This poonam basatiya, complaining for behavior issue of reliance customer care executive nitin, mobile # [protected], of chandigarh zone.

I was using reliance dongle in past but some in appropriate charges have been imposed.
M very much disappointed to reliance product and as well as the behavior of the reliance employee.

It is harassment of your customers and definitely i will not tolerate...

Bill raise after disconnection of service

I was an existing customer for reliance netconnect plus cdma (Postpaid) service number [protected]. Then it got upgraded to 4g. Which i am not looking forward to, because i was using dongle of reliance as a backup in case if i am travelling. I already have a broadband connection of other service provider.

My concerns :

1. I didn't get 4g sim - but i am okay with that coz i am not looking forward to use it.br...

Really cheated us

I was using Reliance CDMA Wi-POD device under the plan Unlimited for 999 Datacard no [protected]. Later, I have been informed that Reliance are shutting down their CDMA services and migrating to 4G and advised me to buy a 4G LTE device worth 899. They were also promised me that my existing plans will not be changed in the upgraded 4G services(Unlimited_999) and I trusted them fully and agreed to upgraded to 4G.

Everytime the answer was - there is an immense rush of calls and pls wait.. I waited not onec / thrice but 15 times in day..
