not getting Internet data

Its happening again! I recharged 2gb net data plan of 3g on 24 November on my mobile number [protected]. I only got 1gb of data and I still am not getting the remaining. Reliance 3g only 512mb received instead of 1gb for Rs 123

This is with reference to my two online recharges of RS 123 ( 1GB 3g Data ) on my Reliance GSM 3G and both time I got only 512 MB. I had done my recharges on 10 Nov 2013 and 24 Nov 2013. So You are requested to credit the remaining 512x2=1024 mb balance to my number as soon as possible or I would be compelled to take the matter into further consideration level. Regular balance deduction in the name of VAS services: Video Store and Shemaroo VP

Reliance GSM always activates VAS services, mostly Video Store and Shemaroo VP and deducts the main balance. Even though every time raising this issue, they seems to be useless fellows, doesnt even care about their customers. One cannot call everytime customer care for refunding the amount. They usually activates this kinda services after every 2 days. I would like to bring this issue to the Reliance Care authority....

Cheated by company and executive

i ahve take the data card from relaince communocation (Data Card No [protected]) ..but same got disconnected after 20 days When I have enquired I came to know docs were not submitted when I have scold the executive he get the same activated . But after 5 days it got disconnected once again and when I have enquired with customer care to my shock they have told me that bill is not paid but i have pad the 6 month advance to the company (cash)...
