this is Pragnesh Sisodia,mb No. [protected].

I was using Night Recharge pack on my other Reliance No. [protected] since last 4 months.

I have done my last recharge for night pack of Rs. 69/- on 30may 2011.

But on 14th june night my account is deducted bcz of night calling on reliance no.

wen i have asked to customer care dey replied me dt if you recharge before your validity completion den RELIANCE WILL INCRECE UR VALIDITY ONLY...DEY WILL NOT GIVE ME 5000 MINUTE OF FREE NIGHT CALLING..

THIS IS SUCH A RIDICULOUS SCHEME....THAT YOU TAKE THE MONEY BUT YOU DNT GIVE THE BENIFITE TO THE CUSTOMER...

WHY YOU ARE KEEPING ALL THIS THINGS HIDE..FROM CUSTOMER...

YOU PEOPLE NOT EVEN TELL D CUSTOMER DT YOU GOT ONLY 5000 MINUTE IN NIGHT PACK...

I REALLY UNGAPPY FROM THIS FRAUD SCHEME AND WANT TO DO COMPLAINT AGAINST IT TO CHANGE IT..

WE MUST GET FRESH VALIDTY AND FRESH 5000 MINUTES EVERY TIME WE RECHARGE.

AND I ALSO WANT MY rS 69 + rS 53 BALANCE BACK WHICH I HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF THIS FRAUD SCHEME.

CALL ME ON [protected] .WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE.

    i am using reliance sim card [protected] from last two years. During ban on prepaid in kashmir i convert it in postpaid and after resuming the prepaid service i convert it in prepaid. now the same no. was terminated on[protected]. then i recieve call from reliance n they asked me to convert it in postpaid. I submit the documents and Rs 500 as security deposit and the told me that no. will be activated in upcomming two days. now today is[protected] number is still terminated.
    now they are telling me that this is a vanity number we will give you any other number. But i want the same number this is totally a fraud company. i have registered more than 55 complaints but they are not giving me any respond. they wanna swap my number.

    Reliance Communications — sim is deactivated

    dear sir,
    our family has 9 reliance connection.but my sim is not working since last 8 days on 7 may 2012 . when i call reliance customer care they told me to visit web world i have been visiting the web world since last 7 days but they are that you go home it will activate at night 12 but there is no response. reliance web world is located at SHOP-1, SEC-9, NEAR BANK OF MAHARASHTRA NERUL EAST, 400706.We now feel harassed and at the Company's mercy to deactivate numbers at the whims and fancy of the company and no one is able to provide us a correct response or a way forward.

      I really did not wish to come to public forums but the situation demanded that I make the grievances public now. I have suffered enough for now with Reliance Communication and its pathetic customer care, useless nodal officers and very bad appellate authority.

      My phone number [protected] was barred from incoming and outgoing on 21st June 2011. I contacted customer care, they told me to submit the documents again. I submitted those documents on 23rd June 2011. They asked me to wait for 3 days to get the phone number activated again. Nothing happened till 30th of June. I mailed to customer care, Nodal Officer of Delhi, appellate authority, Nobody replied. After much of hassle, the phone was activated on 5th June.

      However, this is not the end of it.

      The services of my phone number [protected] has been stopped again on June 13. This time again without any pre-information.

      I have emailed Customer care, rcom.care, nodal officer of Delhi and appellate authority. I have emailed Mr Anil Ambani as well. There is no response for last 2 days.

      It seems like complete organization of Reliance is working and sleep walking. Delhi Nodal officer never picks the phone. Nobody ever replies to emails sent to any of the emails listed on the Rcom site.

      If someone from Reliance is listening and reading this, you must wake up. You have my other phone numbers in your email boxes.

