My name is Subhash Kamble, I have a serious concern regarding the Reliance Netconnect+ DataCard connectivity issue.
I am using Reliance Netconnect+ DataCard from past 1 year and from last 4-5 months i am having serious connectivity issues on it.I am not able to connect to internet using this and there is problem with network. I have raised a complaint 5 times regarding this issue with Reliance Netconnect+ customer care. Every time the executive told me that the issue will get resolved soon or he has provided me some 15 days of timeline but till now there is no action from your end. I went to service center to check the issue, he has done reset my Data Card and he told me that, this is not a DataCard issue. After all these, the issue is not yet resovled till now. I wanted to know that, this issue is with network or Datacard?
I am totally fed up with this issue, I never except this kind of service from Reliance, its a totally worst service i saw. I never seen this kind service from any companies.

I have already got a call from your one of the executive on last week and right now the problem got resolved, the same thing i have updated to one of your executive.
One thing i wanted to share with you on this issue is, two months back also the same problem was resolved temporarily for only few days but later on i got the same network issue. I believe this time it was resolved completely but please make sure this should not be happen again in the future. So please confirm, the problem resolved completely, not temporarily...
