My reliance wi-fi through 4g dongle is not working since 2nd september. I have called customer care and was given complaint number β€œ[protected]”. The connection is still not working.
It constantly shows red light on the 4g dongle.

Reliance number: [protected]
Not working since: 2nd september
Light status : constant red on 4g symbol

I am able to access the reliance homepage – 192.168.1.1
We have reset the sim card, reset the dongle and done other steps with call center support. After all these troubleshooting they disconnect the call.

Kindly assist me to fix this else i have discontinue reliance services and take some other dongle for use.

Adding to this i have called the call center multiple times. The call center analysts sound very casual and not professional at all. They would place on hold, mute multiple times and then hung up the call. When i asked for a supervisor they said systems are working slow and hence they cannot connect to a supervisor (very lame excuse).

The issue is still not resolved for my data card number [protected].
I got a call and the lady said this is fixed. But there is still a red light on 4G dongle. I have restarted and reset multiple times and re-inserted the SIM card. Still shows red light.

Call center keeps saying everything is fine on technical side and hang up the phones or places on long hold.

If it is not a technical issue then what is it? I have been without internet access for 8th day now. What compensation will Reliance give for connection being down for so many days?

Get this fixed asap or i will be compelled to switch over to some other provider.

    I have opted 599/unlimited month plan with 14mpbs for 5gb day + 5gb night data pack while purchased reliance data card [protected], last month reliance asked to buy 4g data card as old data card cdma network will be discontinued. So i paid to buy reliance 4g data card and used 4g data card as regular. There was information from the reliance shop that i will continue the same plan with 4g data card. All of sudden, data card was not working before my bill day and when i checked with your customer care, he said i have gone beyond data limited and reliance disconnected my internet service. How can it be? My plan is unlimited with 14mpbs 5gb day/5gb night. My regular billing amount is 599+taxes, but this month billing amount is 2740/. I was trying to download the invoice from http://myservices.relianceada.com to see what fake thing reliance has done for me, invoice is not available for this month billing. This is clear cheating the long time user. I was just using reliance data card quite long time because lower planning than other network. I used for quite long time even though network coverage is worse than other network in chennai. It is cheating the customer and i definitely discontinue the service and i will only pay the regular bill amount after reliance accepting their 4g data card

      I am using reliance mobile number [protected]/[protected] and when ever I have a full balance in my account, they are deducting around 30/- from my account and it happened many times. Few times I observed and called to customer care number 198 and get back my deducted amount. I am getting back my amount only when we observed deduction from my account. Last time I already inform them not to deduct any amount without any intimation. But today again deducted 30/- and not get any message for deduction.

      can I proceed with any legal complaint on this issue? Because I am educated and I can know deduction of balances from my account and can get back. What about other un-educated people who facing this issue. Even they are not sending any messages regarding deduction of amount from their account.

      Please provide your suggestions and take this as my complaints.

      I don't see any action from reliance communications. Just got 1 time call from customer care and they said they are working on this issue. After some days i can see that my complaint status is resolved. I don't know how they mark it as completed. never seen any balance credited to my account as part of issue resolution.

          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

            After promising by reliance people easily get reliance jio sim from reliance digital mini store there will be no shortage there from 5/09/2016
            But conditions is worst there.
            I visit 7.00 p. M on dated 06/09/2016 on reliance digital mini store arya samaj road uttam nagar.
            Its half shutter down. Appear shop is closed. Many people standing outside for getting sim. One employee sit outside after asking stock is coming from last two days. When i asked his name he angry on me and in frustration saying you can uploaded my video and check inside there is no sim available here. He is so frustrated due to company of reliance.
            If sim stock is providing by company on this store why they are refusing and telling lie. Some people saying sim is selling in black in rs 400/-
            Company should suddenly check this store after 6:00 pm if they are saying lie with people.

            If yes until the stock proper available there. Company should closed this store till then sufficent availability not there.
            Same conditions is sagar pur reliance digital mini store also.

            Company owner is saying stock fully available of jio sim after 5/09/2016. On t. V
            But conditions is worst.
            How people will trust on reliance.
            In future.

            Company should check these store after 6:00 p. M on regularly basis.

            And highlight number on every store so that they can easily complaints

                I have recharge my talk time with 110 on 1st september and got extra talk time also. Within 4 days i got message my main balance as zero, when i have not made enough calls to end up with zero balance. When i call them first of all they didn't pick calls for first 2times. I have waited for half an hour each. 3rd time one guy pick up the call and ask me to call after 5min. When i ask him why my balance got deducted he spoke with a high voice. They don't have attest a courtesy how to speak to a lady. This is the most poor connection i have ever used.

                  I was one of the regular and old user of reliance wipod wifi postpaid however the speed and service for wifi was not satisfactory so i contacted customer care postpaid unit and asked to close and discontinue as a reliance user and my wipod was also stopped in 1 day but still i received a bill with unpaid due amount even thought i cleared all unpaid amounts.

