I have Reliance net connect broadband+ prepaid connection and since last 2 days I am unable to get connected to internet as there is no connectivity.

    Hi Sir,

    I got a reliance netconnect+ datacard on 27th June.I activated it on 28th June.As per plan I was supposed to get a speed of 3.1 MBPS upto 5 GB download but from very first day I am getting average speed of 10 kbps.I am totally disappointed when I called customercare.They first told this is problem with my machine.I told them this is not because this is brand new laptop.Then they told this is port problem.Where as 4 ports are giving same speed.Interesting thing is when I enquired about this datacard I used to get 3-4 calls daily to take the datacard asap.After handing over the data card they are not giving any kind of support to resolve my issue.
    Please take strong action on reliance.

    Hi,

    I got a call from concerned person.As per the discussion there is an issue with the area from which I am accessing.According to them they are upgrading towers and it will take till 31st aug to solve the issue.That person also assured that till that time by billing will be based on my usage.I have 5 GB unlimited plan.The bill will be chagred as per my usage before this issue get resolved.I would like to know based on what rational bill will be charged.

      Hi i m using Reliance GSM number [protected] ,from last 7 months.Every day i m getting around 10 customers care calls for various offers that too at odd hours,this is so irritating that i not even receive many unknown number calls thinking that it might be customer care number.Please stop all customer care calls on my number reliance GSM number [protected].I have tried calling customer care for registering complain for this but they never pick my calls.So please stop these unwanted calls else i will b forced to change my service provider.Please Put my number in Do not disturb list.

        i have sufferd in one month and i am regular calling to customer care but they have not solve my problems so plz resolve my problems.

        My problem are:

        1. No attend incoming calls
        and 2. is no sms send and recived.

        always relaince customer care says that to me your problem is solve out after four days but problems is stay here.

          I had purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ 2 months back. Last week the USB modem stopped working. I gave the modem for replacement & was given a used USB modem 2 days back. Now the modem is providing a speed of 240 KBPS whereas i am paying for 3.1 MBPS package.

          The response from the Reliance franchise, Reliance Webworld Vazhakkala & Reliance customer care was humiliating as a customer.

          I want to return the modem to Reliance & buy another modem from a credible company which offers good speed in brochures & reality.

          Reliance Netconnect broadband — LOW NET SPEED

          HELLO,
          MY NAME IS HUSAIN HABIB AND I AM FROM MUMBAI.MY SPEED OF THE NET AS GIVEN BY RELIANCE IS 3.1 MBPS BUT FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS THE SPEED OF MY NET HAS REDUCED TO BELOW 50%.AFTER PAYING MORE THAN THOUSAND RUPES PER MONTH AND I GET SUCH SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED AND I REGRET TAKING RELIANCE NETCONNECT.
          I EVEN WENT TO THE RELIANCE WEB WORLD AT ANDHERI(E) I OBERSERVED THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEES WERE THEMSELF INCOMPETENT AND WERE DEALING MY QUERY WITH A VERY CASUAL WAY..SO LATER THEY CAME UP WIT A SOLUTION TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WHICH WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 74 HOURS AND I WILL GET A CALL FROM THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT..I MEAN "74" HOURS ....I HAVE TO WAIT FOR COMPLETE 3 DAYS...TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED...LOLZ.....

            I have been using reliance sim for more than 6 years. I have once activated sms pack of rs. 11. After that every month is used to renewed automatically by deducting rs. 19 from my account. I tried to deactivate the sms pack by sending sms I.E. "Dact sms 1p to 53739. However every time I tried to deactivate I used to get reply that your request could not be process.. please try again later.
            Then I called up customer care to deactivate sms pack in the month of may 2011. They said my sms pack was successfully deactivated and I got the confirmation message saying that my sms pack has been deactivated. After that again sms pack got renewed at rs. 19 on 28th may 2011 for which I was suppose to avail the service for next 30 days. I called up customer care again and I came to know that I had two sms pack I.E. Rs 39 and rs 19 one for same service. They said my sms pack of rs. 39 was deactivated but I still have rs. 19 one. I told them to deactivate it (Rs. 19 SMS Pack) and got deactivated successfully. However I never got my deducted amount back in my account nor I could avail that service. As soon as i deactivated my SMS pack they started charging 50paisa per SMS. As it was mentioned in the SMS that my SMS Pack 1paisa has been renewed for next 30 days.

