I have properly terminated the connection in the month of september,2012 after paying all the due amount till the terminated date and still im being sent mails with bills showing unbilled amount and demand notice.
The reason I terminated the connection is due to poor technical service and customer care.
But even after legal termination,torchuring through mails.
This is high unbearable.
My data card number is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected].
Please resolve this issue immediately

Reliance Netconnect — illegal bill and termination of connection

Subject:Broadband net connect;e connection Number [protected]
Below is the original complain which has not been adressed yet.

I am giving you the sequence as below

28/12/2009:Paid full payment for 12 months @750/00per month with taxes.

Bill date 11/1/2010: No use or within limit of 2GB
Bill date 11/2/2010:No use but still bill of for RS 423.50sent for excess use
Bill date 11/3/2010:Bill sent for usage over and above 2 GB

I approached to reliance HUB at Shivaji park about this excess usage and the complain was registered for wrong billing and waver.
However i notice that the net connect has been suspended and as such
23/3/2010:the matter was brought to the notice of the MR vishamber as Realiance hub at Shivaji park
Frsutated that no action is taken i requested to discontinuance
07/4/2010
within two days i received a call from Miss pallavi from call center an asked to continue the connection and she will recommend for waver for wrong bill as well as the monthly rentals levied even for the period of suspension period.

Miss palavi collected from me a form for reconnection and also assured for immediate reconnection and waver.
However when i approached to shivaji park Hub last week it was informed me that
the net connect has been disconnected from 22 april 2010.

This is really absurd that one wing is trying to reconnect and retain the customer where as the other wing is disconnecting the line.
Under this situation i may be refunded by deducting first two months rental or may be reconnected with waver for wrong billing and extending the period for ten months from now onwards.

The customer service associate who called me on 21st December said the excess amount which i had paid which will be refunded to my account within 48hrs.
But 6 days got over by now and i didnt get a refund of even 1 RS in my account.
I have terminated the connection in the month of August itself and
the termination request ID for the same is :[protected].
Even after I have paid all the due amount till the termination date legally, I have been charged for the monthly rental of nearly 100 RS per month starting from September till this month which ended up in the Reliance sending Threatening Demand Notices to mails Threatening to pay a sum of 613RS.
I paid this 613 Rs also last week because I dont want to end up in next month in getting one more threatening mail with bill amount as 713Rs as they are keeping on adding 100RS as monthly rental for each month.
What is the logicless justice behind the system that have to pay monthly rental for the device that i had terminated and no longer post any comments like "we wish to affirm that your aforesaid concern has been discussed and resolved to your satisfaction" with out completely resolving the problem.

I request Reliance customer care not to post any
Still I have not heard back from any one from reliance on this...
Totally pushing me to a conclusion that Reliance is providing the worst customercare service ever in the telecom community

    I want to submit a complaint & inform you about Reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using reliance (No. -[protected]) postpaid 440 plan and now I want to migrate this service in prepaid (Convert postpaid in prepaid). Now I want to convert this number ([protected]) in prepaid. For this I already visited in customer care of reliance which is in Thatipur, Near petrol pump, GWALIOR (Vishnu) at dated 08/12/2012 & filled a migration form. I have already paid my all amount in advance. After this process customer care told me it will convert in 5 days but 10 days have been left , its still running in postpaid. I have complaint many time in reliance customer care from my mobile, they all time taking 48 hours time for resolutions and after 48 hours no buddy inform or call me, every time I have to call at reliance. I am attaching my all voice conversation in this mail (play in VLC). Now customer care says YOUR PLAN 440 IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MIGRATION. (No buddy in customer care describes me in detail.)
    Reliance is not able to convert postpaid in prepaid, so how can I solve my issue. I have already paid much more to reliance now I want to convert my number in prepaid. I will take legal action for this if reliance not supporting me.
    Kindly help me.

    Why u can’t migrate my number in prepaid?
    Why you not describe me in detail about this issue?
    No buddy call back me or inform me about my issue , every time I have to call…. , Why every time I call reliance ?
    My all friends able to migrate postpaid connection in prepaid but why I m facing this issue?

