I bought a lyf flame 1 mobile with jio sim from khan mobile in vizianagaram dist of andhra pradesh on 20th august 2016 but its not working still. Please activate my sim my rjio number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected]. That sim was taken by giving a color photocopy of original aadhar card at khan mobiles shop id and a bar code is also given.

    i have faced a balance deduction several tine since 24 july and now its 8 September...at an average of 2-3 times deduction on daily basis and each time they deduct 5 ruppee, 3 ruppee, sometimes 20ruppees...in short they are bunch of crooks.

    i have mailed them about 30 time and they will surely reply for each mail but after 14-15 days and usually customer care at 198, 1909 doesn't pick my calls, so i have to complaint through mail.

    They just harassing their customers ... moreover i have complaint them about blocking VAS services several times and they say we have forward your req but balance keep on deducting like it was their father money (baap ka paisa smjh ke katt te h rupay).

    If here they listen to me anyhow then give my deduction money back from 24 july to 8th of September. please don't say we have waived your money back. just check deduction from 24 july and check total waived money from 24 july ...you see the difference .

    and customer care ask to to tell them within 24 hours

    at each 8 hour you surely deduct balance how can i write mail for each 8 hours ...tumhare baap ka nokar nhi lga mai

    balki mai bolta hu koi bhul ke bhi reliance ki sim na lena...4G wali lena jb tk free h uske alawa inki sim lene ka koi fayda nhi h itni bekar service h .

    aaj mujhe khte humne complaint aapki forward krdi h or mne complaint number manga to khte complaint nhi kr skte hum ...salle fudu bnate ho ...tum customer care reliance walo ki aukaat hi yhi h or kuch ata hoga tbhi kroge tum.

    or aapse rupay wapis na diye jate ho to rakhlo humari tarf se garibo ko tohfa samjh lena.

    aur balance wapis karna ho to kardena ...nhi karna ho to mat karna...mai sim port hi karwa rha hu chahe balance refund ho ya na ho.

    kam se kam dusre operator's deduction nhi karte ...pure month me ek adhi hoti h wo bhi wapis de dete h idea wale

    tumhare tarh nhi h 50 bar deduction ho or ek bar wapis do wo bhi adhe rupay .

      This is prasanth my mobile number is [protected] (realiance), without my knowledge they changed my monthly plane and they told me you are plane is unlimited calls STD and local and unlimited 4G data which I was using magic 1300 rs plane (50% offer), now they send me more bill than this and they are telling you dont have any unlimited plane what ever you are is a limited plane. And they stopped my outgoing calls also if called to Reliance customer care they are not giving me proper response they are telling you should pay the entire bill amount.

      Please take an action on this rectify as early as possible

        Hi,
        i bought reliance wifipod ([protected])for Rs. 1500 in the month of may. from the beginning i had the network issue and i made the 6 complaints to solve this issue but no action is taken from reliance. But they keep on claimed the payment for not providing the proper service. 3 months bill is waived off based on my complaints.for august they keep asking to pay of Rs.749 since they closed the 3G service. please take necessary action.

        Today I received the message from reliance again to pay the amount with 25% discount. I am not why still requesting me to pay for the service you doesn't provided to me. I cannot pay bill. Please take back your device give and return back my money of rs1500. I already wasted so much time regarding this issue.

        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

        Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

          My family has been getting letters from reliance regarding a reliance number [protected] which is not in use for quite sometime. Basically, the last bill for this phone was unpaid due to billing dispute and reliance charged us for data although we never subscribed for it. Worse, RELIANCE starts calling random numbers (friends and relatives) going through our call history and asking them for money. If they continue doing so, we can definitely sue them big time.

          In fact we reached out to Irfan (2 months ago) via phone as he is mentioned below as official contact and he agreed for a settlement at Rs 1000. He said he would email us the NOC so we can make the payment and settle the dues. However, since then he has never emailed us anything nor is he answering his calls.

          Now, we've been getting these unwarranted mails from reliance. If they're not responsive then you shouldn't be sending these mails. If you want settlement, please trying reaching out.

          Subject: - Proposal of Reliance Communications Ltd, for presenting your dispute with regard to outstanding billing amount of CAF No [protected], MDN No [protected] before the Lok-Adalat for determination.

          Sir/Madam,

          Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the Applicant Reliance Communication Ltd, Pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of Rs 1773/- has arranged an Pre-Litigation Lokadalat on Saturday dated 08/10/2016 at 11.00 AM to 4 PM.             I was using Reliance WI Pod Data card ([protected], CDMA) for last 1 year. Recently Reliance on trying to launch 4G Services, their CDMA service was not working properly from 6th july and completely stopped working from Aug 5th.

            But i have not opted for 4G service and called customer care to cancel my service. But the customer care executives are only asking me to use my services and not cancelling my CDMA Service.