      Reliance — deactivate outgoing and incoming

      hello sir,
      My name is Lokesh Kumar Meena, 4t yr Electrical engineering
      student of IIT Bombay. Now i am in Bangalore for two months
      internship, here i got a new prepaid(CDMA) reliance connection on
      5th or 6th may, 2009 on my friends documents because i don't had
      required documents.
      about one week before i got a call from reliance for address
      verification but unfortunately i was in meeting that time so i
      just ask to call me in evening. From their side i got that "ok its
      fine".(if it was not then they should have said it). After that i
      didn't got any call from their side and now 2 dyas before in night my
      sim was not working, both outgoin and incoming was deactivated.
      And i just receive a SMS from 52811 like "outgoing deactivated"
      nothing else.is it so easy that they can block anyone's connection
      without prior information and even you don't know how much it
      will effect him personally or officially? I accept that address
      verification should be done but when i said "call me in evening"
      then why they didn't call me back or if it is not in their
      policy then you should say so.
      I have sent many emails and also resubmitted my documents
      but they said it will take 2-3 days. But in 2-3 days i cannot imagine what
      will happen to my official deals.
      What can i do now?

      My bill has been paid reciept no:-5115774.in jalandhar on 14/10/09.
      and yet mobile has not been activated.

      My problem is yet not over. I still face the problem in contacting your people. I am going to update this thread here everyday to show you in public forum how careless your company is towards customers. I am really fedup with excuses for not talking to customers. I have sent tons of emails. Reply at least one of them. It is certainly height of brazen careless attitude. I promise to you, I will port my number as soon as it is active. Enough is enough.
      The status of my phone still is deactivated services.
      What were you able to do ? Nothing SO FAR. It is damn pathetic and beyond the human understandable reasons why RCOMcare thinks that its reply will solve the problem without doing anything.

      My phone still has no service. Check it again. It is worse to discuss the problem here on the public networks, it is happening because your customer care does not take any cognizance of the problems customer faces because inaction of several people at your end.

      Solve my problem Please!!! How many times I have to say Please!

        Hello,

        I have been a Customer of Reliance since 2003 with almost 7-8 connections in my Family itself.
        Here are a few observations about Reliance Customer Care:
        1. Reliance Pre-Paid Customer Care is chargeable and not a free service. The Customer Care Lines are disturbed everytime and we have to repeat the communication multiple times. It seems that it is intentional to prolong the calls. The Customer Care Agents also try to prolong the calls with the discussions and questions of no use, before coming to the issue. The IVR asks the Customer, a number of questions and also demands to enter the Mobile number, than to the Agents ask: Is this the same number You are calling for? and on replying Yes, they ask: Please confirm Your number. This is purely illogical and I consider this as an unfair practice.
        2. Since Years, whenever I called the Customer Care, the Agents say that the System is undergoing upgradation and please be on hold. Reliance is such a big Organization and dont they have good systems? Does their System always need upgradation or are the Agents fooling the Customers?
        3. If You demand talking to a Supervisor or Floor Manager regarding the issue, the Agents would say that he is not available, but if You tell that You are very happy and want to appreciate the Agent, the Supervisor is instantly available. How-come this magic happens?
        4. This is a general concern about all Telecom and Banking Companies. Whenever we call on Customer Care, we have to face long IVRs which almost ask us all the queries before passing the call to a live person and as soon as we are transferred to a live person, we are questioned: How may I help You? Please confirm these details? Then, what is the use of IVR???
        5. There is on synchronization between Reliance Customer Care and Reliance Web Worlds. The People at Reliance Web World sell plans and recharge, top-up vouchers by making false commitments, which we come to know through the Customer Care, after the Charges have been deducted heavily. Recently, the web-world people issued me a top-up of Rs. 599/- which gives facility of all India Reliance Free, half an hour free calling to other local service providers, unlimited free SMS and specifically that this plan remains active in Roaming. I went to Mumbai and found the charges to be deducted. On talking to Customer Care, I came to know that the Plan remains active only in Home location and not in Roaming. Why do these big companies do such small pickpocketing???

        Looking forward that someone listens to my concerns and get some actions done. Else yaha aam aadmi ki sunta kaun hai...

          I had made a complaint some days back regarding the problem I am facing with the reliance base phone set.I got a call from from reliance after that and they promised to replace my set with a new one.
          The phone set that we recieved is of a old model and is the same that was being offered to us before we made our first complaint.
          I will be grateful if you solve my problem.

