i have taken the reliance broad connection last year.it was yearly plan,but since last two and half month it is not working.I have complain regularly but no action has been taken yet.Now i am asking for refund of 3 months,because its due date is 8th of august.pls take action on this.

I have taken Reliance Y-max internet in March 2008. Customer no is[protected]. Its not working from last 17 Days, whenever I call customer care, their executive asks all the things for half an hour and polietlly says that next day peson will come to my home for troble-shoting. Next day nobody come to me, its happening for last 17 days.

I am self employed proffessional and my bussiness depends wholly on INTERNET, and nobody from RELIANCE is bothering about problems i am facing.

Another part is that whwnever i call Customer care first 15 min I need to wait for their so called EXECUTIVE, then this person asks to swithch off and on again my pc, asks http address, it take half an hour at least. that menas I am paying my cell pn bill + my time after every 2 days, after doing allthe thngs I am not getting internet for what I have paid already.

So now plz suggest me what cn be done for whatever loss I have sffered due to RELIANCE.

    GANGA — Activation Of Outgoing Calls

    My Mobile # [protected] on 16/07/2008 morning my outgoing calls banned, hence I made the payment for the same day 400 in saidapet through debit card. After that I called customer service # for the reason of to release the outgoing calls. The rep agreed for the same(for the same conversation happened for five times in different time and different rep). But still now I cant able to call by other number. Kindly give Acknowledgement When it will be cleared.RECEIPT # CC SAPT 11847

      Our Reliance Internet Service User ID[protected]and Ac. No is[protected] on name of Mr. Umesh Tomar, Star Designs India, 302, Ratna Sagar Partment, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat is not working since last 8 days. In spite of so many complaints connection is still not repaired.

      This is our final reminder. We are suffering in conducting our business and occurring financial losses because of this problem. If still our complaint is not addressed we will go to consumer court and look for another company’s connection.

        This letter is to bring to your notice that I was using the Reliance Postpaid Number [protected] from April,2011. During the time of purchase I was given the Blackberry plan of Rs. 599 and unlimited usage and downloading. Payment of the plan was made then and there itself.

        I started using the net through this connection and so on downloading also continued. After a month a bill was generated with the amount of Rs. 1900. when I called up the customer care they confirmed me that there does not exist any such plan. While the company (Reliance Word Web, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002) from where I bought the Connection they agree that they have sold me this Number with the agreement Plan of Rs. 599 and unlimited usage and downloading. But the bill has been generated with a huge amount which I am not agreeing to pay as I am not aware how this cost has been generated.

        I request to please take up this on priority and resolve as soon as possible otherwise I will have to discontinue the service.

          Dear Sir, This is regarding Post paid bill payment to Reliance telecom.. I took reliance postpaid connection and My Tariff Plan is MyTrulyUnlimitedOnnet995, under this plan. I have been told that all the calls made to Reliane network or absolutely free and nothing will be charged, but to my surprise I got a bill of 2966. When I contacted retail outlet they said it is there mistake and asked me to compromise by paying the half of the amount.. I didn't agree to that, because there were no calls made to other networks, I have the call details also and moreover they have disconnected the service within 10 days saying that I have exceeded the balance limit. Now after 1 year some lawyer from Delhi is calling and threatining me with dire consequences, if I didn't pay the bill. They said they will issue non-bailable warrant and have to attend Delhi High court.. I am not understanding why should I pay becuase of the service provider fault.. It seems I have to pay 30,000 as penalty to court.

          Reliance India Mobile — post paid account compromised

          I have been using Reliance Mobile for years, i have no complaints with the service, network or the packages. But when my account was compromised, I was badly hit.

          My Call Details were given to someone trying to intrude into my personal life. Because of this not just me but all the other people with whom i am in contact were abused and threatened. I do not blame that man for this completely.

          I see this as a responsibilty of Reliance Communications. If I want to get the call details of my own no., I am supposed to go through a proper channel to get this facility activated (this sounds secure), then how did a third person manage to get those details???

          I see my privacy at stake if getting the call details is a cake-walk for any stranger.

          All I need now is an aduurance that if I get my no. changed now, this will not be made freely available to strangers or anybody.

          Reliance India Mobile — Delay in verification

          Dear Sir,
          I applied for a Reliance Postpaid connection on 24th July 2009. I paid them all the required amount with all the documents. They promised me that my connection will be activated by 25th July 2009. But when i called them on 25th July 2009 they said that my no. will be acitvated anyhow by tomorrow. But till this time my no. has not been activated not even verified and now they are asking for 1 more day. They dint even inform me and i have to call them again and again. I'm fed up with their services and response.
          Correspondent who took the money his no. is [protected]. He is not even picking my calls.

