Hi,

This is Akshit Choudhary. I carry a reliance prepaid number i.e. [protected]. Today i got a msg that the service of mitti ke rang has been renewed on my cell. I never ever remember of activatin this service on my network. And they deducted Rs. 30 from my account. Next big thing, i called up customer care and found out that i have currently 3 services activated on my number. And the person speaking on the fone said that i'm entitled to cancel only the mitti ke rang service for which i can get the money back but for other two i wont be getting it back. The other two services has been activated on my account from june and i nevr got any activation msg or any kind or service renewal message. A simple suggestion to AMBANI's......"if you cant get attractive schemes and if you are really out of the business then pl dont cut other's pocket to refill the loss"......Something very strange is going on here, i got the msg in june that mitti ke rang service is now active on my number and that very moment i cancelled its subscription for which i got a msg too. But again people from the reliance's side are activating it again and again and that too without the consent of customer.

In simple lines, its too irritating to use reliance as a service provider now. I work in GEA Westfalia Separators Ltd in the very heart of delhi and believe my words, i'll spread the negative publicity for these reliance guys like anything, not only in my corporate circle but also in my other aquaintances too......Everytime reliance see my balance more than 200, they activate some or the other scheme on my number.
Well lastly i just want the reliance company people to compensate me with the recovery of all the money they took out of my balance as i'm working way too hard to earn this money and i'm in no mood to flip it to these money sucking agencies.
Money accounting for three months of activation of three services which will cost to 30 x 3 x 3 = 270.
Mr. Ambani, u have already lost the hold in the business and by doing these things you are now losing the morale and the business ethics as well......
Pl return my money back to my account.

    I am Prasanth T R, from Delhi (Mayur Vihar Phase 3), working in a media company at a senior position.

    I have paid Registration charges on 16/07/2011 with Executive by name Prakash (MobileNo. [protected]) with an assurance of getting connection in max of 7days. I payed Rs.500 in cash, and he didn't give any receipts for that amount. But my friend paid the amount through cheque. Till now we have not got connection. And there is no response from the above person. I got fed up calling this person. Proper response is not there. When I call from the number which he did not know, then only he picking up the phone. And tells some reasons of the delay. And it's going to be three weeks happening this.

    I called many times from my mobile, but he didn't pick up the call. One day I called from one of my friend's mobile, he picked up the call. When I asked about the connection, he gave me a number of one guy who installs connection on the site. His name is Joginder (MobileNo. [protected]). When I called Joginder, He told me that he will come today morning and give the two connections. I took half day leave from the office and waited for him and he didn't come. That was disgusting, he wasted my valuable time. I got fed up with the service of Reliance before getting connection. And I hate this brand now. You people are thinking, you are doing some free favor to the customers. We not taking the connection for free.We are paying for the connection and bill. Now I don't want your connection any more, and also in future. And I gonna take services of another brand.

    You people are not thinking that, there are many competitors of Reliance, who can offer the same or better service.

    Its very bad on the part of Reliance as it failed to win the confidence of customer. My friend is also having the same bitter experience with this persons. We asked for 2 connections. There may be many persons who are suffering like this.
    I will advice my friends not to go for Reliance any time. Service is very bad & very disgusting. The personnel of your company don’t have the minimum courtesy of calling the customer back when they say to do. VERY BAD.

    As I don't trust your service, I am not expecting any solutions for this complaint. This mail is only for informing you about the issue happening.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I want to port my mobile number [protected] from Reliance to other service provider. I have messaged for UPC code number so many times. But in reply I got a message of "request could not be processed". I have complained at Reliance Mobile Store on 26 July 2011. There my complaint forwarded to company and gave me the SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER[protected] and I am told by their Manager to sort out my problem with in 24 hours. After 24 hours on 27 July2011, I called up to their Toll Free Customer Care Number 198 to check the status of my service request and found that my service request has closed and problem has solved. I again messaged for the same and got a same reply of "request could not be processed". On 28 July 2011, I called to The Nodal Officer of my service provider and sent an email of complaint at www.complaints-india.comat the same time. From The Nodal Officer I got assurance of solving my problem as soon as possible and got a SMS containing SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER[protected]. After a while I got a call from Reliance Customer Care taken the reference of my email complaint on www.complaints-india.com and by them I got same assurance of solving my problem as soon as possible and one a SMS containing SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER[protected]. Now today on 30 July 2011 I again called to Customer Care Number to check the Status of both service request numbers and I am told that in their system my mobile number is not showing in the MNP database and my complaint has forwarded to technical department. After not receiving any satisfactory answer I again called to THE NODAL OFFICER and ask them the status of both service request numbers. They told me about the same technical problem and sent an email to the related department and assure me to solve the problem in next 3 working days. I was still unsatisfied with their answer and having the same problem and an assurance of NODAL OFFICER, but without any commitment. Then I called to Appellate Authority and told them all. But there also I got the unsatisfactory answer.

