i had a reliance GSM No. [protected]. on dt.[protected] company had deducted Rs. 20/- from my account. when i try to complain that on reliance costumer care but costumer care no. had not connected i had tried through out of the day but i find same result. next day when i complain from other no costumer care boy said that complain from that no. from which balance deducted. when i apply for mobile portability code by message he had not give me that code but after that he totally block my sim for temporarily. he had block my sim un authorized with out not getting any information.
so sir i request you to kindly give me justice

    As per your below email, your time limit of 3 days is once again over. Its been more then 25 days I am following up with you peoples and the mobile number is still not activated. You people have no sense of responsibility for their customers. I am very much fed up with you.

    Please note this is my last warning email. In case the service is not resumed today, I am going to consumer cell claiming all the indirect losses due to deactivation of my mobile number.

    I have all the proof to file a case against reliance and win the case in my favour.

    As per your below mail, I had submitted my document proofs once again to your Reliance world branch, Paschim Vihar on 29th Jan 2012.. The concerned Manager name there is Mr. Harjeet. Their office land line number is[protected]which you people night even know). No one is concerned to even pick up the call. Even they are using abusive languages to me. But the connection is still not activated. This is quite ridiculous that to start a connection its taking so much time.

    You peoples only says "regret for the inconvenience caused to client" but unfortunately the inconvenience is happening again and again. My connection is still not being activated.

    This number has caused me indirect money and financial losses since I had given my this number to my business clients and in case the number is not getting started I will be lodging the complain in Consumer cell with recovery of my financial losses.

    Please note this as my final warning and email.

    My name is Sunil kumar gupta. I had taken one new mobile postpaid connection ([protected]) from your Reliance world Paschim Vihar Delhi.
    I had a very bad experience with your company relating to this new connection.
    I had submitted application form along with all the necessary documents to your office. First I was unable to digest that it has taken a week to issue me a mobile number by your company. Your reliance world people behaviour was not at all satisfactory. A week after I had submitted the application form, some one has called me on my alternate number and has told me the number. Any how the connection was started after a week. The same had worked for merely 4-5 days. After that it was discontinued. I was surprised and shocked to see that a company of your stature can be so irresponsible for their customers. I was not told any reason for disconnection.
    I had approached personally to your reliance world paschim vihar peoples where executive are too irresponsible. They were unable to tell me any reason for disconnection and simply said that it has been done from Head office..

    I am now in dilemma whom to approach.
    I have tried to explain the things I had gone through in this email.
    Please note that I had paid bill amount of Rs 254 in advance too. Please get my problem resolved immediately without any delay now or else I would have no choice to get the the case to legal and higher authorities. Trust its merely not a case of mobile connection but has now become a case of customer harassment and negligence.
    Hoping for a early favourable reply.

      The termination for reliance broad band was requested on 9th dec11, still i am harassed with bills & reminder mails to pay the bille.

      Please refer below communication:
      Hi,

      I don’t know how many times I will have to raise that I have already requested for cancellation of broadband service long back.(9th Dec11)

      Still I am receiving reminder to pay the bill for January.

      I am surprised to see how bad reliance as a company is working.

      I am not going to pay any bill as I have cleared all my dues.

      This is my final mail to your company to stop sending me bills & reminder mail.

      Now I will take legal actions against Reliance broadband.

      Even I am tired of receiving daily email from your termination department and date to stop the rental changes daily?

      If I am not getting proper reply now I would be forced to go consumer court and would spend money for Legal expense rather than having this mental harrasment.

      Its really shame on you all for not giving services to your customer who utilised your services for more than 5 years and has not defaulted the bill payment even once

      Its about a month since i received this email confirming that my request is processed for Termination of SErvices

      After that daily i get one email from your Termination team that they will come to collect the instrument back..daily the date in email changes but so far no one has come

      Moreover now I am getting bill of Rs 441.2 for this period

      If you are not prompt in your services what is that to do with me. I have clearly asked to get the services terminated and if it is taking more than a month from your end to stop the services than why should i pay the bills without using the services

      Please note that I am not going to pay this last bill and kindly take the matter seriously

      If I dont get proper response from your side at earliest than i would be forced to take the matter to consumer court as I had enough of patience now

      Sir/Madam,
      I am having a similar complaint with Reliance Broadband. We cancelled the Broadband service (no:[protected]) in july. Now we received a notice to pay for september.When we tell this to the center at Rajapalayam, They are not responding properly.

