Reliance Communications Limited — not getting Internet data

Its happening again! I recharged 2gb net data plan of 3g on 24 November on my mobile number [protected]. I only got 1gb of data and I still am not getting the remaining. I contacted 198 but they don't pick up my phone. It happened before but after it was all right but now its happening again. Help plz.
