My Mobile no [protected] was escalated from 28.04.17 with no incoming neither outgoing without notice .So I have submitted documents to reliance customer centre at Trimurti Cellular Nasik. But till date my mo. no has been not activated. More than 30 days has been over still no response received. Service is very poor I am the customer of reliance for more than 13 years with same mo. no.Please value your customer & resolve my issue as early as possible.

    I had done a recharge on my Reliance GSM number +[protected] of Rs.91 for 1GB 3G internet for 28 days. After recharge i got confirmation message about the same. It was successfully recharged. But now when i checked the internet balance on *111*1*3# it is showing only 400mb data and the valadity is showing only till 8th june 2017 where as i had done recharge for 1gb 3g data for 28 days. I want to make a complaint against the company for this fraaud activity. Never expected such a fraudulent activity from Reliance.

        Hi team,

        My prepaid reliance number +91 [protected] is terminated. After contacting to customer care, the agent informed that the number does not exist in the reliance database.
        So i visited reliance store and got to know that the number is terminated.

        I got to know t&c for termination of any number.
        -no recharges from past 3 months.
        -no incoming and outgoing calls from past 3 months.

        Below are my proofs for recharging the reliance number.
        Moreover there are lot of incoming calls.

        I need my number activated on urgent basis.
        Kindly provide me the valid reason for terminating my number.

          Incident I - Visit Reliance store to convert post paid to prepaid. Was replied rudely saying do it over call on customer care support.

          Incident II - Customer care mentioned do it at the store

          Incident III - Went back to store requesting again, mentioned servers are down and we have other things to do.

          Outcome - Gave up after 3 months of crazy trying and waited for them to call after trying endless times of the above repeated procedure.

          Call I - Explained the whole issue and agreed to pay the legit payment of 1 month as remaining months I didnt use the phone and was tired requesting for prepaid. Said they will revert back

          Call II - Rude female called and started threatening me, upon requesting to hear out my problem she became more intimidating as though I was a criminal. This was all so frustrating and annoying.

          Call III - Another discourteous call where I was terrorized and petrified, whereas all I was requesting was that I'm in agreement to pay the legitimate bill of 1 month that I'm justified to pay and in no denial but the additional month bill was due to carelessness and irresponsibility of their customer support and not responsible for the same. On this, I was replied that they don't care and will take legal actions and used sentences likes 'you dont know what all we can do', 'you're in trouble now', 'do what you want', 'we wont help you out' in a loud and disrespectful tone.

          I decided to file a complaint for all this and unfortunately during that phase I fell critical ill and still undergoing treatments. Stress obviously adds to any health issues and these threatening and tormenting calls made it worse for me.

          Last straw on the camels back - I am being sent a legal mail stating to make the due payments (mind you, I was always to ready to pay the legit bill and close the account). What made is worse is the false allegations made there in stating - 'in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by RCom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues'

          I can't believe this!! I mean seriously?? All this for agreeing to pay the legitimate bill and close the accounts and being threatened by their team instead I'm being maligned and caused malice!! This all is so traumatic for me that I had to reply all this during my most horrid health issues. Instead of healing and recovering, here I am, filing a complaint for false allegation and mental and emotional dis-balance at an already strenuous situation!!
          Show some humanity!!

              I am a Reliance com.. customer from past 4 years. I was having a postpaid number which is [protected]. Last year I submitted a request to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. My number has now status of prepaid number. Now the problem which I am facing right now is that I am unable to upgrade my number from 3G to 4G. I have requested several times to local Reliance store but got no resolution instead I got a response from them that your number has mistakenly changed from mobile number to Data Card, so we will be unable to upgrade your number. Even I called at Chandigarh regional office, the response I got them was same. Where is my fault?? Now you tell me that will I continue using this number as 3G for rest of my life and won't be able to upgrade? There must be way for this sort of problem as your officer did this wrong to me and I am now facing the problem just because of stupid thing.

                Hi sir/madam

                I have visited the reliance store near my home to know about the offers to get the prepaid or postpaid connections. I have enquired about prepaid connections initially. But the representative didnt respond correctly.. She was busy in surfing something in system. She said that there is no prepaid plans existing. When further askes about the reason for no prepaid plans. She arrogantly shouted at me and also roughly barred me to get out of the store. I was very much insulted because of this behavior and still couldnt able to find the right plan for me. Then i asked about the store id to make a complaint to the customer care. She refused to reveal that as well.
                This made me so frustrated and i couldn't talk with her anymore.

                So i would like to make a kind request to you to take the appropriate action. This complaint was very genuine. So please consider this.

                Store area: usha theatre, tiruppur, tamilnadu.

