The issue is still not resolved for my data card number [protected].
I got a call and the lady said this is fixed. But there is still a red light on 4G dongle. I have restarted and reset multiple times and re-inserted the SIM card. Still shows red light.

Call center keeps saying everything is fine on technical side and hang up the phones or places on long hold.

I have taken Reliance Jio sim 3 weeks back by providing all the necessary documents. I was told by the sim distributors that the sim will be activated within 3-4 days.
