This was my corporate number i am highly frustrated from the pathetic service of reliance postpaid customer care people and services.
First of all it had been 8 months that i had not received any hard copy or soft copy of my monthly bill even after requesting number of times. I receive messages to pay particular amount as bill and after payment again after few days i use to get the messages and i have to pay or else they disconnect...

As per reliance communicate to me they offered me to give 10gb 4g data and free calls benefit on rs.90 recharge if i convert my cdma to 4g gsm, as i converted the same and recharge also but didn't got any benefit, as i ask again about this on reliance customer care, they telling that reliance is not giving the benefits now, so my concern is that why they are giving such false commitments when they are not able to complete, i need proper action...

From the last four days, a flash message is apprearing on the screen, four times a day showing call charges of rs. 5, reason not known.
When calling customer care to ask what is it for... They too dnt have any exact idea i guess. Sometimes they say... A message has been sent from my number or calls have been made to reliance value added services due to which this amount is deducting.
But the fact is that... I am not making any...

I have recently upgraded to 4g from cdma. I paid all my bill and there is no due. But still they kept my account number [protected] in barred status. I contacted them since 2 weeks but no response.

My son (who is not in India for the present, had a postpaid CDMA number. On discontinuance of CDMA service, they sent the new SIM to the address in India. It is about 3 months that this could not be migrated so far.

I went reliance customer outlest at marathalli, bangalore. I had cancelled the reliance data connection long back, why i am still getting the bills and i dont understand.

Hello reliance team,

I have been contacted to customer care multiple time but didn't got any proper response to my query.

Not sure why my balance is getting deducted on a periodic basis by 5 rps each time, from last 1 and half month and so.
This way i guess i have lost almost around 450-500 rps.

Notification which i got every time is the same :
"last call 0.00 minutes, balance deducted...

I have changed my aircel number [protected] to reliance. yesterday reliance deducted my whole 83 rs. balance. i have tried calling two three times to customer care but all in vain. I was buying reliance jio sim and the person which was reliance jios representative told he cannot read my name on passport copy easily (
Although it was readable). I felt real offended he refused to accept indian government issued passport which is the one of the most important document of identity of the person. I also gave him pan card copy (Identity proof) along with passport copy (As address proof) but still he did not take it...

Reliance has pathetic customer care service in Goa …. I was trying to put my wipod connection in safe custody since last one week but neither the store nor the direct customer care was able to help me with that …. So finally have decided to deactivate my reliance connection

After the earlier broadband was replaced by so called 4g wi-pod, i could hardly use it smoothly for a day. After that i have been chasing reliance customer care many a times finally i wrote email to [protected]@relianceada.com and unexpectedly no response. Finally went to nearby reliance outlet on 13th aug and the guy resolved the issue after replacing the sim.
Now i get bill which is 4 times more than what i used to pay with earlier...