Last two weeks onwards we face speed problem here at balanagar area in hyderabad and regarding that I submitted complain to their chairman also and after that they sent one technical person to my house. But during his visit I told me that it was tower problem and he will tell to his authority to rectify and modify that system at their tower . But next day I got a call from their main office and they told that their is no issue regarding speed whatever speed am getting that is ok. But their technical person who visited my house , told me that is very worst speed I am getting..

          So kindly help me to solve my problem.

            My name is Anurag tripathi.
            I had a reliance gsm prepaid number [protected] in the name of me.
            Some days ago i made a recharge of Rs 99 for net and also i had done a recharge of Rs 599 for unlimited plan at 23 of august. Validity of both plans are 30 days. I used both plans till 11:30am of 26th of august. And suddenly around 11:30 am of 26 august i got a message on mobile "Sim card registration failed."
            After waiting 1 hr i contacted to costumer care of reliance and told him the problem they frankly said that there is no any information about your number here and contact to "reliance world center at hazaratganj in tulsi theater".I contacted the same and they said that your sim has been expired so take a new sim and told me the new address "reliance world gomti nagar, 4/293, vivek khand , patrakarpuram." I reached there and told them the problem they said to me that your number has been terminated and there is no any information here about your number. I also made a complain there and give an alternate number to solve the problem and request to find any way to continue my same number and my tarif plan which i only used three days.
            But they said there is no any way to use your same number and your Rs 599+99 had waist. Now how can i bear such a atrocity.
            Please take any appropriate action so that i get back my number and tariff plans again as soon as possible because the validity of plans is only 30 days and losing my money continusly every day.

              I regularly top up my a/c for last 2 years per with amount of Rs 55/- in my mob :- [protected], which gives validity of 30 days full talk time. But without giving any knowledge the Reliance have deducted my unused balance of Rs 32/-on Dt-31/01/2012. Now the customer care says that the validity have been reduced to 10 days. And unused talk time is lost. Thus how come they do such loss of customers and fool them by not informing properly. They even not messaged about the offer.So many customers must have lost their balance. So pl try to refund my a/c balance of Rs 32/-

                Sir,
                I would like to inform with great regret that I am totally dissatisfied with your service provider. I recharged my mobile [protected] on 25th of january 2012 for the Rs 59 night calling pack having 300000 sec free night call reliance to reliance (between 11pm and 6am). But on 30th january 2012 I see my free secs are finished and charge is deducted from my main balance. The customer care executives are saying that I have finished my 300000 sec.
                But dear this is . If you presume I was talking over the phone in all the free time available i.e. 25to 30=5day= free time available from company is (11pm to 6am) x 5= 7hours x 5= 35 hours=126000. So it is impossible to finish 300000 sec in 5days. So it is very disgusting that everyday you come up with a new problem(, already regular problem of cross connection over hundred times exists).
                So therefore I dont want that inspite of recharging with 59 I cant use the night calling pack because of your technical insufficiency. This is really disgusting. Solve this problem at the earliest and contact me on [protected] if anything else you need to know.

                  I noticed a sudden decrease in the balance today morning....on trying to contact customer care i was told that they will be able to help only after 2-3 hrs as system upgrade is in progress..on calling back later the customer care executive (Mr. Dhruv Patel) informed me that the deduction was for some voice chat application that i had activated back on 30th december 2011 and Rs. 30 was decducted even then.I had never activated any such thing on my no. ,had i activated it would have been aware and used it atleast once.I feel cheated and want my money (Rs. 60) back.This is not the first time that i have had this problem with reliance, i have been cheated like this before also.I prefer reliance anywhere i go because they have a good coverage,but what they are giving in return of my loyalty is not acceptable.

                      Thank you finally for your email. It has taken more than 8 days for you just to write an apology! I do not accept your apology.

                      Mr. Chatterjee, This is the second time this has happened on my number in the last couple of years and I am in no mood of forgiving.

                      I insist that I wish to know what action is being taken against all concerned people / departments for such a blunder. I also insist that the company must be penalized for its blunder - it never seems to learn!

