[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Excess of mobile bill | |||||
On last month, i.e. on 31 st December & 1st of January i have done calls to all reliance number from my number though i know it was a black out day and my tariff plan will not work on that day and it could be chargeable.; but the thing behind it was that i called several times to almost 5, 6 customer service agent by dialling 198 and they promised me that though it is a black out day my calls will work normally & i will be free as usual, i repeated my query many times(it can be proved by hearing my call recording of that day)but i was continuously misguided and it resulted in excess mobile bill, for which i will never agree to3 pay it.Now when i seek help from them, they are showing their back.Please help, , Jugal Kumar Das [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I doing a recharge of 198 on 20th January 2017 for unlimited call on any local and std for 28 days. But it not working till 24th January.
Plz last ten days out going not working so i am complane last three times but not solv so i am sorry my business is very distrub a
After recharge of of Rs 152 for Unlimited local & STD calls. For each and Every Out going calls it say "This Route is Busy please Try later". Troubling a lot of customers.
