Kathir ([protected] ) from Tamilnadu. Iam the existing customer of Reliance for More than 7 years. For their migration and growth, they requested all the existing customer to buy new data card for 899 and then 899 changed to 1599.

Before buying that datacard, i checked with Nungabakkam as well Anna nagar reliance store to confirm whether my unlimited plan get change after migration. They given oral confirmation that our plan will not get changed and only network speed will be increased due to upgration. I was happy about offer of Reliance for existing customer and then i bought a new data card for Rs. 1599/-

After using the datacard for certain period, My connection was disconnected and there is no signal. So i checked with concern customer care through live chat[protected] Not connecting ), Bikram ( Customer care person ) responded that my data 5 GB got over, So disconnected.

I informed him that this is a Unlimited connection, but given confirmation that my plan got changed from Rs. 600 + ST (unlimited data ) is changed to Rs. 1100 + ST ( Limited 5 GB Data).

Without my knowledge, they changed data plans as well increased the cost of plan.

Why reliance ppl given confirmation earlier that plan will not get changed after migration?.

Hope this complain will reach Reliance management and revise my plan as usual or do some favor

    They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

    Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

      I bought lyf flame 8 phone with reliance jio offer from flipkart on 24 aug 2016 and received the product on 27 aug 2016.On 29 aug 2016 i went to the reliance xpress store ( 15/1, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110008) near my place to get the reliance jio sim which i received on the same day.The store manager Mr Yashvant told me that it will take a day to get the sim activated and you will get a confirmation message.I went to the store manager Mr Yasvant on 31 aug 2016 to reconfirm but he told me that sir we have submitted your documents and the sim will get activated in a day but till now as on 2/9/2016 my reliance jio sim is not active and i have received no confirmation message. I also emailed about this to (Vinod.[protected]@relianceada.com)

      Hi my name is rahul kumar gulati. i have purchased a jio sim card with lyf phone i got sim card on 28th and till date number is not activated. i[censored] not activated the sim within certain time please stop selling sim card even ur reliance customer and care and the store they have communication gap ...i am very sorry to say this .

      please take some action on it or else i need to file case for misleading info and making fool to the customers my jio number [protected]

        1. My reliance post paid number is [protected].

        2. I requested for disconnection of my number on 25 Aug 16 through customer care number 198.

        3. In spite of speaking to five persons and paying the balance due amount which was Rs.214.28 as of 25 Aug 16 as told by the customer care rep, the customer care persons were smartly putting me on hold and then cutting my calls. My service request number for disconnection of my above mobile number was not given. Immediately after that, the customer care blocked my number from contacting through 198 on 25 Aug 16, after I spoke to the fifth person to give the SR number. I sent an email complaint to rel com immediately, which was also not actioned telling that the content was blank. I had sent the full details in an attachment again. But I got no reply. But number continues to be active in spite my request to disconnect and take it back.

        5. When I could speak to the customer care rep on 28 Aug 16 again, he said that there is no request pending for closing my post paid connection. He told me to pay the balance amount of some Rs. 90/- or so to take the request. I would like to state that I went through the same procedure even earlier on 25 Aug 16 and followed all the instructions and paid the balance outstanding amount of Rs. 214.28. After payment they told me to contact for taking the service request for surrendering my number. But when I contacted they cut the line. When I kept ringing up again to take the SR number, immediately to 198 4 2, which is the customer care for complaints, my call was getting disconnected automatically the moment I pressed 198 4 2 with a recorded message, "THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE". I tried to contact at least 10 times but i was not getting connected. Therefore I sent an email on the same day. But even that was unactioned.

        7. This is a trick played by the company to dissuade customers from surrendering their post paid connections.

        8. Later when I contacted the customer care on 28 Aug 16, they say there was no request. I told the customer care rep on 28 Aug 16 that I had cleared all the dues on 25 Aug 16 and requested for disconnection and sent an email also to that effect.

        10. He was denying knowledge of anything. So I told him that I had paid all the dues and removing my sim card from my phone. If they charge me again, I am not responsible and disconnected my phone.

        11. What the company did is illegal. No business ethics followed.

        12. I am not responsible for payment of any further bills as the company is illegaly charging me for the services which I have requested to disconnect.

        MY REQUEST IS:-

        1. PLEASE DISCONNECT MY POST PAID NUMBER [protected] IMMEDIATELY IF NOT DONE SO FAR.

        2. THE COMPANY SHOULD APOLOGISE IN WRITING TO ME FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT THEY METED OUT TO ME.