                      I strongly think the company MUST BE made to pay a penalty for such a poor display of coordination and service there by causing agony mentally to a pioneer customer like me. Just in the month of Dec11 I paid the bill twice but never got a thank you sms from your company but even after paying the INR 302 rs. bill in Jan before the due date and submitting the proof of the same I had to face stress and agony due to collection threatening sms and call from your company.

                      Hence, Let me tell you that this time the issue highlighted has not only for improvement of services but also to ensure that such a blunder does not happen not only to me but to many other customers like me.I demand justice in the form of strict action against people concerned and Penalty for the company.

                      Your RM ( Arundeep Singh) was telling me there were 67 people who had to face the same treatment as me.This is really inexcusable and I demand strict action.

                      Also As further spoken to your RM Mr. Arundeep Singh he was telling that the franchisee now denies that the number belongs to him!!!! this after the RM and the franchisee owner having come to meet me!!!

                      Only with a company like yours can such things happen! IT is utterly disgusting!!!!

                      When the company can penalize the customers for their mistakes should the company not be penalized for its own mistakes?

                      I URGE YOU TO NOT close this case with mere apologies.

                      I have already complained to DOT and in case do not see any result from your side will be constrained to further seek legal opinion and action against the company.

                      You cannot take the customer for granted always and that too customers who have been with the company right from the beginning of the company in India.

                      It is High time that your company realizes that just making mistakes and apologizing and then recommitting the same mistakes again does not help!

                          HOW CAN MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER IS UNABLE TO STOP CHARGEABLE SMS FROM LAST 40 DAYS?????

                          BEFORE THIS ALSO THEY WERE DEDUCTING MONEY BY THIS CHARGEABLE SMS.

                              Hi,

                              I have a worst experience from Reliance. They over billed me and started threatening with recovery people.

                              I have got the Reliance data card (#[protected]) connection from my
                              company (EMC) for the official purpose. My data plan was 10GB for Rs
                              800. Since i was using the card only for official things, i never
                              consumed more than 10GB and my bill amount never crossed Rs 800 +
                              taxes. To my surprise, my services got disconnected all of the sudden
                              on 8th of November followed by an sms saying "your data usage exceeded
                              the limit, please pay Rs 1300 to continue the services".

                              My concerns are:

                              1. There is no way to cross the 10 GB limit as i have another internet
                              connection for the home usage.

                              2. Since mine is a corporate connection, how they are disconnecting the
                              services without prior notice. (I understand data limit and
                              account limit story, but they have the responsibility to let the
                              customer know before he crosses the data/account limit)

                              3. Customer care people are not responding to my continuous
                              queries regarding my data usage history, instead they gave my number
                              to the recovery people and they started threatening me.

                              4. November month bill is also generated for which the services are
                              already in the disconnected state from October first week !

                              I am not expecting such a ridiculous customer service (so called as
                              customer care!) from reliance for a corporate customer like me.

                                  Frequent deduction of balance
                                  My number is [protected], My balance was Rs.71 on[protected] but on[protected] early morning my balance came down to Rs.2. Rs.39 was cut because of SMS pack renewal even though It as scheduled to renew on[protected] but what about rest deduction?
                                  I want some permanent solution to this problem of cutting of balance as this is the extreme! Every time my balance is cut I will get a phone call from you people that it will not happen again and after 2-3 weeks the practice of cutting balance begins. Following is the detail of your balance deduction practice ever since I have purchased this sim card

                                  September 2011- Rs.30 cut for no reason
                                  November 2011- Rs. 60 cut no reason

                                  Reliance gsm(smart) connection — Every time cut balance,reason was fake

                                  My GSM Connection no. are [protected] and [protected].Recently Reliance always cut our balance whenever I Recharged the amount.When I called customer care then they reply that I activated value added services which is not true.They always cut balance,infact they make their money like this.If every time they take our balance like this then we have to change connection.My friends also irritate with this connection.Afterall,this is their main business.Enough is enough...........

