In March 2011, I installed message pack-39 (No- [protected])
When balance was deducted for message pack renewal in April, I sent deactivation code for message pack. But balance was again deducted from my account next time.
I talked to customer care *333 and they said that “no chargeable service pack is active on your number” [protected]
Balance kept deducting continuously, and I each time asked to *333 that where is my balance being deducted. Each time they said “no chargeable pack is active on your number, and all deductions are against phone calls and no other service”
Since April, I have sent message pack deactivation code for about 7 times, at least once or twice every month whenever balance was deducted.
Around July 6-7, balance was again deducted. Then I lodged a complain “where is my balance being deducted if I have no chargeable service active on my number” ------- they replied that your complain has been retrieved, your deduction were against message pack.
I again sent message pack deactivation code but balance was deducted last week, and again two days before.

Two days back I called *333 and asked to lodge complain, and their response was disappointing..
The man was “Sunil” who denied to take any complain clearly saying that he cannot file any complain…
After 10 minute of irritating talk, he agreed to take complain, kept me on hold for about 7 minutes, asked many unnecessary question.
Whole conversation took 20 minutes. And I was given a “service request number[protected]”
I don’t know what statements he noted as my complain and what steps have been taken so far in accordance of my complain

Since balance has been deducted in spite of my request for deactivation, I want all my deductions back that have been charged after sending message pack deactivation code. (First time sent whenever)
I also want your response against wrong information given by customer care many times (“no chargeable service is active on your number [protected]”)
Your response against disappointing and irritating behavior by Mr. Sunil
And your response taken over my complain number…[protected]