          I have taken an post paid SIM card([protected]) date 28-jul-09 at from CIGMAT MARKETING CO. PVT. LTD. kalyan. they told me that your SIM card will active with in 48 hours.They told me your simcard will be active with in 48 hours after getting the verification report.But after passing 6 days no person come for verification.

          I have discussed with the distributer but he is saying that he doesn't know about the verification people.
          He comes from mumbai. But no person is coming tovasind and they update the status address not found.I have provided my mob no also so he can contect and i will tell how to come.
          But he is not contacting to me.
          I don't understand now what I have to do.
          There is unnassery delay because of verification people.

          I am thinking to go to consumer form because they have taken non refundable money 330. Now if i cancle the connection they have to return all money 80 which they have taken.

          Please sujjest what i have to do?

            I have taken Reliance Broadband connection at speed of 600kbs with Telephone connection. When i download the any files from an site the average speed im getting is 30kbs to 40kbs.I logged the compliants to there call center 5 times,each times they say it will resolved by 24hrs but for them there is no time limit or sense.I they came after 5 days that too at 5.45 to 6.25pm between where they are not in position to listen what the customer says.Finally after putting 3 to 4 times mails to the concern people(it is not easy to get mail id of these person) one person has visited by site with no idea to be done on issue and says,

            Sir, we have more connection and less nodes and you are not taken the static IP Address so they will be distribution of bandwidth.K agreed on the part but my connection is at 600Kbs and say these limit of download speed no Answer.And very funny part no need of FM Radios when u install Reliance Broadband we get free FM with out FM handset,full of disturbances in voice line and here FM on dat.On these also no answer from them.

            So I request somebody to give best solutions in regard.

              Sir,
              I am a Reliance BroadbandPlus customer (BTM, Bangalore) since September 2010. When I took the connection (IBM Corporate plan), it was really fast and reliable. But since the last 5 months(since Feb 2011), the network is really poor and is getting disconnected always. Ideally itshould be in 3.1 MBPS when we connect using HiSpeed option. Since last 5 months, the speed switches between 3.1 MBPS and 2.4 MBPS , and sometimes to 0 MBPS. Whenever it changes from 3.1MBPS, we wont be able to access any sites. More than 100 people from IBM has taken this connection in my office and whoever stays near BTM is having the similar issue. I used to visit my native in Kerala , and I am not facing any issues there with my datacard(Initially I thought its an issue with my datacard). As the issue is only present when I am in BTM area , I realized that its something wrong with the network.So I called up the reliance customer care, and they themself told me that some network upgradation is happening in BTM area and hence this issue would be there till July.I am really surprised after hearing that.What kind o[censored]pgradation they are doing which is taking more than 5 months to complete?. I am really fed up with this issue, and I am not able to use the connection from my home. I dont know how long it would take Reliance to resolve this. I am not sure really anybody is working to resolve this issue. If any Reliance authorities are seeing this message, please do needful to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                Reliance CDMA — no recharge

                i have transfer 100 rupees via icici bank net banking on 13 Mar 10 for my cdma reliance phone no. [protected] but no recharge has been done yet, whereas icici bank saying that it should recharge within 15 minutes biller details- PREPIAD MOBILE RECHARGE,EURONET WORLD WIDE INDIA PVT. LIMITED,WEST QUADRANT, II FLOOR, ILFS FINANCIAL CTRE, BKC, BANDRA - 400051,AND TRANSACTION details PROVIDED BY icici bank is(BIL/[protected]/0501/[protected]/91939), kindly do need full.

                cdma — recharge is not work properly

                reliance cdma recharge — not getting the recharge benefits

                Sir my name is dinesh chandani.i got mobile no. recharge with 299/- rs (My Mob. no. [protected]) on 6 -july -2011.As per recharge benefits committed by company i should have got 23.30 hrs R2R local and .30 hrs R2other free per day. But i m not getting that .30 hr per day on R2other. I have called up so many times on customer care of reliance (198 Toll free) But they are not able to solve my problem. I went to my nearest Rcare office in allambagh Lucknow(U.P.).Even they are not able to solve my problem and even then they are not ready to refund my money that i have charged illegal. i am very upset with this . Please resolve my problem and get me my money back. ASAP
                It should be resolved and a compensation should be given to customer.

