Dear Sir,

As you can see trailing mail, i asked you weather i will get waiver or not all time i got wrong commitment from local vadodara trident office by your sales executive Mr. Rajubhai but nothing happen.

i suffered almost Rs. 2000 for just GPRS plan although i have given manier times request to activate it. Your manager Mr. harshit Molwaker shown me mail indicating GPRS plan of Rs. 99 is activated for mobile number [protected] they why did i charge Rs. 1500 for GPRS?

wrong plan given me initially then they told me that in activated CUG plan on 27th june 2011 but again there is no 350 calls and 350 sms free discount included?

I have suffered so many inconvinience due to transfering my number to reliance from airtel under MNP.

today only Mr. rajubhai telling me that i will get waiver, Mr. rajubhai and Mr. harshit molwaker sitting at Reliance trident office vadodara gujarat have continuously given me wrong commitments and fraud with me. i visited Mr. harshit at his office and asked for written communication indicating that i will get waiver in next bill of 20th June, he given me big talk like its reliance compnay you should trust on bog name like reliance and all useless fradulent commitment.

please do something urgent about this matte. i will not going to monetory loss for which i am not responsible and please waive off all amount of GPRS as well as tariff and charges charged me for the wrong plan during time period till 27th june 2011.

I am really finding myself frustrated writing several times to nodal officer and local office.

please do something urgent about this matter.

Reliance Communication(India)Ltd. — Non-activation of GPRS

Dear Sir
This has reference of my complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com on 10.12.2008
I have a reliance prepaid connection bearing no: [protected]. I recharged it for Rs.303/- on 30.11.2008 at 14:41:08 obviously for GPRS surfing and got confirmation from 37151 and 11111 stating that the GPRS connection will be activated shortly. When contacted to your customer care representative at 58200/[protected] for nearly 20 times I was finally advised to send a message to 55100.which I complied twice but without a response. Tormenting is the fact that your customer care representative either does not receive the call and when receives, makes only glib promises. I was at a loss but then I got your link from the TRAI website and here I am. It will be an attempt on your part to earn the goodwill by settling the matter in right earnest. Further, It will be appreciated to allow the cloak tick for a month of validity on the recharge of Rs.303/- only when the settings for GPRS is received by me. S.S.Thakur

EMPLOYEE — Wrong activation of GPRS

Recently I changed my cell phone. Today on trial base I tried to surfing Internet through my new handset. After 3-4 min o[censored]se when I checked my balance, I realised that net charges is quite high compare to other mobile service provider. Deducted of Rs. 11 for 3-4 min o[censored]se. So I called to your customer care for some suitable scheme/ plan. I talked with one customer care representative name Mr. Sandeep. He explained me the scheme and saying that only one plan is applicable for my instrument. i.e. 100 Rs. activation and surfing extra. I told him that, this is quite costly. So I clearly told him to send this scheme by message, so I can understand the scheme. He sent me one message. I tried to forward that message on 111, 56054 and 144. After that I got one message. And it was an activation message and written "your phone data pack has been activated". Later on I checked and realised that Rs. 100 deducted from my a/c balance. However I was just trying to knowing that scheme. Later on I called again to your customer care dept., they hold... transfer... hold... about 30 minutes and last saying they can't do anything.

In this whole thing, in my opinion there is misunderstanding between your customer care representative and me. If I request to activate of GPRS, why I denied to using of that after activation? However till minute, I have not used a single minute of GPRS and right now I don’t require it. So I request you to reverse the activation charges of Rs. 100 in my a/c and close this matter.

Thanks for your reply. Plan is activated SBI Life CUG99 but what about te first bill i got till 20th may as per normal 99 plan? even plan activated on 27th of may 2011.
so according to your sales executive +manager at vadodara i will get waiver of the same in next bill...
Is that right? will i get waiver or not? should i trust him?

other thing as far as GPRS is concern 20 times i sent an sms on 51234 M99 but there is no revert. No information about pln is activated or not. I given request at call center4 times but they never did it. i suffered already almost Rs.600 charges of GPRS only... what about that monetory loss happen to me? thats not at all my fault.

you ask for all my call recordings from your respected call center and you will come to know how many times i requested for activation of GPRS plan and how they treated me...
Is this kind of treatment used to give to MNP customers?

Above all now from yesterday when i am calling to customer care its auto-answer is coming call after sometime its Busy and call gets disconnected automatically...it happen 3 times...
what do i think of that so ow onwards call center people will not talk to me?

please do something urgent about waiver..provide me satisfactory revert please.

