Before migration got a mail from reliance ([protected]@relianceada.com) saying no change in your current data plan rentals & benefits.

Before migration my plan was rs 999 unlimited internet. Post migration they have changed my plan to rs 650 - 3gb internet. This is clear case of cheating customers.

Also they have billed me rs. 1691.21 which is highly excess. Registered complaint id #[protected] for waveoff no action taken yet.

    I had taken connection of 3G in corporate plan. No one from your company have not informed me that 3 G will not work.When i came to know i upgrade to 4 G and the person who is sitting in my office from your company guided me that there is no change of your plan(its also written).
    Now after using one day, i got mail that your usages is more...see the below mail.

    Please respond me for these below 3 questions.
    1)why i will pay when your network not working?(for last month)
    2)why it is not informed that your old plan will not work?
    3)Who has given the authority to reliance to decide my plan?
    4)Why i will pay money for upgrade?its my choice whether i want to upgrade or not?

    i am working one of big MNC company, if you take proper action then fine otherwise i will talk to my higher authority about the reliance activity so that any tie up should not continue and write a mail to everyone how reliance is cheating..

    They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

    Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

        I had done recharge of Rs.3001 for which I was promised to get 1GB of 3G data every month till 2023. But suddenly 3G service was shut. Now compelling to upgrade to 4G.         My reliance netconnect is not working for last month's. Their customer care number is also not reachable. I thought that their 3G services are shut down, however I'm still getting bill payment alert from Reliance.Can someone provide update on 3G reliance services whether they are working or shut down?

          This is to bring your notice that i had requested to disconnect my internet connection on date 18th august 2016. Complaint id:[protected] and still i am not getting proper response.

          I also sent an email to [protected]@relianceada.com. I called customer care service every 2 days (Called 5 to 6 times) and they say, we have escalated the issue to our concerned team. They will do the needful and contact you at the earliest. We will resolve the issue in next 24 hrs but issue is not resolved till now.

          Still nobody has come at my doorstep, and no any call from company side.

          I need solution only.. i am listing these same messages from your customer care. email reply, Facebook reply. Online chating all are saying the same message as above you wrote. But i didn't get any solution since 18th August 2016. You are wasting our time and money.

            Hi,

            I am getting the Error while connecting to the Internet with the Error Message as "DNS server is not responding" since 28th Aug 2016 for Reliance BoradBand.

            When called customer care service every time they say, we will resolve the issue in next 24 hrs but issue is not resolved till now.

            This is wasting so much time and neither I can see sincere efforts from Reliance.

            This is setting the wrong image about the company and that's why no one was willing to take the Internet correction due to their bad service.

              My Phone is dead from last 7 days, For this issue I called customer care, many more time, but my
              issue is not solve, all customer care executive are giving same reply like please wait please wait our technician will be come and solve your problem as soon as possible.

              First complain is automatic close from company side without any information to me.
              Still nobody has come at my doorstep, and no any call from company side.

                I placed request on 14th aug 2015 for termination that is[protected] and it was terminated with settlement in reliance store on 02nd sep 2015, later again from march 2016 month i received bills even i dont have number, i given complaints so many times

                They replied that your revert is in process you have to wait 48 hours

                  Dear team,

                  I have requested for portability from aircel to reliance on 21 aug'16 and the aircel number got deactivated on 27 aug16 and DSA assured that my number will be activated same day. I called on 28 aug16 for confirmation regarding activation of reliance number but DSA informed that the sim provided does not relate to my number and it will be provided by tomorrow ( 29 aug16 ). I again called 29 and the sim provided by tomorrow (30 aug16) and they also misbehaved with me.

                  It is correct way to handle customer issues and complaints

                  Provide me correct SIM ASAP and activated same day.

                  I also suggest to improve customer complaints resolution process otherwise no new customer will portable number from other network.

                  Airtel provide good customer service so try to improvise your system and method.

                  Today is 31 aug'16 and still i have not received my sim and when i tried DSA number then nobody pickup the call.

                      You have despatced the device on 4of august thro blue dart, which is bearing the way bill no[protected].But the courier without even infoming me, they returned it to the sender thro way bill no [protected].When i have enquired the courier office they said the address is not within their jurisdiction.If they phoned up i should have gone to their office and pcked up the parcel.Please resend device since i am without internet and you very well how difficult today.Please arrange to resend it without further delay.

