Dear Sir,
I am highly frustrated by reliance cdma service provider.From past 1 month it is activating unwanted and useless services on my mobile again and again.It started from 31st December, when reliance has activated caller tone on my mobile without my permission and charged me 5rs forcefully. After that it became a game for Reliance to harass me almost daily. I am highly frustrated this time. Each and every time i get a call and mail from reliance that this thing will not happen in future but the same thing is repeated again and again.From past few days i have to call to reliance customer care every day and ask them to not to forcefully activate service on my mobile. It happened so many time. on the mid night of 24th january 2012, Reliance has activated caller tone on my mobile without my permission and charged me 15rs forcefully. Bt this time they had also blocked my number([protected]) from calling reliance customer care. Sir i am now really very frustrated as my much of the time is wasted by calling reliance customer care each and every day as they are again and again repeating the same mistake.Fot this purpose i also activated the do not disturb service but still they are not stopping their ways to fool and unlawful acts of deducting balance by activating unwanted services. I am feeling me very hopeless because Reliance has blocked my phone number. Sir, this time i want my refund of 15rs as well as 1000rs for mentally harassing me again and again.. Reliance actually needs to be fired from your office.

    Hi,

    I recharged my mobile [protected] through online(rechargeitnow.com) on 24th Jan 2012, night 10.30, for 210 Rs. However, no talktime was added to my mobile number. When I called up the customer care, they said that there is no denomination of 210 Rs and that 210 Rs is totally gone. If there is no such denomination, why they deduct this amount. They should have blocked this from happening. Please help me to get my money back.

      Dear Sir,

      With Reference to the attached bill of my mobile for the period 14-12-11 to 13-01-12, I wanted to tell you that inspite of a long and premium relationship with Reliance India Mobile , some calls are been charged at a high cost of Rs. 550 per minute and also the same is not been rectified even after repeated reminders either through by personal contact or by telephonic contact.
      I have also lodged a complaintregarding the same on 6th of january with the service request no. 16956284, it was told that the problem would be solved within next 48 hrs, But the same is still not solved.
      Since my phone was temporary disconnected at that time and my business was highly affected due to this, I went to the Web World at Silver Square in Bikaner (Rajasthan) on 11th of january , they again told that it will be rectified in the next 48 hrs but there was no response for it and the problem still stands the same.
      Infact your representatives at the webworld in Bikaner don't want to solve the matter, Every time I visit there, they are telling that it would be rectified within next 48 hours . Even the most Seniorist Person their is saying the same. But there is no solution to the problem even after next 48 hours.
      I have also made a service request on http://myservices.relianceada.com , the service request no.[protected] &[protected] both showing the status as solving.
      I have even talked to your customer care representatives several times, everytime they say that wait for 2-3 days the problem will be rectified.
      And again and again these 2-3 days have added up and came to 20 days and my business has affected a lot due to this, none of my clients can contact on my mobile and also i am suffering a huge loss of big contracts form them.
      So I request you to Plz solve this problem within next 1 day or I should go to the consumer court and start other legal procedures.

      Reliance Mobile — wrong call charges

      Sir,
      I am a subscriber of relience mobile for last 3 years and my mobile number is [protected].For last 15 days i am suffering a lot from call charges.I have recharged 99rs plan of relience but then also ur r charging 2 rs for other mobile and 1 rs for reience mobile.When i contacted to customer care exucutive they told me that whatever we have deductwrong balance that will be credit to u soonly but today i got a msg that ur balance has been credited by .38 paise but for last 15 days i did almost over 100 rs call to which i should get over 50 rs which was wrongy deducted from my account.today also i have recharge 49 rs voucher in which call rates should be 50 paise per call.but now also 1 rs are deduing par call from my balance.Customer care executive are also not responding positively and some o[censored]r executive even refused to trasfer call to their senior.sorry to say sir if this will happen for some more days then i have no choice other then to change my connection. pls take some strict action as soon as possible.

      I am having Relience Prepaid lifetime Walky in my house having number [protected] from last 4 months. I had made recharge of Rs.99/- in the month of feb.2008. When checked in March, balance was Rs. 72/- . After that, i have not made any phone calls form this walky. But while checking balance on 12th June, i found that only Rs. 9.50 main balance is available with this phone.

      So, you are requested to please confirm where remaining balance had gone Or give me the detail statement of the same per return mail.