            Again on 25th june I got message from reliance that my sms pack 1paisa will be renewed on 27th june. I called up customer care and they said that there is no sms pack activated in my account. They also told me to ignore the message and there shall be no deduction from your account.
            Despite of that again on 27th june 2011 my sms pack got renewed. I called up customer care several time and no could resolve my issue. Every time I called then and explain them my issue they said there is technical problem call after two hour.

            Please help...
            yes even it happened with me. it been 4 months that i had deactivated my caller tone but dont no how it automatically gets renewed every month. i had been complaining about this to costumer care but its not o[censored]se. the best way 2 stop it is by changing the operator

                  Reliance GSM..Deducting my balance illegally.. When contacted customer care they either they say no balance is deducted & disconnects phone or they say server is down so we cant check your details.

                  Reliance India Mobile — deduction of balance illegally

                  RIM HAS DEDUCTED Rs 30/-from [protected] illegally which I asked them to return but they did not.

                  Recently i.e. on 08/07/2010 a balance of Rs. 25 gas been deducted in the name of "Movies Pack" subscription. Although I have not subscribed any pack of such kind. A day before I have by mistakenly subscribed two packs and my balance of Rs. 35 (approx) has been debited. Now continuously any kind of pack is activated automatically and my balance get deducted.
                  The movies pack subscription confirmation message has also sent how to unsubscribe it, but the message can not be sent to the said no.
                  So please take some appropriate action against this case. I will be highly grateful to you.

                  Reliance GSM — Illegal deduction of balance for caller tune

                  A telemarketing call came on my mobile ([protected]) on 5 or 6 of Oct. and he explained his service and said lastly if you want to activate this service, kindly message sum text on sum no, since i do not want to activate it i did not proceeded futher and i disconnected the call,but on 8th Oct i have receieved a message from no[protected]in which it is written " Thank you for subscribing to Simply Music Gold Pack"
                  and they deducted 25 Rs from my account and when i have called to customer care in the relevant problem they said we can't refund your money. I am explaining them again and agin that neither he had asked me to start the service neither i said him to start, he was just giving me the information i said ok.
                  Kindly look in to this matter since this is not the first time they are doing this, they have deducted my balance like 2 times more. I will be highly oblized for your kind co-operation.

                  This company is the worst company all over the world. Customer always cheated by this company. Reliance is filling their pocket by doing this.

                  Reliance — illegal debit of balance

                  first reliance people deducted 16 rupees from my account balance nearly a week back saying i have activated some service even though i hadn't..again today they have deduced 16 rupees without any notice and on asking their customer care staff they say its not updated so they can't provide any information right now. they are fraudulent!!
                  It's true..same on my no [protected] also.

                  i have illegally deducted Rs.39 from my balance.last two days, i have contacted with your customer care but nobody registered my complain.So plz.solve my problem and take action against the cust care persons.
                  It is same on my number and I'm extremely irritated with reliance customer care service. They themselves activate this VAS plan on my number and when contacted them, they give the same irritating excuse that server is down, so my information couldn't be processed. Firstly they pick up my call so late and keep me waiting each time I try to contact them. Many a times they don't forward my call to care and simply end my call by saying 'thanks for calling in customer care'.
                  My number is [protected] and I checked out through their toll free no 198, it says there is no VAS service activated on my number but I got a message that my balance is deducted for VAS and again the balance is deducted I don't know for what.
                  Whenever I recharge this number, they always deduct my balance for some or the other reason. Please make them stop.

