Dear reliance people
I've made payment on 02/03/17 for mobile no. [protected] in bangalore civil court against pre-litigation case (Plc no.120819/2017) and hearing was on 02/03/17. And court decision was to pay ₹800.00, and i paid there ₹800.00 and got receipt against payment through representative of reliance.
But you people didn't updated my payment on your portal.
Now i am getting legal msg from reliance that i've not made payment which is wrong,
I am having payment receipt, court hearing mail,
Even reliance people called me & they told every thing will taken care, and you will not get legal notice,
I have never seen such kind of casualness,
Just solve the issue
Kindly update me

    Didn't fix the problem, i registered another complaint on 18/07/2017. My complaint number for that date is[protected]. It is my request to fix the problem and take necessary actions as soon as possible.

      Reliance are faster in deducting money form account but in returning the amount they are worst.

      No network in Bangalore specially near old airport area since 18-07-17 morning.
      I had recharge of 93 rs. In [protected] from paytm . 18-july-2017 . Recharge not done and the deducted amount in not received yet in my paytm wallet.
      Sir, yesterday an amount of rs100 was deducted from my balance for some subscription that i didn't even subscribed to. Nobody is replying from customer care centre.
      It has happened to me time and again, they deduct balance and then dont refund it
      Please take some appropriate action

        My complain no was[protected]. Inspite of regular follow up i have got no solution. Soumya given area head no (Tariq – [protected]) and i have been calling on that no. But no one is picking. Is this the way a reputed company frustrates its customer?? I have been following since so many days and no one even bothers about my issue??           I have terminated my two datacard a year before and bill was settled but now i'm getting a bill of 1368rs fro datacard number [protected] and rs1171 for [protected]. They are always calling and forcing to pay the amount for which we disconnected. This is mentally disturbing us. Now they have sent lok adhalat summon after 1 year. Why should i need to pay the amount for which i have disconneted. Really feeling very bad for being reliance customer for 5 years.

          Dear Reliance customer service

          I was using a postpaid number of reliance and the moment I got the connection I have reported to reliance that the network was so bad and the incoming and outgoings calls are not working properly. Also the data connetion also was not at all working. I have complained to customer care so many times and they have not resoonded even for a single time. Now they are threatening me to pay a bill amount of Rs.799 and they are sending messages like Adalat summon has been issued to my number. How come they are forcing me to pay the bill amount where they have not provided the service which they have promises me while getting the connecrion.

          I want some reliance higher official to look into this issue and solve it immediately as it is really mentally harassing me. Because if this I am not able to do my routine wirk.

            My number is [protected], rcom. I am using this no from a year. I have recently changed my circle from delhi to chennai for same no, same service same plan with rcom. Relience store manager in vellacherry said that my number got ported in chennai circle on 27-june-17. I am using my new sim for same number got from chennai reliance store. On 22-jul-17 i got bill of 1150.98 inr. Generally i used to get bill of 600 inr every month with high usage. This time i didn't used this number much. Then how come it comes this much. Plus when i do login in insta care, it shows details of my delhi circle. When i went to the reliance store, they said we can not help you on 24-jul-17 as invoice has not been generated. I filled complain every where, but reliance people are not answering properly. I need to solve this. I need same plan of 499 as previous with similar services in chennai circle and i need refund of my last 2 bills.

              My reliance bill was 2100 and odd rupees, i spoke to customer care and told all my problems, then they insisted me to pay 1200/- inr. Firstly i refused to pay 1200/-, but after some time i paid 1200/- through neft transfer. I have made a payment of 1200/-inr to the below given account details 6-8 months ago. I don't have any of its transaction details with me, but i have mentioned my relationship number while making payment. I have transferred money from my hdfc bank.                 I have made every attempt to resolve issue working with reliance customer care before reaching or opting to try this option for hsn no [protected]. My issue is:

                1) reliance data card connection (Hsn no [protected]) i cancelled in bangalore on 25th feb 2015 (More than two years back) paying all dues and submitting my dongle to jp nagar outlet, bangalore. However reliance is stating i have outstanding amount of rs. 645/- to be cleared.
                2) when i explain they get satisfied but after every few months a new set of people comes and threaten me for legal action. First time i gave all details around feb 2017 and they said we are closing the request and i need not worry.
                3) second time again another agency called and said they were not aware of this background. After providing details they are closing this case.
                4) now third time, the threat has started just with sms with no number to call. I sent 4-5 emails to reliance customer care, tried live chat/phone customer care, called customer care all are not responding to me or saying they are not aware as this is some corporate connection whereas this was personal connection. When i asked how should i proceed they redirected me to each other and result is only redirection and no help. Or clarification.

