I placed a request for my postpaid mobile number (91 [protected]) to be converted to a prepaid connection. I placed this request after clearing all my dues and submitting all the necessary documents on 30 May 2017. The company has blocked all outgoing and incoming on my number and cannot receive any messages as well.

I am mohd zubair my no [protected] i am using this no from more than 1 year and i am facing the signal/voice break call drop problem from 6 month same i inform to customer care but they r not borders about the issue they want collect money. Before due date they have call properly to payment but compliant they don’t have answer
I inform them do disconnect my services if not resolved the issue this also not doing....

I got an data package offer from reliance that for rs.154 get 1gb per day for 28 days on june 3. On doing that recharge of rs154 i got the activation text from reliance but when i started using the net, my balance deducted from rs.24 to rs.2 now and my net service is also not working. Now my 154 + 24 rs has just been deducted for a fake plan. Just do something asap pls....

This is a habituated problem of reliance they are always deducting such amount without notification why it's happening, customer support is not picking up the phone to assist also for this type problem. And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

My prepaid reliance number +91 [protected] is terminated. After contacting to customer care, the agent informed that the number does not exist in the reliance database.
So i visited reliance store and got to know that the number is terminated.

I got to know t&c for termination of any number.
-no recharges from past 3 months.
-no incoming and outgoing calls from past 3 months.br...

Incident I - Visit Reliance store to convert post paid to prepaid. Was replied rudely saying do it over call on customer care support.

Incident II - Customer care mentioned do it at the store

Incident III - Went back to store requesting again, mentioned servers are down and we have other things to do.

Outcome - Gave up after 3 months of crazy trying and waited for them to call after trying endless...
