Ok lets do our calculation
For 20MB of file total time to complete download 10 mins 50 secs
For 1 sec how much
20MB/(10min50sec*60)
0.0308477mbps or 30.8477kbps
What so ever calculation it says 100% difference from 3.1mbps u can find

tell me about ur plan which means how u r providing 3.1mbps

Plz dont ask any more details about me... becoz i felt bad about ur sevice Especially ur Datacard wowwww its really very very nice and very superb... Once i complained to customer care service about datacard prob without my knowledge they closed my complaint..their response is "we r not able to contact u becoz u r not picking the phone"... its my only number 'm using for more than four years every one like my friendz nd office friendz contacting me at any time except ur customer care service... how its possible... very nice reply... whaT is the necessary to have the customer care...

1st try to provide the service properly (not --->good, better r best--->service)

Then no need of customer care...

My advice is

Choose any one

"No Service No Customer Care"

"Good Service (again) no (need of) Customer Care"

    Good evening.
    This is sanjeet kumar from asansol west Bengal.i am using reliance smart service from last 1 year and my mobile no is [protected].Now a days reliance company provides very poor service towards there customer.Without consent of the customer the company activated vas service on my mobile.i have made already a complain for wrong deduction of my 95.00 rs which was deducted on 22th of December 2010.after giving complain i receive a call from reliance and they made apologized for that and transferred my amt into my account.but again i am facing a problem again from reliance.on 14/1/2011 in the morning my balance of 30 rs get deducted for voice pack.it is activated by service provider without consent of customer.So these all things are really frustrating for me.Now i am appeal to the higher authority to plz look on that matter because these companies are really create the problem for there customer.

      i m a customer of Reliance GSM prepaid service.my cell no. is [protected]. from last 6 monhs i have been informed with some useless data by reliance through 4 sms per day on daily basis without failure. i have never activated this service. these sms come any time of day,some time these sms come at night 11 pm. or later. this is very annoying. i have requested several time to there customer care center. they just gave me confirmation of ragistering my request and always ask me to wait for 45 days. i am fed up with them now.please help me to wake up their concerned officials.

        Please find the mail below in which my grievances are given in detail. No action has been taken by Reliance Communications Ltd. till date. Even after sending repeated mails to their Nodal officer, etc, not even a single mail has been replied. Now again I have started receiving harassment calls from[protected], the person calls himself the lawyer of Reliance Communications Ltd. I also have a copy of the bill recently received, but as the file size is too big I am not able to upload. please provide me with the email so that I can send you that attachment too.

        Kindly look into the matter.

        With reference to the telephonic conversation I had with Mr. Krishan Kumar on 19/11/2010, please find some of the mails written to reliance and the BAN number for the number is [protected].

        Please refer to the letters and emails attached to this mail to understand the issue.

        Just for your reference, I will tell you my problems again.


        In December 2009, I applied for the connection of land line and broadband for my branch office, but later your executive Mr. Chandan told that the connection is not possible because of some technical reasons, but later I started receiving bills and later 1 day I received a legal notice and was threatened to pay the bill for which I or my company is not responsible and hence to solve the issue once and for all and stop the harassment received from your end, I made payment. Moreover my advance which I had paid to apply for the connection is already there with reliance.


        Then I applied for cancellation of my request for the connection, bit unfortunately again I received a sms for payment. I don’t understand what is going on and why don't your organization people read mails and take necessary actions even after sending repeated mails, giving repeated calls to customer care as well as to your office and also to Mr. Abhinav Sinha (ASM for reliance broadband and land line)? The same mail was forwarded to Mr. Abinav Sinha too(M: [protected]), but no action has been taken.


        Already I have complained so many times to customer care of your company but for no use, they are just sitting there to make a fool out of people and play around with them and their organizations. The reference numbers of those communications are are available in Cancellation Application attached.


        Last Mail received from Reliance was 24th Sept, 2010 with the subject line as "RE:'ADAG=[protected]'Reference to your e-mail"


        Last reply sent to the mails was on 28th Sept, 2010.


        After the above said mail no reply was heard from your organizations end.


        I want you to either resolve this issue or if it is left for me to tackle then I would prefer court of law or what ever medium I feel the best. I am forced to take such actions just because of the problems we are facing because of your organizations inability.