      Reliance Mobile — Charging worng tariffs

      I purchased Reliance blackberry phone with simcard and I had opted for NJ199 plan, which thet by registered for Blackberry plan. When I goto Reliance Webworld - the client software shows the plan nj199 but when bill comes from reliance they charge for Blackberry plan. So I registered complain with Rcom callcentre, it now a month and there is no response from reliance and they still continue to charge me for Blackberry plan.

      The problem I have is that since I am holding multiple connections from Reliance they call on alternate numbers for the payment followup for disputed number and threat for disconnecting services to other numbers.

(2) Dt.21.02.2010 sunday dialed [protected] at 20:20 o'clock during time 00:11:50 call charge 5 Rs.shown in my mobile. both call charges debit wrong by you in my case.
      Pl. tell me what happened ? between 14 to 21 feb 2010 i dialed sime numbers there are :- (1)20.02.2010 No.[protected] talking time 1:10 charges 1 Rs. (2) 20.02.2010 No. [protected] talking time 00:00:56 charges 1 Rs. shown in my mobile.Pl. check & verifed with your details it. If both debit are right then refund my 2 Rs. of above wrong debit charges in my mobile.

        I had taken broadband connection from reliance communications. At that time I used to live in rented flat in Pashan. Later on I moved to my own flat in Balewadi and asked Reliance communications to transfer the connection to new flat so that I can continue using same connection. They said they could not give wireline connection in Balewadi then but would definitely give once their wireline connection is available in Balewadi. So I waited for them to give me connection. After few months their executive called me and asked for the pending payment. I narrated him about the past communication and he said ok.
        But suddenly last month I got a call from some person in Delhi who said he was from Delhi High Court and asked me to present in the court for the case that was logged by Reliance communication. He had details about the broadband connection like my past address, broadband account number etc. So I believed him and paid the dues to avoid court cases. Later I realized that the person was from Reliance communications and the company used fraud methods to recover money for the period when I in fact did not use connection.
        I have used broadband connections from different companies like Airtel, Tata and Tikona. But after this experience with reliance, I would say that reliance is the worst service provider I have ever seen in my life, in fact worst company I have ever taken service from. In my opinion this payment issue could have been solved amicably.
        i also had the same experience and they are asking for an amount which is not payable as i already had requested them to terminate service and i have a compliant id for this request. now a person posing to be inspector and another posing to be advocate threatened me of arrest warrant at Patiala House court, and asked to pay immediately and confirm. I have vowed not to believe Reliance ever in life for any kind of services the group claims to provide.likewise ICICI bank and group is also cheating and not reliable

          Hi,
          I am the new Reliance GSM customer. My reliance number is [protected]; I converted my Docomo GSM number to Reliance GSM by MNP.
          At the time of purchasing the SIM, company charged Rs. 100 (only for sim card) and the representative informed that I will get 300 MB 3g data for usage and some talk time and messages complimentary after 5 days when the SIM will be activated. As informed the services started on the 6th day, but I got talk time, messages or 300 mb 3g data as promised by the Retailer.
          When I tried customer care, one has asked me to call to other and other informed to call on the first i.e. *333 customer care instructed me to call on 198 and 198 to *333. After long time one representative informed that I will get the services (as informed) within 24 hours. So I wait for one day and next day I visited the Reliance Web world from where I purchased the SIM and provided the documents as I got no balance or data after 24 hours.
          In the reliance web world I was informed that I have to wait for 48 hours or I may recharge my own with any top-up till I get the promised data and talk time.
          Next day I recharged my mobile number with Rs. 25/- online using reliance website (as I registered my number on the website). With the recharge of Rs. 25/-, I got the balance of Rs. 19.67/- as main balance. I used the SIM in my handset and connected to my Laptop just check the internet speed. While checking the speed at "speedtest.in", it took long time, so I disconnected the handset and checked the balance which became Rs. 0/-.
          I was unable to contact to customer care as there was zero balance in account and *333 is chargeable toll free number. So I called 198 which takes only complaint (no inquiry) in the night, where the representative informed me that I have to wait for 2 hours because the system/server is down. When I called after 2 hours, again I got the same information that server is down, please call after 2 hours. After all this when I got no solution I called in the morning and filed the complaint. Because nobody was ready to give me the information that why and how my balance was deducted. In three calls to customer care one has informed that I used the internet for which the balance is deducted. When I asked that how much internet use I made and how it is charged. So he informed that I was charged as per 10kb/10paisa basis. So I asked please provide me the information that how much internet I used for which you charged Rs. 19/- where he provided no information.
          Also the details are not available on website as I checked my account online.
          Therefore filing this complaint against Reliance for the harassment and breach of promise and deducting the balance.
          With this complaint I request Reliance to please rectify the things and provide the promised data. Talk time, messages along with the internet details that I used / if not proper, revert the balance.
          Also pay Rs. 1000/- as penalty for this harassment and not providing the proper services.
          Failing to pay the penalty may attract the physical complaint in the court for which the cost and other related fees will be borne by Reliance. Please note.

