Hi, I am MOHIT MAYANK. On 4th Jan 2014, my balance is deducted automatically around Rs. 105. When i asked the customer care, he told me that your deduction is for net usage on 4th jan. but i have my remaining 3g net balance of 247 MB valid till 17th jan 2014. I have lodge a complaint against my balance deduction which they told that it will be resolved within 2 days. But this happens to me several times in last 3-4 months. Every time my balance deduct without any reason, and resolved after several complaints.Right now, i have no balance and i am unable to use remaing 247 MB. Please take it seriously otherwise i have no option other than to switch from reliance connection.

    i got call from a person(Stating himself lawyer) that i have to pay 1206 rupees within 10 min to relience office as an outstanding bill. i told him. connection got terminated and i have paid the bill. he said that's not his problem company has lodge complain against me. and if i am not paying he will sent an arrest warrant for that. he also called me fraud. i don't know what to do in this case. i have called relience customer care 10 times for termination and settlement and paid bills also but still i am getting this type of call.

    i raise request for termination on 19th of sept and according to the policy of relience it gets terminated by sept. as it was advanced rental plan i already paid the sept bill.i am attaching the screenshot of bill and receipt.

        Dear sir. My self Nupur my no. is [protected] live in Faridabad.. I used reliance connection since last 3 month and till date i am facing same problem in regular bases... " always in evening time 8:30 pm to 12pm there is no signal and lost 3g internet signal" I Have to Switch off and on again and again to use internet properly ... or switch in to 2G mode.. to continue my internet work... I an unable to use 3G net in between 8 to 11 PM daily.. this issue is from 3 months to till date.. i call nodel officer no. toll free no. customer care gprs depart they always give me complaint id and after few hours i got msg that ur Complaint id has been processed. but still my problem is as it is... when ever i call up regarding this issue customer support persons give me bad attitude and said ur complaint is closed... some time they said its a gprs issue call gprs depart.. some time they said its network issue make complain of network problem.. and always they give me a dam feedback that there is server problem till 12 pm after that u can use net properly.. till date i hv never got any solution... here is my complaint id's..         My Number is [protected], Using reliance GSM.I recharged for 599 rupees (reliance to reliance 4000minutes std calls).My offer is valid till 18nth August and I have lot of minutes free to use in the allowed 4000 minutes.But today from august 15nth onwards they started to deduct money from my main balance.I called the customer care, I got the following responses.

        first response,

        "Ok sir..we will credit the money which is being debited from your account whith in 48 hours.and your money wont get deducted further"

        After that I called and checked again., I was still losing my money from main account...

        again called these , the response was

        "Ok sir we are sorry, , , , we will do it very fastly" and disconnected the call

        After that I called and checked again., I was still losing my money from main account...

        again called customer care these , the response was

        "sir, you have used your all 4000 minute's" disconnected the call

        from that moment onwards they blocked me and i am not able to call them..they know that my offer validity will be over by 18th Aug...

        There is no response for my money lost and no response for I am still losing money from main balance...

        This is the worst company in india..Please keep them away in every aspects..not only cell phone service..keep away from reliance mart, reliance petroleum ..every thing..ambani's is looting our country...Also one more thing, you can see our queries is answered by Rcom in every complaint portals...But they are not actually doing any thing, Just keeping a professional team to blindly answer the complaints given by the users in the Internet, so that to just make believe people that they are doing some thing...
        Reliance worst network worst internet facility.worst customer sevices.

          I have bought a reliance gsm card on 31 dec 2013 & its now 4 jan 2014, & till now my handset not getting the network becasue its not activated till now !! i contact the retailer but they told me they have forwarded the documents & that is all that they can do & now its upto the Service Provider to activate the SIM CARD...so why not reliance is processing the activation of sim card...!! I had spent 300 Rs to get the sim with an offer to provide 6GB 3G data for 3 months, 2GB each month !! So I urgue to pls activate my SIM card as early as possible, i had trust on reliance but it continue like this way, they will surely gonna lose it...

              I recharged for rs 800 from reliance online recharge site and was supposed to get an extra of 1 GB this is the second time when they claimed they'll give the additional data but haven't. I've also spoken to customer service agents but haven't recrived any actions.

                Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My reliance number is-[protected]. I also complained it before some days but no resolution found still now so I complained it again this, I always faced various problem for 4-5 months in Reliance Network. Problems are-1. All time Network Fluctuation 2. Call is not connected properly, all time alert me 'network busy'. 3. After call connect a big echo problem is disturbed me & I heard my own voice then call is disconnected automatically. 4. Sms is not delivered to other number. 5. Internet Is slow, page is not opened properly. For these all matter I try to contact with customer care, but I am failure because customer care is all time busy for 24 hours. So Sir please help me & take a serious step against this matter as early as possible.

                  on 25th of December, nearly 62 rs were deducted from my balance on 29th of December, 180 rs were again deducted from my balance today, on 1st of January, 20 rs are again deducted i tried calling reliance consumer care and every time they say that balance was deducted due to use of internet. also the fact that on my phone i do have MY COLLEGE PLAN has been activated (auto renewal of this pack also did happen), which allows me to have free whatsapp and Facebook. and i am 100% sure on saying that i never used mobile data except whatsapp and facebook. i have lost nearly 260 rs in last 1 week, and i am utterly frustrated! kindly have mercy on me and return my balance and DO NOT DEDUCT BALANCE UNFAIRLY, as i only used whatsapp and facebook. my phone number is [protected] kindly get back to me and resolve this problem!

                  according to the above complaint Rs 262 were to be refunded to my balance, but only 209 were refunded yesterday.
                  but then again Rs 100.6 were deducted from my account. for no particular reason!
                  is this some sort of practical joke on me?

                  none has talked to me on or after i have written the above complaint
                  i still do not know if my VAS pack is usable and still not the whole sum of money is refunded. Rs 153.60 need to refunded on my balance, kindly sort my problem. phone number [protected].
                  According to my earliar complaints Rs 153.60 were to be refunded to my account. Adding to my pain Rs 84 more were deducted from my account today morning or maybe last night.
                  Why are you people causing so much trouble to me?
                  My renewal of MY COLLEGE PLAN did took place on 1st jan and yet i am not able to make use of it. As whenever i use my whatsapp/facebook, you people deduct my account balance.
                  Route of 198 is always busy!
                  This is absolute fraud!
                  I am fed up completely.
                  Kindly refund my Rs 237.6 and if renewal of VAS pack took place then i would obviously like to make use of it rather then getting my balance being deducted by you people on every third day.

                      Stupid company reliance. I've purchased a 6 gb 3g internet plan which gives 2gb per month upto 3 months.. In the first month I'm using 3g and when it reached to 631 mb on 27/12/13 it automatically deducted my 500 mb gprs and when i check my balance at 30/12/13 it was 126, b as my gprs balance and it is providing so slow internet so so slow and it disconnect on its own sometimes and i cant connect to internet some times Odisha, cuttack My reliace no.[protected] Worst company reliance my last time for reliance and i'd prefer aircel strongly which provide speed and no automatic deduction. I want my 500 mb back please...Their's some value for money reliance company..

                        Sir, I being the Reliance Mobile Consumer No.[protected], had purchased on 26th Dec, 13 through online a net-pack of Rs.246/- with 2 GB. But just after fixing in his laptop through Dongle the balance was shown zero. I was surprised within a minutes or more how the balance can came down to zero when I did not use my dongle. On query, I am told from Customer Care that the pack is meant for Mobile only, but not for Dongle. Now my question is that why the company is hiding the relevant information that the net pack is meant only for Mobile. I have been cheated by hiding tactics of the company. For such illegal deduction, I missed an opportunity of an employment inasmuch as that was the last night of sending the C.V to be sent to the higher authority. I failed to send such information and missed the scope of employment of Rs.10, 000/- P.M. I am frustrated of the Deptt. I have seen that In every such occasions public are the victim of such cleaver tactics of the companies. My question is that why the company is hiding the relevant information to its customers. If I could have been provided with such information, I should not purchase such pack. I think it is the duty and responsibility of the company to avoid unnecessary harassment to the common mass.                           Hi, After great difficulty they installed my connection. The sales person had promised me a 12 Mpbs line when he collected the cheque and then the installation person said he can give me only a 4Mpbs line. i agreed as he promised me that i will get a speed between 3 to 3.5 Mpbs constantly. it has been a week and i am getting speeds between 512Kpbs and 1.5 Mpbs. i called and registered a complain (No :[protected] and they said they will send a technician to check it out. the technician by the name of Hanumanth called me( he didn't even come to my house) to tell me that there is no 4Mpbs speed in my area and i should change the plan. I decided to cancel and called the customer service and spoke to an person who had no knowledge what so ever about technology. he went on to tell me that he will take a request for cancellation and also argued with me that the speed i am getting is a proper speed. It seems that Reliance uses a 10:1 ration for connection used for residential purpose which means if you have 4Mpbs line anything above 400Kpbs is a proper speed.the connection will be cancelled in 9 to 11 days and i am to pay bill till they cancel it. i don't understand this, they say 12 Mpbs when taking the cheque, 4 Mpbs when installing it and 512 when you call to report slow speeds. it this the methodology they use to con consumers. I am wondering how such a bad organization is one of the leading brands in India. they truly operate with no considerations for customers. Afeef [protected]

