Dear Sir/Mamam, Data Card No - [protected] My data card not working frm 2-4 DEC & called to reliance service centre & got VAPI repair center address from them which is 40 KM from my place.I visited that repair centre but they clearly told we are not doing any repairing for the same. If you want to repair you go to Surat(200KM from my place) & repair the same. I again called they said you deactivate our service but our technical department person will speak with you within 7 days.after that on 7th day i got call from [protected] no & said u purchase new card will give you 3 month free subscriprion for the same.So i asked their outlet address for purchasing the same. He said he will send address massage to me But till date he has not provided me address & i am receiving embarrassment calls from them for clerance of previous bill which i have not used. I am trying to call back on [protected] this no but user busy. Request you to do the needful as they are not giving me any replacement & not closing my connection & asking me to pay the bills.

Dear All,
I have taken new Data card for the same as suggested by Reliance Guys & trying to connect but no use.
Now i feel that there is nobody interested to help in for resoring my services.
I called 5-6 times but there is nobody who can sort out the issue .

    On 12 january 2014, i activated whatsapp pack for rs 16/30 days. Since then my main account balance is deducting for using whatsapp. Now my balance got 0 from 10 rs. I ask Rcom care to give me solution to this problem so that i can use whatsapp withou any balance deduction or give a refund of rs 16.

      Hi, My name is Subhash Kamble, I have a serious concern regarding the Reliance Netconnect+ DataCard connectivity issue. I am using Reliance Netconnect+ DataCard from past 1 year and from last 4-5 months i am having serious connectivity issues on it.I am not able to connect to internet using this and there is problem with network. I have raised a complaint 5 times regarding this issue with Reliance Netconnect+ customer care. Every time the executive told me that the issue will get resolved soon or he has provided me some 15 days of timeline but till now there is no action from your end. I went to service center to check the issue, he has done reset my Data Card and he told me that, this is not a DataCard issue. After all these, the issue is not yet resovled till now. I wanted to know that, this issue is with network or Datacard? I am totally fed up with this issue, I never except this kind of service from Reliance, its a totally worst service i saw. I never seen this kind service from any companies.       Hi Team, I have already got a call from your one of the executive on last week and right now the problem got resolved, the same thing i have updated to one of your executive. One thing i wanted to share with you on this issue is, two months back also the same problem was resolved temporarily for only few days but later on i got the same network issue. I believe this time it was resolved completely but please make sure this should not be happen again in the future. So please confirm, the problem resolved completely, not temporarily...         I have been using reliance cdma phone. Suddenly few days earlier i found that they have deducted rs 22 from my account. I did call these people and i asked them about this and for few days they told me that the system is not working and therefore they cannot file the complaint. Now when i complained they told that yes the balance is deducted but you should have reported earlier and now we cannot refund the amount and the response of the executive was very bad. they did not refund my money also. i want to complaint against them for this my number is [protected] Pls do the needful, Seema Rani

              I had disconnected the connection 3 months ago and also paid Rs 200 which was pending..
              Now I got a letter to my house stating that I have to pay another 500Rs and this is my final bill..

              now what is the reason that I have to pay the amount again?I had disconnected the connection almost 3 months ago because of poor speed and now I am getting another bill..

              Reliance cannot provide the mentioned speed to the customer, but do they expect the customer to keep on paying the bill as and when they require the amount?

              Why is Reliance harassing the customers like this..When I went to Reliance outlet(Samrudhi venturesBank colony, , Banashankiri, Bangalore)They clearly mentioned that I had to pay only 200Rs..This fact was also confirmed by the customer care executives..

              In this case how do reliance expect me to pay Rs 500 Again?

                Dear Concern, I am writing this to bring to your notice my misery and your apathy in resolving my problem. The primary reason for this is the mistake I made by purchasing an iPhone 5s from your online shop(newtel) as the same was not available in the market( Reliance Web World, Croma, Flipkart, etc.) In last one and a half month, I have made more than 25 calls, first few to get my iPhone delivery (received after 22 days) and last all to get the nano sim+activation. After no response from your side, I even went to Reliance Web World, Sion Circle, Mumbai and was forced to purchase a nano sim. When I asked about activation, they surrendered saying that I should contact Reliance Back office as I have made this purchase online. Since I don't understand what is back office in your terms I contacted your Customer Service[protected], which gave me assurance every time that my issue has been escalated and it will be resolved in 48 hours. Now I failed to understand meaning of escalation in your language and seniors in your hierarchy who are almost inactive or not existing to resolve the issue or atleast have a courtesy to call me and let know the exact problem with the details about timelines. I am writing this post to make other people aware that the general perception about reliance of being a CHOR Company is indeed true. They take money from you and then dump you. If something is left to make me understand about your organization then please contact me at [protected].