          1. How much time you will take more to contact me? (as you mentioned in the comment that your representative will contact me)
          2. How soon shall I expect my refund of the deducted amount?
          3. When will you send me my call details and Internet usage details on my e-mail ID (pathan.[protected]@rediffmail.com)?
          4. When will you comply with your promises and provide me the promised services?
          5. Please provide me all the details how will you deal with my complaint (as per RTI Act 2005)?

          I think you neglected/ignored my complaint, so in addition to Rs. 1000/- penalty for harassment and not complying the services, Rs. 500/- will also be charged for reminders and negligence again. You may pay this penalty within 30 days of receipt of this comment on this portfolio and please consider this comment as the final reminder.

          I may not be able to send you the next reminder, rather I will file the complaint in Consumer court in person, please note.

            i bought a new reliance GSM connection in april 2009 and while filling out the applicant form i clearly mentioned that i don't want any kind of promotional calls or SMS.
            But i am regularly getting SMS's and Calls and when i complained regarding this to the customer service, they were least bothered.

            a year ago , i was started DND in my reliance mobile(phone no: [protected])... then after for 7 to 8 months i didn't receive any call or message from reliance . but from last 4 months , messages from reliance again start..i complaint 20 times.. they told me that my number is register in DND but they don't know why this is happening... lastly they told me your problem resolve by 12the September, but still i received lots of messages from reliance in a day...
            what can i do now..??? i have register in DND and still i am annoying by reliance....

              I had surrender my (Tariff Plan Name- FW600) phone no. 3201560 on 07/03/2011 alongwith full & final payment and requested for return my Security and Balance Excess Payment e.i. approx. 1100/-. After that i am several time visited wordweb center " KANPUR TELECOM " fazalganj, Kanpur and Civil lines office too. but still today i have not received my refund. I can`t understand who is the higher authority to solve my problem. Anyone can help me.

                EVERY TIME RECHARGE MY SIM WITH 99 RUPEE VOUCHER .RELIANCE SERVICES ACTIVATE 30 DAY CALLER TUNE SUBSCRIPTION.
                I AM REALLY FED UP OF THIS.WHEN I LODGE COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS SENDING THE ACTIVATION MESSAGE FOR CALLER TUNE .I TOLD THEM I HAVEN'T DO THIS.BUT STILL THEY ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

                GSM — duduction in account balance

                hi My name is ashwin.my mobile no is [protected]. I activated JADDU15 pack on my no. through no *777#. After that in few min i got confirmation msg and my balance deducted by 15Rs.but actually that schme was not activaed on my no. After that i made a call to customer care they suggest me to wait 48 hrs.after 48 hrs. After that i tried very hard to made a call to customer care but due to poor service i cant.then 16 aug i called to cc from my brother's no. they told me i should have to cal to cc within 3 days.

                Reliance GSM — balance didction

                i have bought a reliance GSM sim on 29th july and recharged it with 46 value voucher,285 for 400 STD minutes,and 100 for talktime.then on 15th of august onward......my simcard got suspended from company without warning and reason.i have made complaint for it.but i hav'nt got any response from company,i have visited reliance web world many times with respective documents.
                after 15 days of making complaints on 2 september my no. got reactivated with no previous recharges.i asked customer care but they told me to visit web world then i went there so, they told me that they cnt help me cause due to documents entry my no is seized and reactivated.and they dont have any previous detail for it.so, they can't help me and told me to forget about my previous recharges and continue with newly activated sim...........my no is [protected]

                Reliance GSM Service — Don't know why they cut my balance

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have a Reliance GSM connection as its known as Reliance Smart and my number is [protected].
                From a last few day they are provide me a outstanding service 1- With out any information they are activating Caller tune on my number, when I brought to them they are saying, its activated from your side and balance deducted from the main account, when I never tried for any caller tune. Most interesting thing is those number which they use to use is very common, that you think that somebody really called you. And reduce that its not end when I deactivate that, just next day again its activated again reduce balance now I just fade up I really don't know what should I do. Mooney is really a factor for all. They are irritating us. When ever we want to contact with the customer care every we get answer PLEASE CALL AFTER HOURS, RECENTLY WE DON'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT.
                And we suffering ....please help me