            They are Charged for the month of July 6 to Aug 5, however after continuous complaining the have agreed to waive this bill.

            But now again they are sending the bill for Aug 6 to Sep 5th period.

            i have already informed them i am not using Reliance 4G service and not even use this 4G sim card in any mobile or data card.

            it is really frustrating that company like reliance is raising the bill for the CDMA service which they have terminated.

            Please help me with a solution.

            I understand your customer service team is misleading you.
            My problem is not solved or in other sense Reliance is not interested to understand the problems faced by me. Yes your customer service team called me. But their answer was same as before. They said please call reliance customer care and raise the compliant. If I call your customer care then... All back to square one.
            My only question to you is, please tell me when did I activate the 4G services or did I use your 4G service.
            I used your CDMA service, and it is Reliance that disconnected CDMA not me. Disconnection of service means my CDMA account is also disconnected. You don't have any right to change my CDMA account to 4G with out my confirmation.
            You can call and irritate me as much as you can, my only answer will be " NO". I won't pay for any service which I am not using.

            If you really want to solve the issue. Kindly dont call me or send me any Mails asking for payment.

            Deactivate any 4G service (which I never activated).

            For your information I have already started using 4G service of other networks

                  I am your customer from past 5 years using a RELIANCEnumber which is [protected]. I have been annoyed with your service in recent because i have a sms plan ALSMS500_1D which was activated by me from the start when i started using your service but now i dont wish to continue that sms scheme so i called the customer service 10-12 times to deactivate that plan but there is no postive response.I even spoke to your seniors about this situation but i got the same answer that we have forwarded your details to concern team and will be deactivate the service in next 24 hrs . But there is no any changes has been made i have given an assurance with this complaint no[protected] &[protected] and i got the sms that service has been discontinued but they are deducting my money still . I like your service but not happy with it as if now, I hope you will get back to me on this because i have called your several time my calls are not getting connected.

                    I am using Reliance service with User Id[protected] and facing problem regarding connectivity due to which i am not able to use broadband in my peak hours of work and suffered heavy loss.
                    In Spite, of my complaint since 15 days am not provided with waiver due to company's nuisance policy of 72 hours and they close my complaints automatically.
                    Its a fraudulent policy being followed.

                          I have been trying to reach the reliance wifi data card customer service centre since july 17th 2016 onwards to surrender the data card because of very poor connectivity and i dont want buy 4g dongle and waste that money also. I could not talk to anybody till today and the line is getting disconnected when i press the option to talk to operator.                             I have bought a new reliance sim and whenever i want to know about the plan, the reply is "we are unable to process your request at the moment".so i m not able to know my plan.Thats why i have recharged with Rs.107 without knowing that still my previous plan exists.For help i called 198 but really its time consuming and useless..I was not able to reach them. please do something to refund or change that amount in to talktime.mobile no:[protected]..solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I had this reliance internet dongle #[protected] which was used until earlier in 2016. We sent an email intimation to the reliance customer care that i would like to discontinue this number to which we obviously did not receive a acknowledgement on. Later we received a bill even after asking them to discontinue this number, i sent them a written communication back stating we have informed them that we would like to discontinue the services for this no. I thought after informing them this matter would have been solved but due to their laid back attitude it wasn't. I thereafter received a bill of Rs. 3071/- . I decided not to pay not because i had used their services but because i had not used their services and had sent them a written email to discontinue the number. I thereafter received a legal notice from Shadab Perzade stating that they will file a legal complain in court against me for not paying the bill. Which is even more ridiculous since i have clearly informed them with a written communication that the services needs to be discontinued. Its suprising if they charged me for early months of 2016 why didnt they charge me thereafter. It clearly states the lack of communication that reliance would like to have with customers. If Reliance does not have efficent team to initiate action for the customers request, it is not the fault of the customer and the customer should not be put under mental stress. The so called Legal executive or lawyers that they call them are not even civil and should be firstly thought the law of how to speak to a lady. I would request the consumer court to take strict action action against such service providers who think of making money only by cheating customers. Its like Big Name.. Big talk!!!

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                  This is a complaint regarding my wipod from reliance communications. When i took the reliance wipod they ask me to pay a deposit of rs.1000/- which i paid. But when i cancelled the wipod they are not ready to repay the deposit amount even after showing the receipt. The staff at the store is not ready to respond about the money and they ask me to call the customer care and they are not even picking my call. My consumer no. [protected]. I need a return of my deposit as early as possible.

                                    Greetings for the day!

                                    I have using rcom services for past 6 months. When i faced some issues before this i also moved without complaining like other users. But now its complete planned cheating activity done by reliance communication limited i suspect.

