Respected Sir/mam,
Myself Chayan Toshniwal, using reliance gsm and my number is [protected].I am using sms pack cost rs 19/- since 1 year. It is auto-renewable. Days ago they increase cost to 39 but still 1 use the same in 19 rs. They deactivate my sms pack by themselve when i was in roaming. I registered a complaint for that and my complaint no. is[protected]. they said that action on my complaint will be taken with in 48hrs and my sms pack be renewed but still after complitation of 48 hrs no action is taken. Sir I am suffering problems that I cannot make a contact with my friends
Sir/mam kindly take an action on my complaint and bring justice to me.

consumer have lots of hope from you officer that only you bring justice to us when all gates get closed for us. Because in the pollution of corruption you are the only fresh air that makes us survive
Respected Sir/Mam,
There is no proper response from reliance telecome communication. I already submitted a complaint at this site and because of your action I got a phone call from reliance mobile and they said the action will be taken within 24 hrs but after that till now I do not get even a single call or message from reliance and also now I started getting a new problem that I am receiving weak signal or sometimes no signal for long time even for a day or more.
Because of there irresponsibility towards my problem I have to suffer a lot.Kindly take an action so that I can get justice

Reliance Telecom Communication — No proper response

There was no proper response Today at 1:07pm I received a call from sujata. Actually the full issue is that last year I purchased my reliance no. that is [protected]. I had a recharge of rs 19/- in I enjoyed sms at cost of 1p per sms. My sms pack get renewed automatically when its validity get expired and amount get deducted. After few months reliance gsm converted 1p sms pack validity from 19 to 39 even though I enjoyed the same sms pack at cost 19/-. sometimes when my mobile didn't get recharge, even after 20 days or more when I recharge that sms pack get activated automatically.
During last few months I was in roaming they deactivated my sms pack without my permission. Today when I received call from Sujata. She first said that when one don't recharge within a period of 10 days that sms pack get deactivated automatically and then she changed her words when I argued that I get recharged even after 10 day but that sms pack get activated and then she said when one don't recharge within a period of 15 days the recharge get deactivated automatically.
I am a student and I avoid calling by sending sms when its urgent then only I used to call otherwise I used to send sms and you can easily understand how money matters to a student. Please tell them to renewed my sms pact to same cost of rs 19/-.

    This regarding reliance communication employees scam. One day I received a call from [protected]@[protected]. He told that reliance is providing 10000 free call and 3G service etc in rupees 199 only for postpaid connection. I tought it's good offer I told to to convert my number into postpaid. One guy came to my home and took 500 Rs. After that 1 week they didn't called me. When i called them then they told we came for verification and we found it was negative. But i asked my house ower they told nobody came here. Again next week they told that we went there but door was lock. Every thing was fake. Now they told they will not return money even if you file FIR also.They took my 500Rs also. I called in reliance cumoter care but they told they can't do any thing. I think reliance seniours and employees both are planning these things. If we complain any thing about reliance they don't care any thing. They will simply reply I was calling you but your number was switch off. This is . I guess for working in company you should have criminal record or you should be 420 type then only they are going to hire. I am going change my reliance after this scam done by reliance emplyees. Can anybody tell me Can i file FIR against them?@[protected]

      I am regular customer.. in smart reliance gsm...my problem is that..i..continous inform this company..will without any infomation cut the amount...i will call customer care but he will not response properly..and will bad bahivour in customer...so..i request to u please this company is very unresponesable....

      my no is [protected], You have activated radio station in my mobile which I have not applyed and did not know anything about that. Now you have started doing renewal of it, and deducting my balance as well.

      Will you please stop all these business ? and refund my balance as well.

      I have already asked your custmer care executive for registration in "DO NOT DISTURB". Still I am getting calls and sms from your side about various promotion and plans.

              I wish to bring it to your notice about how Wireless Broadband Service Companies cheats consumers.

              I purchased a Reliance Netconnect BB+ and asked for a demo. The salesperson connected the demo device to a laptop and asked me to perform a speed test. I got speeds of <1Mbps. The salesperson assured me that on an average I should expect speeds ranging from 500-600 kbps. Reliance's website mentioned that the minimum guaranteed speed is 256kbps.

              I came home and activated my above datacard and for first 2 months i got what they guarenteed above. But from 3rd month onwards, test connection showed a meagre 40kbps speed. I waited and waited in the hope that speed will improve and I had conducted multiple speed tests and the speed varied from 20kpbs to 40kbps occasional higher bursts. This was less than the minimum guaranteed speed.