                  Hello Sir,
                  my name is Pratik. And [protected] this is reliance gsm number of my friend. Sms scheme of Rs.39 was activated on this and we received sms to deactivate if i dont want to continue, we want to deactivate it so we sent deact sms on 6th of july and reply sms came tht sorry your request cannot be processess please try later, we sent sms 3-4 times but same message came, then on 8th july suddenly balance of Rs.39 got deducted and i called the customer care he was only saying to wait and then after waiting he said i cant get refund. I even said to lodge complaint but he didnt took any complaint. and then i had to lodge complaint here.
                  Please sir look into matter,
                  Thank you sir but please look into matter and help solve problem. and i hope in future there wont be any need to contact you.
                  hello sir i still not got the refund. It has been 10 days and no moment from your side.

                      Hi,
                      Unfortunately i had four years back applied for a reliance broadband connection for which the proofs were taken from me and the aforesaid connection was never installed at my premises.
                      then after two months they caleed up and ased if i wanted connection and i replied NO not now.
                      I DONT WANT IT.
                      Then after a year i recieved a bill stating usage for 1800/-rupees and i did not bother as i had not used it.
                      EVEN i went to the distributor and told him the case and he said that might be there is a problem with billing and he woild sort it out.
                      The matter again went a back for almost a year.
                      Then in the 2nd year i got a notice from a lawyer cting to pay the bill of Rs 1800/- or i would face prosecution.
                      i argued with him and he said that he would look into the matter and again a year passed.
                      Now today that is almost after 3yrs or might be more than that i got a call from Bombay WORLI police station that an FIR is there to be lodged in my name for non payment of dues to RELIANCE so i[censored] dont want it pl clear the case.
                      As a fact i am a businessman and dont want botheration so I have paid up 1850/- rupees to RELIANCE THE BIG CHEAT for not using a dam service.
                      If reliance people can prove i am wrong i am ready to pay ten times the aforesaid amount as penalty or they should pay me 100 times the amount for embarassing and harrasment.

                      kindly note nobody should take RELIANCE connections.

                      Reliance Broadband — CHEATING AND FRAUD

                      I B.Narendra Babu, of MIG-2-26, IX TH PHASE, KPHB, HYDERABAD-72 had applied for reliance broad band connection under plan "flat free 75 combo" plan in first week of june, 08. At that time reliance executive said that Rs.500/- which I paid at the time of application is refundable with in 20 days after unsubscribed the connection.

                      The net speed is very slow and having frequent disconnections. After somany calls to customer care they replied that your records are not updated and contact the nearer service provider. (reliance depends on local cable/net service providers to attend installations and repairs which leads to worst service or equivalent to local net providers under the name of reliance broad band)

                      When I asked for unsubscribe the connection, reliance people said that the 500/- is not refundable and we are not responsible for the words of executive.( How can we expect that reliance is not responsible for the words of their executives. I strongly believe that reliance to compete the local net providers playing games like this. why I am saying like this is today also their executives in this locality are saying 500/- is refundable.)

                      after somany call reliance people installed the land line phone
                      (which is to be given with net connection under combo plan) on 06 th July, 08. At the time of installation ring tone was not heard. From that day onwards i.e. one month they are not attending on this problem/complaint. and still the phone is not working.
                      Yes these people are getting dubious methods to fraud people. The same happened to me they billed me three times after I disconnected the Datacard. It is so pathetic that Ambanis are cheating people, is there no one to question them.

                        SMS Sent to 1900 3 June, 2011. Request submitted to BSNL for port in from Reliance June 7, 2011. Payment made towards unbilled amount Rs 350 (against unbilled amount o[censored]nder Rs 200). Request for port out rejected by Reliance. Reasons are (in chronological order)
                        1. Legal reasons.
                        2. Contractual obligations.
                        3. Unbilled amount not yet paid.
                        4. The port out number expired and need to apply again and then submit the documents again.
                        (Also at one time the call center guy told me he could not find my request and that I needed to apply again.)

                        Have been running from pillar to post for the past month. Given up now. Will first go to BSNL and get a new number so that I can have a number where I can be reached by people without fail. (Reliance is out of range half the time and also some issues with card not getting registered daily.)

                        Hope no one else takes a connection from Reliance. The way they are treating my port out request makes it very clear that they will not port me out irrespective of how long I wait and how many times I call up or mail them.

                          sir i m rishabh agarwal.i bought a reliance data card by the office of reliance(jhansi).sir i told them that i want prepaid data card so they said it is prepaid and offered me that i got 1 month internet free.so i bought it.but i can't use one month free net becouse his network is so low.i complaint so many time of his low signal but they cant solve it.after one month i don't use data card and after 2 month they told me that your bill is 1606.when i went to reliance office and show him bill so they told me that u bought a postpaid data card and in postpaid automatic activate the plan of one month.i told him that where is your employ who sold me data card so he said that he leave the company.now he case on me.

