I am an CDMA data card customer and was using datacard from 2009.
I called customer care some where aroung end of Aug '16 and they told me to pay Rs, 899 for getting the nes data card. Now when I and now when I went to nearest store they were asking to pay 1599 for upgrading to 4G services which is ridiculous.

Even I have recharged with Rs.3001 for 1GB plan per month and now there is no guarantee on the paid amount.

After 2 years they will say Update to 6G paying another 3000...Is this the way you keep your customers with out proper plan or intimations.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

I too migrated to 4g, bought wipod and now suffering at their hands. Before migration they promised my existing plan won't change and now without informing me they changed my rental plan also started charging VAS charges. I asked for deactivation they insist I make full payment of bills. It's nightmare.

    This complaint is against Reliance Communication - data card Division.

    I requested to deactivate the above dongle on 3rd May and paid all dues generated as per billing - . 5th Apr to 4th May of amount Rs 287/-

    My last bill paid reference No is - MIP83717029 dt 18th May 2016
    Reliance didn't deactivate my account and kept on invoicing.
    I had sent multiple mails to reliance customer care team (all records available) - but none was answered.
    Now the collection team is calling almost daily for payment of 3 months - for which I have not used. Due to Reliance inefficiency, I am been tortured regularly and this is causing a lot of mental harassment. The people calling are very rude.
    To my surprise none of them is able to understand my concern of - Why should I pay for service when I already requested to deactivate?
    The want me to pay for month of May, June and July.
    As I honest customer I paid for the entire billing period - till I was using the services.
    Now Reliance is sending me Demand Notice - to pay for the services which I am not liable to pay.
    I replied to their demand notice also, stating my concern of- Why for their inefficiency I should pay. I marked my mail to reliance customer care team as well

    Would like to inform that Complaint is not Resolved. Received a call from Swati ( Reliance Social Media- +91 22 3037 3333) regarding my complaint. Explained the entire grievance and harassment on 7th Sept 2016. The communication received was that Reliance will act on same. However it is very strange that no action been taken on my complaint. Rather I am now getting call Mr Imam (Mob No 8750160047) from Tis Hazari court saying a complaint has been registered as SIEBEL case against my name with Challan No DL 112/16 and asked me to contact advocate Mr SK Sharma for details enquiry . As per Mr Imam, he is a Govt employee and not authorized to inform on what is the matter of case. On Calling Mr SK Sharma ( Mob No 8130312775) - was advised that case has been registered against non payment of Reliance Dongle and claimed as Reliance Advocate. He asked me to my pay Rs 923/- so as to avoid the further proceeding. Request Consumer Complaint forum to please help as Reliance is not acting on my concern, rather giving me more stress.     Thanks for calling me and hearing my concerns. I new receive frequent calls saying, confirming my address and saying Challan is been sent to my address for not making payment.

    As discussed, I visited Reliance Store in Dwarka on 28 Aug-2016, and met Mr Lalit ( Bhawna Telecom, Shop No 114 A, Sector 7, Dwarka, N Delhi[protected] explaining all my concerns. I was informed that they can only take payment and put closure of my account post collecting payment.

    They also advised to wait for 6 more days, as then the account classified as over 90 days and wait automatically closed.

    Requesting you to please help . As discussed, I am still not willing to pay, however small amount - which I am not liable . I informed Reliance to close my account. If Reliance failed to act on it, then why should I be penalized for the same.

      Today Afternoon, my phone was suddenly power Hanged & all my balance has been wiped off & data service also stopped. i have called several times to the relaince customer care dept but no body is able to resolve the problem.

      SOme of the executive told you will get the balance soon & services will be active, but nothing happend till now.

      After i call again than they were unable to provide the solution.

      Hi Sir,

      My mobile balance was suddently wiped off & Data service also suddendly.

      The mobile balance was approx 200rs & data serices has been actiavted for 28 days. the data service is also stopped. i have called customer care no - they said the balance will be reverted back to you in some time. again i call another time they were unable to solve the compalin & revert back with solution. My mo no is [protected] - prepaid Reliance number.

      it is really shocking & scary also as need to check if the number is hacked by some hacker - so please investigate & revert back ASAP.

        Reliance is doing continuous Mental harassment to me. My big Mistake I take Reliance internet connection. I already pay bill and my connection already closed but still I am getting call or Notice to me for pay bill. I am highly frustrated from Reliance Internet and service. I have all bill pay email and connection termination email . due to reliance server problem he cut my connection self . Please find attachment email .

        I registered complain more than 10 times. But I didn`t get any service. My internet is not worked from 25 Apr 2016. My first complain was register on 26 Apr. 2016 but I didn`t get any service every time, I got one response, some problem in server card, After multiple complain registered when i didn`t get any service after that I registered complain for disconnect my connection service multiple time again same I didn`t get any call from reliance for confirmation . and last I write Email to 24 June 2016.I already pay May Bill. email is attached Reliance already take bill month for next month advance 812 and you take installation charge Rs. 799 after 4-5 month

        I am so much confuse from your response. I am not able to understand you what do you want to say?

        you have many department like bill department, customer care, bill waiver, termination and so on ... you all are not in sync.