Dear Sir,

I applied for MNP of my Airtel Number for sblife CUG plan(attaching copy of sbilife cug plan tarriffs). while i was given normal Rs 99 monthly rental plan.(attaching first Bill)

I liable to pay Rs. 682 as first bill which is so high as its not plan which i wanted. because in sbi life cug plan tarifs are low as well as monthly 350 sms and 350 calls free. Why am i liable to pay amount for higher charges or wrong plan? reliance sales executive at vadodara telling me that i will get waiver amount in next bill. wel i don't know i should trust him or not so writing to you.

2nd thing is activation of GPRS Rs. 99 plan for 2.5 GB free data:

i given request to activate above plan on call center several times but they never did it. i got my 20th may bill where i charged Rs.112 for GPRS usage while i already given request for activation. again called to call center for further request but they are telling its on seniors hand to activate GPRS plan so i asked him to let me talk to your seniour and they kept me on hold for 40 minutes. when i called again, again they kept me on hold endlessly...i mean what kind of attitude is this towards customer?

Dear nodal officer its my request to kindly ask for every recordings of every call i did at reliance call center...how many times i requested to activate GPRS plan...and how rudely reliance call center executive are talking...

again today i charged more then Rs. 500 GPRS due to non activation of Rs.99 Plan. why do i suffer Monetory loss when i already given request several times. and due to higher usage they stopped my service and for the same i have to pay again Rs.1205 unbilled amount.

Its been pathetic experience with reliance, i am just regreting transfering my services to reliance from airtel...

please do something urgent about this matter.

    CDMA no. was barred on 09/06/2011 without any previous information,
    after that I contact with customer care for help me, they told me that
    I have to resubmit my documents at SANCHI COMMUNICATION, Bharuch.
    after that I resubmit my documents on 10/06/2011 at mentioned
    Franchisee of Reliance communication. They informed me that it will
    take 3days to active, today is the 13th day, still my no is not
    active. when I contact with Sanchi Communication I have not get any
    response from them.

    So, I hope you will take a necessary action as soon as possible.

      I was told that I would be given a solution. Already 1 month passed, still no response to my complaint except some 2-3 phone calls stating the same thing that it will get ready by August end.

      For me, the situation is getting worsened day by day. Earlier I was able to connect to internet at .01kbps at least, but now I am not able to do that also.

      I HAVE LOST ALL HOPES, CAN'T TOLERATE ANYMORE.

      MAY I HAVE MY MONEY BACK, SO THAT I CAN SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE MARKET.

        i just tried manier times to update my e-mail ID on call center on reliance web world or center but its hopeless.

        further i tried log in on my service-reliance: http://myservices.relianceada.com/launchAMSS.do but screen is nil thre is no data showing my bill plan and all required data... please hep me out with that...i am forwarding screen shot for my log in screen.

          I have recharged of 325/- from reliance center and I told the executive to check the recharge is valid or not because I got the message couple of days back.
          After that , he recharged the my number but i didn't get the STD calls facility for 15 days and 30 min daily for other phone.

          The facility that i got after recharge is:

          26/- talk time, 30 min local call and R-R free(Local calls)

          After recharge I told the executive to lounge a complaint But he deny me to lounge.


          Can you please help me.

          325 rs means me a lot so please try to resolve this issue ASAP.
          I used to recharge my cell by 599 rs.
          But this time only i have recharged it by 325 rs
          If it can be converted to 599 rs, i am ready to pay extra money.

            I bought a Reliance Broadband connection in the month of Jan 2011, The Reliance sales representative promised me that the connection speed would be 3.1 mbps. I asked for the demo before my purchase, but the Reliance sales representative refused for the demo and promised me that the area where I will use the connection mostly is a core area and the connection will work 100% perfectly hence no need for demo. Also the sales representative made me to make the payment online and promised me few offers. He did not mentioned anything about the HSD modem device which I bought for this connection is a non refundable in case the connection did not worked and no terms and conditions in the online payment process. When the connection is commissioned it worked at the maximum speed of 200kbps, I contacted the Reliance technical support team and they told me that It’s due to network congestion and It’s know issue for quite long time.

            I informed the Reliance to cancel the connection immediately since It did not worked as promised and to refund the money which I paid for the HSD modem. Now Reliance refuse to repay and saying that the HSD sold on outright sale basis and they can’t refund. Wherein the term “outright sale basis” was not told to me before my purchase also the connection did not worked as promise. Please help me to get my refund for the HSD. I have all the e-mail communication with Reliance on this matter.