              So I called up the customer care number and enquired about the problem. They are not answering me properly anytime.

              I asked them if a refund was possible They replied back with a "NO"!

              So it looks like I am being cheated with a datacard that offers worst speeds at Rs 1000/month! I have to pay full amount despite for Reliance hiding the true status of their network from me (at the time of purchase) and despite not even providing the minimum guaranteed 256kbps speed!


              They are surely taking consumers for a ride!

              I am tempted to just get my connection disconnected. Forget the 1600 Rs I paid for Data Card Purchase. But before I do that I thought it was important to bring this to notice of all prospective buyers.

                sir/madam,
                I am a customer of reliance gsm service having the number [protected].Being frustrated iam bound to complain here.tomorrow aroun 8 pm i had 63 rupees as balance and made a call which cost 9 rupees but today morning my balance become 27.When i made call to the customer care they replied their server is upgrading,not only today whenever i used to call the same reply comes.this is not for the first time my balance has been deducted.they manually activate some services without my concern and deduct my balance.Another thing i likely to inform u that they have DND services but whenever i tried to activate it error massage comes.I was informed from the customer care and did the same instruction but the same happens.if there is problem why they have kept such services.once they deduct 30 rupees from my balance when i asked for the reason they state that i have activated radio fm service.But iam using a set which doesnot have any fm option.Iam not a fool to activate such a service that my phone doesnot suport at the cost of my balance,
                It is my hearties request to you to take the necessary step regarding my above mentione complaints.

                  I noticed last day that Rs.10 was deducted from my account suddenly.Then i called reliance customer care(*333).They told due to system failure they could not attend my query and suggested to send one msg (Bill to 55333).I surprised while I noticed that one vas namely Osiyan s Jokes subscription @RS 10 deducted at[protected] from my balance.
                  Therefore I request you to resolve and deactivate that VAS immediately .Your kind attention is solicited.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I have a Reliance GSM number, [protected] o[censored]P circle, which is in the sim[protected].
                    Till 02 July 2011, my number is working fine in the said sim card,,,,
                    But Somebody has swapped my number in another sim afterwards, and had done MNP in another company,,,
                    And when i called my number, somebody picked and told me that “YAHAN PE TUMHARE SE SAMAJHDAR LOG RAHTE HAI, TU JO KAR SAKTA HAI KAR LE”

                    In the matter, there is no mistake from my side and how anyone can take my number without my permission, Reliance has given the authority of retention of any number to such fraud people,
                    Please take a strict action, so that nobody can do such activity in future..

                    I want my number back....

                      I have not submitted any request for Reliance Golds Saving fund (Folio No[protected], but company has activated this SIP without my consent and submitting the ECS to my bank three times in July 11. As I have not given e-mandates so bank has rejected the the ECS of Reliance Mutual fund and debited my account by Rs. 220 every time and in July I have been charged by total Rs. 660/. I have also lodged the complaint with company for it and continuously following -up with him but not getting any satisfactory resolution from him.

                      Request you to kindly consider my compalin for refund of charges and compensation of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. two lakhs only) for mental and physical harreshment. And submitting the ECS again and agian to my bank without my knowledge. In this way they may also withdraw entire amount from my bank account.

                      For reference my bank statement is attached herewith.

                      Reliance Mutual Funds — Cheque Bounce

                      I held a Mutual Fund account with Reliance Mutual Fund for 18 months. Upon requesting a redemption for the money I recieved a cheque from the fraudulent company which falied to realise and was returned.Upon repeated complaints to the company regarding the same I have been asked to produce the cheque. It is not possible for me to get the cheque as my bank account is in Bhubhaneswar while I am posted in Delhi.Not just this, the bank has imposed a penalty on my a/c balance for the cheque return.
                      Is there any action that can be taken to get my money back from the company.

                      Reliance Mutual Funds — redemption amount check not get

                      I redeem my all unit of ac no. [protected] on[protected] but I did not get my redeem amount Rs. 16155 check yet.

