Disconnect of my outgoing calls before due date.

slow speed

When balance was deducted for message pack renewal in April, I sent deactivation code for message pack. But balance was again deducted from my account next time.

Data Card blocked and not fixed

There was issue with my data card login credentials. The login crednetial submitted were not accepted. I call'd up customer care and complained about it. slow connections

Dear consumers

i am using Reliance Net connect past 4 months,and paying more than 1200 per month. now i facing the very slow connections. Connections speed indicate as 1.30 KB/S . i think this is the worst connection ever i seen. Even reliance not provide good customer support. i tried and informed customer care people more than 3 times and its helpless.

negligible attitude towards customers

I have a complaint towards Reliance Communications.
On 14 July 2011 I applied for MNP from Reliance CDMA to GSM at Reliance's Official gallery RELIANCE WEB WORLD, Tilak Nagar Branch. Request code is RM332814.
On 16 July 2011 an executive from Reliance visited my home for some formal enquiries. he filled all details in a form. Form no. 33269.

Till today there has been no response from Reliance in this regards.When...

bill paid , connection closed , do not bill again

reliance is known to hard to get rid of . they took the request but disconnected after many days even thought customer care said it will be deactivated in 2 days. now i have to pay additional along with late fee on something i didn't use .

I had purchased my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+Prepaid tariff Plan 16 days ago(12/7/11). It came with 10 GB data validity with first recharge of Rs 1250/-. non refund payment

We are suffering a lot because of reliance representive I.e. We given Cheque on 5th May 2011 and he was promised to us that installation will be completed by 12th may even installation has not done or PIR has not delivered but reliance company people deposited the cheque of Rs 40000/ - and it was cleared and we are getting a loss of 2 lac per day because of reline people so almost 3 month passed nothing will be done and Mr. rajender Singh...

Deactivation of Bikini rich alert service

Poor and Frustrated Service

I have ported my number in reliance network on 20th of July 2011. My number is [protected].I was told that I'll get 1GB data usage and one month Mobile TV free of Cost. I have received 1GB of Free data usage but Unable to download the Mobile TV Application.