              Hello, my net connect number is [protected],

              My problem was due to i was busy i could not submit the bill on time and they disconnect my net connect data card...but they keep charge the rental in my account.

              And when i ask them that you have no right to charge me rental when you have disconnect my services.

              And I ask them to disconnect my card as i dont want to use your services because you guys are greedy.
              but they keep charging me the rental and today i got a call from there lawyer as they have file a complaint against me of 3300 bill amount and 8000 penalty in Tis Hazari Court Delhi.

              That's not all when i was talking to their lawyer he start abusing as he dont know how to talk to people.

              My point is either solve this problem within 7 days i still have no problem to pay you the bill of the month i use your internet but i will never pay you your stupid rentals.

              And if you want to fight in court then i don't have any problem in that also.
              but than get ready as with in 7 days i'm also going to file a complaint against you in consumer protection court and in TRAI and will also try to get stay on your telecommunication license as you guys just money greedy and dont even know how to talk to people..

                  For the past 2 days Reliance GMS has activated OsiUSprtsDalyPack on my mobile no [protected] without any permission from my side.I think they just starts this kind o[censored]nscrupulous services to extract money.I tried to call at *333 but that's a dead end. Now I want immediate deactivation of the pack and refund of my talk time.Rs 5 has been detected on a daily basis on 20 & 21 june 2011.

                    We are user of your CDMA services for last many years and are having the following 4 numbers at our home:

                    We are facing problem of network signals in our home for the last 3 weeks and have lodged complaint for the same.

                    There is no solution of the problem and no one has attended even after many reminders and complaints at call center.

                    The first complaint was lodged on May 31st 2011.

                    We are very high billed customer but no one is listening to our complaint.

                    We have given 4 Reminders to customer care by Phones and Mails. Even they have attached one Relationship manager but he is also not able to solve the problem.

                    We request to kindly look into matter.
                    i am also facing this issue in my rel cdma. I also made a complaints to reliance customer care. They told this is a problem with your phone. How easy it is to tell that ?
                    I told its new one and there is no problem with that. then they told go to customer care of the phone and check your phone there is a problem with that.

                    i asked them when i am using same phone in Gujarat it is working and here in Karnataka it is not working. how can be the problem in phone ?

                    do u know what they replied ?

                    IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE, I CAN HELP YOU ? i told thank you very much. is this the solution ?

                    i am planning to change the service provider.

                    How can you say that there is no response. We have received some calls from your call center and even we have received a call from Mr. Sanjay Arora Ph No: [protected], who is supposed to be Relationship manager to my no. We have also conveyed him the problem many times but there is no solution to the problem.

                    So by writing that you are not able to contact me you cannot shift responsibility of your problem in my court.

                    If you cannot solve the problem then just let us know so that we can stop using your services for all the phone.
                    I JUST TOLD ONE THING

                      They have activated some JAVA GAME SERVICE, and some Cricket Info. service without my permission and without my knowledge and they have deducted some balance from my account.

                      This is my complaint no. which is given my reliance customer care[protected].

                      I don't know why every month they are activating some services without my knowledge and deducting the balance, I am fade up with this. every month this is happening.

                      Please do look this matter from your end so that this service get deactivated and I could get my balance back

                      Thank you so much.
                      But i am not satisfied with your service, you resolve my one problem and again at that time you create new problem...

                      last time you have deducted 5rs and this time you have deducted 30rs what the [censored] is this...

                          Reliance netconnect is doing advertising that they are providing speed 3.1 mb per second. I was looking for speed and purchased the data card. My datacard number s [protected]

                          From day 1, their speed has never been more than 30-35 kb per second. They advertise to give 3174.40 kb per second speed but in reality they have never given more than 30-35 kb per second. I communicated my concern to reliance support team, but they never bothered to understand why such a big gap and how to resolve it.

                          Sometime, this service gets so poor, it gives speed of 2-3 kb per second. Its really frustrating service.

