My datacard no[protected], I have not activate the mcafee antivirus but i have recd bill for mcafee antivirus activation 499 rs, I have called customer care they given mcafee service no, mcafee represents told we recieve payments through credit cards only, reliance customer care not responding, they told u are only activated mcafee antivirus we can't refund.

    Respected sir/mam, I am using broadband internet connection of reliance which is out of service for last 5 day . I have already complaint so many times to the customer care but still no essential steps has been taken from their sides. Even though the local customer care is not picking up the call nor solving the issues. My customer id is[protected]; the connection is in the name of Avinash Kumar, and the complaint reference no is[protected].

      Numerous unwanted VAS services are activated on my mobile number. Around forty rupees was deducted from my number by activating USSD, techzoneSMS, One97 etc. It was promptly refunded when complained by sending an email to [protected]@relianceada.com. I thought the service was great. I also explained in my mail explicitly that I never subscribe to VAS under any circumstances and requested them to deactivate all VAS. Again with gap of one day Rs.5 for techzoneSMS and Rs.10 for techzoneSMS (totally Rs.15) was deducted from my balance. Again sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com and Rs.10 was refunded. Rs. 5 was not refunded. Again sent a mail but to no avail. got a message from RM-Reliance. The body of the message is as follows: "Dear Relaince customerSR[protected] has been resolvedYour wrong decrement has been verified & amt.is deducted against Full audio usage" I am contemplating legal action against this fraud. It is not a matter of five rupees. Now again got a message from 51234 that I have subscribed to free trial offer for Missed Call Alert service and this offer expires on 7th day. I subscribed to none of the services. One VAS or the other is getting activated on my mobile number [protected] without my consent and with out my knowledge. I object to this in the strongest possible terms and also request TRAI officials to look seriously in to such matters. Don't know how many customers are a victim of such irresponsible and arrogant attitude of reliance. May be they are considering us customers ch**tiyas who will keep mum and continue with the services. I want my money (Rs.5) refunded and all kind of VAS deactivated on my number including the missed call alert service and never to activate any VAS on my number in future.

            I have a Reliance GSM sim numbered [protected] belonging to M.P. Chattisgarh region. Time and again Reliance deducts unnecessary charges for VAS on my phone. I hereby make it clear to any Reliance executive watching this forum that I DO NOT want your unnecessary VAS on my phone. Change your systems to reflect to the customer that when was the service requested from their end for which charges have been deducted. Awaiting response.

              My reliance gsm no is [protected]. My balance keeps getting deducted for some VAS IndiatimesVPak subscriptions or something. When I call customer care or try and unsubscribe by sending 'Stop' to 121, I'm told that I am not subscribed to any VAS services! I've paid hundreds of rupees for this daylight robbery, merely because Reliance is unresponsive and it's too much of a hassle to run after them. I think I've had enough now.                     R.Balamuralidharan 05.12.2013 coimbatore. I taken reliance BB for speed 4Mbps for initial payment of Rs. 1775/- but they provide only 0.500Mbps speed. so i request to disconnect and stop the cheque payment, which is i already issued for initial payment.After few months now a lady call me from delhi phone number.[protected]. do pay before 1.30pm today 5.12.2013 other wise we file a suit against you. Now what will happend? what can i do ? I dont like to pay. because they did not give 4Mbps speed.

                      I am using the Reliance GSM service last 6 months in Gujarat, but now a days i am very fade with the Reliance GSM Service. Daily i got a 8-10 times promotional Call & SMS from Reliance. For this i do an SMS to the 1909 no. & i tried many times Call for DND activation but every time error coming "buffers too small" like messages. I tried on Reliance Customer Care also but all times its not connected. And this is the big problem of Reliance that his Customer Care is not connected.

                          Hello, My subscriber id is[protected] I raised a compliant to send the money which I have got on my account. I paid money even though there was no connection for 3 months around. So, after keeping so many reuqests/followups, I have got money back on relaince account itself. I cancelled my coonection around 2.5 months back. Still, I am getting the bill sayind nothing to be paid.. but when am I going to get the credit amount I have got on my reliance account? Kept an email on [protected]@relianceada.com. received response that someone will call me to resolve issue in 1 businesday.                           Thanks a lot for forwarding my concern to your team.

                          The issue is not resolved yet. Reliance customer-care team has asked me to wait for a week time. May be after 10 days I will need your help to resolve the issue.
                          I received a call from Rahul Singh ([protected]), delhi (from cosumer complaints team). He demanded my account details, so that he will be sending the money on my account directly.
                          The details he demanded was:
                          ATM card#, Expirydate, CVV#

                          Is it a fraud call? Don't know.
                          If I don't get ant answer in a day on it, I will raise another compliant by informing the same to ICICI bank manager etc.

