[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Discontinue connection and services for [protected]

Hi,

This is regarding disconnection.

I bought corporate post paid connection with wipad device and used it for 1-2 months due to network coverage issues I discontinued using the device after 2-3 months got bill details to be paid for 1000 INR. I delayed it hence got call from an Advocate and paid it immediatly as soon as I completed my payments I sent an email to confirm my payments and to disconnect my connection since I already stopped using it. But I did not get any response for my email. I waited and followed up the email again I did not get any response.
Later again there was bill generation and started getting calls as of now I got more than 100 calls and fed up with responding to all calls with same answer that is "I sent email to discontinue connection please do it and check my emails" ..
Can you please please terminate connection and stop calling me.

I am Bhoop Singh having reliance No [protected]. On[protected] at about 8:45 PM my mobile has been stolen by someone. You are requested to block the SIM card immediately. I also tried to block the sim on 198 but could not succeed after many trials.
Details of calls made or data used after 8;45 PM of 29-05-17 may kindly be intimated

My plan is advance rental plan i paid it last month month they are sending monthly bill again
Using Reliance phone and Request given on 19th May'2017 for mobile portability in Reliance Communication from prepaid to postpaid in Same (Reliance Comm.) company. But till the time my mobile# is not port and i am unable to use my phone...please help.

37 rupees has been deducted from my reliance number [protected]. there is no any reason for the deduction of balance and i think this is not fair for reliance customers. please return my 37 rupees .