                Reliance Mobile — Unnecessary deduction for the unwanted service

                I was charged for the services, which I never wanted and always tried to abstain from all those. In this regard when I spoke the Customer Care Representative, the response what I got was not correct and the representative disconnected the call after putting me on hold for about 10 minutes. And again when I called up for the same, the representative stated something different thing for deduction and the representative took my complaint and gave me the interaction number and said me that I'll be getting the confirmation with 24 hours from now, but nothing happened even after 2 days. Again after 2 days, I called up the Customer Care just to know status of my complaint and at that time, Iearnt that the complaint is not yet resolved and therefore, I made another complaint for same thrice.

                After making the complain thrice, I recieved an sms stating your interaction no is so and so and your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. and in the evening (same day) I received bulk of sms(s) stating that "your complaint has been resolved and your were charge correctly," but this was not the truly case.

                Reliance Mobile — Unwanted service activated and amount deducted,rude behavior from helpline

                Unwanted service has been activated on my mobile (caller tune) and amount deducted Rs,30/-

                I had refilled a sum of Rs.50 on 26/11/2010, wherein i recd a talk time of Rs.43/- and odd

                I spoke for around 2 minutes (reliance no) and after that i chckd the balance. Amt o/s was Rs.31 and odd.

                I called customer care (though they dont care) of Reliance Mobile. He gave me some vague answer saying that the amount was not deducted but transferred to NIGHT SPEAK facility. I told him he was saying contradictory statements. I had not opted for any scheme (, which i had checked with them a few minuted back and i was informed that there was no scheme activated in my number. i has asked them to disconnect if any activated from their side , because last time an amount of Rs.5 had been deducted unnecessarily) neither NIGHT SCHEME nor for that matter any other scheme. I was asking him the reason which he forcefully disconnected by saying "Reliance Mobile me call karne ka shukriya.....".

                I again called , this time i was given another reason saying that the amount was on account of caller tunes which was in negative balance and no further amount will be deducted hence forth. He confirmed that he had disconnected the caller tune facility (not activated by me) and there was no other scheme activated.

                After few minutes to my suprise i again recd a msg confirming deduction of Rs.30/- towards caller charges (again not activated by me) and told me to press certain instns for deactivating , which i did. The balance was shown as 0.30 ps

                I again called 2-3 times to their call centre and each time , each one told a unique reason

                first one said -- our server is not updated pls call again

                second one - your charges have been deducted in the morning itself (strange)

                third one - we cannot view the deduction in our server and hence we cannot tell you why it has been deducted. the system will be updated afte 6 hrs

                I can recollect the name of 2 or 3 persons a) Satyendra b) Yusuf c) Vivek.

                I could easily make out that the persons to whom i spoke were irresponsible and rude in their behaviour.

                Each one were saying a different story for the same deduction. I had refilled Rs.50 and could speak only for 2 minutes and the balance was 0.30 ps.



                I am terribly upset with such kind of cheap service and in such an competitive enviornment. I want my money back and want the customer care of Reliance Mobile to be trained with respect to their voice,words, courtesy , respect to customers because of whom they get their pay/salary.

                Reliance GSM — Reliance GSM: False activation of packs and deducting money

                I am a user of Reliance GSM connection in Delhi. From the last 2-3 months, they are activating some kind of packs on my number each month and then deduct some balance from my mobile. And whenever I have complaint in the customer care, they always reply that the pack has been activated by me and that they are not going to refund the deducted balance.

                I called in Reliance Customer Care and asked for a solution for this. The person told me that I should get DND activated on my number and then never ever any of these kind of packs will get activated on my number. But again, on 13th May 2011, a News pack has been activated on my number and balance has been deducted.

                When I complained in the customer care, the representative said that I have activated it from my mobile. But I have never activated any of the packs on my number. But they are so stubborn that they don’t even listen to my complaint.

                I am shocked to see that the reliance GSM service is just using the customers money in a wrongful manner and charging them unnecessarily. Every time when I recharge my GSM sim with more than 40 rupees of balance they try to activate some kind of service pack worth Rs 30/- without my approval. And the worse part is that when I call to the customer service representative he says that they cannot refund the amount and talks in a roughly manner.

                Reliance GSM — refund my balance

                i faced this problem twice. I, out of the blue got a message that a caller tune has been activated and Rs 40 has been deducted from your account.The first time they credited my balance but the second time this happened, the costumer care was so rude and dint even listen to me when i said i did not activate the caller tune.

