about speed and disconnect

Regarding Company Call

I am using the Reliance GSM service last 6 months in Gujarat, but now a days i am very fade with the Reliance GSM Service. Daily i got a 8-10 times promotional Call & SMS from Reliance. For this i do an SMS to the 1909 no. & i tried many times Call for DND activation but every time error coming "buffers too small" like messages. I tried on Reliance Customer Care also but all times its not connected. And this is the big problem...

Not refunding the credit amount

So, after keeping so many reuqests/followups, I have got money back on relaince account itself. I cancelled my coonection around 2.5 months back. I have a reliance landline connection which is not properly working from last 7-8 months... We got line disturbance during calls incoming and outgoing. We can not even talk properly with customers... Also several complains have been given for the same...so first we were informed that your instrument is faulty...so we were tried to exchange it from the company but not been given a proper one... Earlier end GPRS pack

I 've put a 2G data pack for my mobile on Nov 6th. Now it ended earlier on Nov 30 th. I donno why in the earth they are mentioning that the pack is for 30 days. And again i tried to put a net card on dec 2nd . First transaction failed so i tried to do it again.Now they deducted money from both the accounts. I donno what im gonna do with two net cards. charging for uncalled sms alert

Automatic and unsolicited subscriptions