                          Reliance Data Card — Poor Speed

                          The buying of the Reliance data card is the biggest fault, I suppose I have done because the speed provided by it is very low which gives me a problem through which none of my websites open, I cannot download anything.I have lauded many complaints but no strict action has also not been taken.I request you to help and get my money back for this cheap data card.
                          my data card speed is very slow please help .
                          I have purchased relaince netconnect( [protected]) in april 2009 april and untill Nov 2009 I had no issues with the broadband speed and from Dec 2009 the speed started dropping down and from 8 to 11 p.m I dont get any service and in the mornig i get speeds for approx 225 kbps and in the evening the speed is approx 80kbps. I have made numerous calls to the customer serivce center and have confirmed that the min speed I should be receving is 512 kbps which i have not not recived from Nov 2009.
                          Last week I had a call from reliance communications as I have decided not to pay thier bills and the reply from the person who called me was so rude and his wordings were" Every one in reliance is facing speed issues and why are you the only person to call up and compalin when we know that there is speed issues'. He also said that no matter I get the service or not I will have to pay the bill.
                          I have spoken to atleast 50 people in reliance and nothing has happended yet.....Request all people to get a demo of the connection from reliance before u actually get the modem as once you purchase the modem then you have no choice....Now I have to bear the loss of this modem which I got it for Rs 3500 and got to search for a better broadband supplier...

                          Reliance Netconnect — poor customer service and speed

                          i have purchased netconnect broad band+ data card costing 1799 RS and i have recharged it for around370 RS. They have offered 5 GB free usage. within the validity that 5GB has finished within the validity and after that i have charged for 800 Rs unlimited plan. but my data card is not working because the reason of validity update .then i contacted customer care for the same,the replied within 24 hours the problem will solve. now 36 hours over, the problem is not solved yet. I am not satisfied the customer service and the speed of the internet with reliance network

                          I am purchasing 99 Reliance Internet pack from 4 to 5 months 3GB download with my N70 3G enabled mobile.I got Good speed up to 35 to 45 kbps download speed at night it was increased.
                          But what i say from this month Reliance expanded 6GB download and i am shocked to saw that 6 to 11 kbps download speed is given whatever day and night. Many of my work was hampered due to your Poor Speed.
                          So i am complained to customer care, as usual they can't solved my problem.

                          I have no hesitation to point, customer and techie support is highly poor. The reason behind:-

                          Customer support posted mobile provided at this post is not working. Its my regular mobile and not sure how did they notice, mobile is not working. On next day, I provided alternate number but then after did not hear anything back.

                          Techie support has not come forward to understand why this issue, either device has problem, locality signal is concern.

                          Not sure, if Reliance is serious with this business.
                          Reliance customer called me ([protected]) from [protected] at 04/07/2011: 10:32 am. Customer care representative (CSR) disconnect the phone, when i asked what is her name. I noticed CSR was not in favor of listening concerned and also listen and ignore with nature.

                          I posted complaint in regard to poor reliance netconnect speed in hyderabad. Today Reliance customer care confirmed, - There is a network problem in hyderabad and it will be resolved by 31st August, 2011.

                          When asked, when this problem started, customer care replied - Hyderabad city is having this problem from long time.

                          If this your concern and attitude, why i can't ask you to return my device cost at the earliest. Also i would like you to stop selling this device in hyderabad, if there is such problem.

                          Its a kind of cheating and fraud with customer, which you should not do.
                          Fully agree with you. Same thing with me here. This is the worst service I ever had. Guys don't even think about this service, you will end up scratching your head. Sometimes it takes around 30sec to load Google page and frequent disconnection. Go for some other service...
                          yes we located in ambattur O.T chennai, I bought reliance datacard 3.1mbps speed & my card# [protected], I have the same netconnection problem as mentioned above, when i contacted customer service said they having some connection problem in ambattur side in chennai and promised that will get resolved within 31 of August 2011 they gave me reference# also[protected] & [protected], later i called again on 1st of september 2011 they again saying the same unacceptable excuse and said it will resolve in another 2 more months. now am receiving less than 110 kbs. this reliance service gets poor & poorer worst connection ever had. . it take half an hour to load 1minute video. very poor service & poor connection
                          Same here. They make the same reply to everyone. They also told me that it will get resolved by 31st August. I have stopped calling up customer care. Its of no use. Im going to disconnect it.

                              Reliance Communications - Cordless Handset (LS 110)


                              I have been a Reliance Communications customer for the since very long time and I have NOT satisfied with their services, since two month my land phone[protected] Not working , it was problem in handset LG make model no Cordless Handset (LS 110) I need to replacement of my hand set / OR repair the same.
                              I have given complaint to reliance customer care it is not working , the after 15 days reliance maintenance engineer come to my home, he has checked the not working internal PCB card problem, they told they will revert back to with new handset , still not at come to us.