        Now please tell me. What should I do ?

          I am totally fed-up with this service.i want to deactivate this service but since i am in roaming so that i could not contact customer care.within 2 more days,it will be activated again.

          i dont know how the cricket alerts and all have been activated on my mobile. i did not do it. please deactivae all the services immediately. my number is [protected].

          I use Reliance GSM service and i get charged of cricket alerts which i did not activate. Its a big fraud so they are making out money easily. Its not only with reliance but other companies do... Its a shame that they are doing it like that. Legal action has to be taken against them

          I am student.I am using reliance GSM connection.i can't understand how they activate cricket alert on my number([protected]).and charge me 30Rs. for this service.i am feel very sad.Then i want to connect custmer care.but i not able to connect to the custmer care. i always face many problem when i connect to the cutsmer care.
          when i call cutsmer care, they always disconnect my call. this prolem i face one year ago.

          so anybody tell me how can i complaint against reliance communication. and how can i deactivate the cricket alert on my number.To deactivate cricket alert service step. please call me on my number [protected].and give me suitable suggestion. Thanks

            As per my last mail, I am not getting satisfactory reply from your site and still my Incoming & Outgoing is not working & It will effect my professional life from last one & half month.

            Once again I have submitted my document to your reliance Ring Road branch on 28/07/2011 but my document sent yesterday when I have talked to your reliance employee Ms.Namarta, she told me that I have given same date to send counter the person name is Mr.Pranav & he told that I have received yesterday thats why I have sent yesterday.

            Sir, This type of communication, I have seen to your both reliance employees. So, sir how I can expect that my last document sent or not?

            This is not my mistake. It is your employee's communication gap or other reason which I dont know. but sir I have submitted documents on June'11 and POD details are following.

            Reliance Communication - GSM — Deduction of App. Rs. 170/- as GPRS charges

            Dear Sir,

            I am having Reliance GSM connection +[protected] since last 8 months. Between 20-22nd Aug. they have deducted approximately 170/- rs from my prepaid connection account. On request they have informed that it is aginst my GPRS usage.I haven't activated GPRS connection on this Number as well as I haven't ask for GPRS setting on this number. They don't have any information regarding this in their system. On top of that I am possessing handset which doesn't support GPRS connectivity.

            I would like to raise complaint against them and would like to refund this amount.

            Reliance Communication - GSM — Charging unwanted amount even for stopped services & abusing on calls

            I got a call from Reliance, about "Mi Feelings" services introduction, and as soon as I cut the call, I got the sms saying 30 Rs are deducted for this service activation. And send the unsubscribe sms immediately (which they are denying to receive) which says service is deactivated, and again got charged 30 for Deactivation. They never took my complain for that.
            On top of that, they again started service today without doing anything and charged 30/- Rs.

            I called them immediately, again they told that it is getting deactivated, but money will not be refunded. After asking to file a complaint at-least, they (Kishore Kumar R & Sushant Kumar) plainly refused to lodge the complain. Their tone was not friendly at all, and even suggested do what we want to do.

            Help in getting my 90 Rs back, and getting actions against those guys.

            These things happened before with me 6 months back as well. And after complaining in Consumer forum and all, you people committed not to do so.

            I strictly suggest you to stop any services if there are any.