            Monthly rental charges for my connection [protected] are wrongly charged from 22/01/2011 to 08/05/2011.(i.e Rs.341.71). My actual billing plan is of 99. On April 26 i got my reliance CDMA connection converted to Reliance GSM connection. There after i received a bill for the period 9th April to 8th May. In that bill the monthly rental charges are calculated from 22nd January to 8th may. All the bills with their monthly charges till April 8th are paid by me. I have complained the matter with the Reliance web world , kollam on may 2011 and they have also registered the complaint. Still now there is no action regarding this complaint. Now another bill has also been generated i.e from 09/05/2011 to 08/06/2011 in which there is no change or waiver in the wrongly charged amount.

            I don't know where to complaint about this matter. Even i contacted the customer care officials; they too don't know what to do in this matter - Offering a very poor kind of service.

            The Reliance has given certain terms and conditions in the bills regarding the billing complaints. In that you have noted that if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the customer care you can register a complaint with the nodal officer Ms. Deepa Suresh, Cochin with phone number[protected] and also Satish R Menon, Appelate Authority, Cochin with phone number[protected]. I have called these numbers many times. But none of them attended the calls. I don't know why the reliance has provided such prestigious post to them. At least they should have attended the call for once.

              I am not able to contact the customer care by dialing the number *333 from my no. [protected]. Since from the last two days when I call *333 response comes as your access has been barred to the contact centre. And when I called the called the customer care from different reliance number, they were unable to fix the problem and they told me that everything is O.K in my number. Kindly resolve my problem

              Today dated 19/06/2011 around 9:40 PM to 9:55 PM, I Manas Pratim Sonowal with phone No.[protected] when called to the reliance customer care regarding the above problem Of (when I call *333 response comes as your access has been barred to the contact centre.) from a different no. [protected]. The customer care executive told me that I had called the customer care dept. a number of times unnecessarily and I have behaved rudely with them dats why my no. has been barred.

              If this is the service/Care provided by Reliance then it's better to switch to another network where the customer care Dept. behaves responsibly. Moreover you can check your systems that I had called the customer care dept. only because I had problems of GPRS and money deductions problems.

              I am totally unsatisfied with your Reliance Customer Care Service.

                  I received a call from Reliance for "Reliance Netconnect" on 12th October 2010.

                  I have purchased the "Reliance Netconnect" on 14th October 2010 for my personal use via Vriti Infocom, Noida in mumbai.

                  Customer executive visited my home to sell this netconnect.

                  He promised me
                  NO Bill for first two months.
                  Speed upto 1 gbps
                  Unlimited usage
                  Billing plan of Rs.450/- (including Services Tax)

                  However, none of the above promised has been fulfilled, false promise done by the customer executive
                  Received Bill from the very first month
                  Speed is 117 kbps (Maximum)
                  Usage is Limited
                  Billing plan of Rs. 700/- per month (excluding service tax)

                    Hi,
                    I am a reliance wired broadband consumer. I came to know about the reliance myservices which I can use to view, pay bills and download receipts. I am not able to the details of my broadband connection after I registered with myservices.
                    I was able to add my connection successfully to the myservices site. Whenever I logs in I am able to see the Broadband customer account number in the left side.
                    But if I click My Billing -> Payment History to download the receipts, I am getting the error as "Please register a wireless postpaid product for this facility".
                    If I click my broadband customer account number on the left side, I am getting the error as "The system could not process your request at this moment".

                    I lodged a complaint (Complaint #:[protected] with the reliance customer service centre on 8-June-2011. Following this complaint a lady called me and I explained my issues to her. She promised me that all the issues will get resolved within hours. At 10 o'clock in the night another person called me and gave a new password for me to login. He told me that everything is resolved and I will be able to download my bills and receipts. When I logged in the next day I found that the issue was not resolved.

                    When I called up the reliance customer care the person told me that they only reset the password and the ticket is now closed. That means they have not worked on my issue.

                    Following this I put another complaint on 9-June-2011 (Complaint #:[protected], the customer service agent told me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours and I would get a call back from Reliance team once this is resolved.
                    I did not get the call back and issue was still unresolved hence I called them up again on 13-June-2011.

