When balance was deducted for message pack renewal in April, I sent deactivation code for message pack. But balance was again deducted from my account next time.
I talked to customer care *333 and they said that “no chargeable service pack is active on your number” [protected]

There was issue with my data card login credentials. The login crednetial submitted were not accepted. I call'd up customer care and complained about it. From then I have made min of 60 calls at customer care, their technical team and the technical heads and data card hardware tech team. And still the issue is not closed till date. Dear consumers

i am using Reliance Net connect past 4 months,and paying more than 1200 per month. now i facing the very slow connections. Connections speed indicate as 1.30 KB/S . i think this is the worst connection ever i seen. Even reliance not provide good customer support. i tried and informed customer care people more than 3 times and its helpless.

I have a complaint towards Reliance Communications.
On 14 July 2011 I applied for MNP from Reliance CDMA to GSM at Reliance's Official gallery RELIANCE WEB WORLD, Tilak Nagar Branch. Request code is RM332814.
On 16 July 2011 an executive from Reliance visited my home for some formal enquiries. he filled all details in a form. Form no. 33269.

Till today there has been no response from Reliance in this regards.When...

I received a call from reliance communication on 23rd July, 2011, for the below mentioned complaints and the executive noted down my complaint and assured me for the refund of amount within three working days but on 25th July 2011 I have not received any refund.do the needful ASAP so that I do not move this complaint any further. reliance is known to hard to get rid of . they took the request but disconnected after many days even thought customer care said it will be deactivated in 2 days. now i have to pay additional along with late fee on something i didn't use .

I had purchased my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+Prepaid tariff Plan 16 days ago(12/7/11). It came with 10 GB data validity with first recharge of Rs 1250/-. However, as soon as I hit 5GB mark, service stopped!! Saying "Error: Invalid combination o[censored]ser name or/and password." I was like what the hell!!...Its just been 16 days and I paid handsomely to Reliance for entire month. Upon confirming from Customer Care...

after that i found regular monthly bill of 0.83/- which I never bother due to such a small amount.

We are suffering a lot because of reliance representive I.e. We given Cheque on 5th May 2011 and he was promised to us that installation will be completed by 12th may even installation has not done or PIR has not delivered but reliance company people deposited the cheque of Rs 40000/ - and it was cleared and we are getting a loss of 2 lac per day because of reline people so almost 3 month passed nothing will be done and Mr. rajender Singh...

I am Reliance FWP Customer ( Number[protected]. I had requested for Circle transfer from West Bengal to Karnataka. All the filled forms along with the supporting documents have been deposited at Reliance Web World on C.M.H. Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore ( Near Cafe Coffe Day) on 30 -May-2011.

Till date the circle transfer has not been effected.I had contacted Karnataka Nodal Officers, Appellate Authority of Karnataka...

First of all I dount know how this service bikini rich aleart activated and then i was trying to deactivate it for last 45 days- calling on cutomer care no and visiting reliance web world.
Every day they are charging Rs 5 for this service and these people dont know how to deactivate it.
Last my visit in web world- she had given me assuarance that service will deativate in 24 hours and given me customer complaint it[protected].br...

I have ported my number in reliance network on 20th of July 2011. My number is [protected].I was told that I'll get 1GB data usage and one month Mobile TV free of Cost. I have received 1GB of Free data usage but Unable to download the Mobile TV Application.
Every time when try to open the Download page it give page error- "An Error ha occurred while trying to browse the page.".
The web page i am trying to open...