                So i am escalating it.
                Now first time i. E. On 9th feb 2017, here are the details of the case that i collected from reliance customer care (Note this is the same number which i tried the third time but they are stating i cannot help as they are not able to access my file details).
                1) as per my bank record & confirmed from customer care, i paid amount of rs. 280/- against the outstanding and gave cancellation request for the dongle on 25th feb 2015 in j. P. Nagar outlet, bangalore. The reliance team has note for rs. 280/- and termination request connection for 2nd march 2015. The sr number is[protected]. I don't know why the termination was not initiated on 25th feb itself and its on 2nd march 2015. Now because i paid the bill they did not terminate instead continued the connection in mar, april and may 2015. There was no usage because i submitted the dongle along with my cancellation request. Now once everything is done, i did not keep the cancellation request record so i don't have physical copy or proof except for the service request which clearly states to cancel my connection. So this according to me is their internal system problem i cannot be hold responsible for it.
                2) reliance is not at all looking at the data they have and directly threatening customer for this.
                3) the live chat i had with rcom is attached,

                I got a call from the reliance rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com office which is suppose to be escalation desk. The escalation desk told me to register a proper complaint and clarified that the earlier ticket numbers are not the complaint numbers. They gave me number 30333333 or[protected]. i called this number and they said they cannot register my complaint I need to call to the corporate number[protected]. I called the corporate number and they are stating that this number is disconnected we cannot take complaint. I called up the Reliance alliance desk and they have told me to register a complaint first then only they can do something. So when I told about customer care experience now they told me to visit the store. Due to my job I need to be moving across India. I went to Amravati reliance store and they told I need to register a complaint in Bangalore as the number is terminated. So when I reached bangalore now, I went to couple of reliance store now. The first store I went was S.L. Agencies, HSR layout. Its found that the agency is closed by reliance. Then I went to another reliance store that is in Koramangala area i.e. Manjunatha agencies. These agencies seems to have closed their operations as well. Now I am reaching over Reliance COmmunication Head Office Bangalore and talk to them about this. But look at the sheer efforts reliance is harrasing the customer. The rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com team is just being the mock and not helping me at all. No appropriate person is calling me also.

                I explored the option of going to consumer court and filling my complaint there. It would demand me to be physically be there and visit court for 6 months to 1 year time. My patience ends here. I paid the excess amount as it is not much for me but Reliance you are registered as fraudster for me. I regretfully note you as doing business without ethics and in future if we cross roads I am going to remember it for long. I wish there is some hero who stands out and really make reliance pay for all doings and wrong practices they adopt. Will wait for government of INdia to implement the process with the spirit of it rather than complicated logical entity.

                The request is not closed at all. The reliance team has said that their corporate team will call me and talk to me about the same, but nobody called and the threatening is going on. So please do not call this issue as closed. I hope we are on same page.

                    I am using my current available number for more then 6-7 year and for the past few weeks in my place there is very poor range of single that in weekend the range of the signal is in zero i have also have my secondary number by which i have contended the service provided and raided the compliant the good part is they have resolved the issue but the bad part is both of my numbers are blocked so that i can't call the reliance service provider and from the day when i have raised the complaint i am getting to many calls from banks regarding credit cards which gives me lot of trouble. Dear realiance its really bad by which you may also have chance to loose most of your customers

                      I faceing a problem regarding promise vs services, i have a relation with this co. Around 10 years, zero rental plan running suceasfully but in the month of april 2017 they have change my plan with rental of 299. Then i filed complaint for change plan and i puted request for activation of zero ŕntal plan again, in starting they denayed they said on my request plan changed but i don't givne any request for change, then they listend recording calls of that and they accepted its changed by them, i also received mail from that side then they committing many times but their officers get it casual and they don't help me regarding my complaints till now, when i again called them they always committing for waiver but they always lingring to other, one said this is not my department talk to other when i talked to other he replayed this is not my concer... Many times they played an unsenisorty responsibility. While they are doing service in one umbrella, its type of responsbilities may loose brand value as per consumer concern. I don't want to tell their name who shown unlawful decision and lingring my issue. And they regular charge rental on my number, while i never make any outgoing call after compaint files. I also given complaints through mail but till today i don't get any resulation on it..
                      Kindly provide justice regarding my complaint:
                      1. Waiver of all wrong bill charged. (Because i complaints immidiate regarding wrong plan)
                      2. Again issue zero rental plan on my no.

                      no one provide me solution of my complaints, and my bill dues are increasing due to irrelevant response of your team, i seemed you are also fail to resolve it. i trying many times to know about status of my complaint but your officer lingering my complaint to other. they said " its not my department contact to other or customer care, they also said "AAP KO JO KRNA HO KR LO HUM AAPKI MADAD NHI KR SAKTE" really i has been disappoint and harassed with this stupid service..
                      so i decided to make to go direct consumer forum now.