                    This time the customer service agent told me that he escalated the issue to the concerned department and I would get a callback in hours. I did not get the call back and issue was still unresolved hence I called them up again today (15-June-2011).

                    This time also the customer service agent is saying the same thing that the issue has been escalated again and I would receive a callback in hours.

                    How can as a customer believe the words of the customer service agent? He dont have any other solutions to be given to me other than just saying that the issue has been escalated.
                    Today the agent also told me that the backend engineer did not find any problems and they marked this complaint as work in progress. My understanding is that they will not work on the ticket unless the customer calls them up again again again again.......

                    WHY ARE THESE SO CALLED INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS CHARGING HEFTY CHARGES AND PROVIDING NO SERVICE?

                    I got a call from the Reliance Communication today (16/06/2011) at 19:45 (I was outside at that time). The guy told me that my issue was resolved.

                    I told him that I need time to check and confirm whether my issue is really resolved or not. I asked him whether he can make a call to me after 30 minutes. That guy told me that HE CANNOT CALL ME AGAIN.

                    I am really sad by the comments from your service agent. Is this the way to treat a customer? This is not a free service and I am paying dearly for each byte I am downloading.

                    The interesting part was when I checked after reaching home, the issue still there. THE ISSUE WHICH I REPORTED on 9th June 2011 IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

                    When I called the customer care again, the customer agent told me that the ticket #:[protected] has been closed

                    HOW CAN A TICKET BE CLOSED WITHOUT GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM THE CUSTOMER?

                    The Reliance Broadband service team called me yesterday (20-June-2011 17:30). He told as usual that the issue has been closed. I was outside at that moment. I asked him whether he can call my brother who was at home to verify and confirm whether the issue is closed. BUT HE TOLD ME HE DONT HAVE TIME.

                    I AM ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN DO THEY HAVE TIME TO SPARE WITH THE CUSTOMER.

                    The surprising thing is that the issue STILL PERSISTS AND NOT YET RESOLVED.
                    They always calls me and gives me false information that issue is closed and without my confirmation they will DISCONNECT THE CALL. They will also CLOSE the issue without GETTING CUSTOMERS CONFIRMATION.


                    Please dont take reliance connection.

                    THEY WILL CHARGE MORE AND GIVE NO SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS.

                      I have purchased Reliance netconnect+ data card from reliance outlet on 19/06/2011.My card no. is [protected].I am using it at Himatnagar and Ahmedabad(Chandlodiya)(Both within broadband plus coverage as shown on their website and claimed by their mobile store..).My current plan is a prepaid plan.At Himmatnagar downloading speed is between 0.2kbps to 4kbps(always in high speed1x mode) and at Chandlodiya it fluctuates but mostly much lower than they claimed.They guarantee a minimum of 256kbps speed which is rarely achieved at above mentioned locations.I have contacted them multiple times but different executives gave different answers.One lady told me that they will process for refund and it will take 15 days.After 15 days i was told"We dont provide refund in prepaid".This card is useless for me as its very slow.
                      I have attached screen shots of my speed test with this.(Even with hybrid mode the speed is too slow).

                        I am using reliance smart gsm service, the company has automatically activated cricket alert in my mobile & started to deduct my balance from daily basis. I have logged the call(Complaint no[protected], but till they have not deactivated the cricket alert service.

                        Everytimes they are doing this & giving rediculous support to our customers.

                        So, Please help me asap.

                        RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — unnecessari value added service active

                        Dear sir,
                        I am a relience smart customer. Mobile No.-[protected]. My complain is the smart authority are previus day Dated-4/11/09 activate their CRBT ( Coller tune service ) with out information me and charges deducted from my balence. This setuation i was call to smart customer care and then C.C.E. are listining my complain and call disconnect. what i do ? so i want to know that any telecom service provider their value added service activeted on a customer mob. without any iformation given to customer.