                  I pavankumar mehta having reliance Mobil number [protected], I have requested for Mobil number portability service from reliance CDMA to reliance gsm. I have filed my application for portability on 23 dec and was expected to be port to gsm service on 30 dec but didn't get so. On contacting customer care I was asked to resubmit my document to retailer second time and customer care officials gave me 10 January for portability. I am fed up by repeatedly contacting the customer care and their lacklustre reply. I want to remain part of reliance communication but this kind of response and poor customer service will forced me to move towards other company. I am deeply regretted by the reliance officials which gave greater emphasis on customer support system

                  Received call from reliance officials but they r unable to solve my problem. They r urging me to do the whole process of portability again despite of submitting by document twice to the reliance. Feel cheated and regretfully decided to switch over to other service provider.

                    I am a user of Reliance broadband(USERId[protected]. My connection has not been working from 07th December, 2013(req ID[protected]. Still I have paid the bill for every month. Last payment made on 7th January, 2014(Receipt No- AMIP48171353 and Transaction Reference No[protected]. My payment is clear upto 19th January, 2014. But Unfortunately, today I came to know that my connection was terminated.

                    I dont know how Reliance entertain their loyal customers. I just want my money back. I need waiver for the period (07th December, 2013 to 19th January, 2014). Please help.

                      RELIANCE AGAIN... Pathetic service... My number is [protected] registered in the name of Amit Gupta. I shifted to vesu and had placed a request for address change... which in itself took around 2-3 months... later the company without any reason stopped my outgoing facility and later incoming facility. This is my business phone... Real pissed off with the service of Reliance. Who is going to solve this issue??? I have called the customer service a number of times... visited the webworld and tolerated the executives--- who have harassed me related to documents. Now I cant even send a message to PORT MY NUMBER...

                        Hello, I have Reliance broadband connection, connection number[protected] with1 MBPS plan. Previously i faced some internet problem and requested for waiver, then back-end team considered as well and asked to continue service. Now without notification of my knowledge and who ever spoke with me reliance retention team (backend team) notification, automatically my connection closed after payment done in-time and as well as properly. here are the following questions: 1. Why reliance team playing with customer after paying bill? (that to advance rental plan and without intimation to customer) 2. If customer request/complained anything why they have not followed timeline/time-frame to resolve or rectifying problem? (If customer not paid amount within timelines connection De-activating because customer not paid bill, why the same policy not applicable for them?) 3. If they are unable to provide network and De-activated the once account, how come they are ready to provide new connection to same customer again? (when i called to customer care saying that you need to apply new connection once again, because old connection terminated - how it possible?) 4. Team (front end customer care) not at all working properly and not responding properly. 5. Why retention team asked me to continue service, if they are unable to provide service? 6. Why termination connection need to do after proper payment side? (It means they want money without return back right?) Note: I am demanding amount because why reliance team not following policies made by Relinace? Please consider this point and do the favor and need to take action as well. Regards, Pradeep Donthu

                        I am available same contact number only, can reach my number anytime.
                        I have not received any call from escalation/particular team, except feedback team (Just asked about rating).
                        Yes still issue persist and even i received mail straighten that refundable amount so and so like that. (Even refundable amount calculation also in-correct.)

                        I want to know, why reliance team working against your policies and as well law?

                        Consumer team please do the needful on this to raise a file on Reliance team and ask why they have not following policies or why they did against their own policies.

                        Still I have not receive back my amount back/refund amount and even till now no call from RCOM team.

                        Only after sending a mail, they considered extra days to refund amount as per connection lost what ever I mentioned time. Its silly thing how would billing team will miss this kind of things when connection terminated one time and bill considered other time/date.

                        Really each and every team not at all working properly in Reliance Network and you people wont follow timing or your own Policies.

                        Sorry I missed to point to Consumer Team.

                        Why cannot take any serious action to the Reliance Network?
                        I could see so many people giving negative or worst feedback about connectivity and billing issue. Personally Reliance owner may rich, should not cheat the customer and make rich as properties.
                        What ever they promise they failed in that and it is not acceptable as customer way.

                        Please consider as my request and take a severe and serious action on this. Kindly request you to Please do the needful on this.

                            I have recharged my Reliance netconnect+ broadband on 26-Dec-2013 online for amount Rs.350.Till now its not updated.

                            Note: Previous month i have recharged. It shows validity upto 5-Jan-2014. Before the validity expires my MB got over. So recharged again on 26-Dec-2013 through online.
                            Please check the issue ASAP.

