Incident I - Visit Reliance store to convert post paid to prepaid. Was replied rudely saying do it over call on customer care support.
Incident II - Customer care mentioned do it at the store
Incident III - Went back to store requesting again, mentioned servers are down and we have other things to do.
Outcome - Gave up after 3 months of crazy trying and waited for them to call after trying endless times of the above repeated procedure.
Call I - Explained the whole issue and agreed to pay the legit payment of 1 month as remaining months I didnt use the phone and was tired requesting for prepaid. Said they will revert back
Call II - Rude female called and started threatening me, upon requesting to hear out my problem she became more intimidating as though I was a criminal. This was all so frustrating and annoying.
Call III - Another discourteous call where I was terrorized and petrified, whereas all I was requesting was that I'm in agreement to pay the legitimate bill of 1 month that I'm justified to pay and in no denial but the additional month bill was due to carelessness and irresponsibility of their customer support and not responsible for the same. On this, I was replied that they don't care and will take legal actions and used sentences likes 'you dont know what all we can do', 'you're in trouble now', 'do what you want', 'we wont help you out' in a loud and disrespectful tone.
I decided to file a complaint for all this and unfortunately during that phase I fell critical ill and still undergoing treatments. Stress obviously adds to any health issues and these threatening and tormenting calls made it worse for me.
Last straw on the camels back - I am being sent a legal mail stating to make the due payments (mind you, I was always to ready to pay the legit bill and close the account). What made is worse is the false allegations made there in stating - 'in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by RCom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues'
I can't believe this!! I mean seriously?? All this for agreeing to pay the legitimate bill and close the accounts and being threatened by their team instead I'm being maligned and caused malice!! This all is so traumatic for me that I had to reply all this during my most horrid health issues. Instead of healing and recovering, here I am, filing a complaint for false allegation and mental and emotional dis-balance at an already strenuous situation!!

Updated by Zeena A Done the needful as suggested. It's strange that a customer is wanting to close the issue amicably and agreeing for legit payment yet treated this way...It's it then better to just behave like others? Where are we progressing?