                                  Reliance — bad service and frequent balance cuts

                                  My reliance network (no. [protected]) has shown up with many problems regarding service and balance. Frequently unsubscribed message packs get activated automatically without any intimation and considerable sum of balance is reduced. This has happened quite a lot of times and has caused lots of inconvenience. Whenever I call up the customer care they deliver a false assurance that it will not recur in the future but the same problem shows up at least every week. It has become a weekly routine for me to call up the customer care and tell them to deactivate the pack and restore the balance. I kindly request the reliance authorities to put a full stop to this problem and thereby restore the total amount deducted without any reason and make sure such inconvenience does not show up again in the future.

                                  My number is [protected] (reliance gsm sim) I am really fed up with this connection as everyday my balance is cut for no reason. In a span of 1 month my balance has been cut up to Rs70 even though I have fully blocked DND on my mobile. I didn't get any favourable response from customer care. I already have 5 reliance connections in my family but this sim is troubling very much. I have mailed many times to [protected]@relianceada.com but got no mentionable reply.
                                  My number is [protected], My balance was Rs.71 on[protected] but on[protected] early morning my balance came down to Rs.2. Rs.39 was cut because of SMS pack renewal even though It as scheduled to renew on[protected] but what about rest deduction?
                                  I want some permanent solution to this problem of cutting of balance as this is the extreme! Every time my balance is cut I will get a phone call from you people that it will not happen again and after 2-3 weeks the practice of cutting balance begins. Following is the detail of your balance deduction practice ever since I have purchased this sim card

                                  September 2011- Rs.30 cut for no reason
                                  November 2011- Rs. 60 cut no reason
                                  December 2011- Rs.3 cut per day for 5 days for no reason( even though I got DND)
                                  January 2012- Rs.30 cut for no reason

                                  Total amount deducted equals to Rs.135. Now I want a fair compensation for my grievance otherwise I am going to consumer forum. I have details of all the conversation with you and all the complaint numbers.

                                      Hello this is sameer pandey and my reliance gsm number is +91-[protected]. i have been facing balance deduction problems several times and whenever i tried to register any complaint, i never got any sort of positive response. Following are the excuses that i get from reliance executives/supervisors/team managers:
                                      = application down please call us after 2hours
                                      =service has been activated from customer end through RWORLD and nothing can be done for it
                                      And this time these people have crossed their limits as i approached their nodal officers, regional officers and the highest authority that a customer can approach to register a complaint!! But no response from their end (as usual).
                                      Well i am going to post here few screenshots which is really going to make reliance people feel ashamed of themselves.
                                      It all started from 22nd evening at around 8pm when i dialed *777# (service from reliance where customer can activate offers. this kind o[censored]SD dialing self service is provided by every telecom company) after dialing *777# i selected 2nd option which clearly says that by activating this service the customer will be able to make all STD/local calls at 1ps/second for the next one year.. Now this is the important point from where it all started. i selected that option and immediately my 29rs got deducted and i got message that PAY PER SECOND plan has been activated. But it was something else!!! What these people had activated was 1.2ps/second plan!! According to which it'll be 72 ps per minute!! (Why would i want that, i mean before i had 60ps/minute plan) fine. After this i called up customer care on 198 for asking why they activated some other service when I requested something else. They said me there's no such plan available anymore.i.e 1ps/sec plan. i said ok i need my previous plan back as YOU PEOPLE HAVE PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION IN *777# they said ok sir we'll take complaint[protected]. But they neither activated 1ps/second call nor did they give the balance back. That night i had called 198 some 4-5 times as i was not getting proper response from them and i wanted my previous plan of 60ps/minute back. i spoke to so many supervisors that night and when i had called for some 4th or 5th time there was an executive who was speaking in Hindi. His speaking style was totally unprofessional and when i asked him that is this the way you deal with customers? he started using bad language(slang) even i reverted him back with the same good words and he said me in Hindi "tu pachtayega" that means he'll make me suffer.(i don’t remember his name as i had spoken to so many executives that night) lol. Reliance people have started giving threat to their customers!!

