I have wired reliance broadband. Whenever there is a issue with internet service and we raise a complaint against it, reliance customer care without solving the issue keeps closing the complaint so that they don't have to give waiver off for that. Internet service doesn't work for 10 days, and still they say that your internet has been used. I don't know this works. There is other mode of communication to contact them or raise a grievance. Worst service provider ever with such a brand name.

    My name is kuldeep. Actually my father phone number has been suspended without any information through reliance communication. Here is phone number. [protected].
    I called three times on technical head of reliance customer care. First time they told me that you didn't have sufficent amount. Then i recharged the number. Next time they told me that your number validtity expired. I have recharged again for validity. Now third time they told me your account suspended.

    Every customer care excecutive is enable to solve my issue. Even senior executive have no knowledge regarding the issue.

      Dear sir / madam,
      This is prasath & i am reliance customer from it's launch 2003 earlier it was a cdma postpaid connection, then i have changed it to prepaid, then from cdma to gsm. My mobile no. [protected]. This no. I am not using much as i am in bangalore. When i go to my home town salem i will be using it. Earlier also my be 6-8 month ago i have recharged it with rs.150 & i dint use it & it was deducted when i checked with the customer care people in the store they told me if the mobile is not used for more time balance will be deducted.
      I accepted that & i recharged my mobile again on 22/04/2017 with rs.150 (Full talk time) i came to bangalore again. I did not even spend a single peny in that mobile was switched off after a month when i checked the balance on 23/05/2017. It was 0.23. I was totally shocked. When i went to my home town on 25/05/2017. I went to reliance communication store in salem - gugai. Where i recharged, said the details & asked about it they told me, they can only check 2 days record & not more than that so they where not ready to help. I explained in all the manner they told nothing can be done from their end. They told me to call customer care - 198 & check.
      When i tried calling 198 call dint established so asked for help in store. They informed that option is not available every thing got in vain. It was very much disgusting.
      After that i left that store & reached home & called to 198 call dint established properly few time i tried then it connected then again it got dropped in the middle. After all this happening i call to 30333333 from my other no. Some how after few attempt was able to reach them when i explained the problem again same thing like up to 2 day record only they can check prior to that its not possible, so again no help. Its not acceptable. If customer is having some issue the customer care executive must check all the possible ways to help the customer & give the best solution, but here they don't even check any option they are very much keen in disconnection the call & ask for rating. I asked the executive to transfer the call to his superior. Here also the same thing where told to me. I explained in all the manner for more then 45 min & told him its my hard earned money need the proper details of it. He told check the options available & revert back to me in 24 - 48 hours on 25/05/2017 now its almost 2 weeks still now no result. Let me know what next to be done.

          I am unable to connect any body since 2 days, although there is mob. Network showing on mobile phone. Even i am unable to connect with customer care it shows network busy. I remove sim card and re insert sim to mob. But still connection is not working.in this condition i didn't any other contact to whom i can share my problem. My mob. No is [protected]

            I am annoyed with the fraudulent calls your website has caused me. I am trying to delete the complaint, delete my account itself but your website wont let me! I hate you. I tried contacting your executive but they wont listen. Such a horrible website! I wonder which cursed event brought me to you guys. My life is a mess thanks to you! Have some courtesy and be responsible towards your duty!

              You are a horrible website. I cant modify my complaint, cant delete it, cant see it. Whats the point of being with you people when i cant even contact your executive. Useless website!! Because of you we are stuck with fraudulent calls and you dont even have the courtesy to help us out. I will file a complaint against you! Have some responsibility yourself when you are taking complaints for others.

                I checked offers on *129# for my number [protected] and i saw rs 154/- recharge with benefits of 1gb/day 3g data for 28 days validity but after recharging i got validity only for 5 days. I tried to complain for it but customer care representatives keep on saying that their portal is not working and now after calling for four times on 198 now computer are not transferring my call to their customer care representative.

                  Reliance communication is harrasing me since last 6 months by not letting me port out. I have applied 3 times to port out, still they give silly reasons and cancell my requests, my no. Is [protected]. Please help me. The service of reliance is very bad in ambala cantt (Haryana). I m not able to work properly. My business is suffering due to this. My calls drop any moment while talking. Most of the time my number is not reachable and the best part is that there is no 4g coverage. Please help me asap.

                        I had surrendered my rcom number [protected] in april 2016 and am still to get my refund of approx. Rs.[protected]. It has been a year and still no communication from rcom. I have registered a new complaint with number[protected] as the representative i spoke with ms. Komal vedanti was not able to find my previous complaint. She was rude and absolutely of no help in providing me with timeline for my refund or any higher escalation point of contact. If this is not resolved i am all prepared to approach the consumer court.