    Postpaid Connection — poor and misleading services from rcom

    I have applied a post paid connection at your jalandhar branch on dtd 26-06-08, and paid a sum of Rs. 1299/ and told by your executive that the this is the cost of connection, the same time i submitted the required docs too, after this my connection was activated, only for incoming call and for local call, i have made so many calls to your representative to activate std calls, but there was no response from his side, morover it was the hight of limit when my connection suspended by your comapny, i tried my best to contact Mr. harjot who has provided connection to me, but all was in vain .

    after being harrased on dtd i visited your web world situated at Near BMC chowk, and told the whole story, Your ASM has assured me to activate the same within half n hour.

    But surprisingly till date my connection is not been activated.

    I request you to look into the matter. Now after being harrased i am not interested to get the connection from your comapny, So pls. arrange to refund my money back .

    Otherwise i have no option to make my query in front of hon;ble consumer court.

    Thanks for giving me such a bad and misleaded services.

    Postpaid Connection — Migration to prepaid

    I had converted my postpaid connection to one year validity prepaid connection in january end, but ihav not received my deposit yet so pls check and do needful.my no is [protected].
    I consulted in kanhangad vodafone showroom .

    Reliance India Mobile — Unwanted migration of Post-Paid connection to Pre-Paid connection.

    I am Vishwas A. Sawant from Aurangabad. I am a user of Reliance India Mobile (RIM) since a very long time. It is a POST-PAID connection and I have been paying all my bills on time, rather before time. Yesterday, on the 25'th of December 2008, my RIM suddenly started giving me voice recorded warning saying that, "Your balance is low. Please recharge you card immediately" whenever I tried to make a call. I was surprised on this response as I had not given any application or request for migrating my POST-PAID account to a PRE-PAID account.I visited the nearest RIM outlet. I reported the issue to the executive but no proper solution was provided. They could not even find out who and from where was the connection migrated. Also, I visited the RIM Aurangabad, Head Office and informed them about the issue but the Customer Care incharge there asked me to wait for some time. Even he could not provide me a suitable explanation. He said that he is investigating the issue for me and I have to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes more. I agreed and waited for him but he did not show-up for about an hour. After some time I saw him leaving the premises on his motorcycle. I am really very very frustrated with RIM and its service. I dont know where to go or what to do now.

      Hello,

      I had recharged my number's for 59rs by watching a add or offer in Internet which state that if we recharge for 59 we will be getting a benefit of 200 L/N SMS free for 90 days! But where in on both the numbers am getting only 100 free SMS after that its charging 1rupee per SMS, for which i called for your service 198 the executive who was on call was telling that only 100 sms are free not 200 hundred for which i have received a sms stating that i will able to enjoy the benefit of 200 sms per day for the above mentioned offer, But when your executive was noncommunicable to give service he told me that its only 100 sms has been approved from Govt per day so we cant do anything and the most pain full thing is when i asked him to transfer the call to the manager he made me waited for 10-15 mins on line and after that he has given to some other executive next to him and after the conversation he is telling he is not the manager which was not at all professional. If it is only 100 sms approved by Govt we will not be charged 1rupee for the 101st sms instead we will receive a sms stating you have crossed your daily limit and we will not be able to send sms after that which i agree.
      And its not a matter of 59 rupees but i feel cheated for the same and before this you can check the record of both my numbers that how many times you peoples have been refunded the money back for which un usable services activated by you and after calling you peoples for 100 times you will refund the amount.


      I need my refund else i need 200 SMS free as mentioned below.

      Note : If am not wrong only your executives are telling only 100sms approved by Govt were as it is 200 for all the networks.

      This is one more victim of Patthetic service that I am getting from Reliance. These people sitting in the FC Road, Pune branch are trying to spoil the image of Reliance which Ambani has built over so many years.
      The kind of Service that they give is disgusting.... All the employees working for FC Road branch should be terminated from there job, They are not fit for it.

