Reliance GSM — facilities are worst

first of there is a lot of problem in the network of it, i complaint to the company, they told me that it will be improved in the upcoming one month but its 2 and half month, no improvement is there.

second, i recharged with rs 42 for std 400 sms, they are sent but delivery of these msg are not there.
my phone number is [protected] my self sanjay chhibber on today from my balance 20 rs are taken .I did not activate any service yet they dedect balance when i contact costmer care they did not behave properly and talk in rude way so i requested to take some action regarding my complaint actully this hapenned for me 4th time so plz take some action

Reliance Mobile GSM — WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

I'm Shridhar and I have been using Reliance Mobile GSM service from past few months. Recently I had activated mobile internet pack of INR 51/-. When I activated the service thro SMS, it was not registered; I again activated the same next day by direct activation facility number provided by customer care (THE WORST OF ITS KIND!!!) since then my 51/- INR are being deducted everytime I recharge. So far, 204/- INR have been deducted in 2 days. After contacting Customer Care, I was told that a complaint has been filed for which I haven't got any complaint number yet. There's this guy called MR MEHUL who's not eligible to be a customer care representative. He's the worst, the most arrogent and irresponsible person. He simply hangs up the call on my face. What kind of customer service is this??? It's better not to have Customer Care service than to have some like this!!! Wake up Mr Ambani and show some responsibility and concern to all the complaints...

Reliance should shut down IF they dont want to give services. NO customer needs Reliance specially when there are other good operators. Reliance sucks and is WORST network provider India wil ever have. And Best thing is their slogen was "KAR LO DUNIYA MUTTHI ME"... Ha ha thats really funny...

Reliance — Worst in deducting balance

Reliance is the worst network i have ever came across. This network is deducting balance telling some stupid reasons which we have nvr activated. Kindly take action to stop this balace deduction without ny reasons

      i had an edc box of reliance installed at my residence for which i was promised to pay 1000 rs month as rent but it s been 2 and half year i haven't received a single cheque from-there end i have disconnected the connection but the box is still lying in my premises even though i have complaint a several times i haven't got a reply from there end

        My self Mrs Faisal i recharged My number -[protected] with 399/-rs on 31st March 2012 its our regular recharge we have been using same recharge for long time.As we did same thing this time as well from regular dealer in Ameerpet.The problem is this we didn't get amount in it was only 1paise we got.when we complain abut it to RELIANCE costumer care on 1st April 2012 Spoken to Darmender executive he did not help us much.Then my phone outgoing was barred when we tried to make call it says''your Account is under suspension due to no balance' then again on 2nd April recharged it with 100/rs talk time but still my account was not active again complained it to Reliance costumer care on 3rd April 2012 they talk to dealer now.Dealer is not ready reverse our money or help us we almost spent 500/rs still didn't get it in account now we had to recharge again with 57/-rs then number is active.Its my request please help me in getting back my balance talk time in my account.

          I have been using reliance Data Card number [protected]
          I recharge for Rs 800/- on Feb 21st,2012 for unlimited 3Gnetconnect + prepaid and after some days recharged for rs 10 as balance in my account.after some days till march 3,2012 I was able to use it but after that data card stopped working.And each and everytime I called up the customer care .They transferred my request to tech dept and everytime every person told me the same set of steps to resolve but every time they told me different reasons for non operation for services.
          One told me that work is going on in the area that's why its not working
          Another told me that I haven't that min sufficient balance of Rs10/-
          Another told me that I haven't that min sufficient balance of Rs 5/-
          Another told me that my services is not active so i have to visit reliance store.
          I visited Reliance store of Sector 50 Noida .Wasted 2 hours there.They told me that it will be resolved by next day.But that was also another false promise.
          Then also again I called up customer care.Talked to Mr Anthony.they told me that they have escalated the issue and will be resolved.But that went in vain.
          Then called up talked to Abhijit.He in fact was talking of some different complaint and haven't the context of the complaint even after I gave him the complaint number.
          Every time I called up customer care the customer care person says that our senior staff is busy.and made me promise that they will call back in 5 min but even after half hour they didn't call up.
          Then i had to again call up customer care and talk to different person.Again explain the issue what happened.then again new supervisor .He/she also busy.
          I am tired up of all this.I paid Rs 800 and From march 3 to March 14,2012 (12 days has been without service.My validity lapsed I paid for this service.But haven't got the service)
          How can they say that they have closed the issue as resolved.
          Losses I am bearing--
          1)I paid for what I didn't get 12 days Internet =Rs 12/30*800=320/-
          2)everyday spent 3 hours min trying to resolve the issue
          3)For my office work I have to rely on internet connectivity that was also I had to manage by taking connection from other operator which coast me a lot.