          I am Dhanabalan my data card no [protected]
          Before migration got a mail from reliance ( [protected]@relianceada.com) saying No change in your current data plan rentals & benefits.

          Before migration my plan was Rs 999 unlimited internet. Post migration they have changed my plan to Rs 650 - 3GB internet. This is clear case of cheating customers.

            Hi, My wipod no [protected], Before migration I had a 3 Gb data in account, after migrating to 4G it has become zero. And I had recharged 1Gb pack still not added the remaining balance and also data packs rates are very expensive compare to other providers. I request you to kindly revert by Data balance before migration or otherwise give back my amount and take this back your 4GB WIPOD I dnt require at all Due to your bad service.and cost.               Hello, My name is Hrishikesh Bhosale from Pune .I have Reliance internet broadband postpaid connection. I want to de-activate reliance broadband connection. I am trying from last 5 months to do this but the service center in Vishrantwadi Pune is not accepting it . Its their work to satisfy their customers anyhow. But he is refusing it and saying that his net connections are down and that he is not authorized person to stop services.

                The employees of this store are Distributing JIO Sim and telling that they have the permission to distribute them...also they are charging money on basis on basis of sets like I have a Coolpad Note 3 Lite set and I had to pay them Rs.600 for the sim...they charged Rs.600 for the sim due to my set...they are telling some customers that the sim is free but the offers of free unlimited net or calls as suggested by the company is not true...they are charging money for the sets.also they have not given any receipt for the money they have charged for the set..its not a jio store...how can this store distribute sims together with this charge for set.

                  Dear Team,

                  Recently Reliance changed their CDMA Services to 4G. Before getting 4G, they stop the internet without any notice for about 20 days all over Tamilnadu as of my knowledge.

                  I have recharged mobile 3G plans for about Rs. 800, but they are not ready to give a waiver of Rs. 800 on my bill for their mistake.

                  After this shock, I got an another shock in the form of 4G again by this Professional Cheating Company. I am depressed of their rude behavior.

                  I can''t believe how such a big company is cheating innocent people very easily and without thinking about its reputation (if any).

                  They have started their 4G Service in Chennai exactly on Friendship day (2016). Until August 15 2016 morning (Independence day), I didn''t know about their dirty trick. Yes On August 15th morning, My 4G internet stopped working.

                  Then I again recharged mobile 3g plan and saw my email inbox. I saw the alert email from Reliance, which is alerting me to pay Rs. 2408 for using 5GB of 4G internet.

                  How they could charge me that amount without intimating their 4G plans? Before getting 4G SIM itself, I have asked the customer care about the plan and its state after 4G very clearly. They told that there will be no change in data and price for 4G. Then why they are charging Rs. 2408 for just 5GB?

                  After, I called them again and asked, they are simply telling, "We got the update now only, You should pay the 4G bill".
                  What is this?

                  Now, after reaching them many times, their sales team asked me to pay Rs.1000 and they can cancel my account. But, how can I believe they will cancel?

                  Why I need to pay them? They need to give me waiver of Rs.800 to the actual bill Rs.1150 (including tax).
                  So, I can pay Rs.350 only..

                  Please help me in this very bad situation

                  Just now, Reliance customer care contacted me and informed to send an email to terminate my account. But, they didn't tell anything about my actual bill issue.

                  It seems that they didn't read my issue completely. I can show my Aircel 3g internet recharge bill proof, I have used it when Reliance has completely kept me in a dark.
                  Still, I am recharging 3G internet, after their 4g scam.

                  Now, my bill will surely above Rs.1500/-
                  Do they accept their mistake and pay me? Who knows..

                  Hi Reliance Team,
                  If you are genuine, terminate my account without asking any money. Or I can pay you up to Rs.400 even I have spent a lot on other 3g internet for your mistake.

                  I am from Chennai, but why I am getting calls from other state customer care? I need a solution in my language. Because I couldn't understand..

                  Hi Friends,
                  Yesterday, I got a call immediately after posting my complaint. The speaker told that he is from Reliance and he will send Rs.800. Then, He asked the credit card/debit card number. But, I didn't tell anything. I have just told him to see my user database by tracking my reliance number.

                  I have mentioned my mobile number on my complaint, that's why he called and We could not record or track their call in our smartphone with any app.

