This is with reference to my two online recharges of RS 123 ( 1GB 3g Data ) on my Reliance GSM 3G and both time I got only 512 MB. I had done my recharges on 10 Nov 2013 and 24 Nov 2013. So You are requested to credit the remaining 512x2=1024 mb balance to my number as soon as possible or I would be compelled to take the matter into further consideration level.     i brought a reliance gsm connection yesturday and was credited with Rs 50 ...to morning of to my surprise ...my balance was reduced to Rs 0.06 ...when i contacted the customer service ...they told me that my gprs means net was on the whole night, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , but i requested for the gprs settings only this morning and i didn"t get any gud about it ...and they argue that i was using net that whole night soooooooo my Rs. 50 is gone ...never believe such type of looters

      Reliance GSM always activates VAS services, mostly Video Store and Shemaroo VP and deducts the main balance. Even though every time raising this issue, they seems to be useless fellows, doesnt even care about their customers. One cannot call everytime customer care for refunding the amount. They usually activates this kinda services after every 2 days. I would like to bring this issue to the Reliance Care authority.

      Even my balance has been deducted (5rs./-) for the same unnecessary issue (i.e. Jump Games App) . Not refunded yet...!!!
      They said their representative will contact me.. but they didnt kept their commitments...! :(
      Again they started activating the same VAS packs even after complaining many a times..! Such a pathetic situation reliance users (me, and i guess mostly) are experiencing...!!! :( Again, activated the above mentioned services twice even after complaining...!
      daily 1 rps deduction in roaming. when i send STOP msg, no vas activated in ur number this msg i got. if vas not active in my number thn y thy r deducting 1 rps from my balance. chor sale.
      Dear sir. Kindly deactivate vas videostore service from [protected]. in this regards when i send stop msg to 155223 no vas activated on this no. This msg i got. If vas videostore service not activeted on this no . Why you are deducting rs.1 From my main balance. If this problem will not be resolve by reliance, we will be through out this sim and also suggest to other gys.

        i ahve take the data card from relaince communocation (Data Card No [protected]) ..but same got disconnected after 20 days When I have enquired I came to know docs were not submitted when I have scold the executive he get the same activated . But after 5 days it got disconnected once again and when I have enquired with customer care to my shock they have told me that bill is not paid but i have pad the 6 month advance to the company (cash) as the part of 6 month advance rental scheme and when I have wrote a mail to top management of reliance than they have taken action but still internet with 7kbps speed is not started, I have wrote the mail to top management 4 days and still waiting for resolution My point when I have given the advance why company executive have not submitted the amount ( this is a big question mark on company quality of executive and channel partner) Customer is suffering from last 20 days because of company mess-up

          Dear Shabda B Mam, First Of all thanks for stopping my bill as I would like to inform you that its a internal issue of your company to take a time of closing an issue of individual customer's in case of mine your official has given me a call on dated 19/11/2013 time, 3:01PM from Number:-[protected] where he said that company takes a time to close a number on your case where those period of time you have to pay those amount of rupees but why should I as a Customer going to bear for those sum of rupees & Second thing, as per your mail there is an outstanding of Rs.249/- (last bill) but I let you know that i had already paid Rupees:--- ** 04-Oct-13 AM43209112 Direct Debit 1876.85 Paid As this amount is fully paid from 04th Oct, 2013 and where I have again paid Rupees:--- ** 11-Nov-13 IB[protected] Cash 418.00 Paid As I let you know that I had paid Total Amount of Rupees 2294.85 which included your entire billing, rental & Misc which is charged by you.           Hereby I let you know that I had talked several times with your top official regarding the same matter here is not my fault by is concern with you, as again let you know that I had already made a payment including rental, bills& misc., but still you all of them are demanding more much money actually i had paid but your organization has still not get updated the same.


          So, kindly get updated and get solved my issues on urgent basis, actually i had get frustrated with your several calls and worst service.