          Who will compensate for all of these losses?????

          I am facing this issue this month again!!!!

          After so many days of diagnostics ,when they were unable to correct the inetrent issue then they told me to visit Reliance service centre.I told them that service centre are far but they told me that i have no option so I had take leave from my office and went there.when i reached there both service centres were closed and it was just 6:30 pm.

            I had bought Reliance internet connection#[protected] from a Reliance agent. His name was Dashrath Pote (mobile number:[protected].

            He misused my documents and procured a cell#[protected]. Someone was using this cell[protected] using my id proofs. I came to know only after received the bill.

            Reliance world refused to disconnect the phone without first clearing the bill.

            I visited Akurdi Police chowky. The police officer who was present their called the guy who is using the number and reprimanded him. The guy stopped using the cell.

            There is some Rs.1000 outstanding on the cell. Reliance has disconnected internet connection also. Why should I pay bill when landline was given fraudulently by Reliance people.

            Kindly waive off the bill and restore internet services to connection#[protected].

            It should be noted that Dashrath Pote has cheated many people in Pune and Reliance Pune is aware of the issue.

My Recharge balance amount have been deducted in un wanted ringtone which I have never subscribed even after registration of deactivation of ringtone and my available recharge balance have been reduced to be minimum balance.                 I have ported my mobile number from Vodafone to Reliance GSM in the first week of March and all of a sudden on March 29, 2012, the services have been barred. When asked about the reason, the customer care representatives told to visit the store, since there has been some discrepancy in the documents.

                After visiting the store on March 31, 2012, I came to know that the proofs are correct and there has been a clerical error from Reliance Web World team because of which the form has been lying with them for almost a month and has not been submitted to the head office, hence my services have been barred. After numerous follow up with the Reliance World Manager - Pramod, my services have not yet been activated (April 03, 2012 at 11:00 am).

                This has led to a major loss since all my business transactions are suffering and the opportunity cost is very high.

                Request you to take the necessary action against Reliance Communications.

                i took a new connection on[protected]. it got debarred on[protected]. this all has happened when i have paid 500 bucks as advance and since the connection is new so there could not be any pending balance....i took the connection in banglore from koremangala outlet in foreum mall.... first of all those people MISBEHAVED when after taking the connection i went for the same problem...
                m forced to say that u have the worst support service and the biggest mistake in the telecom world is RELIANCE

                have heard what not from the people at the above mentioned outlet.... they asked for the documents 10 times and that to for the same documents.......

                  I am M R Jagadeesh Babu purchased Reliance Netconnect+ Data Card from Reliance Web World, Vijayanagar, Bangalore on August 21, 2011 vide User Id.[protected].

                  After purchase I noticed that it provides low speed of 0.2mbps. Customer Care said that due to new introduction the product need to update some technical support and will be resolved on or before August 31, 2011. But it was continuing the same, again Customer Care told that it will get resolved on or before November 30, 2011 again on December 31, 2011 and so on repeatedly hearing from Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care.

                  On March 12, 2012 on plugging Data Card Device it has given pop-up message as the device connected with speed of 3.1mbps but on checking speedtest reported 0.20mbps only also agreed by Reliance Netconnect+ customer care executive. Same day I have lodged complaint in this regard vide Ref.[protected]. Till today nobody visited my place to resolve.

                  On Mrch 15, 2012 spoke to Mr. Karthik Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care Executive, even he said due to network problem Data Card provides connectivity speed of 0.20mbps instead of 3.1mbps.

                  Eventhough system not providing speed 3.1mbps have increased minimum monthly recharge from Rs.180/- to Rs.350/-. Which shows that injustice to the public and it is cheating by giving wrong assurance while selling the product and recharges.

                  Reliance Netconnect+ has programmed the device on resume to show pop-message ‘connected with 3.1mbps speed’, but it provides speed of 0.2mbps only.

                  Hence I have requested Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care to refund Rs.2,469/- (Rs.1,399/- cost of device and Rs.1,170/- recharges).

                  Now Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care replied that they are not going to refund anything as per their policy.

                  The company makes the policy for their benefit not Justice to the customers. This is 100% cheating done by Reliance Netconnect+.

                  Please help me to get justice in this regard.