                      Reliance Mutual Fund — Not got the redemption amount

                      i had applied for redemption of my mutual funds on 18th of December 2009. ECS of SIP amount was active on my Savings Account and they were supposed to credit the redemption amount to the same Savings Account. There was some error from their end the credit didnt happen and they had sent the draft on which my account no, was wrong. I went back to their office asking to change the a/c no. on the draft. From 29th December 2009 till date there is no response and communication from their end. If i Call their service they say somebody will get back within hours of time but nobody has called till date. Everyday i hear a new story when I call their service.
                      I HV NOT RECEIVED ANY STATEMENT TILL NOW. KINDLY REQUEST U TO SEND US THE MAIL URGENTLY BY THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS FOR WHICH I HV INVESTED. PRESENT STATUS OF MY INVESTMENT

                        Hi,
                        I have a broadband connection with reliance and my subscriber id is:[protected].

                        Actual Problem:
                        On 27 March’11 the broadband connection stopped working and after waiting for few days I raised a call with reliance customer care on 2nd April with complain no:[protected]. The executive at the other end assured that it will be resolved with-in 24 hours and I will soon get a call. But I never received a call from reliance and the problem never resolved even after repetitive calls to the service desk. On 12th April'11, they said your problem was resolved but if you are still facing some problem you need to raise another call. My problem had never resolved but they closed my old complain and created a new request with id:[protected]. But as usual the call was never resolved.

                        After multiple calls and follow-up I could acquire few contact number of reliance executives and technical people. I learnt that reliance network cable in my area was stolen. They fix the stolen cable but is stolen again. After multiple request I was asked to send a mail to Rekha Pace and Rajesh Rajan summarizing my problem. After I sent a mail I got a call from another reliance executive which promised to solve the issue immediately. They said, the cable is stolen frequently and they have requested the local police for petrolling.

                        After weeks of follow-up and hundreds of phone calls, the matter was finally resolved on 14th June'11, after a reliance technical people visited my house and rectified the issue. But the internet connection went down again on 17th June'11. When I called the same technical person, he said about 800 meters of cable is stolen again and this is going to take sometime. He also asked me to raise another request.

                        So, on 21st June I raise another request with id:[protected]. The service executive at the other end promised that it will be resolved soon, but I did not receive any call from reliance about this. Sometime in the first week of July I was informed that the technical issue is resolved now and I need to pay my dues before my internet connection will be resumed. I was receiving regular bills from reliance every month while my internet had worked only for three days since 27th March'11.

                        Billing Issue:
                        My billing cycle is 11th of every month. When internet stopped working on 27th March I had requested them for a waiver of 15 days in March-April bill (27th March - 10th April). After multiple follow-up and request I finally received a revised bill with the waiver sometime in may end which I paid on 30th May.

                        On 21st June, when internet stopped working again, I raised another request for waiver with id:[protected]. I did receive a call from them asking my problem history but the call was never resolved. After few weeks they told me that my old call is closed and I need to raise another request for waiver which I did on 12th july with id:[protected]. In my request I have clearly mentioned that my internet has worked ONLY for three days since 27th march and I would need a waiver in all the bills till now. Next day someone called up and said they have given me a waiver of 167.25/-. I was not convince with the waiver so, the person said I will note that you are unsatisfied with the service and hung up.

                        Parallelly on 29th June, I sent another mail to Rekha Pace and Rajesh Rajan keeping '[protected]@relianceada.com' and '[protected]@relianceada.com' in cc. After that I received a call from reliance executive who connected me to Mr. Yashodhara Ramakrishna in accounts department who works in the whitefield office. I sent him a detail mail summarizing all the issues on 12th July and he promised to close the issue immediately. But when it did not resolve for weeks, I sent him a reminder again on 26th July. After which I received a call from Rekha Pace asking me to raise another request for waiver to service center. I called up the service center again and raised new request for waiver with id:[protected]. I got a call from customer care after few days and they said I have received a waiver of 300+ amount. I asked him, how this waiver is calculated, he said, he does not know that and since I am not satisified with the waiver he will note that in the request and hung up.

                        On 26th July itself I received a mail from Yashodhara that waiver of Rs.1360/- being processed. After the matter was not closed, I went to meet him on 3rd August'11 intending to close this issue in his whitefield office after taking a prior appointment with Rekha, but when I reached there on pre-decided time, he was not there in office. He promised to call me and close this issue. I never received a call from him.

                        The current situation is that my internet is still not working apparently because I have not paid my dues. I have clearly informed reliance that I will not pay for the service I have not used. Since 27th march'11 my internet connection has worked ONLY for three days and it seems reliance does not have any urgency to solve my problem. They have taken me for granted and has been harrasing me since last four months. I have made close to 100 calls to reliance concerning these issues and the result is yet to be seen.