        Actually I want to understand the where is my mistake ?

        I was registered lot of complain for fixed service of internet may be more than 10 but I didn't get any service and solution.
        I was start registered complain from 26 APR 2016 to 3 May daily and 2 complain per day. but get same response server problem and will fixed in 24 hrs.
        and after that I was start after 3 May daily registered complain for termination. approx 5-6 time. but I didn't get any response and call back.

        And last when you generate bill for June. than I have clearly mention in email to you and i have written I have already Taken new connection and i do not want continues with you. I think you need to read my email again.

        Can you please send to me you policy bond where is written connection termination take 3-4 month?
        Can you send you policy bound where is written Reliance will not give you internet service but will charge connection?
        Can you send to me you policy bound where is written Reliance server fault customer will repair server and give you bill as well?
        Can you please send me my log complain data and recording to me?
        Can you please any email or call recording where you confirm to me you internet service is working now ?
        Can you please send to that recording and data where i told you please I want contentious with my service?
        Can you please send to me server data where I consume single byte of Internet I have consume after registered my complain.

        As per my understand if Reliance is not provide service to continue more 2 days then It will not be chargeable
        why you are not able to provide bill waiver ?

        How did you calculate I have pending bill send to me in details.

        I already pay one month bill advance how can you say you have pending bill?
        where is my bill waiver ? when you was not providing service more then one month ?

        I am highly highly frustrated with your response. I am not getting meaning of these your response email, you are doing same reply to of my all query every day. you are using same email template .I have written lot of question but i am not getting answer of any one.

        Just I want to answer in simple and clean word of my all question. I want to know, how did you calculate my side pending amount Rs. 1190. you are not giving my pending amount and sending to me notice for your due amount of my side . I want to know and learn you math calculation.

        you didn't send any bill to me after Rs.804 (11 May- 11 Jun ) bill. I already pay till May bill and one month advance and you are also writing email, bill waiver will not provide you . your service was not available from server side. because server card was not working . it should be default bill waiver. you are not give to me bill waiver because delay in termination. delay from you side not mine. I raised and explicitly said again and again for termination of each and every call. your agent Jumna Prashad (Mob. [protected]) told me "Reliance will not provide to service you should take connection from other vendor. because server card is not working and in your area only 3 connection so reliance will not provide card only for 3 connection". these are your agent word same word I already share this discussion with on conference call with Rohit ( from customer care agent from bill department ) please listen that audio again if you forget.

        That time i already close the all conversion with your customer care then why you are send to me Notice for pending amount. Its really torture to customer again and again. Tell me how to convince of your all department. because you all are not in sync.

        So I want all data of my register complain and recording.

        I want some valuable response that would be meaningful.

          Hi Mr/Mrs,
          Look at the trailing mail, I have had been continuously intimating Your customer care and payment collection department to waive Off the bill charges during period when service is not worked either partly/completely due to immigration of service from CDMA to 4G, I am clearing you that immigration is not part of PLAN which I never agreed and you never spoke Off, the loss or connectivity issues has to bear by service provider.Although I agreed to pay the bill amount after WAIVER so far no concrete response or any reply from your concerned.Instead you are sending/threatening through messages that won't do any thing. I am ready to pay the charges for service you provided but excluding the period of connectivity issues created by you.

          Also I have spoke to more than 20 representative through customer care and RELIANCE store .Everyone is rhetoric not providing solution.

          One of worst SERVICE I ever faced.
          Kindly do check my data usage . Apply necessary charges.. I stress you I can pay the charges only after WAIVER the reason being I mailed to close my connection on 22.07.16 again in August 4/5/8. But the request is considered only August 20. But again you need 15 days for formalities for complete disconnection which is not accepted by any means. Send me the final bill and Close the connection..

          Send the data usage of my no for last 3 months.kindly try to close the issue.

          I bought RELIANCE DATACARD connection:[protected] just 2-3 months before of Rs. 2300(device cost).
          But now as you shifted your services to 4G, My device internet is not working for past 6-8 weeks, though i tried several time to contact customer care but i couldn't reach. I paid my dues till date even for the period which data is not working.
          I came to know that CDMA service will be closed permanently it need 4G device (device cost Rs.3000) to continue usage.
          I Can't bear that huge amount to continue this service.
          If device is supplied by you i will continue, or kindly waive off the payment i paid for device non-working period and close my connection, so that i could offer some other service.

          Please address the grievance as i am paying without getting any service.

            I have received message at night 12.31 that you have been successsfully subscribed to INTELGAMESUB21 service for 7 days & my balace of Rs. 21 is straight way deducted by the company which was not subscribed by me & it is Companies fault. This is not the way to earn money by harrasing the customers & also I am not able to connect call with Customer care to ask them to refund me the balance deducted.

