Dear Sir, This is inform you that i was using a post paid no of reliance communication. But sir few time ago I have received my bill of rs 900 then I wasgo to reliance web world for closed this sim card with full and final settlement.then there executive say me this no not be closed here you can go thatipur webworld. the I will go thatipur web word the he say you go jayendraganj store forfull and final settlement. Then I was go in next web world for bill paid he say today we cant closed your no. you come next day on Monday then when I go on Monday he say today we don’t have for closed form. So sir I want to know that who am I I am not a servant of reliance company. I really feel stress from reliance web world behavior. Now reliance company call for bill payment so sir why I should pay that amount. because he harassment me. I am not a defaulter but they guys make me to do default so my request you to please solve this issue because I don’t want to do default I can pay my bill today but first they start my no. and apolize to me. I really hate this services parameter of reliance company because that time we take new post paid connection they promising for giving good services but that time we closed connection he behave like this. So please help me out in this matter what I do.