                          As I told in my last response, by dec 17th issue would be resolved by RCOMcare. But I dont see any resolution yet. Please help me on this to get my money back from reliance broadband.

                            I have a reliance landline connection which is not properly working from last 7-8 months... We got line disturbance during calls incoming and outgoing. We can not even talk properly with customers... Also several complains have been given for the same...so first we were informed that your instrument is faulty...so we were tried to exchange it from the company but not been given a proper one... After we purchased new one ourselves tired out by the company. But the complaint remains as it was... So after further.10-15 complains cable was also changed by the company. But the problem remains same.. Now company representative says we have changed cable and you changed instrument then there should be no problem, but still we are facing line disturbance problem... Also sometimes phonetic complaints are taken by company and after sometimes meagre comes that your complain has been resolved inspite of no one approach to us... So... Please do the needful and I request you friends not to purchase reliance landline connection as there is several promise of service given but after purchase they are complete failure regarding service...

                              dear sir, my net connect number is [protected]. yesterday (26.11.13) I am recharge for 350 rupees by debit card . long time ( more than 5 min ) system is hangup. no reply / bill payment receipt / phone message were came. So I repeat the process for 350 rupees recharge by net banking method. result is ok. payment receipt is arrived. After recharge I am opening my system, 1.8+1.8 = 3.6 GB . balance data arrived. I really shocked. because 700 rupees recharge was done. Not announce the system, already paid for 350 or due date of recharge. Your plan says 255, 350 & 444 . that is every additional 100 rupees was chang the plan . I am adding 350 rupees. what about your system protect the again paying the customer. and I went to your chennai amabattur eatate branch office. one is, incharge ( Ms RAJESWARI ) SHE WAS ROUGHLY ANSWER ME, WE ARE BUSY, YOU CARRY ON. 2 nd person ( YUVARAJ) HE TOLD ME FIRST, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. AFTER CHECKING THE SYSTEM. HE TOLD, WE ARE NOT ANSWERING YOU. I ask to you, your business is work to me/us, we will pay for it. BUT YOUR ACTION IS ONLY FOR COLLECTION THE MONEY. NOT FOR SERVICE. FINALLY, I ASK ONE THING, IF YOU RETURN THE SECOND RECHARGE MONEY OR EXTENDED THE PERIOD OF ONE MONTH.                                 I 've put a 2G data pack for my mobile on Nov 6th. Now it ended earlier on Nov 30 th. I donno why in the earth they are mentioning that the pack is for 30 days. And again i tried to put a net card on dec 2nd . First transaction failed so i tried to do it again.Now they deducted money from both the accounts. I donno what im gonna do with two net cards. I've tried calling customer care, [hope they are having something like that]. I selected my language as tamil even then it routed me to kannada customer care. But they too didn't picked the call as expected. I would like to so some solutions for all the things happened

And today I got a call from a person who states himself to be a Lawyer (details below) and saying that legal action is being taken for non- payment of Rs.1700 which is actually not pending from my side. I didn't activate VAS CRBT(Caller Ring Back Tunes) neither was there any intimation. It has activated automatically and the amount was deducted . My Reliance number is [protected].                                       Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My reliance number is-[protected]. I always faced various problem for 1 month above in Reliance Network. Problems are-1. All time Network Fluctuation 2. Call is not connected properly, all time alert me 'network busy'. 3. After call connect a big echo problem is disturbed me & I heard my own voice then call is disconnected automatically. 4. Sms is not delivered to other number. 5. Internet Is slow, page is not opened properly. 6. customer care is not available for 6 months.For these all matter I already complained it 3 November 2013 in consumercomplaints.in & a Reliance agent called me & promise me for resolution in 2 days but its not resolved still now 1 December 2013 . So Sir please help me & take a necessary action against this matter as early as possible.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I has availed post paid data card (No.[protected]) and repaying the dues on time. Every month i am getting the call from Madurai office and blaming that you have to pay your dues. Many time i informed that i will pay your due on or before the due date with our any remainder. Today around 2.00PM i have visited your Madurai bye pass road out let to pay my data card due and also submitted request letter to change my plan from post paid to pre paid for the same no. They are not responded in proper manner and they said if you want to pay due you can pay or you can go out. The behavior of your customer service officer is poor and pathetic and she was irritated and not at all listen and not ready to accept my written request(you can check with your cctv). Herewith I request you to accept my complaint/request and resolve within 7 working days. I am ready to pay my dues and unbilled amount if any after your confirmation and not ready to pay any penal charges due to your poor customer service. Regards, Srinivasan J [protected]

                                        As of now no one called me and you are not resolved my complaint. Due to this my one month due is pending.

                                        Without providing any solutions you are disconnect your services on the same month but bills are generated for next 2 months.