                    Sir, this is Kapil from Punjab.
                    I recharged with Rs 178/- on 1st april 6:45 in Reliance. The pack contains 20GB GPRS + 88.00/- Talk time. But still i didnt get the talk time of 88 Rs. Their customer care is not answering the query. Moreover they started GPRS pack but the speed of the GPRS is so low that one cannot open the Google page.They are cheating in terms of the GPRS pack again. This company has core idea of looting and harassing people and thereby making money.They never solve query and never respond to customers complaint..!!please help me for the same

                    Myself, Kapil, with mob no:[protected] (reliance) is once again harassed by the reliance communications. I recharged with 178/- Rs in reliance which provides 20GB GPRS and 88/-Rs talk time But inspite of message from company, i didnt get the talk time.I had to make the emergency calls.When contacted to the customer care they showed the same every time reason that the technical upgradation is going on so we cant check.I tried 4 times but they showed the same reason, This led to missing my important calls without any balance. Reliance has Ben doing this things every time to customers and also they didn't take any action.They are the real frauds and they should not be allowed to operate because this company only knows to do fraudulent things. Because of their carelessness, one can loose important business related calls..!!hope further action will be taken against this company.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I am using reliance GSM service since its launch in Maharashtra. Last time I had complained about downloading getting disconnected. Now its fine. thanks to reliance for that. But now, though it is not getting disconnected at all but the downloading halts at 0kb/ps in between and never rises. This forces me to disconnect the USB data card and again connect. I tried it in my Mobile also. but the same is happening. Customer care had told me that it will be solved by 7th of February but even now it is not solved. My number is [protected].

                      Kindly solve the issue as earliest as possible, because every time we recharge for monthly pack and face the same problem. If you are charging money then you should provide at least good service, if not the best.

                        I have install broadband connection( user ID[protected] from reliance. From installing date, it is not working properly.
                        I have choose plan 999 in which RELIANCE should provide me speed 12 MBPS. But speed not getting me more than 2 MBPS. I have complaint many time to reliance customer care . But no one is serious about it. Without giving me service ,bill also has been generated.
                        Why bill generate if reliance could not give me service as per my plan?

                        i want to refund my money and discontinue my conection.

                          If possible please allot me pre-paid connection, or send your men at my residence 6A, Manik Nagar, Po.Japorigog, Guwahati-781005 as soon as possible.Neither you compel me to take another connection

                            Hi,

                            I have been following up with the officials of Reliance Mutual Fund but the officials are giving deaf ear on it. I had an SIP with Reliance Mutual Fund which used to get direct debit from my account.

                            I decided to stop that SIP and the same was confirmed to me in writing that the SIP has been stopped on my request w.e.f.10/12/11. However, inspite of all the facts, again there was a deduction towards the SIP on 10/12/11 for Rs.3000/- but this time the units were not credited to my account.

                            Initially the officials denied about the debit from my account but later on when I send them my bank account statement then they confirmed the deduction and non alottment o[censored]nits in my folio and a choice was given to me between the cash refund or units in my account and I chose to have units in my folio account. The same was credited to my folio immediately.

                            However, after some days when I checked my folio statement the units were reversed i.e. the units which were credited after so much of efforts and clarification were taken back from Reliance Mutual Fund without any intimattion.

                            Again I complained to Customer care and as per their instruction I sent them the documents on 07/02/12 and in response to that I got a mail on 13/02/12 that my complaint will be handled in 7 working days. When I didn't receive any response then I tried again to Reliance Mutual Fund's customer care and they informed that the status is not updated and they will revert.

                            Then my issue again resolved on 22nd Feb and units were again allotted. Now when I checked my statement again the same are reversed.

                            As shown in above response the units were allottted and later on it is again reversed. This is happening for the third time. I think the company officials are cheating in series. The issue twice solved again emerged as it is and the matter is still as it was on 12th December'11.

                            MY UNITS ARE REVERSED WITHOUT ANY REASON AND LOGIC WHICH WERE CREDITED EARLIER AFTER DUE VERIFICATION BY RELIANCE OFFICIALS.