                        This was my corporate number i am highly frustrated from the pathetic service of reliance postpaid customer care people and services.
                        First of all it had been 8 months that i had not received any hard copy or soft copy of my monthly bill even after requesting number of times. I receive messages to pay particular amount as bill and after payment again after few days i use to get the messages and i have to pay or else they disconnect my outgoing. I have requested many times to mail or either provide hard copy of my bill but still they failed.
                        Now 10 days back i had activated 3g in mobile and after continuous follow up my 3 g was activated after 7 days which i faced a lot of loss as i am using only 1 service provider.
                        Now customer care had blocked my number as i want to change my plan. I even visited reliance store but the people working behaves like a agent as they told that i have to call to customer care only to resolve any problem. I don't know they why that fool is sitting there as he doesn't have any knowledge about the company and services.
                        This is very unethical behaviour which reliance people are misguiding the customer.
                        I am highly disappointed from this pathetic service and if any action is not taken them i will switch my service provider to airtel or vodafone and submit a complain to my organisation also who has a corporate tie up.

                          As per reliance communicate to me they offered me to give 10gb 4g data and free calls benefit on rs.90 recharge if i convert my cdma to 4g gsm, as i converted the same and recharge also but didn't got any benefit, as i ask again about this on reliance customer care, they telling that reliance is not giving the benefits now, so my concern is that why they are giving such false commitments when they are not able to complete, i need proper action for this against reliance as the 4g service is pathetic also and i am feeling like i have cheated by reliance by converting my number from cdma to 4g.

                            From the last four days, a flash message is apprearing on the screen, four times a day showing call charges of rs. 5, reason not known.
                            When calling customer care to ask what is it for... They too dnt have any exact idea i guess. Sometimes they say... A message has been sent from my number or calls have been made to reliance value added services due to which this amount is deducting.
                            But the fact is that... I am not making any call or message... Not subscribing for any of the other services. How could you people activate something from your own and deduct the balance.
                            I am calling the customer care department continously to deactivate the service but as usual, they cant help.
                            I have to go to the sim services in my phone's setting and deactivate it (According to them). But the thing is... I dont have any such option in my phone.
                            Now how could i help myself then. My balance is almost zero now... And as and when i'll recharge, you people will again deduct the amount.
                            I have seen so many complaint on the same issue in this portal. This might be the good way of making money.
                            I am very much dissatisfied from this whole thing. Please deactivate the service... I dont want my money back... You just deactivate whatever u are charging me for ridiculously.

                            It has not been resolved. I didnt even get a call or message from customer care executive.

                            I have registered at least 8 complaints since the last 2 weeks. The complaint is always closed as soon as the Internet start even for a slight second.

                            Issue- Internet and landline frequently disconnect in intervals of 5-10 mins.

                            Please look into the matter and provide resolution as soon as possible.

                              I have recently upgraded to 4g from cdma. I paid all my bill and there is no due. But still they kept my account number [protected] in barred status. I contacted them since 2 weeks but no response.
                              I have created below service requests[protected]Closed without resolution) and [protected]. But still no response from anyone. I tried calling customer care number[protected] but no option to talk to customer representatives.
                              I used live chat options and asked them to escalate. Two people sheetal and asish chatted with me. But still there is no progress.
                              I am paying bill on time and there is no due bill or single rupee also but still they kept my account in barred status.
                              I didnt used their services since 3 months (Because they disconnected cdma services without prior info) but paying bill regularly.
                              I recently upgraded to 4g on 20th aug and since then i am trying to connect but its not connecting me to 4g and following up with them but still no response.
                              Worst ever service i faced in my life. No service provider will do this to their customers who existed since 5 years except reliance.
                              I am veryyyyyyyy frustrated, disappointed and cant express my impatience.
                              Please help me. Again today is 31st without using any data i am going to pay another 600rs which i am doing since 3 months which is a waste of money for me.

                                Reliance broadband customer care officers misguided us, they informed us that our services would be put under retention and no bills will be generated, when we left india, but now to our shocking surprise, we have got new bill, and informing the customer care to investigate with officer pravin patil, no one has bothered to find out why relaince’ officers are misguiding customers, in reply we keep on getting puppet reply, will some one take care of it or lose another customer?

                                  My son (who is not in India for the present, had a postpaid CDMA number. On discontinuance of CDMA service, they sent the new SIM to the address in India. It is about 3 months that this could not be migrated so far.
                                  He gave the handset with the CDMA SIM, unaware of this migration, for some registration requiring OTP to be sent on the registered mobile number.
                                  On getting the SIM, I followed the instructions i.e. SMS to 1299 4Gnew 19 digit SIM number.
                                  The message flashes 'Invalid Address"
                                  The problem is how to get the new SIM activated.