                Postpaid mobile number [protected] was requested to port to Vodafone prepaid on 30.082016.Rs650 was paid against demand of Rs502 for August 2016.Still port not allowed sending message on 02.09.2016 to Vodafone that customer has outstanding dues without mentioning dues amount and providing details thereof or making demand with details.I feel harassment as Rcom people contacted on01.09.2016 and requested not to port .My account balance is Rs 148..01(credit)as per message received on 02.09.2016 .I do not want to keep this no with Rcom in postpaid mode as without use I have to pay monthly bill.Pl do the needful and send me the details of auction on yr part.Thanking u Ashok Kumar Jha

                Response was not satisfactory as they accepted balance of Rs148 against my mobile number [protected] but didn't accept mistake on their part to mention dues on 02.09.2016 .At one time they informed to clear mobile portability within 7 days of application; again suggested to resubmit application which I protested saying loss of rent for postpaid scheme for mistake on their part is not acceptable . Their response was not clear to me.They have not done the needful till date.

                    i am using reliance wipod for the past 3 months and suddenly the signal stopped. i taught my data got over and i recharger for 1499rs for 18gb on 15/8/2016 again i didt get the signal then i contacted customer care they informed that we have to exchange device and apply for 4G.

                    i contacted a local retailer in nagercoil and walked for 3 days and nothing happened they told i have to pay and buy a new device (local retailer:-4G Com 420 KP road, chettiukulam jn-629001)

                    then i contacted customer care number[protected] and i called for more than five times and they told i have to buy new device and the recharge is not carry over to 4G and that recharge which i done for 1499 is unaccountable becoz it was done as 3g data. my question is why they accept my recharge for 3G if they cancelled 3G. and then i asked to return my recharge amount becoz the plan was cancelled at the period i done the recharge. they ask me to wait more than 40mis in line and cut the phone without any reply. i have the screen shot also.

                    As my part i bogt wipod 3months back and i paid 2600rs for that wipod device and now they asking to pay and buy new device is a not worthy deal. so i asking to return my recharge amount 1499rs. as it was recharged after they cancelled 3G connection.

                    i dont want to continue the service. i was very much disappointed and very much torchured becoz of this matter kindly do my needs as early as possible.

                            I Mr. Abbas H Sakarwala who has recently ported from +91 [protected] from Airtel to your company wants to complaint about Vidya who told me she is calling for Mira Road – Bhayander branch of Reliance. She called me through +91 [protected] and told me to port to Reliance and she offered my 5G data at a price of 399 Rs only. I agreed to her and told I want to port. She ported me by taking my documents through Whatsapp Number [protected]. I gave my passport copy to her on the same whatsapp number and continued to my porting. She had told me that she will send me Reliance SIM card to my mailing address which I never got. My porting has been done and I don’t have SIM card. I called customer care and told them about her. They told why you have not taken her details. I told them you check who has ported me to your company, she is a fraud. I asked the customer care they told you have been given a plan of 450 Rs which I did not want.
                            I am writing you to take action against this Vidya, my SIM card is still not active. Very bad experience before coming to Reliance. I want to inform you if my documents are used for any other cause I will file a police complaint against her. My phone is closed for 2 days now and I am helpless. This way your company cannot grow, customer service is the main thing.
                            If you can provide me complete details of who has ported me from Airtel to Reliance, it will be very greatful. I can talk to her and tell why she has cheated me. I am a loyal customer to Airtel and Vodafone and I thought your service will also be good. But she has disappointed me.

                                      I'm existing customer of reliance net connect+ #[protected] from past 05 years.
                                      I received so many calls from customer care for migrating to 4G. To attract customers they are given false information.
                                      Actually i paid Rs.3001/- and getting 1GB 3G data for lifetime. Without prior intimation they disconnected my net+ card.
                                      Before i migrate to 4G i was taken confirmation from customer care and she told the same benefits will continue after migration. To migrate to 4G Wi-Pod i spent Rs.2699/- and to activate the Wi-Pod more than 50 times i called due to the executives does not know knowledge to resolve the problem. I never seen this kind service because whenever I called they put in hold more than 45 mins and disconnected the call automatically. Some guys are telling escalating your complaint and it will resolved within 02 working days. But none of one called me and not resolved my problem.

                                      After activation i did not get any balance in my account. Now they told, there was not possible to give every month 1 GB 4G to you.

                                      One of the biggest telecom services in India giving worst service to customers.

                                      I was received a call from customer service team, but they are already fixed what the benefit will give. To existing customer giving some core balance only, but not continue the old offer.

                                      They agreed about to attract to existing customer given false information to migrate to 4G. And also they are giving some core balance, but it was not added. Taken complaint on DT: 02.09.2016, but till date the problem was resolved. Like this i was given so many complaints, but none was not given call back to resolve the problem.