                              sir my name is rajesh ranjan i use reliance gsm service, my no is [protected] , i done recharge of rs178 dated on 21/03/2012, but balance is not deposited in my account till now, I complained customer service then they write my complain (ref no, is[protected] after then they inform me your recharge is already created in your account, but it was fols, again i complain then they again write complain (Ref No.[protected] and after then they inform me that this plane was change on 24/03/12 , while i recharged on 21/03/2012.again i complain that i recharged my no. 21 march and the plane was change on 24 march thats why balance should be created in my account. after then they told me that some technical uptodation is being proceed so call me after some time . and i called customer care more then 30 times in 6 day . they tell me only one line that some technical uptodation is going on proceed so please call me after some time. so plz help me

                                I am having Reliance Netconnect ([protected]) CDMA dongle, currently in roaming in Lucknow. Since past 3-4 days I am having trouble with internet speed. Thanks to the automated system I was unable to contact any of their ?executives. Finally when I got through today, I was told that my Broadband+ has been downgraded to High Speed 1x without my knowledge and without any reason. Further there was no intimation either. Funny people do not realize how much trouble this can cause a consumer. Now I am told that broadband plus will be started back in 24 hours.... hoping so... till then.....

But for me the Given Reliance CDMA sim was not activated. They Have activated my number in other one Reliance GSM Simcard instead of the CDMA Without my confiremation & Information and they had collect my alternate mobile also. This matter also known While i was visit and asked the reliance store and i requested to their GSM is not require for me So kindly Change my number to CDMA . As their 1st oredr we are not able procced to CDMA So must be used this till 3Month after that i have quiz to them i[censored] informed me this before My Port request i wont give the request for port but i need CDMA. After That They Given a information that the send again the port message after got the reply We have to change your number to CDMA. As their information I have send SMS on 1900. But I have received message from 1901 that your number is not processed please try after some times. I Had try more than 7 times but response as the same. Sir Please Solve this issue. If not able to change the cdma please revert me to the old network. help me.

                                    I am also one of the sufferers of Reliance, I had given a termination request to reliance on 6th novemebr, and I settled for 700/- rs in November itself, however even after numerous complaints,


                                    I am billed wrongly and they are continuing to Bill me,

                                    I have taken a TATA Photon connection for better connectivity in my area, but reliance is still billing me.

                                    I saw more than 100 grieviences, against Reliance,and so decided to do something, for all o[censored]s.

                                    Though Consumer courts are cheap to fight in but it needs some money,
                                    So what we can do is, move together, and share the cost and make it cheaper,
                                    If we are together, and have all proofs on our cases, we will get co mpensated from courts, (which will be sufficient to Pay off our lawyer, clear our dues, and also put a advertisement sharing our experience against reliance,)

                                    - We will coallate the Billing cases, and put then under buckets of cases..(Different cases like Wrong Billing, Network Issues, etc )
                                    - Hire a cost effetive lawyer,
                                    - I am working in a reputed company as manager and know how to teach reliance a lesson only f we are a minimum of 200 people together.
                                    - If you are in NCR, you can meet the lawyer as well.
                                    - We will make sure that within small expenditure (may be less than 500/- per head), we will be able to get Freedon from this harrassment,
                                    - we will get resolution from reliance, and may be 5000-10,000/- compensation from reliance.
                                    - We will also be able to pay for a small advertisement against Reliance, for the positive Judgement from Courts (I believe as in my case, I have all the proofs of what is been done by reliance, so will you have); and we will surely get a verict against reliance for overcharging customers, and not taking care of customer complaints.
                                    - also each one o[censored]s will share email id of 100 friends of his or her, Which means let su we are 20 people , i that case we have 200*100=20,000 email id
                                    - We will warn all these people against reliance, and inform them the Treatment we got rom reliance communications,,
                                    - In this way we will teach reliance a lesson...

                                    - I will collect all emails from you till 30th April , 2012, and mean while look around for cost effective lawyer.

                                    Reliance Netconnect — wrong billing and poor service

                                    I am using reliance netconenct broadband plus from last 2 months now.customer care service is very poor.hardware of huwaie is not reliable and very slow service of this broad band plus(3.1 mbps).
                                    more over they are making fool of the customer.I got a bill of Rs 3200 for one month .I was uisng 849 Rental Plan(1GB day 10GB night).
                                    got information from customer care after getting this bill that if I will start internet at 9:30 pm and will disconenct at 11:30pm then this complete duration will be calculated in day usage.
                                    But if I start internet during night time e.g. 5am in morning and disconnect at 7am then it will consider 1 hour in day and 2 hour in night.
                                    so by setting such time setting in their system they are making fool of their customer and making good money.
                                    No one in customer care /nodal.applette can help on this issue.such a irrresponsible company with such irrresponsible employees.
                                    No one takes care of the customer.and also every second day i am getting phone calls also from some other department to deposite my bill.

