I got a call from your team on 15.01.2016 at 13.51 pm & the call has came from[protected] no. It was informed to me that, my complaint got closed as it was resolved. Also it was informed that, the necessary adjustment has been made. When I asked where is the adjustment, then the reply was "you make another complain for this".
