Dear Reliance, I have recently purchased a Reliance 3G dongle in the hope of getting better internet speed. However the fact remains like the other users on this forum the dongle gives no better than 25kbps speed and even dropping to less than 1 kbps speed most of the time. This is utterly ridiculous when the connection promises to give 7.2 Mbps and even more so when I realize that my earlier Reliance Netconnect used to give faster speeds. I wish I had not discontinued that to fall for this present tomfoolery being sold in the name of a 3G service. Please help to resolve this matter at the earliest before I discontinue the service and move onto a better experience with another vendor modem.     Deactivation of 19rs (1ps/sms) scheme. Before two months also this had happened. It was activated after one month. And now again it happend. From ten days its deactivated. Even though i hav called customer care many times they just say to wait for 24hr every time. They dont even transfer call to seniors.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased one 3 G reliance dog gel [protected] in the month October but it is not working when I contact customer care after 4-5 days they said their some technical problem and it takes another 7-10 days to work then I request her to close my data card she has taken my request giving ID NO.[protected] and assured me the same is closed within 7 days time without raising any bill but now, I receive 3 to 4 calls every day for money deposition every time I said it was closed and Id no. was given but they do not lisen to my word, The closed Id no. also given[protected] dt.21/10 .Please help me in this regard.Customer care is harassing continously.         Dear Sir, I am holding reliance GSM mobile number [protected].M.Sivanagaraja Right now also i am having 20 rs balence, but from two weaks onwards, my no didnot allow to call others. It was a level of frustration and i called customer care that, your issue might be solved in 48 hours, After 48 hours they closed my complaint, issue solved, again i make a complaint personally, one of your reliance shoroom which is at LolBanglow in Bagumpet. but no reply, again i met and make a complaint like ESCALLATION Complaint. but still i am facing same problem I asked several times to what abuot my problem such details they had. But still i didnot get any update info of my no. thanku siva.m

                Dear Sir, I am using reliance postpaid connection from 2-3 years. i had a plan of Rs.399/- every time i billed between Rs.600-700/- by reliance and was getting my bill through E-mail but for the month of Nov. 2013 i was billed by Rs.950/- and didn't get my bill by mail. When i inquired from customer care about this billing they said you have charged for some VAS (internet services). The option of internet is not available in my spice phone of Rs.1750/- when i filed a complaint about this i didn't get satisfactory answer and the customer care executives were very rude. They said you have to pay this amount then i said please deactivate this service in my phone immediately they said that it can't be deactivated. How can it be possible. Above that i made so many calls for getting the bill for that specific month of Nov 2013 but they didn't provide me the bill and gave me stupid answer that your mail ID is not updated If my mail ID was not updated how i was getting the bill before that and how i am getting the non payment reminder????? During this whole confusion my second month bill got generated on 9th Dec 2013 and i didn't get the bill for that month also and i charged by Rs.1250/- for that month. I again called customer care and finally got the bill for the month of Nov.2013 on 9th dec 2013 and paid it on same day. but after that my number got suspended by reliance on 10th dec for the other bill for the month of Dec 2013 for which the due date of payment is 25th Dec 2013. What is this ??????????? When i called customer care they said your no. got suspended due to non payment of bill for the month of Nov. 2013 which was paid on 9th Dec 2013 after getting the bill. so the payment was late not because of me. how can they disconnect my phone for the mistake of their cust. care. When i said please disconnect my no. i m not going to use this no. any more they first you have to deposit the amount then only you can filed the request for disconnection. Please help me to solve the issue and waving of the VAS charges levied by reliance which i never used. Thanks.

                  My Number is [protected] and i am with Reliance service provider for long time. Since 07-Dec-2013 onwards amount getting charged for vas techzone sms, which i never activated. My balance was 119.45 and every day INR 5/- or INR 10/- getting deducted from my balance. AS of now, i am deducted with INR 50/-. I want this to be refunded and also need some action to be taken on the service provider as they are cheating public. With out user's permission, they are deducting amount on daily basis. They (Reliance Communications) should help users by providing quick solution to stop this happen and to reduce further damage to the customer. Kindly help in escalating this. Thank you.

                  Even after raising the complaint, I am still getting charged on this "VAS Techzone SMS S". What is this all about first of all? Can you please ring me up and help me to clarify on these charges?? Now I am in short of the amount and I am really really worried on recharging any more on this number "[protected]".

                      I am using a reliance postpaid number bearing mobile no.[protected]. It is a odisha circle no. I am visiting your reliance outlet from more then 2 months giving a request for the convertion from my postpaid to prepaid. I had wasted my 30minute time on daily basis siting in your office. From last month i am also paying unnecessary bil as i dont want to disconnect my no. As i am a genuine customer n requesting your sambalpur branch for the same. But it seems thier is no use for visint your outlet store in sambalpur as your own company official are giving me opinion to part the number from reliance to any other network which itself is a shameful thing for the reliance telecom. As thier is no other way left with me to go in the shllelter of law for taking necesary step against reliance. Hence i wont be able to pay any futher bills as i not in a capability to do the same has i bear my loss from reliancw telecome. So help me out to convert my number into prepaid as soon as possible. The day are passing, yet the company doesnt want to resolve the copliant of a valuable customer. This is the reason why the public of india hate reliance network. They only know to overcome the profit but they forget that the profit comes directly from the customer. Last but not the least i have no other way then to port my number from reliance to some other network because reliance telecom is not less then sellfish or in a other word thief.