              Hi Forum, This is Sunny ganju,, I had purchsed a reliance data card from vriti infocom(connect India) B-75,sec 63, noida on 20th feb 2011, but till now its not activated and i had tried to contact them number of times but there were no-one who can resolve the customer query. Customer means nothing this is comment of AV agent mr Avneesh Choudhary and his manager Mr Dharamjeet Singh. Even i have visited three times to that MACHCHI BAJAR and personally met with dharamjeet but that gye dont have enough knowledge about his product how can it possible and his designation is CUSTOMER SUPPORT HEAD. You can't imazine that a customer support head dont know about the address verification process when i was asking aboout the same he told me that his team member Mr. Sumith and Avinash(Avneesh) will resolve my problem and said that i am going some important work ,, but any single guy were not there who can guide me that how can i restore my services.
              I forgot my money and think that i have given to them who were begging in front of me (manish, dharamjeet,avinash) ,if they wanted my money for charity and kept their knees down in front of me then they definately get a very big amount,
              And for your kind information if you want to make your organization big then you will have to fire that gue who dont have care about their customer.
              i researched a lot and finally got all the information about the company and his CEO ,Mr, Manish Sardana. And Mr manish this is my personally suggestion to you that ager aap apni is dukan ko ek company me badlna chahte hai to please customer ki value ko samjhna seekho nahi to kisi din ye dukan band ho jayegi, aur ek baat mai chahu to tumhari dukaan me tala lagwa doon but tum me aur ek rikshaw driver me koi difference nahi hai aur mai iss se jyada kuch nahi kahunga.

              Hi All,
              I am Shivpriye Chadda. I had purchased Reliance Netconnect+ from ConnectIndia on 27 Jan 2013. At that time company folks told me your data card will be activated with in 72 hours but till today 8 Feb 2013 my data card is not activated. Many time I had mailed them but there is no response from there side and many time i had called to there folks everyday they told today your will be activate, but that day and till now after two week my card is not activated. I am very frustrated with their services. So if you can help me then please help me i shall be thankful to you for this.

                Dont know if this complaint helps!Nevertheless thought of bringing it to someone's notice.
                I just got a call from the Tees Hazari Court about my datacard connection!I had a datacard from Reliance which i never got a bill for in the 2 years that i had the connection.It was the same fight every month that i kept paying my outstanding amount even without a bill handy.This was happening for almost 2 years when i decided to close my account.I requested for Duplicate bills and paid the amount in full and final.
                Maybe due to their lack of tracking systems of failure of their CRM systems-maybe their database was not updated and now they passed it to the court i suppose and i get calls to pay the amount they want me to without the bill and without using the services !

                if you could please let me know the way out as i shudnt be paying for any amount without a bill and without using the services!

                  My name is Darshan Sakaria. I been using reliance Wireless Landline phone for about 6-8 months. I have paid all of my dues. For which i have given details to the company as well. But all of a sudden for the last 3-4 months company always calls me up for an outstanding payment of Rs.219. which i have already paid n have given all the payment details to company several times. For which i have already lodged a complain against it Ref no.[protected] made on 18/06/2011. My outgoing was stopped for around 10 days minimum. After wards i personally went to the company web world store provided all bill with my bank statement then i was started. Firstly company was not ready to accept it. saying k you have to pay it. But after sum debate company accepted it. And very next day they started my outgoing calls. By recently i have been receiving several calls from the company regarding my old payment of rs.219. Which i have already paid. Still i been polite n gave d details all over again. But same old problem. But now they have sent me current bill of rs.564 (incl rs.219) and its due date is on 09-aug-2011. N today they have disconnected my outgoing calls. Before due date. I'm really serious about it this time. As it really creates a big problem for me. So i please request you to take strict action against the company. Si it doesn’t happen against to any other individual.

                    i bought reliance netconnect 2 days ago..and they promised me a speed pf 2mbps...and i was happy with their promise and bought usb data card...as soon as i found that i cant exceed 150 kpbs..i was so dissapointed...and i have to say that i m located in a main area and the towers are located very nearby..then i dont know what is the problem...i asked customer care and they constantly keep saying "tower might not have located nearby",,,what should i do?? show them tower??
                    i m truly dissapointed....this is not a way i exepected...

