Recently Reliance changed their CDMA Services to 4G. Before getting 4G, they stop the internet without any notice for about 20 days all over Tamilnadu as of my knowledge.

I have recharged mobile 3G plans for about Rs. 800, but they are not ready to give a waiver of Rs. 800 on my bill for their mistake.

The Reliance Tower here, doesn't seem to work. I don't have any signal for my Jio sim. What is the point of sitting close to a tower and not getting signal?
Could you please let me know about whom to contact? So that I can fix this.

Earlier we have 2g land line cdma connection it was converted to 4g connection they informed us that they have stopped 2g service, for the first month every thing was ok, from the second month onwards the problem has stated.
