Subject: balance deduction automatically for vas every 3 days.
Sir,
I, benison besra am a reliance mobile gsm prepaid mobile service customer of number [protected]. I am frequently charged with some vas in every three days interval. Despite my regular contact with the customers care agent. The services still somehow creeps into my number.
This is the 5th time in one month and three times in a single week. I am very disappointed, annoyed, frustrated and furious regarding this issue.
On contacting the customer care, they blame the customs (I. E. Me) here that is was activated by user end. So, i took a step further and waited without touching my phone for 2 days and there it was once again at[protected], 11:55 pm.
Message read:
“you have been successfully subscribed to boxoffice services for 3 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 2674 to 155223 (Toll free).”
It doesn’t take a ph. D on telecom network to figure out this is some money theft technique being used. I request you to please look into the matter.
Not just i request for the refund but to look into the matter of balance theft via false vas. I suggest that, there should be the provision for permanently removal of all vas if the customs desires. I just use the reliance number to make call and receive calls. There is no need for all this vas.
I would humbly ask you to look into the matter and take necessary action. Please make sure not to harass customer like me. People really don’t have the time to keep checking their balance for balance deduction in this busy day.