                                      After registering complaint i slept off and the next morning. i.e. on 23rd January, i get up and i see 9 unread messages. All of them saying that you caller tune is activated; MBP5, MBP51, message pack, and many other services have been activated!! i was shocked like how can they activate anything by themselves and when i raised question, this is the answer what i got from their end = "SORRY SIR THESE SERVICES HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED FROM YOUR END, YOU HAD DIALLED SOME NUMBERS SO THESE SERVICES ARE ACTIVATED AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING" !! Lol just tell me one thing reliance people.. When am already having a gprs pack and a 39rs message pack (which was renewed around 7-8 days back) and i had deactivated my caller tune 2 weeks back THEN WHY WOULD I ACTIVATE ALL THESE SERVICES AGAIN?????? I mean what will i do keeping 5 message packs or activating gprs so many times? Does that make any sense?? fine even if am going mad and late night am getting up and dialing these numbers and activating these useless services, then i have not yet used them. Please deactivate them and try to get my balance back!! But they did not do that also. This all happened on 22nd night and early morning after knowing these all things my whole day was spoilt!!
                                      The whole day of 23rd i kept struggling with their customer representatives to get the reason for these deductions but they said just one thing > "sir our application is down i would request you to please call me after sometime". evening i visited their mobile store which is situated in Hassan, M/S. HARSHA TELELINKS [MINI RMS], SHOP NO 3, NAGAPADMA COMPLEX, SHANKAR MUTT ROAD, KR PURAM, HASSAN KARNATAKA 573201. and that bug was not knowing to speak English so my friend translated his language to me and said that he's saying that he has not done anything wrong and i could see the fear in his face with the action he was making with his hand i felt that am a police guy and he is some thief who was literally about to cry. Lol i just left that store laughing all the time I mean his face was coming to my mind and i could not stop my laugh lol.. Well night came and i slept off. Next day 24th January am getting up and 6 unread messages!!!! Each of them saying that you caller tune, MBP5, MBP51, message pack, and many other services have been activated. And when am calling 198, they are telling that sir these services have been auto renewed. i said is that supposed to be auto-renewed every day ??????And then i called up nodal officer seeking for help and they said me that””SORRY SIR THE APPLICATION IS DOWN. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CALL UP AFTER HALF AN HOUR"

                                      lol lol lol reliance lol. I know reliance people won’t trust my words so am pasting some screenshots that i took from nokia PC suite which covers those comedy messages sent by reliance. next morning i did not had any deduction but i saw that they had posted 66 rs in my account. i was like they have deducted around 300 rs till now and unwanted call rates have been set and this is what am getting !! and since then am calling up their regional officers and they say they'll check with their back end and get back to me. rehana, shweta, nafeesa = these are regional officers with whom i have spoken till now ( i remember their names since they are only 3 in numbers and they spoke properly with me , without giving THREAT !! )

                                      last night i came back to Bangalore from Hassan and i changed my phone to NOKIA 1100 basic set and last night itself at around 11pm or so there was a deduction of 650 rupees !!!!!! i called up customer care 198 and spoke to some senior supervisor. his name was KHAN and he said i have used RWORLD and taken an yearly subscription of some pack.. i don’t even know what that pack is and how can i surf RWORLD from my BLACK AND WHITE FONE ??? and he was giving filmy dialogues lol i just enjoyed the interaction with him last night he said he has mailed to their higher back end and they'll post my balance back.. i said him dude i know how much you people are going to post the balance just temme which is the final authority a customer can approach with their grievance and he gave me reliance store address but since today is 26 January all offices will me closed i thought of filing complaint online and if still my balance is not given back am going to visit the reliance store :) and ill make them realize that am really frustrated.

                                      Yeah the FINAL thing. 22nd evening around 6:30 pm i had balance of 1858 (one thousand eight hundred fifty eight rupees only) and the balance now am having is 829 (eight hundred twenty nine rupees only) and i have no idea where did my thousand rupees go ?? ??? reliance has to answer my question !! Because THIS MONEY IS EARNED FROM DAY AND NIGHT WORK AFTER PUTTING SO MUCH OF BLOOD AND SWEAT and it should nut be eaten away like that so easily !

                                        I bought two post paid mobile connection from Reliance. At the time of purchase I was promised that both the numbers are in CUG and have unlimited free calls between them. This was also confirmed from customer care.

                                        But, in every months bill they started charging all the call between CUG numbers. In spite of this they were also charging an amount for CUG fee.
                                        For the first month I paid the full amount and got it adjusted in next month. But, even in next month they started charging calls between CUG numbers.

                                        I have stopped using the connections from November 2011. But, they keep sending me incorrect bills and are behind me to get the amount.