                          Being disturbed by poor network quality, low speed internet and high data charges i finally decided to port my number to other telecom brand. My postpaid charges were increasing mainfold despite the fact that i hardly had long telephonic conversatioins. The reliance customer care executive called me as soon as i sent the port message and told me about their plans and how they can minimise my charges. I selected a plan and they said it will be activated soon. Despite the new plan being activated they have charged me a whooping rs. 1250/- for 3g data (Poorest network ever!!!) for 10-12 days. I mean what the hell is this... Which network charges such amount for 3g data...
                          Moreover they even barred my number and stopped all outgoing calls fdrom my number without even informing me. What kind of revenge is tghis??? I am leaving your network because you are not able to provide good connection and no 4g on top of that!!! 1 i have been a loyal customer for 6 long years!!! Only believing in the brand "reliance" but now the way things have turned out i dont ever wish to continue with reliance!!! Real bad u tgake revenge on your customers than improving your own services!!!

                            I wish to complain about outlet in bangalore name reliance free net. That we purchased on date

                            I am complaining because when we made the agreement it was said that the 9 reliance free net sim rental would be 375 per month per number but now the lines have been disconnected and asked us to pay 10, 837 for the below mentioned sim numbers.

                            For payments all the numbers are connected to the below mentioned phone number where we pay bill of about 11, 000 every month, our ch mr. Arun paul tried to call but no proper response for the calls.

                            Every day we are under loss for about 100, 000. 9 staffs are ideal every day it’s very hard to do a business with this kind of support from services provided and we do have more than 120 connection from reliance even in our kerala institute.

I used postpaid no for 15 days but i didnot submit my photo as it was required by company to continue the service. After that my no deactivated & as a result i submit my photo to reliance store on 21.05.2017 but my no is still deactivated.

                                I am really annoyed with reliance customer service providers that are situated nearby kitchlu nagar b block, ludhiana. First of all, they are least interested in providing any help to the customers. I made a request for disabling my number on april 5, 2017 because i was flying to canada on april 7, 2017 for my vacations. But my request was not fully approved because i was unable to provide my adhaar card number. I asked them to help me with other options because i misplaced my adhaar card. They denied for it completely and said it could not be disabled without adhaar card. That was really no reason to deny anyone's request. Moreover, i haven't used my number for around 2 months now because i am not in india at this time and they are still billing me. The worst part is that they had my alternative number ;that is my mother's number but they didn't called her for any bill. My reliance number is switched off from april 7, 2017. I need to know why am i billed for that? And what's the cherry on top is that they have filed a case on me for not paying my bill and also for a mere amount of $437. I understand the the fact they wanted the due bill but this is not the way to get a bill from customer. They have had my home address, they could have come to visit me and get that bill. My parents in india are getting all this problem because of this reliance poor customer service. Getting someone's reputation in trouble for just a small amount is not fair at all. I want a strict action against this poor service and also i would never suggest reliance to anybody in india because they are very poor in internet service as well as cellular services. They could affect your credit history as well.

                                  I have surrendered the connection no [protected] long back and settled the account to nil. But i am getting a message to pay rs.105 to avoid cibil default. What is this. Pl look into this and address immediately.

                                  I have ensured it pretty clear with the officer attended the complaint i have no longer needed the connection which is absolutely not giving any listening to the customer and not a customer friendly services. With absolutely no speed to boast of in the connection of dongle i have got regretting still switched over to reliance from an existing service provider.

                                  I wonder after two and half year since it was surrendered this nonsense of a message came and started troubling me.

                                  If i have to escalate this to someone let me know the mail id please.

                                    Till now my porting request is stuck with reliance. Is it correct?
                                    If my request is not served in next 4 hours, i will not hesitate to complain this issue to trai? Customer reserves all right to port his/her ph no.

                                    I have already submitted my mob. No. Portability request for my mobile no: +91- [protected] on 20th may 2017 but till now my request is not approved by reliance gsm.
                                    My porting req no, was rz511476.

                                    I already received a call from reliance regarding portability, then i answered that i want to port my no. From reliance gsm to vodafone network, since i am moving our of india and reliance gsm doesn't have international roaming facility so i want to port it.

                                    My balance is illegally deducted from my account. My account balance was rs 189 but Today in morning when I check my balance it show 0.020 paise.
                                    This is not happening once.

                                      I had request you to kindly terminate services of broadband to my customer id:[protected] forthwith. I have already paid the bill sent by you for the month of may 2017- rs.1436.35.

                                      The details of my connection is as mentioned above. I am terminating the above services as i am transferred to bangalore, karnataka, as a part of my job profile and will have to report by the 15th of june 2017. I shall indeed be contacting reliance broadband services there for my requirement as i have received excellent service here in kochi. I am given to understand that my connection has not been terminated and the service no.[protected] has been stated today 07.06.2017.
                                      I hope you will do the needful to terminate the service at the earliest and oblige.

                                      Despite my best efforts about my case through their offices at Ernakulam I am frustrated and upset that nothing is being done to resolve the issue of termination of my connection. I am to report to Bangalore on the 15th of this month. PLease do resolve my issue.

                                        The internet is not working I am using a plan Rs 93 in which u get 1 GB 3g / day
                                        I am checking the data it is showing 1024 mb 3g data, but when I on the data it not showing the internet H+ symbol and the data is not working and when I check it in calling 198 it saying u don't have any data balance
                                        How it is possible please resolved this issue as soon as possible