                              My self Pradeep Kumar i beg to say that i am a reliance user since 3 months and my no rel mob no is [protected] and i want to port out my number reliance into airtel but i had given the request for port out at 26th of June 2011 but reliance se mujhe koi reply nai aa raha sir pichle 10 din se main 50 se jyada calls kar chuka hu lekin customer care executive said ke hamare system technical updation pe hai to abhi hum nahi bata sakte sir. Sir mujhe is cheez ki vajh se kafi problems face karni pad rahi please help me as soon as possible and please give a proper status ki mera number abhi tak port kyu nahi hua hai.                                 We wish to delete our static IP. So we contacted several times to your customer care executive through Phone (His Name is Nisam, Chennai) but always their reply is your server is down. So we requested them to hand over the phone to their senior officer or call back to us after up the server but he didn’t accept the thing.

                                So please consider this as notice and please delete the static IP and the above mentioned broadband connection.
                                In case of any clarifications or query regarding the same, please contact Mr.Noushad Mob: [protected].

                                  hi sir, i am using reliance net connect. its speed is too slow. while taking customer executive had told that its speed is 3.2 mbps. but when use it its speep doesnt cross 100kbps only. and i cannot download any movies and cannot see movies online. please take these complaints seriously and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. i hope reliance response to customer complaints.

                                    i have terminated my connection due to bad reliance service

                                    my connection was made on 30 may 2011 , for 2 to 3 days i was having very slow
                                    net speed. i asked to engineer he said it will take some time to become stable.
                                    so i remain quit. after 4th day their was no connectivity . so on 6th june i
                                    register a compliant to call center regarding the issue. engineer came he said
                                    wi-max anteena is faulty it had to be replaced. i compliant again & again to
                                    call center but my broadband problem was not solved. regarding this i many times
                                    given compliant to nodal office also. then also no engineer came to solved
                                    problem. so due to bad reliance service and harassment service i have taken
                                    decision to terminate connection. so i gave request to call center on 14th for
                                    termination. after 2 days their was call from reliance to continue or not.

                                    after waiting for 10 days for my connection to start properly reliance asked me
                                    they will start connection within 2 days. is this a joke reliance is doing to
                                    customer when he is taking decision to terminate. i have given final decision to
                                    terminate as soon as possible.

                                    so now reliance billing department is telling me i will be charged for till the
                                    date of termination.
                                    how can this be if i have taken decision to termination because connection
                                    problem was not solved within the given time ( almost 10 days- not enough for
                                    reliance big company). connection didn't worked for 4 days also. and reliance is
                                    chargeing me till the date of termination.

                                    reliance top official should think that what type of service we are giving to
                                    customer. because of bad service customer are getting harassment. i have wasted
                                    almost 1000 rs. calling from my mobile to customer care and nodal office and
                                    reliance sales executive . i who will pay for it.

                                    i have paid a sum of Rs. 8592 which include installation charges 500 rs. for 3
                                    months qtrly plan.
                                    my connection didn't worked for 4 days also properly due to faulty anteena .
                                    which was not changed to start my connection. you can also checked how much data
                                    i must have download .

                                    so i request reliance to refund my amount of rs. 8592 without any wayoff. sir,
                                    it was reliance mistake and i am suffering for it.

                                    give better service to customer customer will automatically come to you. don't
                                    harrse customer

                                      Hi Sir,

                                      I bought a Reliance Netconnect+ (3.1 Mbps) connection on June 19, 2011 and since then I am getting a speed of just 230.4 Kpbs and not 3.1 Mbps. The sales guy told me that you'll get the speed after verification is done. The verification happened after 2 days but I have never got 3.1 Mbps speed.

                                      Since that day I have made so many calls to the sales person and Reliance Customer Care but nothing has happened. The sales person now does not pick up my calls any more and the customer care gives me a different unacceptable reply every time. On a sidenote, I would like to highlight that the Reliance customer care atleast takes 20 minutes (or sometimes more) to get your call through to an executive (you are kept all the time waiting). I don't think even that is acceptable.

                                      Back to my main complaint -
                                      There are 3 modes of connection available in the Reliance Netconnect+ software. The sales person configured my connection in Hybrid mode (230.4 Kbps speed). The Reliance Customer Care asks me to switch it to Broadband+ mode where I get ZERO signals and effectively no internet connection. It also give error that "Activation not allowed in Broadband+ mode. Switch to Hybrid mode for activation."

