[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance deducted without any reason | |||||
On 20th may i had done rechrg of about 30rs and within hlf n hour they deducted my balance n i was left wd only 1 rs i dnt kno on what basis they deducted nor did they gave any explanation nor did i activate anything so i need to kno on wt baises blnc is deducted nor the customer care are picking up the cal i want u refund my blnc asap this is a very big disappointment!!! i hope u resolve Was this information helpful? | |||||

When i taken this connection my rental was Rs.495.after 2-3 month later Rental charge exceed Rs.700/- with out any intimation.All bill are attached with this complain.when we talk with Reliance store they didnt help us.i call multiple time to complaint for that no one entertain properly.

My broadband connection is not working from 2 months ..after so many complaints still it is not working but rental is generated every month ...i want to remove my connection and and i am unable to contact customer care because they are not picking up the phone...plzz look into this matter ...i want them to give my fee waiver to which is of ₹ 1800
