My mother was out of India for about 5 months and tried to use her Reliance number but didn't get any network.

Now, she has just reached India and tried to start his number but it didn't work! She is 64 yrs old and traveled alone first time and she was helpless at airport and she couldn't reach to anyone, neither we could reach her!

We'd undergone tremendous inconvenience due to such steop.br...

I am customer of reliance communication. I am having prepaid service. Nowadays i am not getting incoming calls and messages. I can not do any bank transaction as i don't get otp. I can not use my ewallet account.
I have tried port to jio.com. After a period of ten days i have not rec'd any message.
I have approached customers care service but still the problem is not solved

I have been trying to contact coustomer care but i cant call them pls check my connection and i want to talk to coustomer care executive because i cant connet them my user id[protected]when i try to contact coustomer care they dont connect call i have also paid my bill but my internet and line is dead my internet is dead for past 7 days there no service center in my locality...

Every day. These jio customer executive calling me, & behave in bad manners, today the name of customer executive mr. Sayyed has done the same, not solving the problem,
As on today jio people not refund my money,
Jio finance, & customer executive people are the worst in whole world compare to other telecommunications industry,

Recharge of rs.38/- was done on 14th september 2017 thru axis mobile recharge from my saving account on my mobile number [protected] to reliance gsm.

I communicated to bank for recharge they said its done from bank.

However, i have not received any recharge on my number [protected] from reliance.

I had recharged my reliance gsm 4g number ([protected]) on 30th august 2017 with a recharge of rs 8 which allowed me to make calls at the rate of 20 paise/ min with a validity of 90 days. But yesterday evening (17 october 2017) i made a call for about 4 min 47 seconds and i was charged rs 5.74. The validity of scheme is for 90 days i. E. Till 28th november 2017. If the validity of scheme is yet to be finished then why am i being charged more?...

Why reliance so ordinary service provides. My outgoing call is not activated after paying my bills. Also i have not received messages for bill amount. That why i have paid late on 14.10.2017. Till today no outgoing call service provided. I am facing very problem because i am outside my home state.in future i will leave reliance which is i am using from last 12 years...

I recharged my no with 89 on 11th october which was supposed to give 1gb data per day for 28 days. On the first day i got 1gb but from the next day i was not given any data. I tried to place a call on 198 but nothing happened. I googled and found out some numbers but still nothing happened. This not the first time i am facing this problem earlier i was able to contact one of the customer care by any means but this time none of the customer...

Sir, i have a jio fi2 wireless internet device, but it the matter of concern that i am not getting 4g signal in my area for which i am unable to access the internet. My location is kalpana mahal, janiguda, rangabali kumbha road, koraput. Hence it is my request to you kindly arrange some tower so as i can avail the 4g signal.

I want to inform you that
I want to get deducted with my security deposit which was taken at the time of connection i. E. Rs 350. Kindly adjust it with my current bill. It was not adjusted yet number is [protected]. Hence it was told by the store that my security amount will be adjusted after 3 months continuous bill but it was not done, since 10 months has passed.

I am using this no. From last 6 years & this is serious issue which has become show stopper for my business. The number belongs to gomti nagar lucknow, uttar pradesh.

Sir, i am the post paid customer of reliance for the last four years, but today outgoing and incoming services are banned i want to call customer service but its also not working, today police are coming for verification for pass port to whole my family, only this no can give in pass port office, how they can reach me i can't under stand give me reply as soon as possible or activate my services for this no....

Plz disconnect the postpaid service of reliance no. [protected] as soon as possible. I was fed-up with the worst service of reliance gsm postpaid. Network is poor in this area, call drop usually occurs, bill is too much as compared to other network providers etc.
So plz stop the service of [protected] postpaid number.

My name is ashok jerry, i was using this prepaid number [protected] on a reliance zte c321 mobile until 2011, when the battery went dead. It was a cheap phone which was used as a replacement due to emergency. Later i switched to a smart phone and got airtel instead.

I had left this reliance zte mobile in my shelf with the sim in it and i believe that it got lost somewhere during the process...

No.[protected], date: 16.10.17, no action taken till date. Noc is misguiding the customer, technical team not support. Noc reply lie that complaint is open and suddenly say comp. Closed at same date without informing the customer.