                              After 15 again some come to home he bring old handset (without cordless type) , that we are not accepted , because sine we are using cordless type , hence we not other box type hand set , again I have given complaint it reliance , they told it will take time arrange the cordless type , still not arrange the same . I have talked customer care & Nodal officer they told me wait some time , also I have send so many email to reliance below mention email address, but they are not reaplt any email message , also I have talked reliance customer care so many times , still the mater is pending with reliance, please help me in this regards, I need New Launch: ETS 8221 Cordless FWP new cordless. Phone OR LG LS110 phone only.

                                I Mr.Jagdish kumar having a problem with reliance communication ltd. The issue is that i am getting bill from two companies Reliance and Airtel for the same no-[protected], from last four month.

                                My cell no-[protected] & [protected] was bill in reliance is the same account no-[protected],I had migrated my cell no-[protected] into Airtel on 12/02/11. I had paid my last bill of reliance for the period of 18/01/11 to 17/02/ by cheque of amount 692/- and from 24/02/11. I am getting bill from airtel and i am paying to get regularly and i am satisfied with the service.

                                I have received a letter on 23/05/11 from reliance communication ref.no.1683 in that they had show an outstanding of rupees 2473.27 from that day visiting regularly to my nearest web world of reliance regarding my complaint my problem is the i had paid rupees 1000/- on 10th june for the final payment of cell no-[protected] regarding this problem everyday i visited to reliance web world and got the response that they told me that i had forwarded the mail to my senior for termination and to release my account from reliance this is to bring to you.

                                I have sent many complaint (Through RELIANCE WEB WORLD) for this but never take any action by Reliance co., Details of mails are given below

                                  My name is shivangi,reliance has lost their standard,I dont understand why these people are torcharing their customers.I get lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls and sms from reliance,so many times i have requested for DO NOT DISTURB but the service is not activated till date.even i have tried "1909 to activate DND (Do Not Disturb)"this is also of no use.
                                  The people who sit as customer care executive they cant even talk properly ,they dont understand the customer requirement,they dont have telephone attiquates,are these paid employees or just forced to sit and take calls are these people educated?so many times i have called customer care executives but i dint get any service from them.I am just annoyed with reliance.This is my last attempt,i dont have patience now,i dont know wether anybody is going to read my comment & help me out, i ll wait for more 15-20 days after that iam just going to dump my phone in dustbin.

                                    Hi - I have dealing with a very unresponsive Reliance Netconnect service, there is no coordination and total lack of ownership from everyone. I recharged my Netconnect broadband connection online for INR 200 but instead of charging it once they deducted my account twice and when i contacted them to return the money they asked me to submit the documents ( after sending numerous mails) and now after sending them the documents , they are responding by telling me someone will contact me!!, there is no coordination and they are just giving me automated responses.                                     Attached is the screenshot from my bank Statement showing that money has been deducted twice from my account.
                                    Even after deducting the amount twice I got the confirmation mail only once, attached is the confirmation statement from Rcom. It shows that INR 200 has been deducted from my account but the data limit was never added to my Netconnect account.

                                    I came to India last month and bought Reliance Netconnect connection for my broadband needs. Since then I have been facing numerous problems with the service.

                                    Issue 1: The service is adhoc and gets disconnected after some time. I have to connect it over and over again. I am professionally working from home and this disruption has negative affect on my work
                                    Issue 2: Internet speed is much much lower than the 3.1 MBPS claimed you us. I have never seen the speed reach move than 1MB
                                    Issue 3: I cant believe that I have consumed so many GBs over the last weeks. Reliance claim that I have used more than 5 GB in 3 weeks. I was fed up with the service and switched to Idea Netsetter- with that connection I have only consumed 1 GB in 10 days. There has been no change in my working pattern.
                                    Issue 4: I recharged the account online for INR 200. Reliance customer care says that my account is recharged once but my bank account has been deducted twice. Even after deduction - my account was not given 1 GB of data. I called up your customer care and they agreed that the money has been debited but the data is not credited. They said they will look into it and will come back in a day. Even after 2 days today noone has come up.
                                    Incidentally I had some issues with my IDEA connection too and their customer care was very responsive and resolved my issues in an instance

                                    I want to highlight my frustration with your service. I am a customer of Net Connect paying more for a service which your competitors are selling for much less and yet I have been left high and dry. Please look into the issues urgently and resolve the service problems at the earliest. I am available at[protected] for any details.