      My Problem: The issue was just to update my correct email address. Since the email ID was wrong I did get the bills for even a sinle month. Then these bloddy reliance people call me and say Sir "you didn't pay the Bill" ..... What the Hell do they think... Where should I get the bill from.... My email id is wrong... That is not my mistake... They updated it wrongly.... and I am suffering for it... and its been now 6 months that they are not able to update my email ID.... Shame on relaince CEO and his employee who cannot update an email address. If they can't even do this... They should sit at home or jump into a well... Beggers are much more litterate than these people.... Patthetic experience... When I call them and ask them to send me the bills ... they send it to the wrong email ID again.....

      These people should be taught a lesson....

      Please sit at home if you can't resolve my simple issue.

      A KG 1 student can do this....

      Bloody hell People... I am throwing this data card now....

      People are loosing faith in Relaince and the service that they provide....

      Is there a single person is whole Reliance who can update my email ID... I would be grateful to that person....

      Ever since I switched to RELIANCE Prepaid GSM No. [protected] in Delhi around 3 months back I have not been able to pass a day without facing the pathetic and careless service provided by this much hyped Fraud Company. Every now and then they would deduct balance from my account without my knowledge and consent and when asked falsely say that this or that service has been activated on your no. And when I would complain then they would return the amount instantly or sometimes within 2 days. But this time they have crossed the limit.
      I had recharged with RC 35 ON 8th April 2012 at 5:45 PM and got the sms that my recharge was successful and now I can enjoy all STD calls @40p/min with validity for 30 days but my STD calls are still being charged at old rate. I reported the matter with customer care and he said that my problem has been solved. But it wasn't and I called them again and again but they just kept making lame excuses. Moreover the customer care even disabled my calls to them as a result I am not able to even contact them for my complaints on both toll free as well as paid numbers. Request you to take care of my grievances at the earliest. Also make sure that the incidents of balance deductions from my account on false ground of service activation is not done in future as I am not going to tolerate this any more.

        Reliance Mobiles — Shopkepper denied to give bill

        I bought Reliance Mobile top-up e-recharge of amount 100/- from below address-
        Manmohan Bhartiya (Relaince Mobiles)
        New Mandi, Muzaffarnagar - 251001 (U.P)

        When I asked for the bill the shopkepper straightly denied and told me they don't provide any bills.
        But I feel this is my right to get bill for any purchasse and I used to get bill for the same from other shops.

        my fiance got call from a girl on 5th march at 10.57 pm. she said that she got my number (which is actually my fiance's no) from an advertisement and she wanted to make friendship .

        when i inquired about that number then one male was there telling there is no any girl with him.. he owns the mobile...so i want to ask that person from where he got the number. but now his cell is switched off.

        i am not going to claim anywhere because he may b right and by mistake he has dilled the wrong number. but i want to know the name of that owner & also whether really any girl wid him or not..

        if you people will help me then it will be better.. otherwise i will find by myself..

        Reliance Mobiles — Security not refunded

        I was using on Reliance postpaid connection one year back, I had migrate from postpaid to prepaid and at the same time I had cleared all my dues.

        The executive from Daryaganj webworld has informed me that my security amount will be refunded to me within six month. But it has already one year has passed and I have not received any amount so far.

          I previously used a reliance 3g and found the speeds pretty good except it disconnects sometimes but never the less a worthwhile deal, though coverage miserable in many areas in mumbai

          I decided to purchase one from their site, that was my worst mistake. A representative came and collected all my documents and verified them with the originals. Subsequently I received an SMS my datacard is activated after 3 days.

          The datacard however was not activated. I contacted their miserable customer support and they told me they cant do anything, contact the person who collected the details or visit your nearest web world. I did both the person who
          collected my documents mentioned he’s just on contract and his job ends once the docs are submitted to the verification department and he receives my datacard mobile no. Similarly the web world tells me they cant do anything

          On the top of it this was their great Customer Support Floor Manager Sudha Nair who adviced me on this issue. Later she tells me to visit the web world again and this time it will be sorted out. Apparently at the web world she tells me "I am sorry sir I cannot do anything from my end...." She just waisted my whole day and nothing was accomplised...