                    I was a customer of reliance netconnect 999 unlimited plan. I was asked to buy a wipod and register the free sim number given to me for 4g upgradation for the cdma services would be shut down. They had also informed in the call that the plan would not change after upgradation. On doing so, after a couple of days getting the new wipod my plan was changed to 5gb for rs 900 without even prior information. And also after 5gb usage the data is not even provided at a lower speed. I have been a customer of reliance since 5 years and they don't even have the courtesy to inform the customers about the upgradation nor have they responded correctly on calling the customer care centres. They have deceived so many people like me as i'm able to find so many complaints regarding the same issue.

                      Hi,

                      I have reliance data card and actived life time data plan (1gb per month) reliance# [protected]. When i went tirupur reliance service center,. They said that my data card got deactived. But i didn't get any communication through mail/my contact no. Now they are telling that i have to upgrade 4g data card. I'm ok to buy a new data card. But they don't provide my existing lifetime plan.

                      I want exist life time plan.

                      Main important is that they gave worst response and spoke with high voice. They were thinking that we are uneducated. Really i felt bad because of their reply.

                          With reference to my data card no [protected] i have been advised to convert from cdma to wi-pod 4g/lte and the instrument also changed and suddenly without any intimation yesterday my plan also changed service got disconnected. Every month i am paying rs 800 with a plan of 7gb day and 7gb night i do not require 4g service please change it to my earlier plan itself for 3g service. If not possible i would like to discontinue the service. I also called customer care over phone but do not got any solution. Since i am a privilege customer to you for a long time still i don't have any benefit but instead i am getting loss.

                              I am consumer of reliance cdma as a number [protected]. This number service is closed last two months by your company. This number validity is up to year 2021.in this number balance was 116 rs. Approximately on date 11 or 12 june. 2016. After closed this service i give the complained many times on company toll free number [protected]. But my complained is not resolved by company carelessnes officers. This number is important for me. This number is registered with my lpg and banking services.

                              I go to for porting company area dealer. He don't cooperate with me. He take very cheap and rudely behavior with me. Then i complained on toll free no. On date 12/08/2016 and 22/08/2016 on number[protected] &[protected] respectively. But complained do not resolved now.
                              I give the complained on company appllate authority email on date 16/08/2016. But do not resolved. Then i call on [protected] number. But this officer aslo not resolved my complained.

                              Provide porting code immediately. Otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court and trai.

                              I contact with your Media officer Mr.Shiv kumar yadav. He Advise me I went to RELIANCE STORE. I GO TO RELIANCE STORE in rewari .He GIVE me a New 4G sim. AFTERThen New sim registered for 4g was SUCCESSFUL. But AFTER 36 hours my NUMBER [protected] is not ACTIVATED.My complained is not resolved till now.Sothat you take action Immediately.

                              I had submitted my number for porting from Reliance to Airtel 4G on 27th August, Airtel received the request on 3rd September and Reliance was supposed to port the no within 5th September. Today is 6th September and I have not received a single call or SMS from Reliance regarding the same. Please port it by today.

                                1) company have mislead us in the name of 4g, as the official site clearly stated that there will not be any changes in tariff plan for the existing customers and no migration charges.

                                2) Every one will get the 10 GB of free data.

                                My plan was truly unlimited 999 wherein consumption of data was 40 plus gb for last 4 month every thing was fine, as the 4g commercial add came in and requested us to tune in to 4g without any problem, but problem started form there it self.

                                Its was an trap you guys have cheated in the name of 4g and sold your 4g device, And i bought that 4g Dongle for 1600 rs, without informing us changed our plan
                                and all of sudden you will disconnected the service by saying excess data consumed and the bill amount shows as 2928. I used that dongle 2 are 3 days only..

                                Now tell me who will pay the 2928, i have not agreed any company policy wherein you can changed the plan without my concern/approval, I called customer care now my bill 44 rs...How it is Possible.

                                Is a humble request to deactivate my Connection as soon as possible And i don't need Reliance data card.

                                Please explain us on it. i think every one are facing the same issue.

                                  Reliance has become a CHEAT!!! deducted Rs 134 from my main account as Internet charges despite having data balance and validity date...I've complained to the customer care dept. and they have given[protected] as complaint id..this is not the first time that I am facing this.. Definitely going to change my operator this time.
                                  I paid Rs.3001 for the plan of 1 GB/month for lifetime or at least for next 5 years. Now they have advised me to get 4G sim only. There is no mention about the scheme for existing Rs.3001 customers.

                                    My jio sim number ([protected]) got activated as on 5/9/2016 and till now my 3 months free offer o[censored]nlimited internet access and free calling which i got with my lyf flame 8 mobile has not being activated. I contacted customer care several times nothing is being done about this. Also i am not able to access my jio account as its showing error message (The subscriber id you entered is invalid).                                       I am from dabua colony nit faridabad, there is a shop name "bagwati communication" the shop owner selling jio sim in black of 200 to 500 rupees without filling any form, he only selling sim, not activating sim. Reliance company have to stop to distirbute their sim to this types of dealar. When customers comes to shop, shopkeepar annoyed them by talking rudely, angry. It have to stop.

                                        Now I have changed my connection only depends on reliability and economically service of Reliance.

                                        In this context one representative called me from your side for address verification at day time.

                                        I have complained through email on 5.9.2016 aslo visited Relience House(34, Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, Chowringhee Road, Near Park Street Crossing, Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700071) on same date but still I have not gotten any solution about the matter.