                  So, Be aware of those kind of people who wants to cheat fellow Indians. Don't mention your mobile number on complaint and don't give any details to them. Sorry, I forgot to update this yesterday.

                  I am getting random calls from Reliance at least thrice a week.

                  They ask Rs.1500 / Rs.750 / Rs.1150.

                  No fixed rate.

                  This is my usage data for July 5 - Aug 4 - http://prnt.sc/ch2g6t

                  After Aug 4, I have used 4G and it is disconnected in 5GB. As I said already, they told there will be no price change for 4G. But why they disconnected after 5gb?

                  They told, They want money for the data I used

                  So,
                  If you calculate my data usage, it is 6gb + 5gb = 11GB

                  And the price will be approximately Rs.300. Because, my plan's rate is Rs.1150 including tax for 40GB.

                  The last caller's behavior was very rude.

                  My problem is not yet resolved

                  Again, they called my number and asking Rs.2500. They are mentioning that they gave waiver and after saying this they disconnected the call before I speak.. Ha ha.. No response to the issue. They are asking my money, but for which they don't deserve. They expect free money..

                    Hello,

                    I had purchased Reliance 3G Dongle ([protected]) in December 2015 . I have made the payment of Rs 930 on 18 May 2016 3 month as per my plan.
                    My services got disconnected from 30th may 2016.
                    After calling on customer care I found that I will not be able to access
                    Internet as I have not upgraded my dongle from 3G to 4G for which i need to pay another Rs 2800.

                    and when I asked the customer care executive from when I can start using using internet if i upgrade it from 3G to 4G he said that he has no idea from when i can start using the services as services are not yet started in Gujarat.

                    Despite of making Payment in advance for next 3 months our services were disconnected we were burden to make additional payment to start our existing connection and with no assurance that from when services will be resumed.

                    Later on in June when I got call from Reliance customer care Centre that I have to make payment of another Rs1500. I asked the customer care executive that for what I have to make the payment as I have not yet purchased 4G connection and I am not able to use my Existing plan
                    and I already had balance of 600 Rs in my account to which I was not able to use.

                    Me : But I have not purchased the 4G dongle yet and I am not using any of your services . You better disconnect my number I don't want to continue with Reliance Communication services any more.

                    Customer care replied that : You have to make the payment of 1500 Rs then only we can disconnect your Number

                    Me : But for what, I am already in loss of Rs600 which I had already paid and not able to use Now you are asking to make payment of additional Rs1500 for the services which I have not avail yet.

                    Customer care replied that : I will Transfer your call to our senior.

                    Senior Replied : Yes, You have balance of Rs600 in your account. Provide your details you don't have to pay anything extra to discontinue the number and she kept me on hold for 1 Hour with no response.

                    Me: I disconnected the Phone after long wait.

                    and I am still getting calls from Reliance Communications to make the payment.

                    I kindly request you to take necessary steps to resolve these issues so that other customers will not be offended as me.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                      This is to say that I have bought the Reliance GSM Sim on 20/07/2016 and from 05/08/2016, when I am dialing any number from my Reliance GSM, Computer Voice is saying that "To continue with the service please contact reliance customer care. "

                      I have gone to Reliance Sim Distributor from whom I have bought the sim but he is such a pathetic person not willing to solve my problem at all and he is just ignoring the case from past 25days. This is his contact no:[protected].

                      After that I have contacted the appellate Authorities for solution to my problem, they asked me to go to the Reliance Mobile Store and submit documents again to resume service again. But Reliance Mobile store ( Shop No 20/13 A, Ground Floor, Prop No 20, Mandir Wali Gali, Yusuf Sarai-Green Park, Delhi - 110016 ) asked me to submit documents to respective Distributor from whom I have taken the Sim. Its a deadlock to my because Distributor is not willing to solve the problem and Reliance Mobile Store is also responding to me.

                      What to do Sir?.. I want to use Reliance Sim, but your service is not allowing me to do so. 25 Days have been passed.

                      Please resolve the issue and kindly instruct Reliance Mobile Store to resolve my issue. Also Please take appropriate action against distributor for delaying and ignoring the issue from past 25 days. I'll be highly obliged for this.

                          The Reliance Tower here, doesn't seem to work. I don't have any signal for my Jio sim. What is the point of sitting close to a tower and not getting signal?
                          Could you please let me know about whom to contact? So that I can fix this.
                          This no signal is costing me a lot.

                          I have been trying reach the customer care in every way possible. And there is no response.

