoj, a reliance net connect customer, for the last two years ([protected]). recently I have taken one more connection ([protected]) from the company, submitted id and address proofs. then the executive promised me that I will get 1 gb extra on first four recharges, but didn't get. later I got the same after sending mails to customer care. Within one month, they have terminated my number. I have contacted local reliance office, they informed me that I didn't submit the proofs for verification. But actually I didn't get any phone calls or emails from them. earlier i was using tata photon, and MTS Mblaze too. but this's my first experience. I recharged with rs 1500/- in january for the next three months and more than 6 GB data still exist in my account.

                                        Reliance net connect is offering additional data on their recharges and is not providing them as offered. I recharged Net connect + for Rs 849 on Feb 5 2014 ( Receipt ID - AMIR[protected]. The recharge details is as follows: "MRP (Rs.) 849 Pack 6GB Monthly Pack Admin Fee (Rs.) 755.61 Service Tax (Rs.) 93.39 Benefit 6GB of Data usage with 30 days validity Valid for 30 Days Note Recharge now to get additional 1228 MB of Data usage " But I received only 6GB data and not additional 1228 MB which is offered in their website. I have logged a complaint '[protected]' and I have send many mails to netconnect but haven't received any update on this issue .Now when asked on reliance webchat the customer care executive is telling me that the offer has been already provided to me, but I haven't received the offered 1228 MB in my account. How can they say it has been credited to my account but I havent received any. How could reliance take customer for granted and provide false information. I want Reliance to Credit the offered 1228 MB to my account asap.