                    I bought a Reliance net connect from Korba, Chattisgarh. First of all I was harassed because of address proof....I am an employee of Coal India Ltd..Govt of India U/T...my pay sleep and pancard was not accepted...at last the problem was solved after one month..when the free unlimited download scheme ends..with submission of affidavit.....Secondly, I am really fooled by the company...The speed was written as 125 kbps, and RIM office members also confirmed that there is no problem regarding the signal and tower,.....but ACTUALLY THE SPEED IS 7 kbps maximum...this is due to what reason I don't know....But this is the real fact happened with me...
                    i bought a reliance netconnect one month back with one month free usage, they said the speed will be 125kbps, but the download speed is too slow, the download speed is only15 to 20kbps, i think i had wasted the money, so please please try to rectify the problem in download speed
                    Iam using reliance netconnect + since last month they said that it will work at the speed of 250kb/sec
                    but initially it works at the speed of 30kb/sec but now it is workinf at 3 or 0.47kb/sec . iam not satisfied with this product .so i request to reliance company to have attention on it . they are providing bad services to their custumer.
                    I am using Reliance Netconnect+ in Pune, Reliance is committed to provide 3.1 Mbps speed and what i am getting is around 150 Kbps. My Netconnect+ Number is : [protected]. I am not sure why these companies advertise like this and fool customers.
                    Reliance called and gave weired answers(no solution). I want my money back for device purchase, plan activation and reliance should stop advertising this way. Today speed is 122 Kbps and for broadband connection speed should atleast 256 Kbps otherwise it cann't be said to be a Broadband. I want a explaination here on this forum not on calls.
                    I am using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ for more than 2 years, for the last 5-6 months it is giving lots of problems relating to speed.. I have tried this in Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata etc locations but the problem remained same.. After a vigorous chase of 7-8 days I could get a service center contact detail.. No one from the company was ever bothered to contact me even once for this complaint.. I am not very sure whether this service center would be of any help or its just another place where company will avoid the complaints professionally..

                      In March 2011, I installed message pack-39 (No- [protected])
                      When balance was deducted for message pack renewal in April, I sent deactivation code for message pack. But balance was again deducted from my account next time.
                      I talked to customer care *333 and they said that “no chargeable service pack is active on your number” [protected]
                      Balance kept deducting continuously, and I each time asked to *333 that where is my balance being deducted. Each time they said “no chargeable pack is active on your number, and all deductions are against phone calls and no other service”
                      Since April, I have sent message pack deactivation code for about 7 times, at least once or twice every month whenever balance was deducted.
                      Around July 6-7, balance was again deducted. Then I lodged a complain “where is my balance being deducted if I have no chargeable service active on my number” ------- they replied that your complain has been retrieved, your deduction were against message pack.
                      I again sent message pack deactivation code but balance was deducted last week, and again two days before.
                      ……………………………………………………………………�...

                      Two days back I called *333 and asked to lodge complain, and their response was disappointing..
                      The man was “Sunil” who denied to take any complain clearly saying that he cannot file any complain…
                      After 10 minute of irritating talk, he agreed to take complain, kept me on hold for about 7 minutes, asked many unnecessary question.
                      Whole conversation took 20 minutes. And I was given a “service request number[protected]”
                      I don’t know what statements he noted as my complain and what steps have been taken so far in accordance of my complain

                      Since balance has been deducted in spite of my request for deactivation, I want all my deductions back that have been charged after sending message pack deactivation code. (First time sent whenever)
                      I also want your response against wrong information given by customer care many times (“no chargeable service is active on your number [protected]”)
                      Your response against disappointing and irritating behavior by Mr. Sunil
                      And your response taken over my complain number…[protected]

                        I am using the reliance data card- Broadband+

                        There was issue with my data card login credentials. The login crednetial submitted were not accepted. I call'd up customer care and complained about it. From then I have made min of 60 calls at customer care, their technical team and the technical heads and data card hardware tech team. And still the issue is not closed till date. Its been 2weeks and nothing is done. They fool us telling that there is issue with hard ware and internet cache, when the issue actually is with passowrd being blocked! I don't know how can they such technical team. They kept telling me that they will fix it in next 3 hours since last monday..And that bloody next 3 hours is yet to come. And nobody in the team attends the customer separately. Every time you call up, they ask for the card number, rsc number and tell that they understand our issue.. without knowing the meaning of word "understand". You call them 100 times.. They still ask you same question! Including the so called tech head - "Name: Muni Kumar" , "Yasmin", Nasima (Bangalore location). Guys, please don't buy reliance data card. They make false promise that you can rely on them!!

                              i am using Reliance Net connect past 4 months,and paying more than 1200 per month. now i facing the very slow connections. Connections speed indicate as 1.30 KB/S . i think this is the worst connection ever i seen. Even reliance not provide good customer support. i tried and informed customer care people more than 3 times and its helpless.

                              if we are delay to pay the bill amount means they are called us more than 10 time per day, but in support they are not like to provide good support.