                                    Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — No repsonse to the damage caused.

                                    The below email was sent to the customer care on 24th August 2009, I still haven't received any response to this email. The connection problem was resolved on 7th Sep and despite the dysfunction of the card the whole of last moth I have received a bill of Rs.698/-.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is with reference to the above mentioned account. I want to bring the following points to your notice and need answers to these questions:

                                    On 22nd July, I applied for a change of plan from 10GB - Citywide plan of Rs. 1099/- to Rs.650 per month for 1GB. I was told that same will be activated within 48hrs and I will be informed.

                                    On 27th July, we couldn't connect and after umteen trials we called the Customer Care and were told that the account was deactivated due to over usage. Our unbilled amount was Rs.7900/-. where as our credit limit is only Rs.2000/-

                                    They said we will have to pay the amount and should I want to apply for a waiver the same, I will have to wait till the actual bill is generated as per my billing cycle which is 7th Aug.

                                    On 7th Aug, I received a call asking for the payment, where I was told that my bill amount was Rs.1047/ - for the month.
                                    For further details I should call the Customer care. I did the same to my surprise the lady there told me that there was no outstanding of Rs. 7900, the amount reflecting was the bill amount of Rs. 1047/- only and that the service was activated.

                                    I tried connecting but faced severe problem as the connection kept getting hanged and disconnected every 5-10 mins and we had to restart the computer. After repeated complaints ( complain number[protected] Taufeef) the technical team asked me to submit the data card at Oren Infotech Borivali and receive a fresh piece in 2 days.

                                    I did the needful on 18th Aug and was told will receive the piece by 22nd Aug or max 24th Aug. Today when I called them they said they are unable to Login cause there is a centralised problem at Reliance network. It will take another week for me to recieve the fresh Data card.

                                    I am nearing my this month's billing cycle without being able to use the service for no fault of mine.

                                    I need answers to this crap, this nonsense that has caused me unfair delay and frustration. Loss of time, energy and money.

                                    1) If my credit limit is Rs. 2000/- why the hell wasn't I informed that I have crossed my credit limit. Also why was the connection disconnected without informing us.
                                    2) Why is that I didn't receive a call that the plan was changed as requested, for me to track my consumption
                                    3) Why wasn't I informed that the connection was activated again?
                                    4) The so called unbilled amount of Rs. 7900, was a total error at your end. I have proof of consumption. Who is going to repay the inconvenience caused for just abruptly disconnecting my account?
                                    5) I haven't been able to use the data card this month at all, I certainly cant be charged even a basic rent.

                                    I have 25th Aug as the due date to make payment of Rs.1047 for the month 7/72009-6/8/2009 failing which I will be charged a late Fee.What compensation are you guys going to give me for the problem you have casued me for no fault of mine?

                                    I need to answers to all the above. I here by state that I am making the payment for the current bill but "UNDER PROTEST".
                                    I am certainly going to escalate the matter to the Consumer court with all the evidence that I have should I fail to receive the desired response and compensation from you guys.

                                    This is completely disheartening to have a company of your repute perform so badly.

                                      Pls note that i have Mobile phone connecation of Reliance CDMA. in this connecation i have two mobile no. [protected], [protected].
                                      from last few days some time my outgoing is not working then i go to Reliance Web world for Comcomplaint at that time they people said in my connecation its not showing details so they cant help me. after that they have send mail to their customer care back end office to see why its not showing the details.

                                      but after 15 days till today my connecation not showing details. can u pls check and update my details.

                                      i will be greatfull to you to take an immedicate action on this regards.

                                        I had made a complaint regarding the same issue some days back and i was assured of solving my problem.But as always expected these relaince communication is making humongous revenue which is totally illegal.
                                        My phone was not working since the last one month against which we have made several complaint but to no avail.After registering my complaint with the consumer forum i was assured of action but all i recieved was an old phone set and the same bill which i have been asking to be waived off.
                                        To top it all after i got a phone set in my home i started getting call from reliance office that we will have to pay for the set which has absolutely no features.
                                        Please solve my problem.

                                        We had a reliance landline phone set since a long time but recently we started facing problem with the phone set.Even after several complaints made to the reliance communication regardig the phone our problem remained the same.The phone was lying unused since the last twenty days and now when i wanted to disconnect the phone we are asked to pay the phone bill even for the time when our phone was not working because of them.
                                        We have registered a complaint to the nodal officer also but to no avail.
                                        Please look into the matter and solve our problem.