                              I was using reliance connection before few months, Lost the data card long back and informed the same for many times. They had billed me Rs.2334.67 for the service which I did not use it, now they have filed case against me for non-payment of Rs.2334.67 and i was getting call from Reliance Collection executives for months and torturing me for non-payment, Now i am getting calls from a person who states himself to be a Lawyer (details below), Why should I pay for pathetic service which I have not used it. It's a mental torture, she is calling and using abusive language which is not bearable. She states that lawyer sent a legal notice against me for fraud activity. But still now i didnt receive any notice from any lawyer. I stay in Chennai and he is calling from Delhi. To Avoid these calls I am forced to make the payment of Rs.2334.67 for no use. I have paid the bill after so much mental torture received by Reliance Communication, Collection Executive and its lawyer Mr.R.C. Gautam Reliance Bill Receipt No : AM48246968 bill payment of Rs.2, 334.67 on 08/01/2014 14:33:10

                              If anybody can help me with this to get the refund from Reliance for service which I haven't used it will be great and Kindly take action on them. My Reliance Net Connect No. [protected]

                                According to my earliar complaints Rs 153.60 were to be refunded to my account. Adding to my pain Rs 84 more were deducted from my account today morning or maybe last night.
                                Why are you people causing so much trouble to me?
                                My renewal of MY COLLEGE PLAN did took place on 1st jan and yet i am not able to make use of it. As whenever i use my whatsapp/facebook, you people deduct my account balance.
                                Route of 198 is always busy!
                                This is absolute fraud!
                                I am fed up completely.
                                Kindly refund my Rs 237.6 and if renewal of VAS pack took place then i would obviously like to make use of it rather then getting my balance being deducted by you people on every third day.

                                i am sorry to say that
                                the problem is still persistent
                                i.e. MY COLLEGE PLAN which was supposed to be activated on my account is still not working
                                activation charges were deducted on 1 jan
                                and yet i haven't be able to use it properly
                                every time i turn on mobile data and try to use facebook/whatsapp
                                my balance is deducted
                                100.6 rs were deducted on 4/5 jan
                                84 rs were deducted on 8 jan
                                and 2.6 rs were deducted today i.e 11 jan
                                kindly help me
                                i beg you to return my balance and activate the service if you have charged for it!
                                and the last time you people tried to contact me
                                i was in middle of something and hence couldn't attend your call
                                and thus my problem is still unresolved.
                                i dont remember how many times i have repeated my complain

                                you guys are totally awesome with ignoring consumers
                                it has been a month
                                and i have lost over 230 rs to reliance's ignorance and the so called server is presently down excuse
                                my college plan still never works
                                every time i turn on mobile data i lose my balance
                                and the worst part is the so called problem would be solved in 3 days span is a total bogus promise. for the promises are only for speaking purposes and are never applied to action!

                                  This is to bring to your notice that the below mentioned MMS problem is reoccurring when I send one text message to one person its considered as sms and if it is sent to many people in one go, its charged as mms (both image attached) and when we contacted your customer care through your Vidyapeetha circle branch on 2nd & 4th november in bangalore we were told its a problem with handset(complaint 5 nov 2013), Manager: Mr. Chandra Paul who had taken 48hrs of turn around time for the resolution but no action taken so far).
                                  If I put another SIM and do the same job of sending a single message to multiple people I am charged for only that no. of text messages. hence please rectify the problem at your end.

                                    Some day before i purchased iphone 5c with reliance unlimited bundled
                                    offer (my number is [protected]) for two years . but after 2nd
                                    jan-2014 im facing very trouble for 3G low downloading speed, on my
                                    iphone the always appearing 3G icon but when i m going browsing to
                                    download some thing its to to low and then tested on a particular
                                    software witch is name called ''speedtest" and its available in
                                    iphone APP STORE, and its always showing downloading speed between
                                    0.20Mbps to 0.45 Mbps its like 2G speed and i then i tested this on
                                    second Reliance SIM witch is number is ([protected] ) on same iphone,
                                    same time, same place and im getting 3Mbps to 5 Mbps downloading
                                    speed, after that i already complaint to reliance and some one called
                                    me but till now im facing this such kind of problems . and its same
                                    thing happening on when i put my SIM on another smart phone ( LOW 3G
                                    SPEED LIKE 2G SPEED ), and now i requesting to you plz resolve my LOW
                                    3G speed issue . Do Need Full on my case ASP.

                                      For two times in a row, I received only around 510 MB data usage allowance when I recharged my prepaid number with Rs. 156 instead of the 1 GB that is promised by the company. The time of both the recharges are as follows: 1) January 5, around 4a.m. 2) January 5, around 4p.m. Talked to the customer service executive but he turned out to be super dumb and kept me giving information about my data sessions that took place before the time of the first recharge and never addressed my issue. Pleas look into the matter and at least have competent employees as customer care executives.

                                        I have to complain against Reliance communication. I had recharged by phone([protected]) Rs.123 about a month ago which is said to provide 1 GB data and 30 days validity (now its incremented to Rs.156). The attachment is a snapshot showing that I still have 168.52 MB of data and valid till[protected]. But my balance is being deducted since yesterday i.e.,[protected]. I have tried to contact customer care many-many times. Most of time its say 'please try after sometime' and even when sometimes it connects, once the customer care asked to hold and keep holding for infinity, the second time he said that the balance will be returned in next 5 minutes but nothing happened.