                                      I had repeatedly called customer care for last 10-12 days and this is the final reply I have got -
                                      There is network upgradation going on in my area (Mayur Vihar Phase-1) and no speed improvement will be realized till August 31.

                                      I asked them when did this network upgradation started. He replied more than a month ago (today is July 7th). As I mentioned earlier I bought my connection on June 19 which is just 18 days back.

                                      I asked customer care how can you sell me a 3.1 Mbps connection if a network upgardation is going on at that time and I won't get more than 230.4 Kbps speed. And it will continue for good 3 months. I am still awaiting a reply from Reliance on this. I hope Consumer Forum would get me that.

                                      Now, I asked customer care to refund me my connection back (Rs. 1600 for the NetConnect device) to which the customer care bluntly refused by saying there is no refund of the device and I'll have to wait till August 31.

                                      Sir, I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and get the network connection working or get my device returned and refunded. Just to inform you the 230.4 Kbps mode also works only intermittently. The connection keeps on dropping by itself and sometimes I am not able to even open Google.

                                      I hope this matter will get listened to by consumer forum and acted upon as soon as possible.

                                      Hi RCOMcare,

                                      This is very much unprofessional of you to say that I am not contactable at my number. Reliance has called me atleast 100 times in last 2 months. If required I can produce call logs. This looks like a usual response from Reliance just to mitigate taking action on consumer forum complaints.

                                      Please note that I am writing again because my problems have not been solved till date and now that I have already given up following on this useless connection, Reliance is repeatedly calling and troubling me. I have repeatedly requested them not to call me but still they keep on.

                                      After my initial complaint, a Reliance engineer visited my place and checked the connection. He tried a few NetConnect+ devices (including his own) and 2-3 laptops (including his own) and the connection did not work. He told me that most Reliance connections are like that only (they do not work and if they do the max speed is not above 1Mbps). He forwarded the complaint to Reliance Network team in Mumbai. They took few days and told me that the problem has been resolved. When I checked the situation was exactly the same as before. I was not able to connect in Broadband+ mode and in Hybrid mode it was taking few minutes even to open the simplest of web pages (e.g. http://www.google.com). I reported this back but nothing happened.

                                      After few days even the Hybrid mode stopped connecting. I contacted Reliance Customer Care and they said we have disconnected your connection since your bill of about Rs. 120 is not cleared. I told them that the connection has never worked and I am not liable to pay this bill. Only after you give me a valid 3Mbps connection, I am liable to pay the bill.

                                      And now one month later, I am again getting repeated calls from Reliance that my outstanding bill is now more than Rs. 1040 and I need to pay it. Please tell me how does your company function. Is there any process? When you have disconnected my connection and I have not been able to connect for last one month how have you charged me with that month's bill. Secondly, please let me know how do you compute your data usage report that is sent to me over e-mail. When I am not able to connect, how is my data usage growing.

                                      I request you to please take this seriously and resolve your internal matters before raising any bill on me. Please make sure I don't get any disturbing calls from Reliance anymore.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma’am,

                                        My name is Jalpesh Kanjaria from Jamnagar-Gujrat.I am using reliance GSM from last 5-6 months. But I have faced some many problems from this provider company.

                                        This services provider company always deducts money for unnecessarily, which is not activated by me. Till date at least reliance GSM has deducted around Rs.50-60 for caller tune which is not activated by me any time. Even I am using my card for only STD out going, so my card is in mostly switch off condition. And after talking from this number again I am switching of my this no. because I have another working number.
                                        I have complain at reliance customer care center many time. But always representative telling your services will be stopped from here (from their office). But after 10-15 days automatically they cut the money from my main balance. Even every time of complain I have told them for conformation message of stopping my services, but no any message received for company. So I called at call center again and they answering me your services is stopped. But the same problem repeatedly again & again. After so many calling they switch over cell number to message complain so that I can not talk with any representative for a day. And new day new processes. All this entire problem, I am scaring to fill large amount of balance.
                                        Another problem I faced from today itself .Now I have decided to change services provider. So fade up from this bad & poor services I have message for PORT number at 1900. But again as usual problem name is “RELIANCE GSM”. They deduct my money for every SMS for request of porting but no relay for any SMS. Even no any porting number received from there, so that I can change services provider. When I talk with customer care at 198 the talk rudely and tell me “that is not our company fault” & without giving me complete answer cut off the my phone.
                                        This is my complain for bad & cheated service of company & not providing of PORT number. I hope you will shortly shorted out my complain.
