Sir, i have no words but only bad words to say about the services given by the company. No revert calls regarding my complaint about dead line from last 15days. Refernce no is[protected].
Sincerely fed up now with the services provided by reliance communication.
Its a road side company. No one is bothered. Mtnl have improved in their services.
This is my office line. I am loosing business because phone line is not working. The company has to compensate for rs 100000.
From last five years when ever a complaint is lodged by me, one patent reason is given by the line man that dlc is faulty and that compny is running short of dlc in stores. How unreasonable. Lame excuses. Is company going short of funds. Is compny broke. Nodal officers are useless. No one cares. The company barred the line if bill is unpaid. What now if i am not able to use the services. Will company pay me compensation. Horrible services. Never ever will recommend others for landline.
If some shame is left revert with a call and solve the issues.

    With regards to my dongle number captioned in the subject, i am receiving message to make the final bill payment (As the service to the no. Has been cancelled on my request) or to face legal consequences.
    I would prefer to close the issue, provided my request on detailed bill for the period 25 jan 2017 -24th feb 2017 has not received yet. (Reason being my data had exhausted within 3 days of new billing cycle for which i do not agree, since opted for detailed bill to know my consumption whether its true or not). Data service wasn't available since 1stapril 2017 in-spite of having balance quota in my a/c (5gb out of 10gb). Even after raising the request to resolve the issue with cust. Care team, i didn't get any response. I personally visited r.com store on 14 april 2017 and raised the complaint. They took the request and assured to resolve the issue within 6hrs... But it didn't happen.
    My concern is as per my plan i should give the data allotted to me or waive off the bill for that period.
    I feel r.com people are not transparent with their bills and details to their customers.
    I have even mailed the customer care to resolve the issues... But instead they are prompt to send me the bills. Hence with no other choice i had to raise a request to cancel their service.

    Hi, I had just received a call from your team few minutes before this mail. As per them they cannot waive off the bill amount as there was usage in it. I do agree on that but why my remaining 5GB data wasn't provided in-spite of raising requests... and claiming the bill for the entire data consumption cannot be accepted. With regards to the clarity on consumption of data during the period 25th to 28th Jan2017 was also not provided. Data usage against my number was till 1st April 2017. As per me I am supposed to pay the bill till that duration only...as I have been forced to opt for cancellation of the service.
    Kindly need your intervention and also request to provide me the detailed usage summary for the period Jan-Feb 2017 for which I have cleared the bill on time.

    Hi, I shall make the payment provided need the justification for my data consumption. Need a detailed bill of my data usage. Without providing data service and claiming for the bill is not acceptable. ( Itemised bill for the period Jan 25- Feb 24, 2017.)

    My issue is still not resolved and now on top of it, am getting messages stating I shall be penalised under IPC 406, 415E, 418etc., for non-payment. My question is why should I make the payment...? When you people are ignoring to provide the details asked for..!
    Are these sections applicable only for customers..? Doesn't our law has no such sections where these kind of fraudsters can be punished..??

      I had activated 2 plans, internet pack and call rate plan. But from last 2 nights my balance was deducted while accessing internet. Sum of rs.100 was deducted from my balance in last 2days. I allready had a word with kavita a but no solution or valid reason provided by her. And now customer care is not even attending my call. I want a serious action taken my problem or i will go to higher level. I want my single penny to be refunded as early as possible.

I want to port my no to another network and i submitted all essential document to company but reliance rejected my porting request with reason that there is some outstanding bill remains while I deposited my bill adavance but Reliance. It happens with me 4 times.
        And recently i again applied for the same than Reliance again rejected my porting request and give the reason that the njmber does not belongs to the Reliance.
        So is the Reliance. I am thinking to do case against Reliance.

            What the hell…services reliance is providing…that there customer care numbers never connect…. By luck if connect… customer care does not resolve the issue… they cut the phone call…after some time.

            Customer care rakha kyon hai agar call connect hi nhi hota hai..

            Bakwas service..

            I have recharge my reliance gsm no..[protected] of pack 198,
            The benefits are 1gb 3g data, unlimited reliance local calls, 1250 std/local on other network, roaming free.

            The data, roaming is working fine but call is not connecting (Local/std).

            I have called so many times to customer care... Initially call connected but customer care did not provide any solution they cut the call.

            Now i am trying to connect customer care, it is not connecting from the same number...
            Very worst customer care of reliance...

              I have requested to convert my number ([protected]) from post paid to prepaid connections, i have requested at Perambur, Chennai stores and i have paid all my outstanding amount of rs.1075/- and store people told me to call 59059 and activate my prepaid with same SIM, i have submitted all the required documents for conversion,

              Now i don't have any signal in my mobile to call 59059 and i am waiting for more than 24hrs for resolution and also called 30313333 for complaint and waited for 24min to get connect with representative,

              Pathetic service from Reliance and this was least expected form reliance,

                I placed a request for my postpaid mobile number (91 [protected]) to be converted to a prepaid connection. I placed this request after clearing all my dues and submitting all the necessary documents on 30 May 2017. The company has blocked all outgoing and incoming on my number and cannot receive any messages as well.

                The request was placed at Reliance Web Store at Shop No-2 GF Flat No-16, Block RU Pitampura, New Delhi-110034.

                I request you to convert my number into prepaid and resumed to normal functioning with immediate effect!

                    I got an data package offer from reliance that for rs.154 get 1gb per day for 28 days on june 3. On doing that recharge of rs154 i got the activation text from reliance but when i started using the net, my balance deducted from rs.24 to rs.2 now and my net service is also not working. Now my 154 + 24 rs has just been deducted for a fake plan. Just do something asap pls.