                            Hi,
                            this is again highly frustrating, Today i have received missed call from this number:- [protected] on both of my number [protected] and [protected] at 3:40 PM IST. They have also send me two Configuration Message twice one for rcomWap and one for RelianceMbWorld at 3:41 PM IST. Finally they Send case Closer message at 3:42 PM IST having Case number[protected]. Now my question is how dare you to close this case without confirming it from me and how dare you to say that i have not received the call if you have given only missed call hardly for 4 second.
                            When called customer service they said we can only confirm that case has been closed and can transfer the call to GPRS team, when connected with GPRS team they said let us look after this and let's what we can do. After 19 days of Subscription you guys are still working on it and finally one of the case has been closed without giving any resolution.
                            I have Clearly mentioned what exactly the problem is, as i said there is no problem in settings, i have all the settings i can use internet and can play TV using third party Mobile TV Application for Eg SPB TV and everything is Working fine. the only problem is when i tried to open the Mobile TV page it gave me Server Error message on page:

                            As from this above Error message a Simple literate person can identify that any configuration settings can't resolve this issue, you need to configure your sever to handle the Exception request. I know you guys are so Computer uneducated to resolve this issue.
                            As you told me to reconsider my decision to exit from your services and give you an opportunity to resolve this issue, i would like to say i am 100% sure that if after 19 days you can't resolve the issue you can't resolve it. And on 18 my Subscription will expire after that if you'll resolve the Concern how it will benefit me? So i have decided that i will port out my number for sure and not only this but all of my 4 Reliance number to Airtel and you should give me exception before 3 month as the problem is from your end not from my End and i will take all best possible legal action and will fight for my right. Waiting for Diplomatic and negative Reply.

                              This is with reference to the repetitive deduction of balance from my Mother's Reliance GSM SIM card. there has been a series of such deduction after which I made a complaint on this site and some amount of balance was refunded but again on the 18th or 19th of the previous month( i.e. 18/07/2011) around 60 rs were deducted automatically. I am really fed up of this problem as this causes a lots of trouble to my mother. I sincerely request you to take some action against them and get my mother' money back as soon as possible.

                              All the Reliance customers have the same problem it seems. I also have faced lots of deduction in my balance amount. I wish you take some action against them and make them refund the money back to the customers

                                I got my MNP process from AIRTEL to RELIANCE service provider.
                                As per the MNP promo plan in RELIANCE to new consumer, They are offering the below plan on the 33/- first recharge.

                                Daily 20 mins/day to all local calls to any mobile for 30 days.
                                Unlimited RELIANCE to RELIANCE local call for 30 days.
                                1p/2sec for first 3 months to any mobile.
                                1p/Sec for one year post 3 months promo offer of 1p/2sec.

                                I recharged on 1st August, 2011 for 33/- post conversation with customer care on 198 at 7:15. He explained me the above plan thoroughly and post his assurance I recharged from the reliance store at Tulsidham Char Rasta, Manjalpur, Vadodara. The poster was also available in store explaining the above plan.

                                After the recharge of 33/-, I got the service activated within 5-6 hours. From the above promo plans I did not get activated of the plan of 1p/2sec.
                                When I called customer care on 2nd August, 2011 for not activated this plan, he denied me and explained me that this has been expired and you will not be able to avail this offer.

                                Now my question is if the person is assuring the offer and this all are the combo offer, why I am can not avail this offer too?

                                Please give me the valid reason for denying this offer plan.

                                  i`m mukesh jain from ijayawada.. my number is [protected]..
                                  i got the deduction of 39 rs for my sms pack on 1st or 2nd august.... and after tht they again deducted 39 rs for the same sms pack.. whn i called customer care... they even agreed that the second time deduction is a mistake by them... and it will be refunded within 2 days... for which i have the complaint number i.e[protected]..even i got the confirmation.. and got balnace.. but balance went into promo balance.. which is valid for only 7 days... i again called and asked them to refund my balance in main balance.. and not in promo balance... for this they deactivated my sms service... and whn i called and asked thm, they said me that, i have asked thm to do so... and i never said them to deactivate my sms service..
                                  i can still activate my sms pack, bt now i will have to pay 5ps per sms.. and before it was free...
                                  isnt it cheating... arnt they trying to foool customers....plzzz sir, help me out...