                          Hi, 1) I bought reliance netconnect+ Maharashtra Circle in June 2013 from nasik with postpaid plan Rs 950. 2) I did not use a single byte of data from this service (never dialed *228), as device was lost and I bought different netconnect+ device from reliance in pune. 3) First bill generated on 27 July 2013 with rental charges Rs 285 4) I paid this bill with dues after due date of 14th Aug 2013 - I paid Rs 385 5) I called reliance customer care and informed that device is lost and please discontinue my services, I told them I have paid first bill of Rs 385 6) No communication from reliance for one month 6) I got second bill in aug 2013 of Rs 967 on 27th aug 2013 7) I called customer care and told them I already registered request to discontinue my services 8) Their reply - As you have not dialed *228, we cannot discontinue the services from here. You have to visit nearest reliance world. I tried to argue with them I have discontinued the services in past and at that time I was not required to visit reliance world for same. 9) I went to nearest reliance world in Nigdi (Tilak Rd, Sector No. 27, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411035). The store was supposed to be open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day except Sunday and national holidays. This store was closed for 15 days, as there was some store rent issue. Any way I wasted two visits to this store. Finally on third visit I found the store open 9) I explained them my situation. They called their seniors asked me to wait and wait and wait for two hours. Finally they asked me to give contact number and they will come back to me within 3 days. 10) No reply for even after 3 days. I called the main person in reliance world after 3 days. He did not even remember what was my complain 11) Mean while I got 3rd bill of Rs 2100 on 27th sept 2013 11) I went back to reliance world again personally for forth time, explained my situation again. 12) After calling several times to their seniors, they assured that they will resolve the issue. They will send an E mail to their seniors to discontinue my services and I do not have to pay any bill as I have not even dialed *228 and device was not activated from my side and I have already requested to discontinue my services. 13) I started getting calls to pay my bill. Each time I explained them I have already requested to discontinue my services in august 2013 after paying dues. 14) I started getting SMS to pay the bill to avoid legal action. 15) I got SMS that as you have failed to pay the bill be present at pune court on 28/12/2013. 16) This is very short explanation of what I have gone through. Actual pain is greater. Long waiting time on customer care number and reliance world. Pointless arguing with customer care. Different reasons and answers each time from customer care. Explaining my situation each time again and again. And finally hearing we are sorry for inconvenience. 17) My only point is I have not even dialed *228, I have not even used a single byte of data, I have requested to discontinue my services several times and now I am getting this kind of massages 18) Reliance do not have proper processes to resolve the issues and this is not the first time I am experiencing this. I am an old customer and have used reliance high speed, reliance netconnect+, reliance 3g in delhi, reliance wireline broadband in goa on my name. 20) This is highly unprofessional and shameful on their part.                             Hi, I was using reliance connection almost 3 years before and continued only for 3-4 months. But due to shifting my location I disconnected the connection and returned the instrument (got a receipt for the same). But after some time I got a call from Reliance that I have some amount due (some unpaid bill and instrument). I paid the amount and provided the instrument refund receipt. I was assured that my account is clear. Last year November I got a a call from a person who states himself to be a some on from Delhi High Court and and said that there is a legal notice in my name and provided the contact details of the Lawyer (details not available now). I went to reliance office and provided them all documents and mail from reliance that your amount will be reversed. They said ok and asked the lawyer to take the complaint back. I now today I have again got a call from a person (Naresh Kumar [protected]) who states himself to be a some on from Delhi High Court and and said that there is a legal notice in my name and provided the contact details of the Lawyer ([protected] SK Sharma). I called the lawyer and he said some INR 2000 bill is pending on me and and saying that legal action is being taken, which is actually not pending from my side. And I have to pay some INR 15000. I have mailed the local reliance guy (Vishnu Vardhan) so many time with scanned copy of refund instrument and mails. But he never responded. I have attached the copy of refund receipt (not very clear as it was scanned after 1.5 years) Please suggest on how to proceed on the same My Reliance Broad Band Connection A/C No. [protected].                               Sir, I my using one prepaid Number of Reiliance for last 6-7 years. My No is [protected]. Yesterday morning I have a Main Balance of Rs.175 + in my account & I also have Net Balance of 550 mb + in my account with the last date of net balance is 09.12.2013. By chance in the after noon I check my main balance I am shocked that my balance is Rs.129 in my main balance I have make 2-3 local calls only. I can immediate connect Reliance Customer Care they told me the balance deducted due to use of NET. I told him please check my net balance, he told you have 500 mb + plus net balance in your account with vailidity date 09.12.2013. He lodged my complaint and give me a Compliant No i.e.[protected] on 09/12/2013 time 3:02 pm. He assure me after this no net balance will be deduted from my Main Balance. After an hour I again check my main balance, I am again shocked it will be on only Rs.86/- insead of Rs.129/- I am again try to contect Reliance Customer care, the operater told me there is no deduction in my account today. I request him to please check again I have lodged complaint today at 3 pm. He told me he can't check my balance right now the "SYSTEM UPDATATION" is running on, please try after some time. I again try after 1/2 hour the same reply I received from them, System Updation running can't check the status, please call again. After 1 hour I try again I received the same reply, please call later. I am very upset with this CUSTOMER CARE SERIVCE OF RELIANCE. I can make my net recharge before the last one expire, to save my main balance, which is Rs.82. Today I make several calls to Reliance Customer Care at *333 from 6 am today to till now, but can't connect with them. I also write email of their Customer Care Email ID, but no reply received till now. I just check my balance, it again deducted approx Rs.40 my main balance is Rs.41 insead of Rs.82/- and also deducted my net balance is arround 20 mb. So please let me know where I go to complaint my problem. No one can hear in the company. I am loosing money continuosly. I am not very rich person to bear lose of Rs.200/- in a single day. And I am not happy with the CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, which is not reachable when we need and always on SYSTEM UPDATION MODE.                                 I am having Reliance NetConnect+ 3G Connection which promises to offer speed of 7.2 MBPS. However, I am not even getting half of the speed advertised by them. The downloading speed has never went above 160 KBPS so far. The uploading speed has not went above 100-150 KBPS & the browsing speed also has never been more than 300 KBPS. Even if one is not getting the promised 7.2 MBPS, one would definately expect the speed to be better than the normal 2G Connection. I am very much disapponted or buying Reliance NetConnect+ 3G Connection. They have sold thei device completely on wrong promises. Please help me in getting this issue resolved. If Reliance is expecting us to pay the bills on time, can we not expect them to provide a good service...? I would expect the spped should be atleast like mentioned below even in the worst case scenario's: Browsing Speed : 3.1 MBPS Uploading Speed : 512 KBPS Downloading Speed : 1 MBPS