        Please Note: Keeping in view that the issue will be resolved this time, these mails have still not been sent to Appellate Authority or to reliance head office or other high officials or to TRAI.


        Kindly look into the matter before I am forced to take above said actions.

        Please refer to the mail i have written to you and customer care which i have attached with this mail.
        You are the only contact which i have in reliance broadband, now i would like to bring to your notice inefficiency and incompetence of your company's employees , i hope you hold a respectable position in this organization and you are well qualified to understand my inconvenience as a customer.
        Please read the attached mail and tell me which word in my previous mail is not understood.
        Again I am bringing to you and your company's notice that i don't have an installation of broadband connection and land line connection from your company but i am receiving bills and sms for payments, already you people have put me into so much of trouble and harassment why you are not understanding a simple thing. Already this matter is being told to your customer care many times but no action has been taken .
        Please take a note neither me nor my company is any way responsible for any bill generated for the billing account no.[protected].
        Still you people issued a legal notice and compelled me to pay the previous amount .
        Now again a fresh bill has been generated for Rs 323.04 is this matter going to end any time in near future.

        I have done a biggest crime in this world by just applying for a connection from your company (which your staff never installed )and in return i have received humiliation , harassment .

        If my mail has reached a correct person i would request a confirmation by mail for my previous communications and a written confirmation from reliance that action has been taken and my problem has been rectified and a written confirmation from reliance that my firm is not responsible for the above mentioned billing account.
        Already your employees have visited my office and seen that i don't have your installation.
        Once again Reliance is free to make a visit to my place to have a look whether i have your installation or not.

        I hope you understand the seriousness of the matter and necessary action would be initiated against the irresponsible and unaccountable employees of your organization (names mentioned in attached letter) .

        And i hope that Reliance also has few good , accountable employees who understand how much pain someone has taken to establish a brand called "RELIANCE", I hope my faith is reinstated in your brand .

        I hope my mail does not end up before blind eyes.

          This is with reference to Reliance Net Connect : [protected]. I was excessively billed for the month of Sept - 2010.
          I was presented with a bill of Rs5895,t hat exceeded my credit limit while my credit limit was Rs.4900.A Relationship Manager, from Reliance contacted me & conveyed that as my usage has never been over Rs.1500, he will close my account if I paid Rs.3000.
          He gave me his card, that had a wrong telephone number. I emailed him twice with no response.
          Now, collection agents are harrasing me to pay remaining amount of bill, that they have added as the account was not closed by Relationship Manager & are showing outstanding amount of Rs.5400.

            Reliance Broadband are Frauds and Cheats

            They donot give service. Most of the times Reliance Broadband Wireline Connection is down and not working in Gurgaon. Their customer care and field staff donot respond. But still they send high bills. The customer has to run after them on a conituous basis - first for complaint correction and then to get the bill corrected.This is a continuous story - every few days the net is down.

            I will not advise anyone to take Reliance Broadband service. It is pathetic and so is the attitude of all their staff - including customer care, billing department, local field staff, etc.

            Finally, I am discontinuing with my Reliance Broadband connection as I donot have so much time to keep calling Reliance Customer care and field staff. I would rather go with some other service provider which gives me continuous uninterrupted service and prompt complaint solution mechanism.

            PLEASE!! IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM FUTURE TROUBLE AVOID TAKING RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION.

            Reliance Broadband Wireline — Two new Connection Applied , No feedback

            Me and my friend applied for a new broadband on 5th November 2009 through Sales Associates. Sales Associates comitted the connection will be provided within 7 days. Now its around 17 days, still I did not got any feedback. I have five contact person names (Sales Associates, Team Lead & Manager), but nobody attends the call. If sometimes they attend it, will tell we will do it today. For my firend connection verification was done on 13th November 2009, but no feedback about the connection. For me they given verification feedback stating the door is locked. Since we are all working from 12:30 - 9:30 PM, no body will be in home. We will be only available at home on Friday. We informed many times to come with 12:30PM or on Firday, but still nobody turned up.

            I spoke even to the manager but nothing is happening.

            I dont know what to do with this?