          This is the customer service at reliance. If you got patience then go in for Reliance Datacards.

            I have 2GB plan since almost 1.5 years. I always get a bill of around 550 every month, This month they have added bill for additional usage and sent me the bill amount of 1028. I called them to enquire but they says that you have used additional services.
            I assured them that I have not used. But they have no answers.
            I will not pay the bill until I get the detailed bill of my usage.

                  i bought ec1260 reliance netconnect...but in my city(Trichy) only available dialup connection.....so i want to connect dialup connection.......so please help me

                  Relience Netconnect is Yukkk, the worst service provider...

                  I bought relience netconnect before 4 months ([protected]),
                  They didnt give me the invoice of relience dongle device.
                  Then I submitted xerox copy of my driving licence and my voter ID card. and one passport size photo.
                  When I got the verification call, Then I came to know ,my Name is wrong there. My name is JAy Patel and they called me Jay Shah!! (WTF).
                  When I called customer care, they told me to go to Relience web world., When I went there, they behave with me very rudely and told me to talk with customer care., When I called them they told me to go to another webworld.I went there, They told me to talk with Noddle officer of our area,Mr .BHADURI.
                  When I called him for 3 days, he is not picking up my phone. At last he receive my call and become angry on me without reason and told me to went to web world again. and told me to talk with executive of web world.When I talked with executive, he told me that its impossible to change, I told executive to call Mr. BHADURI a noddle officer... He told me that... "THERE IS NO PHONE AVAILABLE IN OUR WEB WORLD TO CALL NODDLE OFFICE and IF YOU WANT THAT WE TALK WITH NODDLE OFFICE THEN DIAL NODDLE OFFICE NUM FROM UR CELL AND WE WILL TALK.!!!!!! ([censored] Nonsense people)".

                  The agent told me that according to my plan,I will receive laptop bag free. But I didnt get this,
                  When I told this matter to customer care executive, he told me to talk with my agent. When I called agent he was not receiving my call. Means he is fake!!

                  Now,I move on to bill.
                  My plan is of 1049. 13GB PM. According to relience if my bill goes above 1K then I will receive 200 Rs rebate every month till 1 year.But, I didnt receive it.
                  my 1st bill came with Rs 1200 amount without deduction.
                  When I called customer care and web world,

                  my first bill was adujsted to Rs.880

                  then in second bill again didnt receive rebate. so again called to customer care and noddle officer and web world executive

                  my second bill was adjusted to Rs 934!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE) 1st is 880 and second one is 934!!!
                  I paid 935!!

                  and then my 3rd bill came to Rs.936 (2 rs more then previos one.)

                  Each time bill came. I got one ans only k "ABSE ESA NAHI HOGA, HUM DHYAN RAKHENGE" :D (wtf)

                      I had a reliance number two years back, on which the plan I took had reliance to reliance calls free.
                      I got my bill in the month of January 2011 and that had an amount I didn't expect, upon asking reliance for what i'm being charged they had no answer. They again generated another bill in January, that again had me charged heavily. Again the only calls I used that number for was reliance to reliance which were supposed to be free.
                      When I approached the reliance people they didn't have the details as to for what i'm being charged. And now they're sending me legal notice and what not make that payment of 3000 rs. I'm not going to pay this amount as till date I don't know what I was charged for (the bills were not itemized inspite of my multiple requests).
                      Can someone help me get this sorted out please. I had tried my best to get in touch with the reliance officials that time and they were all hanging up on me, upon my questions. And now they've woken up after two years and troubling me. Please help!

                        My brother has recharged his Reliance pre-paid connection for Rs.150 on 10th Dec 2012 @ 11.30 a.m. and amount was automatically recharge balance Rs.150 diminished and got SMS that the amount has been reversed.

