Stupid company reliance. I've purchased a 6 gb 3g internet plan which gives 2gb per month upto 3 months.. reliance is the big cheap company i have ever seen. they activated TechZone SMS S PACK of RS 49, of their own choice. i complained the customer care 10 times to refund my dedcuted amt, all told u will be refunded in half hour, but its almost 2 days i havnt recieved my refund amnt, please look into it....

They took my request and told me that being a premium customer for 4 years thet will give 2 months grace period with no charges. HI, The company keeps deducting my balance whenever I recharge my card, In last week they have deducted 300 rs on average and in a whole almost 5000 rs .
