Sir, last month I was recharged my mobile with 39 rs sms pack for a month at a local store in my town. At the end of the month from the date of recharging, I was again manually recharged my mobile with 39 sms pack and 120 rs balance in my mobile from a local store. Reliance NetConnect + Data Card Termination

I am Reliance NetConnect+ Data Card Internet customer ([protected]) from past 1 year, and using data card regularly and recharging it regularly. After 17 Nov 2013, I am not able to use my data card, when i phoned to customer care, they told me that, your number has been terminated and we can not re-activate it. You have to purchase new number. I have lost 8 GB internet data usage worth cost of Rs.1000 and now data card in useless for me....

No backup UPS for servers in coimbatore

i am surprised that reliance doesnt have backup ups for their servers in coimbatore. So whenever there is a power outage the broadband wont work. I called them regarding this 3 months before and they said that they escalated the issue but till now its not fixed.