                                  even a month ago, they deactived caller tune service after deducting my 120 rs. i took lite that time... but how many time, i will be cheated,,,

                                    Actually I am using Broadband connection from Aug,2010 onwards. When I left to Germany by Feb,
                                    I asked for the Safe custody from Reliance Netconnect. I send mail I had personnally called and explained keep the safe custody, I am out of the country. But they had kept in the normal mode only. So when I came back from Germany by Mar end, I needed the Internet connection urgently. They had charged the full amount 827 Rs/- from Feb 7, 2011 to Mar 6, 2011 which I have not even used a min of Internet. They had not done the safe custody. So I called them. At that time, they said, they will consider and give waiver in the later time.

                                    Now previous month, one girl with unemployment utilised my modem for applying jobs and it had exceeded the usual 2GB limit. They charged me 400Rs/- Extra. I had kept on asking them to do the waiver by considering the promise they made (Pavithra is the customer care attended the call) . But they keep saying that they had done correctly and they are not interested to waiver. This 400 Rs/- needs to be credited back to my acct or the waiver which is promised for the Feb 7th , to Mar 6th safe custody period needs to be given to me.

                                      Sorry to refer u like that but you I don’t have any choice .
                                      From Last 2 months I have been fighting from your group of cheater management and spend over thousand rupees to recover my 266 Rs , which you people have digested . ( details referred below )

                                      1) I have raised service request no. [protected] , regarding refund of Rs 266 twice charged against my wife’s mobile no. 93xxx xxx45 , details of same are mentioned in below mail . Till date the Rs 266 has not been refunded back in to my bank account

                                      3) Our bank Axis Bank has confirmed that no credit request has come to credit Rs 266 back to A/c No. 90xxxxxxxxxxxx75 .However the amount has been debited from our account on 21st April and same has also been paid by us in cash on 19th May 2011 .
                                      4) Recently I got a call from your office and I was told that My complete refundable amount should be adjusted in my wifes this months bill .However no such adjustment has been made.

                                      4) I have been to your customer care of MG Road Pune , Dhole Patil road and Vishrantwadi more than 12 times and even if I look towards my petrol expenses that too account for more than Rs 500 . I have taken out account statement to submit to your reliance web world and Rs 57 has been debited from my account for same . I have made enormous phone calls to your customer care, which itself amount to more than Rs 100

                                      I accept that I am a fool but now I ensure that atleast your high profile work out tirelessly for cheating customer and accumulating such 200’s for getting monthly payouts of their bosses ! Good Job Done .
                                      I have a sincere request to all who are going to this mail . Can u please communicate this incident to all concerned , May be so that Reliance could not digest money of their other customers like me
                                      We are not ambani who can spent crores of rupees over their houses for us this 200 Rs also play a vital role in our monthly computation . Unfortunately I have to give up to these cheats after loosing about a thousand , may be it would have been better , if I would have not asked for refund

                                      1. I am a user of reliance mobile post paid GSM connection , 093xxxxxxx45

                                      2. From last 4 weeks , my Mobile outgoing calls was barred , despite of prepayment of my bill on 21st April 2011 .

                                      3. My connection was reactivated after my complaint to the chairman office vide email dated 9th May 2011 .

                                      4. My payment receipt has been acknowledged by transaction receipt and enclosed mail from your customer care .

                                      5. However my connection again got disconnected on 18th May 2011, the reason stated was that I have not paid my outstanding amount of Rs 266.

                                      6. While enquiring for the same with your customer care in MG Road Pune , I was told that my previous payment was of Rs 266 was rejected and has been credited back to account , which was used for payment i.e my Husband A/c No. 90xxxxxxxxxxxx75.

                                      7. I confirmed your executive that no such payment is credited in my account from reliance communications .

                                      8. For your satisfaction , I have enclosed one month snap shot of my bank account transactions , which only shows Rs 266 debited from my account but no credit entry .

                                      9. Your customer service executive had generated complaint for same .

                                      10. I have repaid the amount again to restore my connection .

                                      11. Pl let me know , when reliance communication is refunding my additional amount of RS 266 , which I have paid twice , once on 21/4/2011 and next time on 18/5/2011 .

