I was using a reliance CDMA Postpaid RIM number, but due to my service, I had to take a transfer to Pune, Maharashtra state.
I had decided to pay the existing months amount and terminate the service, I went to nearest Reliance store in Kothrud and paid the outstanding amount and asked to terminate my connection. I was acknowledged the same and hence, I gave up that number, that was around Mid September 2012.

This is been 4th or 5th time i got this message and amount is being deducted from my account. This is been happening from last 10 days or so. Reliance also deducted rs. 30 suddenly for caller tune service without any request. The service is pathetic. You won't be able to talk to any customer representative in *369 number.

Please refund my money or with this careless service, reliance is going to loose lots of customer....