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Myself Alex Baby, residing on 73 Saraswati Nagar, New Sama Road, Vadodara-390002. There is a mobile tower erected on top of 69 Saraswati Nagar of our society, the residence of Mr.Jadav. Ever since this tower is made operational we are having severe head aches, which we suspect is due to this mobile tower. We were not aware about health hazards when the tower was installed. We came to know about it recently through news paper. I did not want to complain to Mr.Jadav, as this may stain our relationship with him. So I request you to please get this tower removed through your route.

              Our society itself has 130 houses, and just opposite is Industrial society which has over 400 houses. This tower is directly affecting health of more than 500 families staying nearby. So I request you to get this tower removed as early as possible, without mentioning my name to Mr.Jadav.

              We have a reliance mobile tower in residential area next to my house.(just opp.)

              Please can we ask you to intervien in order to shift it away from the housing area. the village and post new sita nagar, near old t.v. tower, n.h-2, firozabad road, Rambagh Agra-6, state uttar pradesh the mobile tower company is reliance.

                I am using prepaid Reliance CDMA phone and Rs 49 is deducted from my a/c.Regarding this i complaint them but they says"CNBCupidCombo" pack was activated and renewed from your end and renewal charges are not provided. But I never subscribed this now what should i do.

                  My complaint regard with netconnect no is [protected] it has been reacharged with 1499/ on 05/01/2011 in the ELITE COMUNICATIONS (RELIANCE WEB WORLD)ARN COMPLEX KURNOOL ROAD ONGOLE.

                  Now at present my data card is not worcking i called to the mentioned no[protected] Mr. raja respond and sain that it has to recharge with 20rs then it come under funtion.

                  Several people told that relaince is cheating i did not bother now i came to realize that it is true pls respond immedieate & solve the issue other wise it will be force to take shelter with forum.

                  Reliance Net Connect : Worst customer care

                  I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

                  It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

                  In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

                  I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

                  This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance. Worse all, they all made lot of error for the entry for my name, email etc in their system. That too even when I gave all the details correct.

                  I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

                  Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

                          I got a sms from company on 5th january,2011 morning that my callertune charges of rs.30 will be deducted on 8th jan,2011. But suddenly rs.30 was deducted from my prepaid account balance on that day only and it's the practice of the company to deduct the callertune charges 2-3 days before the specified date(here the specified date was 8th Jan). So I thought that rs.30 deducted on 5th Jan would be of callertune.(Note: the practice of the company to deduct the balance 2-3 days before the specified date for callertune charges was observed by me only as I am having callertune service from 2-3 years).

                          Today, 11th day of January, I received a sms from company that my callertune charges will be deducted on 13th January. I actually got shocked bi reading that sms. Then I called company’s customer care at 08:50am. I talked with Tausif Sheikh. Firstly he said that I have used reliance world(a service provided by the company) and rs.30 deducted on 5th Jan was of that service only. When I replied that I had not used any service, he used to check details. Then after 1-2 mins he said that the service has been activated by company on his own and if I have called within 24 hrs. of the deduction of the prepaid account balance then only the charges would have been refundable. He clearly admitted that the charges have been deducted without my permission. Then he said that he is transferring call to his senior.

                          Then I talked with his senior. His name was Maruti Jadhav. He said that I should have called on that day only and now the charges can not be refunded. When I said that it is wrong to deduct charges without asking the customer, he replied that the company has called to ask me to start the service or not and I have replied in affirmative. This senior (Maruti Jadhav) is saying completely opposite to what his junior (Tausif Sheikh) said. (Tausif Sheikh said that the charges have been deducted without my permission). In fact I don't receive any calls from company and I have even lodged a request in the company that I don't want to receive any calls from company on 30th December,2010. It means that the senior was lying. When I said that I will lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum, he replied do whatever I wanted to do but the charges deducted will not be refunded.

                          According to Consumer Protection Act, 1986 it is a deficiency in service that company is starting any service without any permission from the customer. And the policy of the company to refund wrong deduction of charges only if the customer has called within 24 hrs. of deduction is unjustifiable. And from 5th of Jan till today I have not received any service from company then how would I know that any service is activated by company.

                          So please sir I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                          Reliance Telecommunication — Prepaid Balace deducted incorrect.

