SMS from Customer Care Keeps On Flooded in inbox

Data card not activated

I purchased Reliance data card on 2/7/11 from Vriti Infocom-B-75,Sector 63,Noida -201307-UP - Rs. 1399. Mr. Ghanshyam assures me this will activate today till 8 PM. After that I get a call from Vriti Infocom[protected] at 7:3. Pm Mr. Alok assures device will activate till 8 PM.
After 8:30 I call him many times but nobody pick the phone. On second day 2/7/11, I again call from 9:30 Am to till night but no one pick .

Unnecessary deduction of balance

Faulty System (Deducting Incorrect Charges)

Low speed

I had purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ 2 months back. Last week the USB modem stopped working. I gave the modem for replacement & was given a used USB modem 2 days back. Now the modem is providing a speed of 240 KBPS whereas i am paying for 3.1 MBPS package.

The response from the Reliance franchise, Reliance Webworld Vazhakkala & Reliance customer care was humiliating as a customer.

SMS pack wrongly deducted

I have been using reliance sim for more than 6 years. I have once activated sms pack of rs. 11. After that every month is used to renewed automatically by deducting rs. 19 from my account. I tried to deactivate the sms pack by sending sms I.E. "Dact sms 1p to 53739. However every time I tried to deactivate I used to get reply that your request could not be process.. please try again later.

Amount charged but Recharge not done