                          This is not a remote village. Every other service provider like Airtel, BSNL and vodofone is working fine in this place. And there is a reliance Tower standing right before me.

                            Today i visit your reliance store at 2 pm for free jio sim at leela bhawan showroom, patiala but the guy at service told me that sim has been finished. he did not given me either sim or form. after that i visit Dharampura bazar, patiala showroom but they also refuse to give me the sim by stating that you come tomorrow for token at 9 am.
                            i want to ask you is there any time limit to issue jio sim card. why i was refused by your showrooms.
                            i request you to kindly provide me the reliance jio sim. so that i can also avail this offer and be a regular customer after that.

                              Earlier we have 2g land line cdma connection it was converted to 4g connection they informed us that they have stopped 2g service, for the first month every thing was ok, from the second month onwards the problem has stated.                                 My dongle no is [protected] which I've been using for the past few years. On March 4th 2016 I paid the February bill at the Karkhana Reliance Center and asked them to discontinue the account.

                                The service request no was[protected]. The call center people called me up and asked me the reason for discontinuing my connection and suggested I go in for another connection. I informed them I had no interest in continuing. However on 24th march I got a message saying that my request could not be processed.

                                I've surrendered my dongle, however I've been billed for March, April, May.. I called the customer care and raised the matter. I was told to make the payment and they told me they would update the discontinuation of the service (Dongle) in the system. I made the payment however I've been billed again for the month of June and July.

                                I had sent a mail regarding this to the Hyderabad Nodal Officer but did not get any response.

                                Yesterday I got a call regarding this from Reliance but so far no action has been taken.

                                Request you to terminate this connection as soon as possible and waive off the bill.

                                  After struggling from my barred Reliance sim for a month.i complained everywhere. Also they(reliance care) told me that i have to go to their store from where i have ported my sim, so i went there 25-30 times and they are like sir we have forwarded the mail and the guy is not reading your docs. So i gave my different id with my recent pic. Then they activated it for 2 days. On the 2 day i just got message from reliance that my outgoing are barred, to reuse contact customer care. WTH i have already given documents and pics 4-5 times .This time m not going anywhere. That guy should be fired for irritating customers, teach him a lesson. Please do something i don't have time to go there every-time !! and i can't do anything without my sim!! Jai hind.

                                    Hi, i bought new 3g reliance datacard before 3 months and they stopped 3g services and forced me to migrate to 4g and they promised me that i can continue with existing 3g plan charges (Rs. 999 40gb data unlimited) to 4g speed. But suddenly they changed my plan to 5gb limited. I called customer care on 31.08.2016 their escalation department person confirmed me that they have given the statement "post 4g migration there will be no change on existing plan and charges. I can continue rs999 40gb unlimited plan) and they told me that they have sent a communication to my via email on plan on 24.08.2016 which i never received.
                                    So i asked that executive to take a complaint on below two point which they rejected to take the complaint.
                                    Point 1: why they have given false statement before migration (No change on plan and price)
                                    Point 2: if they already sent email communication to my email id then i need a copy of that email.

                                    Note: i have call recording proof with me.
                                    Reliance myservices portal also showing 999 40gb plan only.

                                    I request you to kindly take a complaint and provide me the solution.

                                      My name is Arokia Doss & I have been using Reliance 3G data card for more than a year with the 3G dongle -Pro3_599_5GBDY5GBNGT at Rs 599. /- plan.

                                      Reliance suddenly stated that the are changing the plan to 4G and kept bothering me with their mails to but the WiPod. finally they changed last month and I found out that without getting the 4G license in Tamil Nadu Reliance has sold their product to its customers & made the customers suffer without the data connection. Their services has become so bad & pathetic in this 3G to 4G data card change. I was forced to buy their 4G device stating that the CDMA plans would be stopped & the same plan what I had previously would be continued in the 4G WiPod as well. This was the promise provided by the Reliance team.

                                      Once the product is acquired and plan has been changed now Reliance has silently placed a GB cap on the 4G plans stating that only a maximum of 10GB is available of all the plans for the 4GWiPod services. After this cap the WiPod would hard stop it seems and nothing will work. In spite not working we will be charged by Reliance for 4G on their own terms without the knowledge of customers like us...from 599 my current bill have increased to 2500 and the customer care is saying, you dont have a choice you used it and you have to pay. and cannot cancel the service till it is paid. and this month another 1300 is charged on the bill without using the 4G.