                      Subject: balance deduction automatically for vas every 3 days.
                      Sir,
                      I, benison besra am a reliance mobile gsm prepaid mobile service customer of number [protected]. I am frequently charged with some vas in every three days interval. Despite my regular contact with the customers care agent. The services still somehow creeps into my number.
                      This is the 5th time in one month and three times in a single week. I am very disappointed, annoyed, frustrated and furious regarding this issue.
                      On contacting the customer care, they blame the customs (I. E. Me) here that is was activated by user end. So, i took a step further and waited without touching my phone for 2 days and there it was once again at[protected], 11:55 pm.
                      Message read:
                      “you have been successfully subscribed to boxoffice services for 3 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 2674 to 155223 (Toll free).”
                      It doesn’t take a ph. D on telecom network to figure out this is some money theft technique being used. I request you to please look into the matter.
                      Not just i request for the refund but to look into the matter of balance theft via false vas. I suggest that, there should be the provision for permanently removal of all vas if the customs desires. I just use the reliance number to make call and receive calls. There is no need for all this vas.
                      I would humbly ask you to look into the matter and take necessary action. Please make sure not to harass customer like me. People really don’t have the time to keep checking their balance for balance deduction in this busy day.

                        I have taken the r-broadband connection and it stopped working from last two days and shows and error ethernet does not have valid ip configuration. Eventhough i ask the care but they are not responding my words. Please accept my request and change me to other network. Am so disappointed with reliance company because i started to talk customer care but not at all connect but they are asking some silly reson. I want to change my network to another service provider please take my suggestions and do it fast..

                            Hello sir/madam, i'm using reliance gsm sim. I'm living in pune city, maharashtra and from few months, my mobile shows roaming notification unnecessarily and i couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. I haven't change circle i. E. Cellular network circle (Maharashtra circle). When i tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint.                               On 23 May, 2017 I ported to Reliance 4g from idea postpaid after submitting all the necessary documents. The number was activated followed by a tele verification. However since 29 May suddenly the incoming and 4G service was withdrawn. After calling repeatedly to the agent who was dealing with the issue I came to know my address verification has come negative. Never had I been told before about this process and after making inquiry with the postpaid department I discovered someone called at my alternative number which went unanswered. Actually I checked that it's true that a few call were made at this alternative number from a number . I was not able to answer the call at the moment but duely called back but without any response. Since I had no idea that this was such a crucial call I forgot averything regarding it subsequently. Most unfortunately this person made no attempt any further, nor texted me or contacted me at my reliance number. (Later when I called this person he behaved extremely rudely, refused to disclose his name )The Reliance withdrew the service without any further communication.
                              Now they are saying there will be one more attempt to verify the address but till now received no response. So for the last few days I am without any incoming or net facility despite registering to a network.

                              More disturbingly neither of your representatives specially the ones reachable at the number [protected] seems to not know how to behave with customers and simply refused to cooperate. I would have ported out of your network immediately but could not do so due to the compulsory three months waiting period rule.

                                Please note that rs 16 has been deducted from my reliance mobile number [protected]. This is a habituated problem of reliance they are always deducting such amount without notification why it's happening, customer support is not picking up the phone to assist also for this type problem. They are not picking up the phone. I have still 3.5 mb internet balance on my account but still they deducted 16 rd from my account, why reliance is cheating their customers i don't understand

                                  I got this message from reliance communications. "rs154=1gb/day! Recharge kare rs154 se aur paaye 1gb 4g data har roz. Validity 28days. Sabhi offers ke liye dial kare *129#. Rcom". I recharged for rs 154 on 2nd june 2017. I got message that mbbp154_4g has been successfully activated. Then when i turned on data my core balance of rs 35 got deducted. And after that data services are not working.

                                  My problem was solved by Reliance customer service in two days.
                                  Exactly same problem, I recharged for Rs 154 on 14th june and from %th June there is no balance net or other. After repeated complaints even to senior officials, repeated complaint number is just given and in verbal acceptance they are are accepting that 1gb daily data should be given for 70 days but nothing in actual and only that ur complaint has been forworded.

                                    On 1 the june 2017. I received a message on my reliance mobile

                                    ""you are subscribed to following vas : 1. Bwoodmaniasub21. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree). E. G. Stop 1 to 155223"
                                    And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

                                    However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

                                    Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.

                                    Pls solve my complaint. And restore my balance and never add any vas

                                      I want to complain about the pathetic service and customer support i have been imparted by reliance communications ltd.
                                      Since the past 10 days starting 24 may 2017, i have been not been able to use my reliance broadband services till date. I have tried to contact the tech support in which ever way possible via toll free number[protected] and[protected], email - [protected]@relianceada.com but nothing succeeded in getting my issue resolved. The so called 24*7 customer support cannot be reached anytime of the day and the hold time is more than 5 minutes.
                                      After numerous emails i got response that issue will be fixed but i'm still waiting for someone from reliance to get me back on internet.
                                      Leave aside showing empathy to the customer, reliance does not even bother to check if the issue has been resolved. All i have got so far is just complaint numbers. No one is ready to even acknowledge that an issue exists from their end. But yes, they will without fail call everyday until you clear your outstanding bills.
                                      This time i'm not going to pay a single penny for the days i have not been able to use internet. If anyone from reliance is reading this, get in touch with me asap. I will also file a complaint in consumer forum.

                                        Hello, I did a recharge of Rs 92 on 29th May, 2017 on my number [protected] for which I was suppose to get 1GB data per day for 24 days (according to the promotional message I got on number, and I can provide you the message for verification if asked for) but after 5 days today my internet service has been stopped. I asked on 198 to resolve my issue but they are not supporting my cause. So kindly resolve my issue Reliance. I have a huge trust on you and have been a loyal customer of your company.