                                      12. Also I want some senior person to call and explain me this mis management from chairman’s office till front office .

                                      1. I am a user of reliance mobile post paid GSM connection ( I don’t know, why I choose reliance only for number portability, probably my past six
                                      years experience of excellent service )
                                      2) With deep regret I would like to say that Reliance communication has now become a pathetic service , probably because the senior managment is
                                      hardly aware of the word customer satisfaction .

                                      3. From last 2 weeks , my Mobile outgoing calls are barred , despite of prepayment of my bill on 21st April 2011 .

                                      4. Despite of my husband out of Pune and I myself being Preganent , I have been moving from pillar to post but nobody has resolved my complaint .

                                      5. Please see how , your system has failed to help a lady customer , as follows :
                                      &n bsp;
                                      a) Your local customer care : Me and my husband (who has now gone outstation ) have visited here almost six times ,every time complaint
                                      is launched and we are assured that problem will be resolved in another 48 Hrs but no results : Ist failure
                                      b) Your Call center : Your second failure
                                      (i) The post paid GSM no *333, if you call on it from some other number , the call gets disconnected immediately you
                                      feed your number .
                                      (ii) If I call from my mobile , the call is put on hold for altelast 5-6 minutes and then it further gets
                                      disconnected . You yourself can verify from my calling history , how long I have waited and the phone never gets connected .
                                      (iii) Most of the time the option “ 0” for customer care executive is disabled
                                      &n bsp;
                                      c) Your website : Your 3rd failure “ Apache server failure , no back up “ , The error continuously seen on your websites for last 5
                                      days and get rectified yesterday only .
                                      d) Your Feed back updation system : Your 4th failure I received an sms that my payment has been received and updated and despite of
                                      that my outgoing is not working .
                                      e) No nodal officer : Your 5th failure To my uttermost surprise , there is no nodal officer contact details , which all reputed
                                      service providers have .

                                      6) Till now , my connection outgoing is not activated . M problem is that my physical condition don’t allow me to continue running from pillar to
                                      post .

                                      7) The condition becomes more sever , when my husband is out of station for a week .

                                      8) In case some mishappening / tragedy happens in his absence ,pl tell who will be responsible for this .
                                      9) As considering you as the only option : I request your intrevention for solving my problem on top priority and ensuring my satisfaction
                                      note is taken .
                                      10) Since my doctor has instructed me to avoid taking any mental rest , hence today I am writing this mail to you . If still the problem not
                                      gets resolved then I will submit my connection ,once my husband returns and will understand that Reliance has nothing to do with the word rely

                                        I am Reliance Prepaid Customer & using the services from more than 3 Years.

                                        Today on 4th August 2011, Rs. 30 has been deducted without any activation request by me.

                                        Today in the morning, 11:24 am, i received the following message from 56785 " You have been successfully subscribed to My Feeling service at Rs. 30 for 30 days. . To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 2229 to 155223 ".

                                        I have never activated any such service.


                                        After unsubscribing the same as Unsub 2229 to 155223 as in above SMS; again I received the below Sweet SMS from Reliance.

                                        ""Dear Customer your request has been accepted. You will be intimated shortly about the status of your request.""

                                        At the moment, i am out of balance due to this.

                                        Please do the needful at earliest.

                                        I am Reliance Prepaid Customer & using the services from more than 7 Years.

                                        From 15th April 2011 My balance has deducted by Rs. 10 every time when I recharged the same.

                                        It has been happened 4 Times.

                                        Every time I received the below sweet SMS from Reliance

                                        """Dear Subscriber Your subscription to Mi Feeling service has been
                                        renewed on 24-Apr-11 for Rs.10 for 10 days. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub
                                        2229 to 155223(Toll Free)"""

                                        To be honest I really also don't know about ""Mi Feeling"" Service & what it offers!!!

                                        So Till now In Total My Rs. 40 has been deducted unnecessarily even if I didn't subscribe to any of the services yet.

                                        After unsubscribing the same as Unsub 2229 to 155223 as in above SMS; again I received the below Sweet SMS from Reliance.

                                        """Dear Customer your request has been accepted. You will be intimated shortly about the status of your request."""

                                        But till now I didn't intimated.

                                        I need to ask for someone for making calls in emergencies as my Reliance GSM card ran out of balance due to Unnecessary Deduction

                                        “Dear subscriber your subscription to Mi Feeling service has been renewed on 000007-Aug-11 for Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 2229 to 155223(Toll free). ”

                                        I have never activated any such service. So, I request to you please refund my balance and de-activated this service.
