Hi Sir, i bought internet plan of 98 rupees for 1GB 3G data and 2G unlimited for 3 Days on 25th Dec-2013 on [protected] No. but data got finished within 5 hour and showing 0 Mb balance i complaint against reliance and 198 also but they not listening my query and not giving any resolution and customer service representative misbehaving with me and they deducted my balance also Rs 34.10 and not refunding while i bought internet plan just cause of i dont want to lost my balance please help and get issue resolve

    reliance is the big cheap company i have ever seen. they activated TechZone SMS S PACK of RS 49, of their own choice. i complained the customer care 10 times to refund my dedcuted amt, all told u will be refunded in half hour, but its almost 2 days i havnt recieved my refund amnt, please look into it.

      Hello Sir, I'm living here in Mohali Punjab. I have raised the request to cut the Broadband connection 4-5 months back. They took my request and told me that being a premium customer for 4 years thet will give 2 months grace period with no charges. In between this period if i want to reconnect i should raise a request or it iwill be automatically disconnected. After two months the connection was not cut and I got a bill of 1700+ rupees for two months. Now these people are mentally harassing me everyday by calling me and threating me. I had a word with their manager and they told me that the customer care executive who has promised me such false things has been suspended and i need not to pay any bill but then also i'm getting call from them.       As per the conversation I had with your customer care they told me that I dont have to pay anything
      And my current outstanding and previous is zero rupees but I have asked them to send a confirmation email for the same which they haven't send till now
      Until and unless I dont get the written confirmation that it was a mistake at your end and
      Everything is waived of I cant believe as similar thing happened earlier also where they told everything is waived of and I start getting bill after closing the connection

        i remember that my core balance was nearly 60 rs last night, but this morning when i tried to make a call, i couldn't as my account balance was deducted to 55 paise. i tried to call reliance customer care and the service executive said that due to technical errors he cannot help me. it is highly unethical and unfair on their behalf that balance gets deducted for no reason, and dialing customer care helpline is in vain. i wish my balance to be restored! ph number:[protected]

          reliance communication is misleading the esteemed customer as they are sending messages that by recharge of 123 they will provide 1gb data but actually they are giving only 450 mb data and i am one of the aggrieved person.moreover 2 days ago only when i recharged my net pack with rupees 123 they even didnot provided me any data. i have all the evidences to substantiate my claim

              HI, The company keeps deducting my balance whenever I recharge my card, In last week they have deducted 300 rs on average and in a whole almost 5000 rs . When I call the customer care, only reply i get is system is down, this is because to avoid the problem . Reliance Communications Sucks completely, they are the biggest scamsters.                   I am Rohit and my Mobile No. +91-[protected], i recharched of Data 3G (1GB) Rs. 156/- & talk-time of Rs. 20 on December 24, 2013.when i am starting a internet then i ll see there is no internet pack activated and My balance of Rs.20 is Zero with data pack balance (0GB) after 15 minute. when i call to 198 then it will take 1hr for getting information of my mobile no. And after that says your data pack of 3G (1GB) is elapse and we will not return back. i have not used and it will automatically finished. i talk to Mr. Aman (Astt. Manager) of 198. it is behave not properly. i requested plz back my data with amount 3G(1GB)+₹20 talk time.

                    I have sent request for disconnection on april2013. connection is in active state with out my knowledge.after 3 months i started getting calls for bill payment.I have raised a complaint in customercare.when i call them they saying ticket is pending with billing team for clarification.now they saying connection is barred so cant get me any details.I have been getting calls from people to pay bill almost everyday and i had to explain to each individual.today some one called me and threatened me to pay 15000 if i dont contact lawyer number given by them within 10min. when i called that person he demanded me to pay 2000 where as the false bill which is pending is only 1500.I had to pay that amount to get rid of all these harrasement

