night calling pack ended in 5 days

Sir,
I would like to inform with great regret that I am totally dissatisfied with your service provider. I recharged my mobile [protected] on 25th of january 2012 for the Rs 59 night calling pack having 300000 sec free night call reliance to reliance (between 11pm and 6am). But on 30th january 2012 I see my free secs are finished and charge is deducted from my main balance. The customer care executives are saying that I have finished...

loss of money due to unauthorised service activation

I noticed a sudden decrease in the balance today morning....on trying to contact customer care i was told that they will be able to help only after 2-3 hrs as system upgrade is in progress..on calling back later the customer care executive (Mr. Dhruv Patel) informed me that the deduction was for some voice chat application that i had activated back on 30th december 2011 and Rs. 30 was decducted even then.I had never activated any such thing...

I am getting chargable SMS from 25th December 2011 till date. Not any date when SMS not came.

I am writing daily to customer care but they are still not able to stop this SMS.

HOW CAN MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER IS UNABLE TO STOP CHARGEABLE SMS FROM LAST 40 DAYS?????

BEFORE THIS ALSO THEY WERE DEDUCTING MONEY BY THIS CHARGEABLE SMS.

I HAVE BLOCKED ALL THESE TYPE OF SMS AND CALLS BUT...

Excessive billing & Threatening from recovery people

Hi,

I have a worst experience from Reliance. They over billed me and started threatening with recovery people.

I have got the Reliance data card (#[protected]) connection from my
company (EMC) for the official purpose. My data plan was 10GB for Rs
800. Since i was using the card only for official things, i never
consumed more than 10GB and my bill amount never crossed Rs 800 +
taxes....

Frequent deduction of balance
My number is [protected], My balance was Rs.71 on[protected] but on[protected] early morning my balance came down to Rs.2. Rs.39 was cut because of SMS pack renewal even though It as scheduled to renew on[protected] but what about rest deduction?
I want some permanent solution to this problem of cutting of balance as this is the extreme! Every time my balance is cut I will get a phone call from you...

Charging calls even to CUG numbers

I bought two post paid mobile connection from Reliance. At the time of purchase I was promised that both the numbers are in CUG and have unlimited free calls between them. This was also confirmed from customer care.

But, in every months bill they started charging all the call between CUG numbers. In spite of this they were also charging an amount for CUG fee.
For the first month I paid the full amount and got it adjusted...

I recharged my mobile [protected] through online(rechargeitnow.com) on 24th Jan 2012, night 10.30, for 210 Rs. However, no talktime was added to my mobile number. When I called up the customer care, they said that there is no denomination of 210 Rs and that 210 Rs is totally gone. If there is no such denomination, why they deduct this amount. Security not refunded
