Hello reliance team,

I have been contacted to customer care multiple time but didn't got any proper response to my query.

Not sure why my balance is getting deducted on a periodic basis by 5 rps each time, from last 1 and half month and so.
This way i guess i have lost almost around 450-500 rps.

Notification which i got every time is the same :
"last call 0.00 minutes, balance deducted 5. Available blaance..*"

First thing, i want to claim as to why this service provider is deducting my balance and
Econd, is there any service you guys have enabled to my number without my request (I can remember i have not request anything recently) because of which this is happening.

This has been happen in past with me but have not taken action but this time i would definitely be deactivating my card if no action is taken and if my amount is not given back.

      I have changed my aircel number [protected] to reliance. yesterday reliance deducted my whole 83 rs. balance. i have tried calling two three times to customer care but all in vain. Now if you do not resolve my query within 24 hours, i will file a complaint against you. i have enough evidences with me to sue you. Either take action or I will file complaint in TRAI.

        I was buying reliance jio sim and the person which was reliance jios representative told he cannot read my name on passport copy easily (
        Although it was readable). I felt real offended he refused to accept indian government issued passport which is the one of the most important document of identity of the person. I also gave him pan card copy (Identity proof) along with passport copy (As address proof) but still he did not take it and started argument that we don't accept such type of documents because our people at headquarter cannot read name easily.

          Reliance has pathetic customer care service in Goa …. I was trying to put my wipod connection in safe custody since last one week but neither the store nor the direct customer care was able to help me with that …. So finally have decided to deactivate my reliance connection

            After the earlier broadband was replaced by so called 4g wi-pod, i could hardly use it smoothly for a day. After that i have been chasing reliance customer care many a times finally i wrote email to [protected]@relianceada.com and unexpectedly no response. Finally went to nearby reliance outlet on 13th aug and the guy resolved the issue after replacing the sim.
            Now i get bill which is 4 times more than what i used to pay with earlier data card. However i am being charged for the period when i couldn't really used it.

            Above all i have written an email on rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com thinking they will be some help to me but no response.

                This poonam basatiya, complaining for behavior issue of reliance customer care executive nitin, mobile # [protected], of chandigarh zone.

                I was using reliance dongle in past but some in appropriate charges have been imposed.
                M very much disappointed to reliance product and as well as the behavior of the reliance employee.

                It is harassment of your customers and definitely i will not tolerate this.
                Un necessary policies and charges just making the customers fool.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                  I had taken a DATA CARD connection for a year by paying appx 6000 /-
                  after that there was assurance that same charges shall be levied but inspite of visiting various
                  service centres and toll free no not got answer, meanwhile they told me old
                  data reader would be obslede and you have to take new card and sim
                  which i did by paying
                  extra money and
                  service centre told me that the services will start after some time
                  as the service was very poor with the poor communication from certres i ask for cancellation
                  for which the centre told me that the services can not be cancelled .
                  i had written to customer services many times but never get replied.
                  some time there were threatening call at odd hrs about the money
                  for which i told that since there were no service requested nor utilised after expiry of one year but
                  the caller were
                  using FOUL AND THREATENING WORDS .
                  THIS IS NOT DESIRABLE FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOURS AND FOUNDED BY A GREAT HONEST PERSON
                  PL WHY YOUR COMPANY IS HARRASING A SENIOR CITIZEN IN MOST UNETHICAL WAY .

                    Dear sir,

                    I already disconnect my data cards on 13th aug-2015 through telephonic request with reliance customer executive but they are not taken my request and forcefully raise bill after request of disconnect the service in this regard we are also reply day by day through telephonic and mail but they are not take care about this matter. After a long time today some one (M. No-[protected]) call me and blame me your a fault person? How can she slip-up me. And inform me that case will be fill up against me due to not paying the due amount. I am asking the customer care for sending the details of my request on 13th august-2015 which was recorded in their system. I am request to you help me and release a to fair decision about this case. If after clarification of 13th august telephonic records if i am not submitted the my request for disconnect the services, then i can pay this amount. But i can't recieved this records from reliance company.

                    Note that i am facing a lot of problems in use the services in this regards so many times i was submitted request for solve my problems after they not solve the problems i was paying full amount as per they was raised bill. But when my problems was not solve positive and unable to use the good services from the company then i was decided that this service is not use full must be disconnect as soon as possible, then finally i was disconnect the services on 13th august 2015, kindly see the matter and release me.


                    This is for your kind information and necessary action please. I am awaiting positive responses and stop this matter with positive result.


                    Today i am received sms from reliance to pay rs 951 to whatsaap to [protected] to avoid legal action

                      I was a happy reliance cdma customer. recently they migrated it to 4g and i was getting calls from reliance 4g team every day for 4g upgradation. they even sent mails saying that my 999 rs 40 gb plan will not change even after 4g up gradation. and also i will get a 250 rs waiver every month for 3 months since i have pay 899 for wipod. but 2 days back i got an internet bill costing me 1745 rs. when i called the customer care they told me that my plan is revised and they do not have a 999 rs 40 gb plan for 4g.