                      Hi sir/madam, my names shama and I had taken a data card connection on 2011 and used it till July 2013 as I was leaving India for 6 months . I called the reliance customer care and had asked them to disconnect my number. Now I received a email saying I have to go to lok adalat to pay 2851 rupees remaining. Which i never knew about, how is it possible I never got a single mail in months saying that iv to pay something. Secondly I still went and paid the amount of 2851 rupees in cash and got a receipt in reliance web world, and they told my connection is terminated. I received a email saying that thankyou " anil k panjawani" for paying 2851 rupees. Now who is anil k panjawani ? Wen I paid the bill it should be thankyou shama ??? I called multiple numbers in customer care and none seem to answer. Now that all my bills have been cleared, is there anything pending. I'm really disappointed by reliance . I'm a student and stay alone in Bangalore . Is it necessary for me to go lok adalat ? What will happen there? I have all proofs with me of payment done.                         This is to inform that reliance broadband internet is not giving me internet service after evening time. My reliance broadband internet connection is not working after 7:00 PM from the last one month and my internet automatically works at morning without any engineer visit. I have registered complaint about my problem to reliance communication customer care . Their senior technical lead member also call to me who assure me that your problem will resolve within 24 hours but till date, I have not get any permanent solution.                           Dear Sir, This is with reference to my reliance postpaid mobile phone number [protected]. Dated 21 November 2013 was allotted with a post paid plan namely RG PPM 399 wherein I was informed that, I would be getting 900 local and STD calling minutes + 500MB 3G data + 500 SMS; for a monthly rental of Rs. 399 only. Dated 9 December, 2013 I have been provided with a unjustified bill of 820 Rs where-under I have been charged under some other plan which I have chosen on my application for postpaid connection. In this regard, dated December 13, 2013 I have made a complaint to reliance customer care vide complaint no. 21341526. Against this complaint I was informed that the said problem of wrong charges of bill amount would be resolved within 4 days. However, in case of no solution and no reply from reliance I again had to call reliance customer care. More then 9 days have been passed but no solution has been provided from reliance. Moreover, I am repeatedly being trouble from various phone calls from reliance executive to pay the said unjustified, wrongly charged amount. I am also being threaten through phone calls that my mobile phone services shall be rocked by reliance in case if I do not pay such unjustified bill before 27 December. In this regard, I have already tried again and again to speak with reliance customer care (Ref No. [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected]) However, no solution has been provided by reliance.                             Hello, My subscriber id is[protected] I raised a compliant to send the money which I have got on my account. I paid money even though there was no connection for 3 months around. So, after keeping so many reuqests/followups, I have got money back on relaince account itself. I cancelled my coonection around 2.5 months back. Still, I am getting the bill sayind nothing to be paid.. but when am I going to get the credit amount I have got on my reliance account? Kept an email on [protected]@relianceada.com. received response that someone will call me to resolve issue in 1 businesday.                               I was using a reliance CDMA Postpaid RIM number, but due to my service, I had to take a transfer to Pune, Maharashtra state.
                              I had decided to pay the existing months amount and terminate the service, I went to nearest Reliance store in Kothrud and paid the outstanding amount and asked to terminate my connection. I was acknowledged the same and hence, I gave up that number, that was around Mid September 2012.

                              1 year later, today 23rd Dec, 2013 I got a Pr-Litigation notice email, for an amount due Rs. 750.
                              This is total fraud, They had my email id, if this existed, why didn't they get back to me in October or November 2012, for non-payment of bill?

                              This is not acceptable at all.

                                This is been 4th or 5th time i got this message and amount is being deducted from my account. This is been happening from last 10 days or so. Reliance also deducted rs. 30 suddenly for caller tune service without any request. The service is pathetic. You won't be able to talk to any customer representative in *369 number.

                                Please refund my money or with this careless service, reliance is going to loose lots of customer. I have been using reliance from last 8 + years but facing this issue for the first time. With this kind of service, I will definitely be deactivating my connection unless full refund is done.

                                  [protected] [protected] In my area there is no network coverage only for Reliance netconnect, before i bought this the retailer said "where ever you go you can get 3.1Mbps" but now i am near the tower, i not getting single point of signal in 2g also, after this i made an complaint by customer care they said " we are taken your issue as COMPLAINT, AND WE WILL RECTIFY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" and waited for 10 days and again i called to the customer care they said " we will rectify soon sir" and waited for few days and again i called to the customer care they said " sir it is not in our department better you can contact our technical team otherwise sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com" after this i have sent a mail also they are given reply like this "We would like to discuss in detail regarding coverage issue for your number. We request you to call us at *355 or[protected]Free from Reliance phones) or[protected]Toll free) at your convenience for the status of your complaint" after this also i have called customer care they again take my issue as complaint. now 30 days gone but there is no responds. I have also enclosed one photo for your view. and my complaint no .[protected] [protected] my netconnect no.[protected]

                                    on 16/12/2013 i recharged my reliance prepaid no [protected] with 200 rs and got balance of 175 rs out of which 30 rs were deducted for a vas crbt scheme about which i dont even know what type of scheme it is and i dint made any request for it. later i was charged rs 30 for caller tune service without any request from my side. and when i made a call in customer care of reliance. they made me wait for such a long time that i was charged rs 18 for this call and they dint even pick it. later i regirtered a complaint on 198 and they told me to refund my money in 48 hrs but i dint get it till 23/12/2013(now). today i called them again and they refused to pay my money back.

                                      I'm Pallavi and i am unable to talk properly with my husband, he stays in rajasthan at a place named aligarh. Just before 3-4 months we used to have a good talk but since a few months there is network problem going on there and now we talk only 3 or 2 times a day total for an hour only. i would request to take a look at this issue.

                                        I had registered a complain here 16th dec. On 17th i got a reply from rcom. They gave a link to submit complain details but link is not working. On november 14th the scheme was activated and the social media had assured me that no further problems would occur. But reliance remains the same. And again i am mentioning about the violation of base plan. Its very cheap of reliance to ignore this issue. When i called customer care, the executive refused to transfer call to senior, and instead offered to activate other schemes.