                                    Coming to the matter,

                                    I have port my “airtel - gsm” number 9xxxxxxx67 to reliance cdma network to get the scheme which is committed me by reliance store employee, the scheme offers they mentioned was unlimited calls, 3000 sms/month & unlimited “3g” equivalent speed internet usage. I have bought this service from reliance and used for 3 months, after that they announced shut down plan of cdma services. Now my number faced continued call drop problem and then my internet speed also very slow (2g), from customer care they told “please manage for some days we will make free upgrade your service to 4g – gsm, because we are changing our all services into 4g”. This above events all are publicly known schemes and activities which is carried by rcom.

                                    Your mobile store agents, customer care executives all are committed me this 4g upgrade is completely free service and your regular plan will be as same as you subscribed. I trust your team words and continued my usage with your network.

                                    On sep 03, my outgoing calls are barred and then i got a message which stated that “i have crossed my credit limit and make a payment to get outgoing services”. I have paid my due bill which is due on 05th of september, but i didn’t get activated my services. Now i called to your customer care they told about the new scheme changes and i really shocked with the way of communication.

                                    I have used ul plan which is now changed to very limited service like 1500 minutes usage, 1500 sms and 3 gb internet usage, how could i accept this un-informed changes made against your commitment made on my subscription. (???)

                                    Second point, your team mentioned they introduce plans on 2nd sep, but i have 2584 + 1299 as my usage charges. How it was possible?
                                    They charged me for a previous usage which i made on aug 18th – 01st sep, but they insist & threaten me to pay money then only we release your outgoing or otherwise you will lose your number by termination from our end.

                                    I suspect,
                                    Your network (Rcom), have lose many customers in past nearby months and to maintain your revenue as same as previous qy/hy or fy, you will collect extra payments from your existing customer and return it back when you sort out this issue. To maintain your arpu rate and revenue shows high in financial market you are doing this cheap and fraud activity which is complete scam and it was a criminal business activity and you name it as a “strategy or business tactics”.

                                    Mistakes your network made:
                                    1. False committed scheme – which you failed and changing the plan
                                    2. Free upgrade commitment, but failed - i. E.: “3g” cdma service to 4g service
                                    3. No information about plan change.
                                    4. No proper communication with customer care – all your channels are threatening me to pay some amount and not taking complaints

                                    What resolution i expect from your network:
                                    1. I need my committed cdma scheme back – i. E. Unlimited calls & internet with 3000 sms for rs.649+tax.
                                    2. I have blocked form use your services without any issues from 03rd sep, so i need waiver from the charges applied in this month till my services back.

                                    You have committed resolution within three days for my above complaints, please don’t repeat the words your cc-executives said to me previously and give me solution which i mentioned, otherwise i will go with make a complete proof & details report to trai.

                                    Don't fool your customers, i got a call from reliance CC-Mumbai and they told me to goto nearest store and they will solve the problem. I clearly stated that nobody can answer my question and only they used to threaten me to pay the bill if you want your number back. This social media team also not giving proper answer. Complete cheaters and frauds. They only want money not customers. I'm the looser in the case and they just passing time without any answer or clue to settle down the issue.

                                      I have been a reliance broadband customer from 2010 onwards.
                                      I had used Reliance netconnect + and now recently switched to Reliance Pro3.

                                      I received a call from customer care executive two months back regarding your company changing from CDMA to GSM. I was told by them to purchase 4G Dongle from reliance store to continue using reliance services.

                                      I CLEARLY TOLD THEM THAT IF RELIANCE CHANGES TO GSM THEN THE COMPANY MUST REPLACE THE DONGLES FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD NOT IN ANY CASE FORCE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BUY A NEW DONGLE BY TELLING THEM TO PAY MONEY.

                                      ITS COMPANY'S DECISION TO SWITCH TO GSM AND NOT THE CUSTOMER'S. SO I CANNOT BEAR THE EXPENSES FOR IT.

                                      But in spite of this my internet service was blocked a week back citing the GSM change. THIS IS AGAINST CONSUMER RIGHTS.

                                      I've raised a complaint to Reliance customer care[protected] which I was told is the customer care number for Reliance Pro3 customers) on 21.08.2016 at around 10. 45 AM and the first time I was rudely denied answer by putting my call on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I disconnected the call and again called from another mobile number and this time I made them take a complaint for denial of service and also my bill for last bill cycle (18th July to 17th August) be wavered for the no of days my Dongle stopped working (Complaint no [protected]). I also raised another complaint for reliance forcing me to switch to GSM (Complaint no [protected]).The name of Customer Service executive is Jemima.

                                      I, hereby notify you that forcing a customer to pay money for company's expenses is not only wrong by conscience but also illegal and unlawful. So, take notice of this and RESUME MY INTERNET SERVICES BY REPLACING THE CURRENT CDMA DONGLE FREE OF COST, OR PROVIDE A NEW GSM DONGLE FREE OF COST AS ITS COMPANY'S POLICY TO SWITCH MODES AND NOT MY FAULT.