                                I have a complaint towards Reliance Communications.
                                On 14 July 2011 I applied for MNP from Reliance CDMA to GSM at Reliance's Official gallery RELIANCE WEB WORLD, Tilak Nagar Branch. Request code is RM332814.
                                On 16 July 2011 an executive from Reliance visited my home for some formal enquiries. he filled all details in a form. Form no. 33269.

                                Till today there has been no response from Reliance in this regards.When I enquired at Reliance Web World, MR. KISHORE attended me very negligibly. He was unable to help me and neither was he able to provide me with new MNP form. He made me wait for two hours and then asked me to come the other day. He told that they are unable to handel all SUCH SMALL problems.

                                Please help me in this and inform Reliance Communications about my grievience.

                                  My name is G.Srinivasa Rao,running small travel business at KPHB colony, Hyderabad.
                                  Recently on date 16.07.2011, I have requested for new Reliance landline phone connection and paid Five hundred rupees(Rs 500 /- ,Receipt no [protected]) to the corresponding Reliance communication executive D.Krishna(mobile:[protected] ) .He told me that they will install the new connection by 18.07.2011.
                                  But so far they haven't installed the new connection and saying that they won't install the connection now and also not responding well on my complaint. Due to this I couldn't able to run my business well and incurred loss for almost Fifty thousand(Rs 50000/-) rupees from last 15days.
                                  Today on 30.07.2011,when I contacted corresponding reliance area manger M.Naresh(mobile :[protected]), he is not responding well and also asked me to go to the consumer court if required. So I kindly request you to help me in this issue.

I came to know from customer care executive that this amount is deducted for caller tune, and when I told him the whole story that no one can put caller tone by mistake also as this SIM is always in my out of the mobile set he assured me Rs.14/- will be refunded within two working days I also received the SMS and gave me the service request no.[protected].

                                    After one week the amount is not refunded to me. I request you to do the needful ASAP so that I do not move this complaint any further. My alternate no. [protected]

                                      reliance is known to hard to get rid of . they took the request but disconnected after many days even thought customer care said it will be deactivated in 2 days. now i have to pay additional along with late fee on something i didn't use .

                                        I had purchased my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+Prepaid tariff Plan 16 days ago(12/7/11). It came with 10 GB data validity with first recharge of Rs 1250/-. However, as soon as I hit 5GB mark, service stopped!! Saying "Error: Invalid combination o[censored]ser name or/and password." I was like what the hell!!...Its just been 16 days and I paid handsomely to Reliance for entire month. Upon confirming from Customer Care guy, I was totally bowled over. He said: your card did not receive any recharge and hence has a validity of 100 MB only, which might have expired. It sounds ridiculous!!. I have already used 5GB dude. There must be some error...Just get real, these customer care guys say anything. Moreover dealer says there is no such plan of 5GB for first recharge. the only solution suggested to me was to recharge again with either of their monthly plans available, but get your current monthly validity expired before doing it. Dealer also seemed helpless. Technically speaking, I only used it for 15 days, since it got disconnected yesterday afternoon.

                                        This is just not done. I want explanation!! and Please give me back my remaining validity period asap.

                                        reliance 490 rs Prepaid card — Got only 15 days validity

                                        To whomsoever it may concern.

                                        It is to inform you that I recharged my no. [protected] (connection is in In the name Shashi Shanker Chaubey) with 490 STV on 16th Jan 2009. It was recharged successfully and I was using the card.

                                        When I called customer care on 27th Feb 2009 to know my remaining talktime I discovered that the validity of the card was expiring on 3rd of Feb i.e. I was given only 15 days validity.At that time only I registered complain with the customer care complain no. 87156010.But I got the response that balance has been credited in my account but it was not the case.

                                        Since that date I have lodged three more complaints which after every two days got resolved with no solution in my favour. The complain no. for rest of the complains are 87864728 dated 3nd Feb 88149580 dated 5th Feb and 88329936 dated 7th Feb.

                                        please help me out...

                                        Two Days passed and no one called since your last call. If the issue was escalated, it should have been resolved by now. I'm already at a loss of 5 days internet. I'll not tolerate any delay or cut in my validly period. I used your service for only 15 days (5GB). I want my remaining 5GB with full fifteen days validity from the day of resolution of this issue. Frankly speaking it should not take this much time for an issue as miniscule as this. I'm not able to access internet, for this very reason, in hopes that it will get resolved in couple of hours. Yet it has taken so long.

                                        I want my internet urgently.