                                    I am badly harassed by reliance communication without fault. after long correspondence I had requested to terminate my USB net connect service ( USB Data card MDN no [protected]) for which I had filled the form about termination of the service and final bill as on Dated 8-7-2010, have been deposited with the help of manager for amounting Rs 154.00 vide receipt no. S[protected], and request for the termination have been registered in the computer and acknowledgement duly signed have been given by manager on same date 8-7-2010 to me.
                                    It is regretted that I have received calls from the reliance about bill payment again.

                                    I was using reliance net-connect broadband in feb-march 2011.but haven,t used since april 2011 due to their poor service, net speed, etc,.. many times after contacting their executive there was no response. so i decided not to use it. though i haven.t used it since april, then also company have charged me Rs.1400. thus i wish to register the complaint against the company. the poor service of company have resulted in my financial loss also. thus i wish an s i am willing to sue them in the court for my loss..
                                    Delay in complaint is due to,my medical reason i.e. i was recovering from severe accident,.
                                    My reliance net connect no-/user i.d-[protected].

                                      Dont Buy Reliance Products - Boycott Reliacnce Products

                                      From Reliance Communications I bought Reliance Netconnect+ Wireless Broadband Connection - [protected]
                                      I was using that for more than one year
                                      I recently went in person to the Reliance Webworld in 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore, and I gave the request for disconnection. A person named Hema took my request it is there in the customer voice form which i have shown here. and she has taken my request for TERMINATION of connection on 11/12/2012 and told me that within 15 days my connection will be terminated

                                      But they are still generating bills for me

                                      In this regard I have called the customer care executive and said that my connection is in SUSPENDED state, which never the person (Hema) who took my request told me about and wanted me to go to web world and fill a form which i have already filled

                                      Then i called again on the same day itself, she said that even though it is in suspended state no bills will be generated

                                      Both these conversations happened one month before

                                      Even after the promise made by the customer care executive Reliance has generated another bill on 25-Mar-2012 this is after the one month second customer care executive told me that no bills will be generated


                                      on 29-March-2012 I made three calls::

                                      first Call: she has introduced a new word to me, she told me that my connection is in SAFE CUSTODY and told me to go the reliance web world again - then i got frustrated with her reply , i asked for her superior, she transferred the call, he did not take the call for two minutes

                                      second call: i explained it again, and told her not to transfer the call and i asked for her superior and she told me that it is her company policy to transfer the call, and i asked her whether it is her company policy to charge customers even after they disconnect the connection. and when you(first one) can ask me to go to reliance web world for the problem created by reliance why cant i ask your superior to come and take the call then after some time she came back saying the she can only transfer. i agreed to it still after two minutes the superior did not take the call

                                      third call: Ho Ho Ho and he introduced the third word "RETENTION" - he said that i my connection is under RETENTION and not under termination, so to him i asked what are the words available in the Reliance Communication Dictionary to fool people and charge customers even after the customer wants to terminate the connection. He said that even though the bill is generated i am not charged. then i asked why in the first place the bill is generated if i have asked you to terminate the connection two months back



                                      SO IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO GIVE RELIANCE AND TIME TO TALK WITH THEIIR CLUELESS CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES AND UNRESPONSIVE SUPERIORS
                                      GO AHEAD AND BUY RELIANCE PRODUCTS AND MONEY TO THEM FOREVER AND EVER

                                      Reliance Communications — Fooling people

                                      All people in India know that the network of Reliance is very strong.

                                      But I purchased HELLO FWP postpaid plan in 2006 by paying Rs.3900 & the call rates were Rs.1.20/- minute (excluding Service TAX). But today in the year 2009 I saw that reliance is offering the sam eHello FWP plan at Rs.999 & the call rates are 90paise per 3 minute.

                                      And after launching several compliants, reliance is not ready to decrease our call rates.

                                      So isnt this an injustice with old customers.
                                      I had recharced Rs.249 on ([protected]) 26th december, 2009 after that call rate charged when i called Local reliance number.customer care representative said your complain is locked they said like this decade 8to 10 days.but they do not give any response towards my complains.When i conacted to rohtak Customer Care center (D-Park) Ms. Sonia said i dont have any record thats why we can not help you out.So, i faced so much loss.noboby is taking responsibility of this error.i want to be solved problem at the earliast.Request you to do the needful.

                                        I am a reliance prepaid customer. My no.is [protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuously all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms's (Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls & sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I don't know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.
