Hi, My name if Afeef Abdul rahman. I wanted to avail myself a broadband connection from reliance. based on a flyer, i contacted one of your service persons and they where very prompt in sending one of their associate Ravichandran (phone number [protected]). He said a 12Mpbs connection is my area and collected a cheque for Rs 1800 from me on 16th Dec 2013. Later a person by the name Amar (Phone; [protected]) called to inform me that they dont have 12Mpbs speed in my area and they can give me a 4Mpbs. Since i didn't have a choice i agreed and they promised to get the connection installed by 19th Dec 2013. i have been trying to call Amar for the last 3 days and he refuses to receive my call where as i know he is receiving other calls as sometimes his phone is busy when i call. This is one of the most unprofessional service i have ever received and i tried to reach your customer service number at[protected] and reached a person by the name Siva Maran. he is one of the rudest person i have spoken to. i informed him my situation and he was happy to inform me that he can't help as i dont have a customer number. The person who took the the cheque from me didn't give any reference number.     3 I did observed continues, more than 28 days non connectivity during Jun & Jul 2013. And their customer care officer and Pune Technical team did accepted the problem as Katraj / Kondhawa Server was down and hence connectivity was not established for most part of Katraj.
    4 As connectivity problem was troubling we did spoke to Reliance Officials and they suggested to Wire less Solutions thr Dongal and we did purchased the same and made working in from 27 Jul 2013
    5 As at the same time we did requested Reliance Thr Customer Care to disconnect the connection of Residence in July 2013 communicating that the Jun 2013 Bill is paid and we do not want the services for connection @ Residence ID[protected]
    4 On this facts I did get wave for the connection ID[protected] Office and effected in Sept 2013
    But Reliance did not consider the same for Residence connection ID[protected]
    5 I did get the Bill for Jul 2013 Rs 560.68 + Aug Bill Rs 1, 221.36 + Sep 2013 Rs 1, 411.79 + Oct 2013 Rs 1, 511.79
    6 I did get telephone call from Reliance Legal Dept Kuber Park on daily basis Lady officials from their office did said that you no ability to pay the Bill Rs 1512 then why you took the connection. The Lady talk was harassing and did troubled to me and did disturbed my valuable time.
    7 I did paid all payment of all connection in time even though the Reliance Broad Band connection is off when Electricity goes on any Time. On Thursday when electricity is off the Reliance Net Connection if Off.
    8 I would like share the Technical Team of Reliance as they know the connectivity was problem and team @ Satara Road and In charge is also aware of this.

    9 I got the Notice appendix M CBB1595 DT 10/12/2013 Recived on Sunday 22/12/2013 thr India Postal Services to attend / present Pre Litigation Lok Adalat Dist Court Building Shivaji Nagar Pune on 22/12/2013 after 10.30AM onwards

    I feel that the fault is not mine.
    And Reliance is pressuring me to pay which I feel is injustice. And I will request to withdraw the notice and bill demanded for Rs 1512.
    I am communication this to Relaince Autority to look in to the matter.
    I am attending Lokadalat Today of next Sunday

      Hello Sir, I am vivek khetan and my number is [protected]. I have been charged numerous times for VAS technosms service and whenever I called customer care then they simply lied that we have activated the service. Being a customer we cannot proof that we have activated or not. They are completely ignoring the train rules also that for any service they have to take the confirmation from customer twice. I have also heard that reliance is doing this with thousand of customer. If you all are not going to take a strong complaint against this then close this site and stop this drama. This is your responsibility to give a good lesson to such company who thinks that they can do anything to the customer.

