I have change my number from postpaid to prepaid. But due to their new strategy they charge me extra fees on post paid saying advance rental. Now as m prepaid customer send me back my money. Which i havent used services. I tried to contact their customers care but they are saying contact to *222 post paid service. But their number is un reachable.
I want my extra money.

I hope u will contact me soon and solve my problem.

        Dear team,

        Complaint no[protected] registered on 02/06/17 (+two more earlier). Till now the cancellation has not been done.

        Reason - dissapoinment as a broadband service provider and would like to discontinue the so called service.

        Customer service - below standard and reponds with a well learned scripted apologies. And also blaming the company procedures. Postive side to this is that a representive knows its entirely company's fault.

        Experience-???

            Sir.. Today dated 9/6/17, there was a wrong deduction of rs 60 from my mobile no [protected], to value added services naming
            Shemmoviesub60 for rs 60 was activated by system mistake.. I didn't use any of websites to subscriptions, direct subscription successful msgs were there... So sir plz pay attention to this complaint, and resolve this issue, by thankfully providing me the deducted balance and deactivate the services.. Thanking u in advance

                Hi sir,

                I am experiencing very bad service from reliance. I have been charged more than ₹100 from past month. Unwanted services get activated on my number automatically. I have never subscribed to a vas. Every time a different service is subscribed automatically. What is this? Is this how you run your company? Always i have to send message to unsubscribe every service. Please return my money to my number else i would have to port both my reliance numbers to some other network operator.

                I am using your service from years. Is this how you treat your old users?

                  My reliance number [protected]. The problem is active automatic game services for balance deducting. And sending me message (You have successfully subscribed to skywaygamewsub service for 7 days. And deduct my balance. Even i have simple mobile,

                  I never see that type of automatic activity in any other network. Please refund my balance and don't do that next time. Otherwise i'm compelled to change the network all numbers..

My set is key pad based old mobile set and there was no connection of internet.                       I have visited for replacement of sim card to the blue berry enterprises at shop no.3, avishkar tower, gulmohar road, borivali west i find following discrepences and complaint
                      1) no replacement form available
                      2) no complaint book available
                      3) no mangaerial person available
                      4) ask me to go another store for form
                      5) i have wasted more than 20 minutes
                      6) i have downloan for from my pc within five minutes
                      As i am visiting regular this store from last three to four year and far from my residence place for which i have to spent time and money

                      Today for above it is observe they are not interested to keep relation
                      I complaint for and claim for my embarrassment due to above reason

                          But till today i have not getting satisfaction service from reliance rcom & that sales executive not answering me.

                          So, please take necessary action against this type of fraud committed by reliance rcom sales executive and provide me better service as per information given to me by company or again transfer my mobile connection to my old company (Airtel)

                              I had paid my two bills. On dt 06.06.17
                              For no. [protected] and [protected] but then also service had not started when i asked them they told talk to customer care they told that your user no. Bill is pending of no. [protected] so they have not started service but even after paying that service has not started. I have visited gallery 3 times and also called customer care many times but they were not able to start my service. Please look in too matters as we are enable to use both no.                                 I have wired reliance broadband. Whenever there is a issue with internet service and we raise a complaint against it, reliance customer care without solving the issue keeps closing the complaint so that they don't have to give waiver off for that.

                                Internet service is not working for last 10 days due to server machine malfunction located at someone's premise. This time also i raised multiple complaints and called multiple times but till now no reply from any of the executive. Worst service provider ever with such a brand name.

                                I urge you to look into this matter as soon as you can and i don't want to continue with the service anymore and please refund my security deposit and inconvenience charges.

                                  I am very much disappointed with yor service. I had taken 299 plan with unltd calling + 3gb data + roaming incoming free. The bill should be 345 with taxes.in first month the bill has gone to 500 now in second month it has gone above 800. The vas services gets automatically activated. I want the charges to be waived of. I will not pay for the services that i have not used. I have taken the screeshot of this complaint. If not resolved i will take further action. My postpaid number is [protected]

                                    U started giving slow poision by deducting rs. 1/- 2/- and 3/- on alternate days without my notice and knowledge.
                                    I started watching and thus wasting my time also.

                                    On 30/05/2017 one sms was sent by you :-
                                    U have been successfully subscribed to music54646 service. To unsubscribe sms unsub2484 to 155223 (Toll free)

                                    On 06/06/2017 & 07/06/2017 another sms was sent by you :-
                                    Your stores subs service has been renewed for 1 day. To unsubscribe
                                    Sms unsubs2852 to 155223 (Toll free)

                                    On 07/06/2017 one more sms sent by you :-
                                    Your stores subs service for rs. 3/- is due on 08/06/2017. To unsubscribe sms unsubs2852 to 155223 (Toll free)

                                    Subsequently all the charges were deducted also from my prepaid account.

                                    Please reverse all the charges deducted by you.

                                    In future please unsubscribe all the services except voice call.

                                      I have made certain complaints but after refunding the charges, the company again started deducting unserviced and unauthorised charges from the balance lying with them in voice call account.

                                      From june 1, onwards re 1/- was deducted but for whichservice?
                                      Since june 6, morning till today morning a sum of rs.5/- has been deducted.
                                      My earlier claims are still pending and i forced to raise fresh claims.

                                      I several times requested to unsubscribe from all services what so ever but why you are not unsubscribing from all the services you offered.

                                      I want only voice call service and no other which may please be noted.

                                      You are requested to refund the amount for earlier claim as well as this also.

                                        I have purchased reliance wipod on 19-aug-2015 for which i paid 2750/-.
                                        Please find attached the bill. It lasted only for one day and stopped working.
                                        I got a replacement of that on 24-aug-2015, which didn't work at all. I have consulted the seller again and received a new datacard on 5-october-2015, which cannot be used without power source where as i required one which works like a wipod. Finally i haven't used reliance internet even for 2 days.
                                        I have asked for refund for which they said it has to be routed through customer care only. My datacard number is [protected]. On approaching customer care they raised several complaints and did nothing. Following are the complaint numbers.

                                        Added to this reliance issued a court notice on me for non-payment of bill. I don't understand what kind of company is this, where at one end they don't listen to their customer and at the other end they simply charge whatever they want without even bothering about customer's issues.