                          I HAVE LOST MY MOBILE PHONE . IT HAS A SIM NO .[protected] OF RELIANCE SMART GSM . RELIANCE HAS ITS SERVICE OUTLETS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I VISITED ALMOST 4-5 TIMES , TO THEIR OUTLET AT SAYAJI HOTEL . BUT INSPITE OF GIVING PROPER INFORMATION , THEY ARE ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS . AFTER PROVIDING THE DOCUMENTS , THE EXECUTIVE SAID ,THAT THEIR IS "NO SIM IN STOCK ". SO VISIT AGAIN .

                            MY NUMBER IS [protected] SIR I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE AND THERE BEHAVIOR SO I CONTACTED RELIANCE UP WEST APPELLATE AUTHORITY AT[protected] MADAM SOBHITA RECEIVED THE CALL AND WHEN I TOLD HER PROBLEM SHE DISCONNECTED MY CALL AND NOW WHEN I CALL SHE RECEIVE THE CALL AND KEEPS IT IN SIDE AND DO NOT TALK ANYTHING I WAS CALLING CONTINUOUSLY AND SHE WAS DOING THE SAME THING EVERY TIME I HAVE LOST 100 RUPEES BALANCE AND I NOW NEED RELIANCE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER AND I WANT MY BALANCE BACK

                              I have recharged my Reliance Gsm ([protected]) with the sms card of Rs. 39 on 8/06/2011 at 9.55 pm
                              i hav got a sms on my cell @ dat time from the number 52811, " Dear customer, your account has been recharged with Rs. 39 SMS card. Amount payable is Rs. 39 Thank you.Reliance"
                              But when i messaged after d recharge it was charging 1 rs. per sms.
                              immediately i have contacted reliance customer care 198 and *333.
                              at night the people have not responded my call in the gentleman manner and in the morning when i have called again then after checking the detail person there said me that i have no recharge on my number for the sms and suggested me to go to the vendor again.
                              Vendor is showing me confirmation on his cell that my phone is recharged and even i have the confirmation at the same time.
                              Now no body is listening me and i don't know what should i do now.
                              the company is cheating with me that is clear.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My complaint is against Reliance.
                                I submitted my request for Port in to Reliance network, my BSNl number [protected].
                                I followed the complete process, I even received an SMS from Reliance stating that we have recieved your request and you will be port in shortly.
                                Today, months have passed, I am still on BSNl.
                                I tried to lodge a complaint with reliance via its customer care, web world etc. but every time I got the same reply"Our system is showing that your request is still under process so you have to wait."
                                Is not this a mockery of all portability rules made by the government, is not this mental harassment?
                                This issue which should have been resolved within 14 days have taken more than 3 months.
                                I even contacted BSNL customer care, everything is fine from their end.
                                I only want to shift to Reliance coz I have few other numbers of Reliance in my family,otherwise I would have dropped this idea.
                                My urge to Reliance "Please take proper action against this and prove that you are competent enough to deal with such kind of problems. Please Do keep me informed about the progress.

                                As per your team's direction I submitted my documents again to my nearest [protected]@ Bareilly on 21.06.2011 my Port code is BW281717.
                                Now on30.06.2011 yesterday I received an sms that my number will be deactivated for 2 hrs i.e. from 10pm to 12am 30.06.2011.

                                Dear Rcom, its already 3rd of july and my BSNL sim is deactivated but Reliance is not activated yet. I use this number in my profession and is widely distributed and its non working means LOSS to me..
                                This is my Request to you that please look in to this matter ASAP.

                                  I recently contacted Reliance communication outlet at Thakur Village, Kandivali(e), Mumbai for number protability from my Relaince CDMA to Relaince GSM.I applied the application form and after follow up after a 2 weeks time came across a big shock of my life that the number which i had purchased along with CDMA phone(LG model) is being registered to other person name.The number is still in use by me since last 6 yrs.
                                  In month of march 2011 i even applied for the document verification for the number than also i didn't received any information or follow up call from the reliance about the document miss match.The CDMA number is still active, don't know how reliance communication system works for verifying documents of prepaid customers.I tried to follow up with Reliance communication outlet to change the ownership to my name for this prepaid number, they ask me to submit the documents, but after follow up the say we are looking into it.I even requested to provide the number of the mobile which may be wrongly registered on my name during that period(back six yrs).But they say, they don't have the facilities to check the number against the customer name.If any thing goes wrong with the wrong number register on my name than who will be responsible for that.Can any one help me, how to change the ownership or at least can disconnect the number which may be wrongly registered on my name during that time.