                        Dear sir, I want to disconnect my Internet [protected] and[protected] .
                        After repeated phone calls and emails , the billing is ON, speed is pathetic on 1 and 2nd one is down.
                        I had been told that in 2 days it will be deactivated. but I got the bill instead. and connections though active are as good as dead .
                        first one is reliance Netconnect and second is Reliance Landline broadband
                        for net connect :
                        I went to reliance web world and they denied for disconnection. they say go to the place from where you purchased. so, I opted for conversion from post paid to prepaid. and i got a bill of +7 days. the 7 days that are yet to come . i paid it. so, if you don't disconnect now, you will be responsible. i am not going to pay any more bills for i have completed the formality .

                        this is a case of black mailing .


                        for land line broadband : i hope it is deactivated and billing has stopped. i had been applying for disconnection from around 8th June.

                        if not, i am not going to waste another moment and I will go to consumer court and claim 500k for mental agony and frustration and black mailing of course, even if the bill is 1 rupee.

                        enough is enough .
                        this i got from you in email, even though i had been applying since 2nd week of june for disconnection and i was promised that it will be deactivated within 48 hours . so, you are sending me another bill ?
                        it is your fault, you bill me 5 rupee and i will claim 5 lacs in consumer court.

Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

                            Bulk SMS from RM-Reliance inspite of 1909

                            Reliance has been sending stupid sms on my mobile [protected] and 3+ months I have request DND

                            Nothing has corrected till date.


                            Now they have stared deducting my money by starting false auto activated service using these SMS

                            * I want to deactivate these sms from RM-Reliance
                            * I want my Rs7 back because of these bulk sms.


                            I'll keep posting these complaints until unless I RM-Reliance STOP send sms to my mob and REFUND Rs. 7

                              2weeks back i purchased Reliance Netconnect+ in Reliance webworld near Valachery. The customer representative told me that the speed would be 3.1mbps and its mentioned in the reliancenetconnect website also. so, i purchased it thinking that atleast i'll get 1.5mbps. But the fact is actual speed when i connected in 100-150 kbps. Immediately i called to reliance customer care about that. They said i'll get speed upto 3.1mbps not exactly 3.1mpbs.
                              Atleast i should get 1mbps. This is the worst service provider i had never seen. if i'm not getting the average speed, then what is the use of purchasing from this worst service provider. The customer care people are blaming me by telling the signal strength, system requirement, Windows update disable etc.

                                I have lost my balance (nearly Rs. 90/- x 2) for no reason I have tried to call 198 but no result came. I have contacted local smart center who replied we can't retun ur money but only can stop further deduction. They told no service have been activated on my no. [protected].
                                When I get connected with 198 they refused to register my complaint without any reason.

That is joint patta, with out permission of mine, another person belongs to joint patta stake holder of the land has done some deal with the reliance infratel limited without informing and seeking permission of mine. They installed tower in my land...

                                  My Father had a Reliance Internet Service (no.[protected] till January 2011. on 28th January, we logged a request with Reliance to disconnect the services as we were shifting to a new address, However the same was not done until 6th Feb 2011 when we logged a second request for disconnection for which the reference number is[protected].

                                  Last week my father received a call from Reliance, that they have sent us summons for non payment of the bills since Feb 2011 till date. The amount is of approx. Rs. 2500/-. We would not be liable to pay this amount as we have already requested for disconnection. Now Reliance is making threatening calls to my father to pay the amount or be present in the court.

                                  Request you to assist in the same and provide help.

                                    Reliance Land line is competing for it's inefficiency day by day and there are no other they are always the winner.
                                    At last I have took the inevitable decision to disconnect the bloody poor substandard Reliance land line connection. As the retailer was decent I got my money. This may not be the condition always so don't risk your money by taking this pity Reliance land line alias Reliance Hello.

                                    No incoming and outgoing and I gave numerous complaint and their solutions made me loos 350 Rs extra and what I got was the same substandard service. When I wrote a complaint here they simply barred my called, nice service isn't it?

                                    One more time I am warning you all never even think of taking a Reliance Land Line or Hello connection.
                                    No need now I have disconnected your poor connection and got refund from the poor retailer.