                          I have reliance connection. My no is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs 388 Voucher on 21 Jun 09. In This voucher acording to company i should get 388 Rs talktime and my calling rate should be Rs1 std and 50 paisa local. On 25 of june my account have nill balance, which means i have made call of Rs 388 with plan above mentined which i dont think i have done. On 25 Jun 09 i mede call to customer care at 2200 asking explanation of my calls.
                          But they couldent provide me required information. I Spoke with Team Leader Saiyad and Supervisor Inderjit. They said they dont have information on calls made by me and hence cant give me details of my call and hence the money deducted from my account. And disconnected my call.
                          i want to change my service provider keeping my number same, and inquired about this to thses people, but they said its not possible. I dont know whether these people are coorect or TRIE is correct.

                          Reliance Prepaid — Incorrect Charges

                          Hi,

                          I owe a Reliance CDMA prepaid connection and have been facing unaccounted charges being deducted in the name of "Activitation of Devotional songs", Cricket Updates etc for which i have never applied.
                          Whenever we try to call up the customer service the only reason they give is ;"you have activiated the above" which is not true.

                          I have gifted this reliance phone to my mom who only uses this phone for receiving calls and nothing else. hence it is void to even think that she can update any of the services on the phone.

                          Even when i tried to register myself out by enrolling myself for DO not Call, yet i continue to receive constant calls from Reliance customer care and lot of messages.
                          I am tired now and need to find a solution to this, every day i have 1 Re being deducted from my account.I need a solution to this, even the customer care doesn not offer good service, of the 15minutes that i spend talking to them 11 minutes they keep me on hold,

                            My Reliance mobile no. is [protected]. This number was bought by me about 2 years back.
                            To say that it's an utmost, the worst ever example of a clear loot, where the company is subscribing us for services we never wanted, we never requested for.

                            They just call me whenever they like and a nonsense song will start playing on it. I repeatedly, and countlessly have requested them to stop this, but they continue to subscribe for their nasty services whenever they like.songs, astrology ( which i hardly believe in), jokes ..... and what not!


                            I called them too many times that please do not call us, but the customer care people are just too harsh and irresponsible, ( Poor fellows, they are just reflecting the treatment they are getting from this company).



                            But I am afraid of getting this number recharged again, because they will deduct my hard earned money.

                            THEY ARE LOOTERS. They will have to pay for the money they are looting out of other's pocket. God sees everything.

                            I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK WHICH HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FOR THESE SERVICES FROM START TILL END.
                            OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE OTHER WAY. THAT'S WHAT I HAVE DECIDED NOW....

                            TO new customers: don't go for reliance, go for any other.
                            To the old ones: You will have to suffer guys. that's the only option left.

                                hi, my name is Samarjeet i had a reliance mobile (cdma)no -[protected].i had requested to activated the DND service on 24/10/2010.The request no is [protected] which was told to me will be activated in 45 days.Now on 03/01/2011 my balance was deducted by Rs.30.When i called the customer care depatment on198 to logged a complaint,they told me that i have activated the service of chat.I told them i have not requested any service,and i also asked them how this service was activated they told me that you have receive a marketing call on your no.and you have activated the sevice.Now first of all i have not received any such call so i asked them to provide me the number by which the call was done to me,they were unable to provide me the information.Secondly when the DND service is already activated on my no how could any service provider can call me for their marketing products (value add services).and the cust.care rep.told me i have been charged correctly for the service.

                                hi my number is [protected] .. I've requested to start my dnd services on 21 jan 2010 .. Still till today's date everyday i am receiving promotional offers and schemes call on my number..I can make this a legal issue as within 45 days it has to be activated

                                after requesting for dnd customer care executive REQUESTED me to bear the nonsense calls for 45 days more.as i've no option, i thought it's ok.

                                even after almost 3 months ie 100+ days still i'm flooded with these lousy promo calls.
                                i've grand parents and kids sleeping and imagine how ackward to get a promo call at that time, disturbing all.

                                i URGE to customer care to check my request date and to take IMMEDIATE ACTION even against the executive who spoke to me by retrieving the conversation.