                      This is clear cut cheating. i was fooled into buying a wipod. contacting reliance customer care was a waste of time as they were not ready to disclose any details. now my plan is changed to a 1 gb 300 rs plan without even informing me.

                      I need an explanation on why i was cheated and fooled by reliance telecommunications?

                      Also the internet speeds very very poor. worse than the old cdma.

                      reliance customer care team did not address my issue. They just gave me a casual call and told me that some other team will call me. This is a fraud company cheating customers like this. We all should go to consumer court again this type of cheating and never allow companies like this to get away with it. If this is the best of the service they can provide then no one should associate with reliance.

                        I was an existing customer for reliance netconnect plus cdma (Postpaid) service number [protected]. Then it got upgraded to 4g. Which i am not looking forward to, because i was using dongle of reliance as a backup in case if i am travelling. I already have a broadband connection of other service provider.

                        My concerns :

                        1. I didn't get 4g sim - but i am okay with that coz i am not looking forward to use it.

                        2. When i haven't given you my consent over upgrade to 4g. Why are u upgrading my service? You can discontinue my service.

                        3. I was told they are closing cdma services. Again i am fine with that. Close it. But why did you generate a bill for me?
                        I got a bill for period 27 july 2016 to 26 aug 2016. For an amount of 1265/-

                        The bill period where your dongle was not working (Cdma one). I didn't take sim for 4g upgrade from your store.

                        And above all that sim is free of cost but we need to buy a new dongle for some 3k.

                        Do you people really think that customers are to be taken for granted?
                        U disconnect my service - that's great. But u upgrade me to some service which i haven't requested and generate bill for the period where i don't even have sim or dongle to use it? That is just [censored].

                        Today on 30th aug 2016 - i have raised complain for the bill complain id[protected]

                        I want it resolved. And i am not paying a penny for this. And please feel free to deactivate. I have already cleared my uses for cdma services till july when i actually used.

                        No service, no sim, but you will get bill. Good job.

                            I am one of very small user of your mobile and broadband services.
                            Since i have tried my best to short out my problem, i have no other option but to bring some ground facts about services of your vendors at local level.
                            I had shifted by broadband services from bsnl to reliance assuming to get much better services. I took the connection under user id no.[protected] in the name of rajni sharma.
                            My connection is not working for the last more than a weeks time. First complaint lodged on 23/8 under sr no.[protected], where i was assured to get the same rectified with in 24 hours which never happened. Against complaint was lodged on 24/8/16 under sr no.[protected] again no action till date.
                            It was a big surprise when i spoke to customer care (Mr. Brijesh) on 27/8/16 who confirmed me that system is updated with status complaint solved and connection is ok which is false updation. After that i was also informed that everything is ok till your dp box, is reliance responsible upto you dp box only.
                            Every time i have problem, fake status is updated in the system.
                            I may not be very important or valuable customer for you, but this gives a very negative image of such a biggest brand of the country which should not be there just because of out sourced vendor not working as per brand image.
                            I would request you to please look into this and make some decisions so that no one damages the brand image

                              I was using Reliance CDMA Wi-POD device under the plan Unlimited for 999 Datacard no [protected]. Later, I have been informed that Reliance are shutting down their CDMA services and migrating to 4G and advised me to buy a 4G LTE device worth 899. They were also promised me that my existing plans will not be changed in the upgraded 4G services(Unlimited_999) and I trusted them fully and agreed to upgraded to 4G.
                              Now, they have changed my plans to 1GB for 300 Rs without my confirmation and prior notice. I am shell shocked now after seeing that my plan got changed and Reliance has provided fake promises.

                              They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                              Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                  My reliance wi pod(4G dongle) number is [protected]. I upgraded to 4G from 3G service as they stopped the 3G service and my last recharge of 3G reliance netconnect got wasted but still thinking that 4G service will be working efficiently I got the 4G dongle. At the time of initial installation (18/08/2016) 4G speed was properly maintained but after a week net speed got slow .I was a regular customer of reliance since 2011 but past few months its service is getting worse and customer care service is really poor either they don`t connect the call to customer service executive or they won`t give a proper solution for the problem. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    I am lokesh ..my number [protected], i was happy with ur 3g service, WENT to basaeweshwaranagar Bangalore store to pay my bill, reliance guy suggested me to take 4g sim, has reliance is converting their 3g to 4g, they promised me that same plan will b there after u activate to 4g, now my bill suppoesd to b 1148 rs its come 1648rs this month ..which is day light cheating to customers ..i was in 999 (40 gb unlimited plan) on that spending 1100rs for 3g data card and again 899rs for their 4g its 3000 bucks which is waste money ..so pls find a solution or pls deactivate my number has and pls refund my money which i invested on ur crap network...

                                      There is a problem in the Reliance network in our area. I have contacted customer care regarding the same issue and they haven't provided any solution to that and were not even ready to register my complaint. Whenever I call using my reliance sim card, the other person can't hear my voice. After complaining several times at the customer care number, till now they have not taken any action to resolve the problem. Being in a service industry, serving your customers in a better way and resolving these type of issues is the least that is expected from you all.

                                      I hope you take some action to solve this type of problem.