          I activated whatsapp pack in my reliance number [protected] on 13/12/2013. but they are taking charges unnecessarily from my account whenever I am using whatsapp pack. I called to 198 and made complaint about this more than 5 times. But there is no resolution for this issue yet. now I am trying to call 198 many times but the call is not connected. The customer care persons were not taking this issue seriously. I want this problem be resolved as soon as possible. Also 9 days usage out of one month validity lost for me till now. Please refund the unnecessarily charged amount and extend the validity after solving this issue.           They called and refunded the amount Rs.16/- .We have to put a data pack along with the Whatsapp pack in order to use the Whatsapp without data limit. But there is no clear information regarding this details in thier website/from their customer care persons. I got call from +912230326200. Thanks to Consumer Complaints Team. I got a proper resolution through this site only, not from reliance 198 customer care persons.. Thanks a lot team :) :)

            sir i ahve preebooked apple 5s on 6 th nove mber and was asked to pay complete amount on 4 th december and full amount was paid we were tol dtelphonically and even on sight that phone will be deliere from 12 th onwarda and latest by 16december fro 16 th december we are getting contradicory replies fro call centre so tno sure when and if the delivery will ever come go a geeling reliance is using our money and asked for compaint nos and sane was refused if adefinit e date is not pooosible pleae refung my amunt with intress

              I have requested Reliance to terminate Internet service on [protected] on Aug-27th. These guys accepted request and assured me that the service will be terminated within week.After few days again they called me and asked for Aug month bill payment and same day I paid my Aug month bill through online. I didn't get any communication that my connection got terminated.So I started calling customer service there is positive response from them. One day I got call from Reliance and they were asked me to pay Sep month bill.I was surprised and I asked them why should I pay Sep month bill that already my net connection got terminated in Aug month.You know what they said we have update your plan and this bill is as per your new plan. Daily they are calling and harassing me. This is very poor and worst service in Data connections. Plz don't go for this product.

                I have been recharging Rs 95.00 to extend validity of my balance data of 3G Net upto 30 days.
                But today on[protected] when i recharged it. It has been recharged and i got Rs 0.01 but my validity of data didnt extend.I have contacted Customer Care and they told me that the scheme is discontinued now and I will not get my money back.
                My question is how can RCOM can discontinue the scheme and doesnt intimate us. While during promotion they used to full our Msg Inboxes.

                  Dear Sir, Rs.299 pack was continued on my reliance cdma mobile number [protected] from 19/11/2013 to 18/12/2013. But, I discussed with reliance cdma customercare and recharged Rs.197 pack on 16/12/2013. From which I got 1500 R2R local minutes & 500 R2other Local minutes. That day, My R2other local minutes is 530 (500minutes from Rs197 pack & 30 minutes from Rs299 pack), from which I spent 96 minutes. Rest 434 R2other local minutes was wrongly lapsed on 16/12/2013, which validity date is 12/01/2014. Because, Rs.197 pack validity is 28 days. My R2R local minutes is now available, but R2other local minutes was lapsed, Then I lodged a complain in 198customer care, they said, they couldn't solve this problem. They escalate the call to his concerned authority & they said problem will be solved within 48 hours. But today they said, They couldn't help on this matter. So, Kindly refund my 434 R2other local minutes & main balance amount, which is deduct from my main balance account due to this problem. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                      I had purchased a Reliance 3G Dongle but when I started using it I noticed that the device is showng two or three network bars but the speed provided by it is 20 - 30 kbps though Reliance 3G guarantees a speed upto 7 mbps. I am totally ashamed of Reliance 3G Dongle. I think I might have to replace it by other products better than that!
                      I had purchased a Reliance 3G Dongle but when I started using it I noticed that the device is showng two or three network bars but the speed provided by it is 20 - 30 kbps though Reliance 3G guarantees a speed upto 7 mbps. I am totally ashamed of Reliance 3G Dongle. I think I might have to replace it by other products better than that! I have to move my pc here and there in my house to get a mendatory speed but it is not working. I am not satisfied to services provided by Reliance.

                        This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by Reliance India Mobile to recover the dues from customers. It is observed that Reliance India Mobile representatives are pretending to be “Information Officers” from “Tis Hazari Court, Delhi” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments. In my case I had a Reliance India Mobile connection account number[protected] and corresponding MDN No [protected] disconnected it within a months time of purchase as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by Reliance India Mobile Delhi. I had Clear all my dues & paid the all months bill in advance and raise a written disconnection request on Sector 4 Vaishali, Ghaziabad RCom Office, but even after giving a disconnection request I got next months bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice. The (so called) Information officer is called me and told me that the Tis Hazari Court has a case received against me and I need to talk to the lawyer who has filed the case. I was given a contact number of Advocate and asked contact him/her within 2 hrs on failing to get back he will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the net day for hearing. When I called up on given number, I was told that the advocate has sent court notices to my address. He will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs.15, 000 (Fifteen thousand rupees only). Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday. When inquired with Tis Hazari Court, We could not find any advocate associated with my complaint.Even the phone number (of so called information office) from where we got the calls does not belong to court. I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against any Reliance officials if involved any. This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian courts” and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to the notice of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

