I am saraswati devi 63 year old my number is [protected] on 6sep i recharge Rs 50 on same number on today morning i saw balance is Rs 11 i call to customer care santoshkumar he saying we dont have data to see there is also no debit showing in balance where is my money gone.in every 2 or 3 month facing issue network or service activate . So i request u to solve this issue....

I am your customer from past 5 years using a RELIANCEnumber which is [protected]. I have been annoyed with your service in recent because i have a sms plan ALSMS500_1D which was activated by me from the start when i started using your service but now i dont wish to continue that sms scheme so i called the customer service 10-12 times to deactivate that plan but there is no postive response.I even spoke to your seniors about this situation...

Inspite of my several complaint from 1st september till 7th september there is no resolution to my problem regarding broadband connectivity.
Rather my complaints are closed automatically without my prior knowledge.
No call backs, no engineer visits are made at my place which is promised over call from customer care end.

I have purchased the reliance jiofi device worth Rs 1999/- on 3rd of September from your reliance store located and lower ground floor, North Country Mall, Mohali with sim card. The executive present there at that time promised me that the same device has been activated with in 48 working hours.
But today is 7th of September'16 but my device with sim card is not yet activated. My reliance jiofi number...

I have been trying to reach the reliance wifi data card customer service centre since july 17th 2016 onwards to surrender the data card because of very poor connectivity and i dont want buy 4g dongle and waste that money also. I could not talk to anybody till today and the line is getting disconnected when i press the option to talk to operator. The bills is getting generated for the last two months where i am not at all using the data card....

I have bought a new reliance sim and whenever i want to know about the plan, the reply is "we are unable to process your request at the moment".so i m not able to know my plan.Thats why i have recharged with Rs.107 without knowing that still my previous plan exists.For help i called 198 but really its time consuming and useless..I was not able to reach them. please do something to refund or change that amount in to talktime.mobile no:[protected]..solve...

I had this reliance internet dongle #[protected] which was used until earlier in 2016. We sent an email intimation to the reliance customer care that i would like to discontinue this number to which we obviously did not receive a acknowledgement on. Later we received a bill even after asking them to discontinue this number, i sent them a written communication back stating we have informed them that we would like to discontinue the services...

This is a complaint regarding my wipod from reliance communications. When i took the reliance wipod they ask me to pay a deposit of rs.1000/- which i paid. But when i cancelled the wipod they are not ready to repay the deposit amount even after showing the receipt. I have using rcom services for past 6 months. When i faced some issues before this i also moved without complaining like other users. But now its complete planned cheating activity done by reliance communication limited i suspect.

Coming to the matter,

I have port my “airtel - gsm” number 9xxxxxxx67...

I have been a reliance broadband customer from 2010 onwards.
I had used Reliance netconnect + and now recently switched to Reliance Pro3.

I received a call from customer care executive two months back regarding your company changing from CDMA to GSM. I was told by them to purchase 4G Dongle from reliance store to continue using reliance services.

I CLEARLY TOLD THEM THAT IF RELIANCE CHANGES TO GSM THEN...

My reliance wi-fi through 4g dongle is not working since 2nd september. I have called customer care and was given complaint number “[protected]”. The connection is still not working.
It constantly shows red light on the 4g dongle.

I have opted 599/unlimited month plan with 14mpbs for 5gb day + 5gb night data pack while purchased reliance data card [protected], last month reliance asked to buy 4g data card as old data card cdma network will be discontinued. So i paid to buy reliance 4g data card and used 4g data card as regular. There was information from the reliance shop that i will continue the same plan with 4g data card. All of sudden, data card was not working...

Few times I observed and called to customer care number 198 and get back my deducted amount. I am getting back my amount only when we observed deduction from my account. I have purchased a jiofi device which comes with a welcome offer along with jio sim. But i was not given sim for this and was asked to collect it as per the availability. How many days should i wait. It has already been a week since i purchased the device. Are u bluffing the customers giving false commitments?

But conditions is worst there.
I visit 7.00 p. M on dated 06/09/2016 on reliance digital mini store arya samaj road uttam nagar.
Its half shutter down. Appear shop is closed. Many people standing outside for getting sim. One employee sit outside after asking stock is coming from...
