[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Illegal deduction of balance

Sir my mobile no is [protected].
I received a text message from RM-58787 that : You have been successfully subscribed to LDRSubSUb30 service for 10 days. To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4035 to 155223. on checking my balance I was surprised to find that Rs.30 has been deducted from my main balance.
This is happening second time to me
Sir I want my balance refunded asap.

I have complained about illegal deduction of balance and given Service request no.[protected].
You later called me and confirmed the illegal deduction of balance and have promised to refund Rs.30 which is illegally deducted on 24 Aug 2016 in the name of some services.
But the issue is not resolved even after 1 day. I'm very frustrated with your behaviour.