                  I took a postpaid connection ([protected]) 2 months ago, On the time of porting my number from idea to reliance the offer was displaying that I will get 299 plan in 199 for 1 year until March 2018. During my porting request, i paid Rs. 300 as a security deposit.
                  Number automatically disconnect after 10 days, there was no prior communication regarding this, I called to a reliance person at least 100 times to activate this connection again, during this time I was out of the station.
                  After one month, when I receive the first bill it was including one-month advance rent and no discount was given. Bill was 473, then I raise a request to customer care.
                  Reliance customer care is not showing any interest to help the customer and they always saying this is not in our hand, Please visit the nearest store.
                  During a conversation with customer care, i came to know there is no security deposit against my number.
                  I raised so many requests to adjust the bill amount, at last, they said this is charged incorrectly and will adjust the same in my next bill.
                  I received the second bill and didn't see any adjustment as I paid 473 last month.
                  Now they are saying it will be adjusted in next bill, if not adjusted I need to visit the nearest store as they will not help regarding this.
                  They are the big cheater, I hope this company will not last a long time as they are already in loss due to their customer relationship like this.

                  My concerns is still not been addressed. I raised 15-20 complaints after this. No one is ready to help and all are saying we cannot do anything. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court.
                  My services are stopped from 20 days and they are still sending me bill for that period and charged advance for this.
                  I am fed up from them, Now i thing this the time to spend some time and money to get this resolve.

                    Hello sir.

                    We have been facing disruption of service for despite having paid our previous bill on time. This disruption is affecting our own services which are of an emergency nature.

                    When contacted, your help-desk executive tells us that the bill has not been paid. On giving the receipt number and payment details, we are told that the current bill is due.

                    Despite informing the executive that the bill is due only on 9th June 2017, we are told that we need to clear the bill earlier.

                    Please justify your reasons for making such a demand. The contract clearly indicates that the bills will be paid as and when due.

                    Request that the concerned team is advised to avoid such high handedness which could result in your reputation being tarred.

                      I m reliance gsm user my mob no [protected] & charged of rs. 21 approx, & hence i called to customer executive to inquiry of my balance, he informed me you was charged in small amt rs.3 many times from 29-05-17 to 31-05-17, refunded only rs. 3 becos it was claimed on dated 31st may'17 by me, customer executives said that refund might be possible i[censored]sers informed us within 24 hours from such deduction and hence we could not able to refund the same even though which was charged wrongly, & if 24 hours completed after such deductions, & he also said that its a company's refund policies.
                      It was happened many times with me. But now i am frustrated and so that i have to complain /inform you.
                      You are requested to take it seriously, refund the same & so that such fraud charges may be controlled, please. It also save our time & energy.

                              Sir my name is rajesh joshi and my phone number is [protected].
                              My balance is illegally deducted from my account. My account balance was rs 19 but today in morning when i check my balance it show 62 paise.
                              This is not happening once. Earlier rs.5 was deducted from balance at 4 a. M.
                              I'm fed up with poor services and want waiver.

                                Our company S and D International using reliance mobile no.- [protected] and [protected]. The issue is this that we were using plan - RGSMARTLIFE499. where we were getting 10GB of internet data free.

                                Now without our permission they have changed the plan to jalsaunltd_599.
                                For which i have not even requested.
                                After I complaint to the customer service executive, she said that we don't change any plan without any requests and she can't help.

                                Kindly sort out the issue as this time bill is over charged.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been using this no since last 3 years. My earlier plan was one india one plan. One fine morning i got a call from your representative that being a valuable customer your plan will to 449 with 3000 minutes and 8 gb data. But it was not mentioned to me that this will be applicable for within the circle only.

                                      Now when i got my bills i have i was surprised to see that my bill had been doubled. I think i been cheated by your people. Would like flowing action to be taken immediately from your end.

                                      1. Reversal of my bill.
                                      2. Change of my plan to my earlier plan with immediate effect.

                                      As most of the time i am in roaming with this plan my bill might jump to triple folds. I

                                      In case the reversal is not possible i would like to discontinue from your services.

                                        Mere number [protected] par 28days validity ka 96 rupees ka recharge karaya jisme ki mere number me rat 12baje se 4baje tak data band kar diya jata hai jiski sikayat mane purv me bhi ki hai par kisi prakar ka koi sudhar nai hua hai.
                                        Customer service me call karne se call gata hi nahi hai aur kabhi lag bhi gaya to 12 se 4 ke bich data band rahne ki bat ko company policy bata kar sikayt bhi darj karne se mana karte hai.
                                        Ibr me ya *129# me call karne se bhi es chhupi huyi t&c ke bare na batana aur bad me kyi prakar se niyam wa sarte lagane se mujhe mere diue gaye 96 rupees me 1gb/day data ka labh nai le pa raha hu. Aap se nivedn hai ki company par aise bhramk offer dene par kdi karwahi kare.