                        I got a call from reliance one fine day, when i was very happy with my vodafone network. I think i made the biggest mistake of my life when i agreed to port my number to reliance! They immediately sent an executive to my place saying "we have bought all airtel towers and our network and services are the best", so i gave my documents. However, the next day i changed my mind, i discussed with vodafone and sent an email to reliance and vodafone to stop the porting request!!! At first i received an sms saying ok your request is accepted. However, after 4 days my vodafone number automatically stopped working and the reliance sim that i had thrown on some side got activated!!! I couldn't get through to any executive at that point, as there was never network in the new reliance sim!!! Anywhere i went, my number was unreachable!!! My work has had to suffer as my phone never has network!!! Thanks to reliance!!! I called up reliance from my landline, and the person who responded said "ourservers are down pls call later" and before i could say anything she banged the phone on my face!!! Wow what service!!! Then i called vodafone and i was told we can't help u u are stuck for 90 days!!! I have never been so disappointed in my life. My work, my life is disturbed as my phone only works on wifi!!! I would never ever recommend anyone to buy or switch to reliance communications!!! Because of them i will have to give up a phone number that i have been using happily on the vodafone network for 15 years now! And i'll be buying a new sim and new number as i can't stand reliance for even a minute now!!! On top of that i was offered a 499 plan from reliance, but guess what??? Today i got an sms sayin, dear reliance user
                        Your account usage is high. Pls pay rs.730.14 to enjoy uninterrupted service.

Today while lodging complaint with your customer representative one lady name not in mind, not only provided the provided the solution for deactivation of active vas but also her behave not according to customer representative. Further, the balance debited must be refunded to my account.

                            I recharged rs. 49 net pack on 21.7.17. I am not able to use it, it is not activated till date. I called customer care two times but my problem is not solved yet. The customer care executive said to call after two hours to register a complaint. I called up again next day the executive said to call after two hours because there is server problem.

                                I have been deprived by so called reliance communication (Rcom). I just hold the plan of rs. 499. My monthly rental occurs 499 and bill cycle is also done in rs. 499. But it is a matter of great surprise that my bill occurs 1230/- instead of 499/-. I just call to customer care executive of reliance communication, they told me being a privilege customer the company has upgraded my plan 499 to 997 and added value added service of rs. 40/- by using rworld without any intimation and taking any opinion from me. The matter may kindly be reconsidered for further solicitation to the previous plan of 499/- otherwise the case may kindly be filed at trai please.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I have a reliance wireless land line phone number 4111 which i am trying to disconnect there is no information regarding that on the website. We have been trying to call customer care for past ten days even after waiting on line for 1hr we cant reach the customer care person. We even visited whatever available stores present but none taking the complaint of disconnection. It is very frustrating. It all seems a big fraud not to give customer a chance to disconnect the phone. They will not disconnect and keep charging the instrument charges even though our landline is disconnected for past two months and if we dont do anything after a year this guys will run a bill in thousands and send a lawyer notice along for recovery it just seems to be a big scam and nothing else.

                                      We received a call claiming that it was from reliance they want us to settle the bill first before doing disconnection so i will like to inform you that i have not being receiving bills from the day you stopped paper bills and during one of the communication we were informed that our email address with reliance was wrong we gave the correct email address and still are waiting for the bill to be sent our correct email is [protected]@hotmail.com as per your records it is [protected]@yahoo.com anyway i have also sent email on socialmedia. [protected]@relianceada.com but have got no response and i know again reliance will ask to write at socialmedia. [protected]@relianceada.com with no further action.

                                      I dont know what the reliance people want they just have one motto keep the customer by hook or crook even after repeated emails and calls they have not disconnected my land line. last when i got a call form [protected] by a person named Rahul and was asked to pay our outstanding bill for unused Telephone services which we did as per the trail mail he had promised to Disconnect the landline as soon as the payment was made now he says to contact his senior Mr Roshan contact number [protected] which was provided by Mr Rahul now this guy Mr Roshan doesn't pick up the phone which i told to Mr Rahul so he says he cant do anything now you do whatever you can do so please tell me Grahak Seva what a harassed customer should do? If this seva is also not helping were should we go next.