          As I Request you to ask the Reliance Communication to close my case on urgent basis as I really get fed up from them, not only me but several customer's are get fed up from them, as I am getting harassed from them they never provided me a best/proper services on time even I let you know that I had paid many payments to them through on line and one of them by Cash by, they still not getting me better service instead of getting me disturb by giving several calls and mails through their team.

            sir, my no. is [protected] on this no. my balance is cutting every alternate day without any reason even I talked to customer care they usually say that thing will not happen from next time n still my balance is cutting n even they are not giving any proper reason for cutting my balance.

              I have a Reliance CDMA number [protected]. I have recharged this number on 11-SEP-2013 with Rs. 91/- SMS pack in which I got 1500 Local & National SMS free with 90 days validity i.e. upto 09-DEC-2013. On 20-NOV-2013, I called to Reliance Customer Care (CC) at around 2:30 pm and asked for my SMS Balance and the CC Executive told me that I have 700 SMS balance, I confirmed this twice with her. after that in the night same day around 11:55 pm I again spoke to CC & the executive told me that I have 64 SMS balance only. But on next day morning i.e. 21-NOV-2013, I send nearly 12 sms from my this number and for these sms my main account balance was deducted with Rs. 13/-. I called to CC again immediately, They said that I was having 11 free balance sms and I have send those free sms & now I don't have any free sms balance and the CC senior executive said that the balance deducted was wrongly deducted and registered a complaint (complaint number[protected] and told that the balance which was deducted will be credited back in my main account within 2 days. But today i.e. on 23-NOV-2013, my complaint was closed informing that the balance which was deducted was correctly deducted and no refund will be given for the same. I want to know how is this possible that the CC executives of the same company is having different details of my account balances. One said I have 700 sms, other said I have 64 sms while third said I had just 11 sms. Due to this confusion my main account balance was deducted. I want that balance to be refunded and It should be verified that how many sms I had sent since the recharge of the said SMS pack and whatever sms balance was remaining, its benefit should given to me. And onemore important thing, the company's system should be checked & this error of different details should be rectified so that no one else will face this problem in future.

                Sir, last month I was recharged my mobile with 39 rs sms pack for a month at a local store in my town. At the end of the month from the date of recharging, I was again manually recharged my mobile with 39 sms pack and 120 rs balance in my mobile from a local store. The next day morning my balance was reduced to 78 rs because of the auto renewal policy of that pack which I am unware about that. So I was recharged my mobile twice with same pack in the same month. I called the customer care either for refund or renewal of my pack for another month but they are denying for refund or renewal for another month. At least they didnt check that customer had renewed by himself or not before they going to autorenewal process. Also I didnt gave any application for this autorenewal process.                   Hi, We have requested for Reliance Netconnect+ No. [protected] cancellation few months back and paid the due amount in the Reliance partner stores and from past 2 months I'm getting bills and even after mailing them that we have already paid the bill they have send another bill now. I have already seen this kind of idiotic internet bill which is Rs 85000 billed for old couple who rarely use the internet and after many visits to regional center in Hyderabad they have waived that amount. Do we need these kinds of visits to them to make them bill customers in ethical manner.

                    i have lost my reliance data card on may 2013, i called customer care to disconnect my number within a week. from july i got a repeated messages to my mobile stating my non payment bill dues. i went to reliance stores and explained my problem they have raised a incident on this and said no messages will come from no on.. After that i did not get any messages. I got a free sim card no [protected] and with in 10 days of activation outgoing calls were cut. Till now i did not get any bills through postal or email or to alternate phone number . All of sudden today i got a got from delhi and that advogate is threatening me to pay 1030 rs. i contacted customer care today nov22 she was very rude to me and compelling me to pay that money. customer care people are very very worst there is no curtosy towards customers. Its a worst experience. This is completely harassment.