                                    Hi, I used Reliance 3g dongle for a period of 1 year (from Jul 2012 to Aug 2013). Due to poor services, I requested its disconnection which came after a very tedious process. I paid my last bill in Jul 2013. The final bill I recieved was for Rs 1025 on August 2013. Due to work pressure I forgot to pay it and it lapsed out of my mind. Also as against the previously missed occasions, I didn't received a single call from Reliance executives regarding non-payment of my bill. Finally, on 9 Dec 2013, I recieved a call from a lady ([protected]) at 3:00 PM saying that she's calling from Tis Hazari and they will file a case against me if I don't pay the bill before 5 PM. I told her that I will pay it online and confirm the details to her. However, since the number has been assigned to some other person, I couldn't pay it online. I asked her to give me some time till tomorrow as it was very short time and my office time is till 8. I asked her if I could talk to her senior, she said that her senior was Court Magistrate. I asked whether I can talk to him, she cut the call. In the mean time, just to confirm my outstanding, I called and sent a mail to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com . I called the same lady again and asked her if she could provide me her email address so that i can forward the same mail to her. She said that she didn't had any email id. After some time, she called me again and gave phone to her superior (Not Court Magistrate). I asked her superior if I could pay my bill tomorrow and he again threatend me with Court case and another 13000 in fines. He scared me by saying that court case will tarnish my image and waste 1.5 months of my life. I politely told him I will do my best to pay the bill at the earliest. I tried calling Customer Care and explained my situation to them, They said that its not their department. Finally due the apathy at all fronts, I took a leave of absence and paid my bill at 7:10 PM with reciept # S[protected]. Please help me understand follwing points: 1. Why was I not contacted for 4 months to pay my last bill. On earlier occasions, even after 5 days overdue, I used to get calls. Once I was outside the city and forgot to pay the bill for 7-8 days overdue and an executive visited my home. Why then a lull for 4 months? 2. Why Customer care couldn't helped me in this. When I asked them that if they can get 1 day extension, they turned their backs onme.

                                      I would like to inform you that the services I got form reliance since last 5 days is ridiculous, I am unable to access internet on home computer, I called your customer care number[protected]but they did not know how to resolve that, they assigned me a technician but every time the technician resolved my issue on his end and he never check it on my end. Every time when I call customer care to know my case status, they told me case close as resolved. Find below mention complain number for your reference .

                                        Hi, Automatically my caller tune service, missed call alret, USSD pack service got activated and when i tried calling customer care, no one was picking the call. And when my call got connected customer care people(sandeep, suhana) said you have reach within 3 days then we will deactivate or else we cant help. We are working in S/w. we are not getting time to call alwaz and request those people please deactivate this and that though i have not yet activated. So whenever i wud request them to return my money they should return. I dont know why u people unnecessarily taking our money. Please do the needful and give back my money ASAP.