                        We checked the Reliance Showroom which is available at Muthialpet, Gandhi Street, Near police station [regularly recharging here only for several months] and they are not responded properly, they asked us to check with customer care, we tried to check with Customer care for past two days several times, but we cannot reach Customer care executive till date.

                        May we know, what happened to that recharged amount of Rs.150.

                          I am using Reliance GSM mobile, no. [protected].

                          I called to this no. [protected] on 10/12/2012 at 3.45 PM and I talked for 15mins, and then I called other several numbers and those are as follows [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]. I called these numbers before 4.30 and after every call message balance was being displayed except for the first number which I had dialed at 3.45 PM.
                          At 4.30 PM I got a message from Reliance that Last call charge for 1.30 mins was RS 28.
                          Logically I cannot call another number in between 3.45 PM to 4.30 PM if I am talking to a person. The dialed history displays that I have called other numbers as well.
                          So my question is how Reliance GSM services has deducted my money when I was not on call for 1hr and 30 mins.
                          I called to the customer service and they simply neglected that it is not their fault. They denied to refund the amount back.

                            I am very upset with Reliance communications. I bought a Data card from reliance which for no reason stopped working after a while. I went to the retail outlet from where i got it and they refused to even talk to me, finally someone from reliance came(who seemed like a senior) and told me that my data card was bad and i had to get a new one. i told them that it was in warantty period and that i want a new one or a refund.

                            they said that reliance never took back any defective goods once sold. There was another lady who also came in with a phone she got from reliance and which also stopped working after a while - and they refused to alter that as well.

                            Whereas in case of Tata Indicom, used by friend, had a same problem and the same was easily replaced.

                            reliance seems to be doing a grand money making game by selling low quality products to its consumers and forcing them to buy dongles again and again.

                            My friends told me to file a consumer complaint but the tiring job of going from court to court held me from doing so; i however, disconnected the service.

                            Now I have a major concern as men from Reliance Communications have started calling me time and again and demanding money from me.

                            Reliance I did a mistake of a lifetime of buying a faulty datacard from you and rather than getting it replaced I am getting harrased by gong man every now and then.

                            Please help and tell me what to do.

Its really disgusting after the prepaid balance gets deducted frequently for the services I have never requested and also I came to know that this has been going on for other customers as well.

                              Two days before[30/10/2010] i have been charged Rs. 30 for a service named JOHN
                              without my knowledge and when i called customer care they told me that
                              the service was activated by IVR. But i didn't activate any kind of

                              Again today I received another SMS that i have been charged for

                              Customer Care people told me that the service was activated by IVR.

                              Then how it is possible for subscribe a service by Interactive Voice Response ???

The moment i did my recharge i m getting ZERO speed and most of the time no connectivity...then i called again and launch a complaint regarding that (Complaint No.[protected] then they started telling me that my area comes under network problems when i asked for my refund because they provided me wrong info they started giving me some unethical answers like i should have done 100 Rs. Trial recharge before doing 800 Rs. Recharge instead of accepting their mistake and giving my refund... from my side i already called them before doing recharge and gave complete description of my area to them...since the day i did that recharge (5th Dec) till today (12th Dec) i didn't got any response from there side regarding my complaint... i m the only one calling them everyday and listening some unethical excuses from them....
                                I already wasted 8 days after doing recharge with their customer support department and got nothing but lies from their side...I just want to quit from POOR Reliance Netconnect Services..Please Help me out with my situation, I an a MBA Student & Internet is really important to me i can switch to other brand which is working well in my area if they give my refund...

                                How long will it take to get a response after launching a consumer complaint ? The problem is getting worst day by day...will anyone gonna help or i m wasting my time... its almost 15 days and i m still waiting for my compensation from Reliance Netconnet...

                                  This is Lalit Mahara, I was using a Reliance postpaid Data Number in Gurgaon. Four months back, I requested the Reliance for disconnecting my number through Reliance shop. I was told to fill request form & suggested to get it changed in to pre-paid, as this take lesser time. He also told me not to use the data card till it gets converted to prepaid. As guided by the reliance agent, i filled the form and paid full and final amount.