                                  The CDMA number is still active and is with me.

                                    I want to highlight an unacceptable level of service I have received in the last few months and especially this month.

                                    First of all I never receive my bills on time but start getting calls for the same right from 25th of the month. You call me every single day but fail to provide a proactive service - you send me a bill on 29th of the month and expect a payment on 31st - is this really realistic timelines for you - my collegue who has TATA PHOTON gets his bill 10 days prior to the bill due date.

                                    Let me tell you about how you have tortured me as a customer over the past 15 days - I have listed a detailed account below


                                    29th May - I receive my bill for the month of May asking me to make a payment of Rs 602. I also receive a call from your exec asking for the payment
                                    30th May - I again receive a call for the payment
                                    31st May - Due to problems with the net payment and my debit I asked for a cheque collection of the amount due (from my records you can check that I have always paid online) - I receive a call for payment again
                                    1st June - I receive a call again - I duly inform the exec that I have asked for a cheque collection
                                    2nd June - I receive a call again - Again I inform the exec that I have asked for a cheque collection and that you should check your systems
                                    3rd June - I receive a call again - Again I inform the exec that I have asked for a cheque collection and that you should check your systems
                                    4th June - I receive a call again - I informed the exec that the Reliance representative collected the cheque at 1pm
                                    5th June - I receive a call again - I inform that the cheque was collected and the cheque no is 302142. I was asked to describe the agents features (short, tall, fat, thin, wearing glasses or not)
                                    6th June - I again receive a call - same thing explained
                                    7th June - I again receive a call - same thing explained
                                    8th June - I again receive a call - same thing explained
                                    9th June - I again receive a call - same thing explained
                                    10th June - I again receive a call - this time escalated to Supervisor where I gave the daywise account - I was informed that you cannot track the payment to which I informed that i have done all my duties as a customer and you need to check all the details
                                    11th June - I again receive a call - again escalated to Supervisor - Neeta - this woman was down right rude informing me that you have too many contact centres so you dont know where the payment is and told me that I must have entered some details incorrectly when she had no clue about the cheque payment I made.
                                    12th June - I checked with my bank and the payment on the cheque has gone through to RCIL AC on 10th June but I again got a call asking me for payment
                                    13th June - I refused to talk to any of you.

                                    As you can see i dont think a prisoner in jail is tortured as much you have tortured me as a company. i have completed all my duties as a customer and you have done nothing but chased me on a payment where I have repeated the same information again and again.

                                    Your agents are very rude and cannot even speak english - they ask for payment in the same manner as a gali ka gunda would collect hafta and have no etiquitte at all.

                                    After all this I want a refund of the entire amount I paid for your service and then end my relationship with you or I will sue you under the Consumer Court laws applicable as well as post this to the press.

                                        Reliance is blaming now TRAI for my UPC Code
                                        hello sir... Currently im the subscriber of Prepaid Reliance GSM in himachal pradesh My mobile no. is [protected] i am trying to change my Reliance no.to Aircel from last 2 months but Reliance is not giving me the UPC code to port out my no.after sending them 60 sms in 2 months. I call many time in Reliance custmoer care also but they are telling me many fake excuses all time. Everytime when i send sms to reliance for UPC code they deduct each time 1 rupee from my balance. . My balance is deducted 60 Rs for 60 sms but i dont know why they are deducting my balance if they can not generate my upc code. they are also not refunding my deducted balance .... i did also many complaints in Reliance custmoer care..but they r not helping me on this concern. they are also not picking my phone calls from few days
                                        in starting they are causing the TRAI for my UPC Code and says we are not responsilble for your UPC it gives bye TRAI to you
                                        im getting error msg all time...
                                        government. should ban this company
                                        because it is totaly cheat with the custmoers
