Services Barred for no reason

I have ported my mobile number from Vodafone to Reliance GSM in the first week of March and all of a sudden on March 29, 2012, the services have been barred. When asked about the reason, the customer care representatives told to visit the store, since there has been some discrepancy in the documents.

GPRS and Talktime fraud

Sir, this is Kapil from Punjab.
I recharged with Rs 178/- on 1st april 6:45 in Reliance. The pack contains 20GB GPRS + 88.00/- Talk time. But still i didnt get the talk time of 88 Rs. Their customer care is not answering the query. Moreover they started GPRS pack but the speed of the GPRS is so low that one cannot open the Google page.They are cheating in terms of the GPRS pack again. halting of downloading in between..