What is even more intriguing that their payment centers, which use Reliance internet used to face connectivity issues as well and I had to come later for making payments for my net and reliance phones.
                                  I tried to resolve this issue by calling them up, but their customer care is extremely horrible. They argue with you and try their best not to solve the problem. These guys have 2 weeks network outages at times, during which you cannot reach their customer services at all.
                                  Being fed up of all of this, I stopped paying their bills. I still use Reliance phones, which work fine and have been paying bills for them. I also have been paying bills for Airtel Broadband, since I have taken that after bad experience from Reliance.
                                  Thing is, they have now started harassing me, and insisting that they stopped services after I stopped paying my bills, which is completely untrue.
                                  THEY HAVE ALSO, legally threatened me, and have filed a complaint at a court. They are however, insisting that I settle dispute by paying bills for two months during which I did not use the internet.
                                  I WILL NOT BOW DOWN, I have talked to their lawyer and have asked them to send their notice to my house.
                                  IT IS NOT A MATTER OF MONEY, IT IS A MATTER OF TEACHING THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY CANNOT HARASS AND CRUSH CUSTOMERS.
                                  I wanted help from other people on this forum in this regard. Is it possible for any people to send me your statements to show it to them, that I am not the only person suffering from their misdeeds?

                                    After confirming the recharge of Rs 105/- full talk value offer in which i supposed to get Rs150/-(Rs 95/-+ 55/-) from my phone no [protected] to the customer care on date 6th jan 2011.
                                    I have done the same recharge on my no [protected] and received a confirmation message i.e.recharge with Rs 105 successful special benefit will credited in 1 hr further i wait for one hr and after non credit of my balance i make the call on reliance customer care they had assured that your account will be credited in very short time. On 07th jan 2011 evening, i again make call to reliance and the representative registered the complaint no.[protected] and told me to wait for 48 hrs i waited for the same time and did not receive any balance to my account and further i again called to reliance for my complain status now they gave very painful reply that your complain. is not correct so they have to file a new complain after a long discussion they again register a complain no.[protected] and again told to wait. after that i again called to customer care on 10 jan morning and the same reply came from the other end.It was very painful experience to listen the same reply from reliance customer care for continuous 4 days. You are requested to look over the matter as soon as possible.

                                      My mobile number is [protected]. Every time I am recharging Rs 50/-. After recharge, balance will show 40/-(net after st). After two days suddenly, message will came from Reliance(CDMA) " you have negetive balance Rs -3.23. This is not first time, and I lost more that Rs 500/- (50*10). These dirty RATS eating our money by Unauthorised deduction from my prepaid account.

                                      My name is Shailesh Gharde my relience prepaid mobile no is [protected], yeaterday I have message that you are balance 30 Rs. has been deducated, when I call the custmer care for which the amount has been deducated, there is no repaly from them, I have not started any service then also you have deducated my balance kindly clarify me about this, & specialy all this taken at mid night when I am in sleep so it not possible to do any thing , and giving me lots of trouble & specialy I have not got any message for what they have deducated my balnace, please solve this problem otherwise I have to change my service provider

                                        I purchased a DATA-CARD on 31st december,2010 from RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS,zirakpur.
                                        from employee named: Gurdev singh!
                                        I also took a connection on that datacard whos number is,: [protected].
                                        He said "Connection will get activate till evening'.
                                        BUT,it dint get.I called him so many times,that plzz visit me & see what is the problem.
                                        SIR. He dint come to my home once.Moreover,connection dint start working.
                                        MY Grandfather went to him to return his DATACARD+CONNECTION on 3rd JAN,2011.......
                                        He refused. & said '"OUR employee will come to your house and will see to it".
                                        NOBODY has come till now!!!!!
                                        I need my money back.+ i need them to pay extra to waste my time and my study loss!!!
                                        DATACARD cost Rs.1500 + connection Rs.300.
                                        Kindly see to it.....& help bring my money back vry soon..... I will be very thankful to you!

                                        yesterday i have recharged my mobile balance with an sms pack that is of rupees 19 ,for 1 month sms validity.
                                        Because my sms balance was expired day before yesterday . today my account balance was arbitrarily cut by rupees 19.50 . and sms came in my mobile that " your sms balance is activated for 15 days".
                                        when i call to reliance customer care they are not responding to my calls.. what is this going on india... this is noting but a daylight loot.