                      I am Reliance NetConnect+ Data Card Internet customer ([protected]) from past 1 year, and using data card regularly and recharging it regularly. After 17 Nov 2013, I am not able to use my data card, when i phoned to customer care, they told me that, your number has been terminated and we can not re-activate it. You have to purchase new number. I have lost 8 GB internet data usage worth cost of Rs.1000 and now data card in useless for me. which i have purchased by paying Rs.1400. Please do something.

                        i am surprised that reliance doesnt have backup ups for their servers in coimbatore. So whenever there is a power outage the broadband wont work. I called them regarding this 3 months before and they said that they escalated the issue but till now its not fixed. With the power cuts going on at the moment in coimbatore using broadband when we need most is not possible. So now we have to plan and use the broadband according to the power cut intervals but still paying for the full month usage which is not fair as per day the power cut normally ranges from 5 to 6 hrs. please invest some money in the basic infrastructure and make the customers happy.I am going to wait and see how long its gonna take for them to fix this issue.will keep posted with the progress.

                        Posted the info in the link u provided.Lets c whats gonna happen next.
                        4 Months completed and still its not resolved.When u guys gonna put backup ups for ur servers. ur net is so unreliable without backup ups because of this frequent power cut.

                          Reliance gsm prepaid [protected] I activated rs 16 whats app and facebook pack from my main balance, as per the rcom.in if you activate whats app pack or facebook pack you get benefit for both, I activaed whasapp pack, used whatsapp and facebook, they deducted Rs. 114 from my balance, when I called thwm and told them about the issue they said we dont know what is shown on the website, if you have activaed whatsapp pack you will be charged for facebook. They are nor readh to listen anything. It is clearly written on website hat you can use both. Kindly take a serious action against them.

                          Sir,
                          I need a net connection, that’s why I buy a reliance data card the number of that data card is [protected]. Before buying this, I talked to the reliance customer care they told me that we will provide 256 kbps I bought data card on 28/1/2008. When I connected the internet I saw that they provide me only 115 kbps, I talked to reliance customer care and they told me that we provide 146 kbps speed we provide a software reliance net buster you can get that speed through that software. So I told him to completely terminate my connection, I requested them may be on 3 or 4 of Feb 2008.After some days then they told me that you will have to go to the reliance world clear your out standing bill and fill the termination form then your number will be terminated. I clear my bill and fill the form. After that my number still not terminated. Again I talked to them then they said to me that your bill is generated clear your bill after that your number will be terminated. Again I went to the reliance world clear my bill and again fill the termination form on 25/2/2008. But my number is still not terminated. Then I went to the reliance world they told me that your request case is closed and your number will be terminated within tow or three days. After three days I talked to the reliance customer care to ask about my number. They told me your number is not terminated and we are trying to contact you. You number is not reachable and again told me to contact to the reliance world . I went to the reliance world, they told me that now your bill is three hundred something clear your bill them your number is terminated.
                          Sir please do something. Please help me.