                Reliance automatically activates callertune and deducts the money.
                This happened with my mother too when she started using Reliance GSM Service.

                I am using reliance GSM( [protected]) since last 10 months, last 4months my balance is deducting 10 rs in every 10 days..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. When spoke to Customer care at that time he deactivate but 3-4 days later activate these non-seance facility again and deducted 10rs from my balance for 10 days and it will repeated last 4months regularly so please deductive my any plan and revert back my all deducted balance..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me...but he could not help out.



                I m so much fad up with relaince customer care they not help me proper. If these type of facility not stop then i'll go to Consumer Court.

                Reliance GSM — frequent activation of unwanted services

                I am Mitesh Mangal working in Engineers India Ltd. I am using reliance GSM services. As I have deactivated unwanted services many times, even then these services are being activated without any prior notification and the respective amount is deducted from my account.

                when I went to reliance outlet with this problem, they did not take it seriously and asked me to write in paper, but all in vain.

                i want some serious action to be taken in this regard as this in not my alone problem. these private mobile service providers do the same to all.

                Reliance GSM — Balance deduction for fake services

                Since last 6 months I am facing a tough time with reliance GSM service. Everytime I recharge, my balance gets deducted due to some stupid service getting activated.

                I have got fed up every day calling customer care, receive some stupid deactivation options from them without any waive off. This is the last time I am writing in this forum as surely I will not recharge this stupid gsm service henceforth as after a resolution to this, this will keep happening testing on my nerve again.

                A service named "mallika bedroom tips" has been activated on my reliance gsm no. [protected] without my knowledge 7 charging me RS 7 per week . i want you it deactivated as soon as possible. i have tried calling customer care but not getting any help !!
                I am also reliance GSM unfortunate customer..[protected] for last two years all the time I faced lot of problem like activation o[censored]nwanted service and on complaint they insist that we have received activation SMS... like wise every time it was a big fuss. they without asking activate a cheap songs and cut 30 rupees. and in last two years consistently i had been requesting for DND, fortunately last week a good person activated it and apologised for this. But now I am facing severe problem yesterday they cut off around 120/- and I recharged it with 222 tomorrow (10 Sep 2011) but to day these good people sent me sms on 1510 that.. Dear customer your prepaid account is rs 0.07... I made a complaint vide complaint no.[protected] dated 11 Sep 2011. Now i am jus help less I dont know when I will be able to again call... I am in fix right now... I know they will check and return it... but i feel its over now... we are paying them still we are in trouble why I should have my loyality towards Reliance ... its enough I bore it for two years, on all high ways it towers went off, let it be delhi to Gurgaon. towaaads Noida, towards Sonipat...so I am switching to Airtel. and they are not improving they start doing more teasing their customer i[censored] complaint... I complained in customer care center they are refund my balance but after some hours they are again deduct the balance. then again complain the customer center they are asked some reason to used the GPRS service but I will to used the GPRS service will be activated in 5th September .

                customer care center asked to refoud your balance within 48 hours. but not response to 48 hours. then 12th September they are deduct 10 rs in my account without reason then complain it they refund it balance. And again complain to 6th September complain service center asked refund your balance within 48 hours but I will not get my balance in my account.

                I got a message saying that the service had been Deactivated and i got my refund back too of Rs 40.
                But again...even after unsubscribing for this service...
                Yesterday i got a message saying..

                “Dear subscriber your subscription to Mi Feeling service has been renewed on 07-Oct-11 for Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 2229 to 155223(Toll free). ”

                Again Rs.30 Has been Deducted from my balance when i had never opted For MI FEELINGS services.
                Now this is the limit.
                Either You Deactivate This Service forever.
                Or Just Deactivate my Reliance Number.

                Reliance — deducting money without reason and not providing the service i have already paid for

                I am really fed up with reliance gsm mobile service.They have deducted Rs26-/- without any reason.Not only this,I have recharged with Rs69-/- to make night 11 to 6 calls.But they are not providing the service what i have already paid.I cant make any 11 to 6 call.They are saying that my limit of 300000 sec(nearly 83 hour) is over.But I have recharged only 5 days ago and even if i call for whole night it is not possible to cross that limit(i.e 83 hrs).
                Every time they take complain and ask me to wait for 72 hours but they never give any money back.I have been cheated that way before.