                                the above said complaint has not been resolved and in the meantime i got a message on 30.12.13 saying that amount rs.5 has been deducted for IndiavsPak vas pack. i immediately called the customer care and they refunded rs.5 deducted on 30.12.13, rs.3 deducted on 27.12.13. i told him to refund rs.3 that has been deducted on 24.12.13 but he refused to do so saying that only the past 3 days record is only available in the system. kindly refund rs.3 which has been deducted on 24.12.13. all our family members are using reliance prepaid and now iam really fedup with these kind of amount deduction without the knowledge of the user. take action as soon as possible and refund the amount.

                                  I had a reliance broadband connection subscriber id #[protected] & the land line number was[protected].. i have been haunted by some peoples calling from Delhi & pushing me make pending payment of Rs.1500, 6-7 months back & i made the payment, enclosed is the acknowledgement sms received from reliance. Again i received calls with reg to the same issue 3-4 months back. i went straight to Reliance head office in nungambakkam, they confirmed that the payment has bee received, but has not got updated due to i have paid against the land line no. & not against the subscriber id & they told they will sort out, then the Delhi peoples asked me the person who had confirmed the same & the phone number & i gave them[protected] Surprisingly today again i received call ([protected]) by the same uncivilized people, saying there is a case...call the advocate...come to Delhi...bla bla... !!! I know this email is definitely not a surprise for you guys, because i have seen the same issue with tonnes of other customers who had fatefully chosen reliance sometime in the past..PLS LEAVE US, WE WILL NOT REPEAT THIS AGAIN BY CHOOSING RELIANCE NEVER EVER IN LIFE TIME.

                                    i got a recharge for rs 156 for 1 gb data on 26 dec . but on 27 dec company lapsed my data and also deducted rs 120 from my balance . when i contacted 198 customer care they said i have done overusage but when i contacted appellate authority they said i have used dongle . but nowhere it was mentioned that data would lapse through dongle and on this the representative replied it was written on website . so please solve my grievance

                                      My prepaid mobile got debited Rs.49 for a VAS TechZone on 24.12.2013, since then I have tried about 10 times to contact the customer service through various numbers such as *333 ( Chargeable at 50p / 3 min for Agent assistance ), 198 (toll free) for any complaint or service request from Reliance phone and 30333333 from landline phone. This is a worst experience I have ever had with any mobile operator. Even after staying for about 30 mins by spending about Rs.30, I could not get hold of any customer service representative, just had to listed that "all our customer service representatives are busy on call...". I tried sending STOP to 155223 to deactivate the VAS pack, but getting message as not subscribed to any VAS pack, this is outrageous. I need to know how to reach your customer service and escalate this matter. If I dont get any response by today, am sure going to lodge a complaint with consumer forum and throw my reliance sim into trash and go with another operator.

                                        Dear Sir, This is with reference to my reliance postpaid mobile phone number [protected]. Dated 21 November 2013 was allotted with a post paid plan namely RG PPM 399 wherein I was informed that, I would be getting 900 local and STD calling minutes + 500MB 3G data + 500 SMS; for a monthly rental of Rs. 399 only. Dated 9 December, 2013 I have been provided with a unjustified bill of 820 Rs where-under I have been charged under some other plan which I have chosen on my application for postpaid connection. In this regard, dated December 13, 2013 I have made a complaint to reliance customer care vide complaint no. 21341526. Against this complaint I was informed that the said problem of wrong charges of bill amount would be resolved within 4 days. However, in case of no solution and no reply from reliance I again had to call reliance customer care. More then 9 days have been passed but no solution has been provided from reliance. Moreover, I am repeatedly being trouble from various phone calls from reliance executive to pay the said unjustified, wrongly charged amount. I am also being threaten through phone calls that my mobile phone services shall be rocked by reliance in case if I do not pay such unjustified bill before 27 December. In this regard, I have already tried again and again to speak with reliance customer care (Ref No. [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]) However, no solution has been provided by reliance.                                         Reliance is repeated insisting on its arbitrary claim on me to pay under complete wrong plan.

                                        Any kind of stoppage of services from reliance on its arbitrary claim to pay under wrong bill would attract civil/criminal litigation on the complete cost of reliance.
