[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Complain about Reliance bihar sim internet access issue in both Aircel 3G &2G N/W

Again and Again Reliance sim no.[protected] RCOM is closing my complain without actual resolving it and testing the internet issue I received a message stating that "Your Service request no. is[protected] has been processed.Thank you for being with Reliance". But still my internet is not working in Aircel network 2G & 3G mode. I kept my laptop switched on for you people to test and ping my reliance sim IP on Aircel 3G & 2G N/W. But again and again your team is ignoring my problem and closing it without testing. I will keep on posting complain till this problem is not resolved. Please do not close the service request without testing it and confirming from me. keep it open till next date. I will update here once the internet starts working on Aircel 3G network.

I have connected my internet in aircel 3g network. Still No internet access.

My current IP-100.81.58.247
Subnet Mask-255.255.255.255
DNS Servers: 124.124.204.36, 115.254.108.244

Sometimes I am able to ping the IP Address through the other network. I perform traceroute. Could not identify the fault.

ping -t 100.81.58.247

tracert 100.81.58.247

Please test it.

I have kept my phone connected to aircel network for you to test it.below is my IP

Subnet Mask:255.255.255.255
Default Gateway:100.83.12.201
DNS Server:124.124.204.36, 115.254.108.244
Still my internet is not working. My internet is connected to Aircel NW for your team to test. I give 3days for fixing the issue.
If you cannot fix this issue, then transfer the data balance to [protected]. I have 1938MB 3G data balance on [protected]
