It's been more than 7 months but still there is no update from reliance communication for my refund of rs.7000.00.
Every time i call reliance customer they always say refund can be done by billing department only and they will contact me directly but still no call back from there end.
No one is taking the responsibility of my refund.

    Without my information customer care activat advance plan but i am unable to advance payment. That's regions my no last four days outgoing and incoming call blocks. So i am suffering this time very lose money for our service. So kindly compensation last four days lose my money and activate my no. I am users for reliance last twelve years. I really sock this type of activity like reliance customer care.

    I have been harass by your services, first of all, my plan has changed from your backend team without my permission, earlier I was using 499 per month which got changed to advance rental plan of Rs 1347 for 4 months, which I have paid forcefully, later you have started generating monthly bills every month, pls tell me wot is the use of purchasing advance rental plan than, in that also you have waived only 2 months bill and remaining 2 months bill is still pending. Now I can't even port my no coz of the pending bill also you are shutting this network. It is very difficult for me to pay the wrong bill and I have not utilized the services as well. Please don't do this please waive off the amount so that I can port my number I have been to many Reliance Store but nothing happens no one is supporting. my reliance no is [protected] I cant change this no coz it's too old, and now I'm not receiving any call as well pls help.           I ported my number-[protected] from airtel to reliance and document collected as on 30/5/17. My no. Ported as on 8/6/17 @10:30, but after changing sim network was not there. I waited till 11 in the morning after which i made call on [protected] (No from which mnp plan was pitched by rahul) and they said that they will resolve the issue in 30 mins. I again call after around 1 hour but they said same thing again, and it kept going till 2pm after which they started disconnecting my calls. I made calls from different to get the status but they disconnected calls after knowing my name.
          On 10/6/17 after making many calls from different numbers, they gave me no. Of mr. Rajneesh – [protected] by saying that he will resolve the issue, but he also kept saying that issue will be resolved in 30 mins but again the same thing started happening and he also stopped taking my calls instead of providing the status.
          Instead of providing the solution they keep avoiding m, as result i am losing my clients.

                  I have recharged my number[protected] for rs. 200 on 10 june 2017 using paytm.

                  Till now my recharge amount has not been provided to me by reliance and amount is deducted from my bank account.
                  Taking money from customers and not providing services is a habit for reliance.
                  This is merely a harassment to customer.

                  Reliance has no value for money of customers. Reliance is just not bothered for the same.

                  I lost faith in reliance. It considers customers as fools.

                  Immediately refund my amount or provide my balance.

                    I am neha m shah... I am using reliance broadband skim for atleast 4 years.. Now when i wanted to cancel there connection.. They are not receiving call (Toll free no.) and when i went to store they didn't provide the service and asked us to call the toll free no....

                      I am feeling now i have done a big time mistake by porting to reliance. I have submitted complete set of documentation at the time of porting to reliance. But bcos o[censored]r representative irresponsibility they have updated wrong door number. Due to this my number is not activating. Pls let me know the process for escalating the same to terminate the irresponsibility people and your process which will not even validate as per the document and depending on the hell stipid people who update the thing in ur system.

                        Even i have full h+ / 3g network but internet speed is too much slow, i have 1gb data, but i can't able to use it, speed is 10kbps-18kbps, so how can i use it?? Please help us, it's a serious problem,

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I am manish kumar rai using pre-paid reliance no. [protected], and using 3g internet pack since 6/6/2017 of 1gb data daily for 28 days @ rs-93 pack.
                          But since last 2 days my pre-paid account balance get deducted automatically without my knowledge although my 3g internet balance 340-740 mb still remaining every day, am unable to use my 1gb pack completely then also why my account balance deducted two times of rs-20 on one day midnight and rs 20 on 10/6/2017 midnight, in total rs-40 have been deducted from my total pre-paid account balance, tried co contact customer care but unable to contact since then on 198 and other no as well.
                          So i kindly request you to please provide me the exact reason why my balance is deducting every day and kindly return and credit my deducted total balance of rs-40 in my account as soon as possible, you can contact me on [protected] any time.

                            I have reliance prepaid connection and recharged on 6th april by 501 rupees plan, in which reliance is providing unlimited local and std calls for 180 days. But on 8th june reliance stopped my outgoing without any reason. When i called their customer care provider they are just talking rubbish (We have only 3 days details while it's only before 2 days and they don't have details that why they stopped my outgoing).

                                  My reliance number [protected]. I am very old customer about 12 years. Boxoffice services is automatically activated and rs. 7 is deducted from my a/c balance and sending me message "you have been successfully subscribed to boxoffice service for 7 days. To unsubscribe sms unsub 2674 to 155223 (Tollfree)." i dont know about boxoffice service, why this happen?

                                  I never see that type of automatic activity in any other network. Please refund my balance and don't do that next time. Otherwise i'm compelled to change the network all numbers.

                                  After sometimes, deducted Rs. 10/- from my a/c balance, by the coming sms "Dear Customer you have been subscribed for Full2Music pack. You will be charged Rs.5/- per day." what is this? We are bokachoda achhi? You are totally gang of thief.

                                    On 4 june i recharged with rs 92... The offer was 1 gb data per day for 28 days... I also checked the offer by dailing *112# and also confirmed from your customer care executive and also i have a message that 1 gb per day data is credited to your account but i still not recrived the data.. Kindly look into this matter.. Otherwise i will deal with this matter legally.. I have recording of your executive and also message as evidence

I contact customer care but they are not responding. So plz sir provide your service as promised as soon as possible because

                                      that tumhe 10 rs ka recharge karwana padega and asking my debit card details and [protected] from this call he said that again you recharged with 19 rs and asking my debit card details...is it from reliance or other fraud call..plz help me