                          My Mobile# [protected] My mobile number got barred on 18th Dec 2013. When i contacted customer care, they said to submit ID proof again. I was using this connection more than two years. I didn't get any info regarding to submit documents, even a SMS. This is really affected by business. . When i reached Reliance customer care, they said its TRAI's info and our Documents get faded after 1 or two years, so required to update documents then i asked why you didn't send at least a message or call if you need any documents THEY HAVE NO ANSWER PEOPLES DONT USE THIS CONNECTION. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU BEFORE CONNECTION BARRING. so think twice its really bad when they put us in big trouble!

                            Reliance india mobile is worst mobile operator in India. Since I bought the sim card reliance is deducting my balance fraudly. And u will not get any help from coustomer care. When you call customer care they will say that their systems are currenty facing some technical issue. So call again later. It doesnt matter how many times u call, you will get the same answer.

                              1) My number is +91 [protected] (Maharashtra Circle) i have been using this number for more than 3 years. I had activated a service (Rs 19 SMS PACK) in which your sms charges will be 1paise/sms. Last year in July 2012 i shifted to Delhi for my new job and this tariff (Scheme) was changed and one can't get the benefit of the same in roaming.Since that time till today i have been trying and had put so many complains to deactivate the service but up till now no action has been taken from poor people of reliance and every month on 18th to 20th Rs 19 gets deducted from my account as it was a auto renewal pack. Its very difficult to connect to customer care because u can call customer care only 3 times a day and i[censored] r lucky to connect to these people they will either disconnect your call before u could finish or will put u on hold for at least half n hour and your call will be automatically disconnected. I had tried speaking to team leader, manager but their response and there gesture towards attending any complain and customer is very pathetic. 2) Network connectivity of Reliance GSM is very very very very poor. When u call them and ask about the same, they will u response like: sir, "wo thora kaam chal raha that wiring ka esliye." as if m getting network from these wires instead of the towers which are installed everywhere & this thing they had been telling for more than last 1 year. I think Reliance people are making money by digging such holes in There customers pocket. Shameless...! Worst service provider in India... !                                 Hi, I am using reliance for quite a long time. But from last couple of days I am facing a weird problem. Whenever i try calling someone its saying insufficient balance, whereas there is balance of 31 rupees in main bal and some offer bal also. I am very disappointed after experiancing this kind of sub standard service from reliance. I think relaince should take some good steps to solve this problem otherwise the only choice for customers like me will be to switch to some other service provider. Thanks, Abhimanyu [protected]

                                  I had been using Reliance data card with post paid connection for around 6 months(last year-2012). As i had to come abroad, i requested to change it to prepaid connection at october end(2012). I gave my request in salem reliance branch office(in omalur road). My Reliance Netconnect+ No. [protected]. They informed that it will take 1 week time and asked me to pay the bill for 1 week(till Nov 2nd). But i have received bill on Nov25th for the november month(1400Rs with penalty). I visited the office 2-3 times, called many times and complained online. No action taken for online complaint. The people in reliance centre said, that the termination should be processed in Delhi. The request is sent from salem branch. But they dont know why is it not processed. They finally said they will correct this. But again after few days got call from Delhi and they said that we will get arrest warrant if we dont pay the bill. Again we went to the centre and they said they will check. For few days we didn't get any calls. But this week again called from Delhi and asked us to pay immediately(within 2'o clock) otherwise they will forward the case to delhi high court. So that we have to pay 20, 000 penalty in delhi.It is almost a year over that i applied for postpaid to prepaid. Please reply me how to proceed on this?

I recharge my number with Rs 199 on 13/12/2013 at around 9:05 pm for which i got a message from 52811 that my number is recharged with Rs 157.21. But the amount was not credited to my main balance, till now i have complained twice visiting reliance web world personally but no action has been taken from their end yet.
