मेरे द्वारा अपने पोस्टपेड न. को पोर्ट कराने के लिए जिओ कंपनी को आवेदन किया गया .उनके द्वारा मेरे वर्तमान ओपरटर रिलायंस को 13/10/2017 को न.पोर्ट करने के लिए आवेदन किया गया .इसके बाद मुझे 14/10/2017 को रिलायंस द्वारा एक मसेजे प्राप्त हुआ कि आपका पोर्तिबिलिटी रिजेक्ट कर दी गयी है रीजन बताया गया कि आप पर बिल बकाया है .जब कि मेरे द्वारा बिल का भुगतान 11 अक्टूबर को ही कर दिया गया जिसका आर्डर न. [protected] और DC Transaction no [protected] है जो कि २50/- का किया गया .जिसका मेसेजे रिलायंस द्वार मुझे प्राप्त हुआ.मेरे द्वारा दुबारा अपना न.पोर्ट करने के लिए 18/10/2017 को आवेदन किया गया और साथ ही मेने रिलायंस को एक्स्ट्रा 100/= का भुगतान कर दिया गया जिसका आर्डर न. [protected] और dc transaction no [protected] है .परन्तु आज फिर रिलायंस द्वारा मेरा पोर्ट रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया रीजन वही outstanding due . में आपसे न्याय कि उम्मीद के साथ यहाँ कंप्लेंट कर रहा हु

        I recharged my reliance gsm number ([protected]) on 18th october, 2017 with a recharge of rs 85 which allowed me to rs 100 talktime & make calls at the rate of 20 paise/ min with a validity of 28days. But yesterday evening to till today morning i made a 3 call.1st for about 5 min 52seconds, 2nd for about 18 min & 36 sec, 3rd for about 1 min 56 second. And i was charged rs.37. The validity of scheme is for 28 days i. E. Till 14th november 2017. If the validity of scheme is yet to be finished then why am i being charged more? My extra mobile talktime to be refunded as soon as possible...

        I have reliance plan of 299, unlimited call and 3GB data per month. After 1GB data is consumed the speed is reduced to 128kbps, I am trying to call customer care but they are not responding.           Dear trai I m facing network problem from past 3 days I belonged to Agra 282006.. Consumer numbr are off no info yet now. Plz do something for us as soon as possible.
          1 week to Reliance network not avaible in Rozka meo Ind Area, Mewat.
          My number is not receiving incoming calls and so i opted for porting but it is still not happening after 25 days please allow me to port out

            Hello.
            Many months ago, i called reliance communication call centre to terminate my postpaid service of internet dongle. Netconnect. I was not at all using it. On that call, the call centre employee asked me to make balance payment. I did that immediately. Even then my service was not stopped. Afterwards further bills were generated in my name without any consumption. Now the agents are threatening me with calls and emails. Paying 2500/- is no big deal but i was cheated. This appears to be their strategy to earn money by not terminating the services even when asked.. I need further help from this forum.

              This is ankur jain. I am a customer of reliance communications. My number is [protected]. This is my second complain against this company. I recharged my mobile with rs.152 on 17/10/2017 and there was a plan of 700 calling minutes and free reliance to reliance calling. But they cheated again they did not give me the said plan. I have no calling minutes. They have only given me the internet plan which was included in the original plan. So i seek unlimited calling minutes for one month because that only will be justified as i have wasted my time trying to contact customer care

                Hi,

                My mother was out of India for about 5 months and tried to use her Reliance number but didn't get any network.

                Now, she has just reached India and tried to start his number but it didn't work! She is 64 yrs old and traveled alone first time and she was helpless at airport and she couldn't reach to anyone, neither we could reach her!

                We'd undergone tremendous inconvenience due to such steop.

                When I was trying to call on this number a few days back, I was getting message like 'this number is not active due to operational reasons'! Now, when I called yesterday, someone else picked up my call and got to know they just bought this SIM!

                I am too much tensed as all my confidential information going to this number as it’s my main number registered everywhere, mobile banking, e wallets, income tax.

                I’d already raised this issue yesterday to Reliance as URGENT, but there is no revert yet!

                I am not able to do any online transactions as all my OTPs going to that number!

                This is same as hacking my number and it should be considered as crime as per Cyber Laws, as all my confidential information are stolen now!

                I can't change my number at banks! I want this number back at any cost!

                Firstly, for whatever reasons they decide to deactivate my number, I should be informed through email which didn’t happen.

                My number has been allotted to someone else without my knowledge.

                I WANT THEM TO STOP THIS NUMBER ASAP AS ALL MY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION INCLUDING BANK OTPs AND MANY MORE STILL GOING TO THIS NUMBER. I AM NOT ABLE TO DO ANY ONLINE TRANSACTION AS I AM NOT GETTING MY OTP. I WANT THIS NUMBER BACK ASAP!

                I also topped up this number several times in last 4 months to make sure it's active.

                Below is my top-up history since June-2017:

                09-Oct - Rs. 10
                03-Oct - Rs. 10
                25-Sep - Rs. 15
                24-Sep - Rs. 20
                02-Aug - Rs. 20

                All my top ups were successful, that means I am using my money to top up number allotted to someone else without my knowledge!!

                            I had recharged my reliance gsm 4g number ([protected]) on 30th august 2017 with a recharge of rs 8 which allowed me to make calls at the rate of 20 paise/ min with a validity of 90 days. But yesterday evening (17 october 2017) i made a call for about 4 min 47 seconds and i was charged rs 5.74. The validity of scheme is for 90 days i. E. Till 28th november 2017. If the validity of scheme is yet to be finished then why am i being charged more? I want yesterdays call to be charged according to the scheme and my extra mobile talktime to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                My mobile number [protected] has been deactivated. The customer care is not responding promptly. I was not using the sim for long it is registered in my name - tanvi taneja
                                Need to get it activated urgently, the process of re-activation is to be known
                                The sim was not active for approximately a week and it has stopped working completely. The mobile is however detecting the sim.

                                  I recharged my no with 89 on 11th october which was supposed to give 1gb data per day for 28 days. On the first day i got 1gb but from the next day i was not given any data. I tried to place a call on 198 but nothing happened. I googled and found out some numbers but still nothing happened. This not the first time i am facing this problem earlier i was able to contact one of the customer care by any means but this time none of the customer care are taking the calls. I am just fed with the services u guys are providing. Please do something. This is my no [protected].

                                      I want to get deducted with my security deposit which was taken at the time of connection i. E. Rs 350. Kindly adjust it with my current bill. It was not adjusted yet number is [protected]. Hence it was told by the store that my security amount will be adjusted after 3 months continuous bill but it was not done, since 10 months has passed.

                                        My number is [protected] and i'm not receiving signals from last 4 days. I tried reaching customer care but all effort are vain.
                                        I am using this no. From last 6 years & this is serious issue which has become show stopper for my business. The number belongs to gomti nagar lucknow, uttar pradesh.

                                        Kindly assist if you can else i have to go for number portability option.