Mere zabardasti esi service laga rakhi hai jiski vajah se mere pichle 3 mahine se daily 5 se 10 rs deduct ho rahe he.mere ab tak Rs 400 se bhi jyada balance deduct ho chuka hai. mene 50 se bhi jjyada bar is service ko band karne ki request dal rakhi hai par Customer care wale koi responce nahi dete or na hi is service ko band kar rahe hai. mai pichle 3 mahine se pareshan ho raha hu. maine har jagah complaints dal kar dekh liya par mujhe abhi tak is service se mukti nahi mili.
                Porting bhi nahi hone dete. Please meri is samasya ko solve kar dijiye . mera sara paisa jo ki galat tarike se kata gaya hai refund kare or is service ko please jaldi se band kar de.

                I'm holding a Reliance, Bangalore CDMA no [protected]. From this no Reliance illegally activating some service autometically & deducting Rs 30. It happens 7 times within a 11 days time frame. Seek with this. Reliance cheats & frequency really higher than other provider. 5 times they returned my money back after complain & 2 times (Rs 60) they digested.                     I am holding an account with Reliance Broadband(Wired) Internet service(Customer ID[protected] in Pune. I have a plan WICC600KB which is of 600 kbps with monthly rental of 715Rs(including service tax). Its an unlimited plan where I only need to pay a constant amount per month and I can download as much as I want..

                    I have been facing lot of issues with Reliance department, some time for Internet not working or some or the another. This issue is regarding Plan change without intimating.

                    I received an SMS stating that I am pending to pay 3389.94 on 20th Jan,2012. According to my plan I paid all my dues. I called customer care to confirm what is this sms about? They said that according to plan WICMA99CB( 1 mbps plan with monthly rental of 99Rs and download limit of 200mbps) I have crossed my download limit. If I cross this limit I will be charged for every mbps downloaded.

                    I told them that my plan is WICC600KB which only cost 715Rs and not WICMA99CB, so they said that they have changed the plan as per my request. I told them that I have never raised any request to upgrade and asked them to check the system and tell me when did I placed the same. So they checked but they could not find any request, they said that they wont be able to help me on this and hence I have to drop a mail to Customer care department ([protected]@relianceada.com;[protected]@relianceada.com).

                    So I dropped a mail( ref no:[protected], but they only replied that they have changed the plan but based on what reference they did not disclose. Every time I have explained them in detail, that I have never raised any request neither via an mail or via a call but they are not replying me based on what reference they did the same.

                    Every time I call the customer care department to know why they changed, every time I receive different reasons. Once I called and they said that they changed the plan because my plan was closed and its no more available in their packages. I told them still before changing they should have called me to inform regarding the change. How would I know that I holding limited download plan and I should not cross 200 Mbps. 2ndTime they said that I have dropped a request via mail, I also told them to reply me with that mail, but they said that don't have access to mails. Neither the customer care interacting via mail did not provide me a copy of the mail.

                    Because my download credit limit have crossed,they have asked me too pay over 3389.94.

                    Since I didn't get proper response via mail so I forced the customer care to open a complain(complain ref no :[protected] to waive off the amount which I am not liable to pay, its status is in pending.

                    I request you to please help me on this, for the moment your the only best hope.

                      Hi Sir/ Madam. I'm 19 yr old engineering student using "Reliance Communications" for mobile Communication. I activated my Rs. 94 netconnect plan worth 3GB (validity 30 days) on 29th December, 2011 (at 12.44 pm) which is valid upto 28th January , 2012 (Number: MBBP94_2G). On this Reliance awarded me special talktime of Rs.20 as promotional offer which is also valid upto 29th January, 2012.They credited my account with tis 20 rupees. On the same day I recharged Rs. 10 (talktime of Rs.6) at 4.49pm.
                      (1)Then the problem started very next day as I found the data speed as low as 1 kBps & as high as only 4.02 kBps. This is very slow speed on 3G as well as on HSDPA. Apart from this the Bigger issue was the downloading is not possible for an application over 2 MB. The "CONNECTION GOT AUTOMATICALLY TIMED OUT" which is happening now also.
                      I complaint about this first time on 31 December, 2011 at 1.50 pm on customer care *333 (Registration no.[protected]. Customer care messaged that they processed this complaint on 1 January, 2012 at 7.52 am. The complaint was never processed as I continued to face same problems. I again complained on 10 January, 2012 at 4.19 pm. After talking for 17 mins 38 sec, they told me that the problem regarding "ONLY DOWNLOADING" is going on in Mumbai & they will resolve it as soon as possible which is their favorite excuse. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME RS. 4 TO 5 EVEN WHEN I WAS TALKING TO EXECUTIVE & HE WAS TAKING TIME TO "TIME PASS" BY CHECKING THE DATA. At this stage my Promotional Balance reduced which I checked on *367*1#.
                      (2) From about 15 January ,2012, they also stopped showing promotional Balance on *367*1#. Today when I called my friend my Main Balance of Rs.6 got deducted. On calling Customer care, they told that "I WAS NEVER AWARDED Promotional Balance". Hence my Promotional Balance of Rs. 13 (which was present till 15 January ,2012 & valid upto 29th January, 2012) was robbed.
                      Proof: The messages they sent for all this transactions(including promotional Balance) are present in my Inbox.