                              Concerned Reliance Mobile number: [protected] Dear Team, This is to inform you that i had been trying to contact customer care since 15th of November regarding some issues i had been facing with my reliance SIM but of no use, at first nobody picks up the call and if someone by mistake picks up the call he give weird excuses regarding every problems. let me highlight the resolutions given to me all the time to my problems:- 1) Whenever i m moving out of my location in nangal raya delhi my reliance SIM is showing to be in roaming?? Resolution Provided : Sir we are repairing our network u continue using if SIM shows in roaming balance wont be deducted. Now i had purchased this SIM mainly for 3G, now if the SIM shows roaming 3G does not work. 2) I had recharged on 19th November 2013 with Rs 123.00 under which i was supposed to get 1 GB data free but i had received only 500 MB. Resolution Provided: Sir there is temporary technical problem going with the system kindly call after some time. this is the kind of customer service reliance giving to its customer's, actually they are bothered about all the money they are collecting and not about the customer's. other people are also facing the same problems and hence are left with no choice but to move out of reliance. if my problems are not resolved i will move out of reliance and will make sure that my friends do not purchase SIM of reliance who are just fooling innocent customers. The matter will also be highlighted in social media... hoping a positive reply from your side. STOP HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMER'S and making them fools... SR raised on 21st November 2013 :[protected] at 2:31 PM SR Closed on 21st November 2013: - at 6:30 PM. When i called at 8:30 PM at 198 again the same response " Sir we are facing technical problem in our systems". Its time to move out of reliance and take the issue to the notice of TRAI.                                     i had taken a Reliance boradband connection through Reliance representative in the month of october 2013. Before taking the connection, the representative himsel[censored]sed to visit my office to pick any doccuments required in just one call. Also before taking the connection, i had CLEARLY told him that i would need to transfer the connection to a different building for which he blindly said that it would be done eaisly. after few days when i needed to transfer the connection, the person tells me that the time needed is 20 days to transfer from 1 building to another in same area, with 890 as transfer charges, which were not stated at the time of giving the connection. He also gave me advice to requst termination of the connection on cusomer care so that he could get the transfer charges removed, and sold me another Date card for 1400 to use untill the connection is transferred, HOWEVER, instead to transfer, Reliance ACTUALLY TERMINATED the connection, even after putting another request to NOT TO, and on top of that sent me a bill of 620 as well after termination. alsowhile selling the pendrive to me, i was told the the amount for pendrive includes one month recharge to use, however i received the bill for pendrive in just 15 days o[censored]sage. NOW i have the connection TERMINATED, and 2 BILLS of Broadband and data card, and there is NO ONE IN RELIANCE TO LISTEN OR SOLVE THE ISSUE. I WOULD REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS READING THIS TO NEVER GO FOR ANY RELIANCE CONNECTION UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER WORK THAN TO KEEP CALLING AND VISITING RELIACE TO GET YOUR PROBLEM RESOLVED.

                                      I am totaly frustrated with such a lousy service provided by RCom. Reliance Mumbai customercare is total waste. I am facing issue in doing outgoing calls, my number [protected]. when i called 198 for that they gave me various STUPID solutions and then they blocked my call too.. This is how you treat you customer?? They want me to wait for 48 hrs to get this fixed!!! do you guys know the meaning of high priority?? I am also from service sector, if any such high prio issue come here we have to solve it by max 3 hours. At least you should give respect to you word, I AM STILL FACING THE SAME ISSUE. CANT MAKE ANY OUT GOING CALLS. CAN'T CALL 198 EITHER, WHY THE HELL THEY BLOCKED ME?? BETTER YOU SHUT IT DOWN IF YOU DON'T WANT ANY MORE CALLS COMMING TO YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE . I want my issue to be resolved by max today itself and need proper compensation for such a PATHETIC SERVICE provided by you. Cant beleive it, such a bad experience with INDIA's one of the prestegious company. TRY TO REPLACE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE WITH TECHNICALLY SOUND GUYS.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am Siva Raman, from chennai, My Reliance DIA No.[protected]. I subscribed to wired reliance broadband connection on 11th November 2013, It worked perfectly for five days on 15th November 2013, suddenly it stopped working, I raised and complaint (no.[protected] to reliance customer care on 16th Nov. 13, they said will fix it up within 24hours, but they didn't do as such. I called them on 17th Nov. 13, customer care executive said my complaint closed as fiber issue. I said none of your executives called me yet, gave a 2nd complaint (no.[protected] but was of no use they closed the complaint as port reset with a fake reason again. I gave a complaint (no.[protected] again today(18/11/2013) and I asked them if the issued was not solved my tomorrow, please disconnected my connection and refund my whole amount Rs.1350/- which I paid for the connection.                                         Technical person came and reset the port, internet worked fine, but it got disconnected after he left after my own effort I fixed my own Dlink modem, configured it and fixed the problem. Thank for the efforts of consumer complaints. Siva Raman

                                        Yesterday your technical staff has fixed the problem, but immediately after he left the internet light gone red and disconnected. After 2hours of my own effort, I fixed a new modem from Dlink and configured it, now its working fine. Anyway thanks for your efforts.