                                  Even after doing the same, the customer care called me multiple time to confirm the reason for same. Two months after again a customer care agents gave me call, asking for the reason again & told me to pay same amount again to close the connection. Ideally my no. was supposed to be disconnected long back. This is the fault of reliance agents for not processing my request on time & now they want me pay the pending amount to them.

                                  Even if I paid my last bill and already requested for closing this number in July, they send me a bill of Rs. 1885.00 at my email id every month till today. The bill for July cycle clearly mentioned no dues.


                                  And without getting any previous information, I got a call from Reliance legal for bill payment or legal notice at court.

                                  It is really very painful that consumer has to pay for carelessness of such big organization 'Reliance Comm'.

                                  Please reply what should I do now and who will be responsible for such torture.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I ,M.Rajesh, have been using reliance net connect plus broad band (No [protected]) connection in post paid plan. In the month of august 2012 I have made a request for termination of my connection in reliance web world , Karimnagar. And I stopped using the service thinking that it would be disconnected.
                                    But instead of disconnecting what they did is they generated bills of august 2012 and september 2012. I have several times reminded them of my several requests for disconnection which they continuously neglected, orally saying that it would be disconnected.
                                    But in the month of October 2012, I got a call from Delhi consumer court stating that a complaint has been lodged against me for cheating, i.e, non payment of bills for 2 months. Immediately I paid the said amount Rs. 1760/- in the nearby store making the outsatnding bill Rs. 0/-.
                                    Immediately I went to the reliance web world in Karimnagar and asked them for my disconnection. After all I would not continue since i was accused in the consumer forum. Then they orally promised that since it has moved to consumer court, the connection would be immediately terminated since the connection was in suspension status and the outstanding bill was Rs.0/-.
                                    But again now in the month of December 2012 I was given the bill for November 2012 stating that the connection would be disconnected only when I pay the new outstanding bill of Rs. 1034/-.Regarding the disconnection I have spoken to the Reliance regional distributor of Warangal who completely ignores my calls and makes false promises of raising a request of disconnection from his end and waiver of the outstanding bill amount. I have been calling them since October 2012. But they are not responding to my request.
                                    I woluld request you to kindly take up this complaint and take action against them.

                                    Reliance — ignorance of complaint

                                    My name is Bilal Hussain khan ,i purchase a reliance prepaid gsm sin on 30th of Sept 2011 costing rs.10 and on the same date i got a recharge of rs.39 on that Sim with #[protected] from Jaipur rajasthan.when i tried to send an sms i found that my msgs are blocked so i registered a complaint on 4th of oct2011 numbering[protected] and the customer service exec. assured me that my problem will be solved within 3 business days (72 hours),but it hasnt been solved as yet.again i called cust care regarding the status of my complaint...again they ensured that the problem will se solved in 24 hrs.and they issued me a new compliant# [protected].today also i called up and they kept me on hold for 15 mints and after that they said it will again take 72 hrs to solve your problem.....so tell me what the hell u people want from customers...on one hand u proved to be a efficient service provider and on other side u people are making the fool out o[censored]s.....if this is so ...i wont suggest anyone to opt for reliance....and pls do take action on my complaint i[censored] people have shame....!!!

                                      I bought a relaince netconnect datacard on dec1st 2012, just 10 days by now. I was promised to get 3.1 mbps of speed on my card before 5gb usage and 144 kbs after that.

                                      I am calling the customer care people continuosly for last 4 days no one is giving me right solution. Even I visited the store where I bought the data card. They are asking me to go some where else which 20kms far from my residence. They are saying all cock and bull stories at the beginning but not supporting the same after we became customer to them.

                                      This is how Anil Ambani wants to became rich by looting Indian common people. This is not only relaince many cases like this with every service provider in India. The government itself supporting the stupid fellows. What is the solution for my problem. I support the people who are escaping from paying the bills to the services providers after utilizing them. Thats the right way to teach them the lesson.

                                      Still My Complaint does not resolve.. No body is taking care of customer problem all they need is money by end of the day.