                            Sir,
                            I am Reliance 2g Gprs user from last three months.Whenver I recharged its smaller or bigger packs I got very good speed on my mobile as well as on my pc.Their average downloading speed was 35kbps and uploading speed was near 15kbps. I manage to download all my documents,files very easily and surf the internet speedly.
                            Now from last 10 days their speed has become so poor.Downloading speed is near 3-5 kbps and uploading speed is near 1-3kbps.Their is so much decrement in the speed.
                            I called many times to cust. care but they did not solved my problem. Now I calling them regularly again and again but they do not pick my phone.
                            Sir I am suffering from their poor service. Plz help me........

                              I am a Reliance Smart GSM customer for more than 5 years .Due to - a) poor connection ,b) unnecessary deduction from my balance in the name of Value added Services for which I do not made any application c)Poor customer care service d)Unnecessary calling by selling agent although I have DND service I wish to opt MNP from Reliance and want to join with the IDEA .For this purpose I made MNP 2 times by paying charges from my number [protected]. My MNP numbers are 1.EK[protected]/12/2011,00:04:00) valid up to 10/01/2012 ,(2)EK[protected]/01/2012,13:13:01) valid up to 29/12/2011 .They had given me the MNP numbers but they are not following the proper process to remove my name from their customers' list.Each and every time when I go to IDEA's shop they are saying your Service provider i.e RELIANCE is not giving us clearance and details.
                              My question is whether Reliance company is viewing the ghost of MNP thinking that they are on the edge of well of shrinking customers list that lost in earning of profits .
                              If any one is here to suggests me what should be the necessary steps I must take please call me in the above mentioned number or can send me mail at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
                              If any concerned person is seeing this complaint please take necessary action because I don't know what is the next step except going to Grahak Suraksha.

                                This is worst experience i had ever. Reliance broadband+ really sucks.
                                i bought a new doungle on 26th dec 2011. and they gave me ZTE AC 2726 model and it has been activated on 27th dec 2011. from the first day of it the download speed(speed which i got when i download any file) of it is 10/15/40/45/30/25/21 kbps . when i cal to reliance customer care people they will say that my speed will be minimum of download 160kbps. My friend has the same ZTE model he too have the same issue of speed . so from the first day i have been saying that my speed problem is due to the modem model. loooooooooooots if bad and irresponsible things did by those reliance and ZTE authorized service center people..
                                my final CONCLUSION IS GO FOR HAEWAI model MODEMS. AND secondly
                                dont go for reliance netconnect+

                                    I would like to inform you that I have been requested on 27-Dec-2011 in reliance showroom (Reliance World, Churchgate House, Opp. Akbarallys, Fort, Mumbai 400023) for pre to post migration of my mobile number [protected] and I have deposited 250 /- for this.

                                    My document verification already done 13 days back.

                                    I have been continuously visiting the office from last 20 day but no buddy have given me proper response. Everyday guys (Mr. Amol, branch manager Mr. Sourabh and Mr.Bablu) telling to me like:

                                    Sir It will be done in evening, day after tomorrow etc.

                                    When I have been fed up with those guys then I have logged complain[protected] in reliance call center 30333333. But still am not getting any response.

                                    Today again I visited office now they are telling to me that you need to again share your doc. (Id card and address proof). When I said to them pls refund my amount so they are telling that:

                                    Person is not available for refund your amount pls come tomorrow.

                                    How it’s possible no one is in office for refund money??

                                    Question: As my verification done then why they are asking to me again for doc??

                                    I request you pls check it and take the necessary action against that showroom team member.

                                    I am using Reliance Postpaid connection. The number I have taken under the name of my cousin.

                                    From the mid of 2011, I have been using this number. I have requested the nearest Reliance Outlet which is at Brigade Road, Bangalore to change the ownership of the number on August, 2011. I have provided the address proof, ID proof everything whichever they asked for.

                                    For nearly 2 months it has not happened and finally i approached the same branch to get the status. That time i came to known my application was not processed because the back-end team of the branch didnt accepted my address proof. I didnt get mail or call regarding that rejection.

                                    Again i provided the valid address proof in November, 2011 and even for that i didnt get any change in ownership.

                                    Finally i raised a online request to do the same on 28 Dec, 2011. The process they have started in mid of January 2012 and they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing 7 days before. Now, I am having only SIM Card without any use. I am making frequent call to the branch but no one is picking up the call to give the status.

                                    Since all my official contacts registered with that, i fully stuck because of the poor service of reliance.

                                      I have applied for new connection of Reliance Broadband network on 15/10/2011 through a marketing executive by name Sri I.Bhushanam Babu. He told me that the connection would be installed within two days. I paid the deposit amount of Rs.1000/- and Rs.50/- for installation charges vide the Cheque No.767743, dt.15/10/2011 drawn on SBI, Gandhi Nagar Br., Vijayawada. I waited for 20 days but could not get the connection installed though my repeated telephonic enquiries end in futile. In the mean time, I could ascertain my ID No.[protected] through Company's toll free No. On 21st day, two people one by name Sri Ramesh, Team leader and a technical asst. came to my house and tried to give connection. They gave the cable connection but the broadband connection could not work. Again after two days they came to my house and told that the connection could not be installed due to the reason that in our locality there are more no. of connectons. They also informed me that our application would be put up for cancellation and the deposit amount would be refunded within 10 days. Till now, there was no response from the company. The local company people are not responding properly. I made calls to toll free no. also and explained my fate who informed me that out application was not at all put up for cancellation. Again I contacted local people last on 26th Dec.2011 who told me that the application was put up and it will take 10 to 15 more days to get the refund. But till now I could neither get the refund nor proper responce from the company staff even after completion of 3 months.
                                      Finally, I hope the company will respond to my request atleast after seeing this and grant me the refund of deposit immediately without any further delay.

                                        Hi,

                                        Within short span of time I have struggled like anything with Reliance Communication. I request you to look the following points which I have mentioned below so that everyone could understand how the Customer is getting cheated.

                                        When I have placed my concern to Reliance and pointed out their mistakes, instead of solving the issue literally they are threatening me to pay the amount before 19th January 2012 else they will blocked my mobile number it seems.

                                        My humble request to Reliance is “Please remove the below sentence from the e-mail when they are sending the bill to the Customer”

                                        “Looking forward to build a lifetime relationship with you.”

                                        I would like to know what my mistake was. I was happily using Aircel L&T CUG Network for the past 6 years, an unfortunate day one of the Reliance executive called me and forced me to take the connection. When they approached me I told them very clearly that I am using 3 Aircel L&T CUG Connections so if I want to change to Reliance all the 3 CUG numbers also should get changed at the same time. They said YES it is possible to give CUG Connection for all the 3 numbers at the same time.

                                        While filling up the form also I have clearly asked them to mention the plan.

                                        But instead of free calls I was charged for the following number though it comes under CUG:

                                        And my next question to Reliance is that the above mentioned all the three numbers got activated only on my birthday i.e. 24th December 2011 so in this case how come I was charged from 19th December 2011 onwards?

                                        I requested Reliance to view my call history for all the three numbers - What happen to my Free 600 minutes? Which comes along with my plan? I don’t understand how come I was charged for all the calls from 24th December 2011 onwards?

                                        Then another question to Reliance is about SMS Charges. Reliance executive said that the plan which I have taken in that I will be getting only 400 Free Local + National SMS, since I need more free SMS I have requested him to add Rs. 39 plan for all the 3 numbers (this plan suggested by Reliance executive - Person name “Santhosh”). I have clearly mentioned that to add message booster of Rs. 39 (3,000 Free Local + National SMS in addition to the existing plan free 400 SMS) for all the 3 numbers, he has also mentioned in the form. But when I came to know that I was getting charged for SMS I immediately made a complaint to Customer Service and they told me that in Rs. 39 plan there is no free SMS applicable, I really got shocked and disappointed, that time itself I have asked them to take my complaint - then why the executives (not only Santhosh other person name Sandhya) have given the false information and the ultimate tragedy is that the plan was not activated at all. Okay if I forget this Rs. 39 plans (if it was not activated) then also I have other free messages right? Which comes along with my plan I don’t know what happen to my 400 Free Local + National SMS? Why I was again getting charged for all the SMS.
