Hi Sir, I had been using Reliance Netconnect+ for the last 4-5 years (HSD bearing No.[protected]; Account No.[protected]. In Aug of 2014 I had contacted Reliance customer Care and requested that my account be changed to Pre Paid. I was informed that I need to visit the Reliance store for this and submit ID and Address proofs. Since I was travelling out station quite frequently during that period and moreover had minimal usage of the Data Card, I requested that the connection be terminated and any outstanding at that time would be settled by me. I promptly made a payment of Rs. 561.80 which was that total bill amount at that time. I was informed that the connection would be terminated within 10-15 days. Subsequent to that I received a call from the Customer Care and was informed by a Representative that my connection would be changed to a Demo card that would be free for a period of 90 days and that this was done out of goodwill for customer retention. I was also told that post the 90 day period I could either choose to continue of terminate the connection. However even with this offer, I had very minimal to null usage of the Data card. If you would please verify my usage during the Aug'14 to Sep'14 period you would notice that my total usage was only around 44 MB. To my surprise however it appears that the change to Demo plan was not updated and I continued to receive Bills with late payments being charged since Aug'14. The total bill amount at this time is shown to be Rs 654. Im at a loss to explain how this could be a justified demand. I have talked to several Customer Care representative and to your often rude Collection agents explaining the situation. I even visited the Anna Nagar, Chennai Reliance outlet to sort this issue. Have been unable to get thru to Help desk Collection Support. Name Manoj, Cont No:[protected] even after several tries. In all my conversations I have maintained that I'm willing to pay the last bill amount which as around Rs (225 + 27.9 Taxes), excl the Late Payment, even though this was after I had requested for termination. I have now received a message threatening with IPC sections 406 & 415-E. I would really like someone to take a decision on the issue and help resolve, rather than giving me the run around. THIS HAS BEEN GIVING ME A LOT O[censored]NNECESSARY MENTAL STRESS AND I REQUEST THAT THE ISSUE IS LOOKED INTO APPROPRIATELY AND RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST. THANKS. Rajkumar

    Hi, I regret to inform you that i am using net pack and valudity was 22 November 2014 on my mobile no [protected] and my main Account balance was Rs525 but suddenly cut my all balance they show Rs 0 Balance I do not know why this fault happen again and again so i request you please take action and order regarding this issue so it never happen again.       i have a reliance 3g connection ( [protected] ) for which i submitted a disconnection request with reliance 3 months. There agent called & offered me a plan to get an 1 GB UNLIMITED PLAN @ Rs. 250 i.e. 1 gb at 3G speed and after that as reduced 2G SPEED. I accepted their offer as they clearly told me that my bill will be under 300 ( 250 + taxes ) but when i got bill in second month they have charged me Rs 750 + taxes. When i enquired abt this with them they said the previous plan is now scraps and they have instead given me a new plan in which 1 gb is free and after that 3p/10 kb is charged till 750. when i said i[censored] r changing plan u have to make costumer aware regarding that. but they didnt gave me any satisfactory answer and said to me they will call back in 2 days regarding the matter but as always i didnt got any call.it happens 2-3 times. then finally i requested for disconnection then only an agent( Ms. Jai shree ) called n accpeted that the mistake on their part and will give me a waiver n offered me a new plan. but again i didnt get any response from them regarding the adjustment in bill. again i called them but they continued to say they cant give me waiver so i requested to get it disconnect finally. Now they are saying that i have to pay the bill as generated by them.( i.e. around Rs. 1300 for two months instead of Rs 600 as per original plan )it not much to pay Rs. 1300 but the wrong practice toward costumer from RELIANCE is really not acceptable. i am ready to pay the genuine bill of Rs. 600 ( 300+300) as per the original plan for 2 months.

        My Reliance mobile No. is [protected]. There has been unauthorised deductions from the main balance. The details are: 1.Rs.3.00 is deducted every month towards VAS USSD service 2. In addition to the above today Rs.5.00 was deducted towards VAS TechZone VP Su I have not opted for any VAS, so kindly refund the balance immediately.

          My name is Vivek Yadav and my reliance id is[protected] . My problems with reliance started right after I applied for a wired broadnet connection on the 7th of august 2014. After paying the full amount, I had to keep waiting for the connection to be installed with no information from reliance. I called the reliance agent who had come to my house, to inquire about installation but he kept telling me that it would be installed in a few days. Finally one day he told me that I would have to bribe the installation guys to get my connection installed . I protested that why should I pay them when I have already paid reliance. He told me plainly that those installation guys are "kaamchor" and stuff, and you have to grease their palms to get it installed, otherwise it would take more then a month . So reluctantly I agreed to pay those guys . After me agreeing to pay them something extra, they arrived the very next day and I had been waiting for them like for 7 days . So after installation I had to give them RS 300 as tip(lol). I though may be at least now I can live in peace, but that was not to be. The problem started right after installation and I faced frequent disconnections and after just two my internet just stopped working. So on august 18th I decided to lodge a complaint with reliance. When I called them I was surprised to find out that they did not have any information about me in their database regarding my connection and so they could not take my complaint. I was so frustrated that I almost shouted at the guy. The guy told me to wait for some time before my details get updated in their system as my connection was new . So I waited for two days and then called again to complain regarding my dead connection . But I got the same answer that my details are not available with them. A week passed like that, with me calling daily and getting the same answer . Finally on 25th of august they had my details and lodged my complaint . I thought may be after all this wait, this issue would be sorted but sadly I was mistaken . My connection was still down and I called reliance customer care daily and they told me they are still working on it . Ten more days passed and one day when I called reliance they told me they had solved my issue and closed my complaint . I tried to tell them that my internet was still down but they wouldn't listen . Finally I lodged another another complaint and told them specifically to not close the complaint without taking feedback from me. But they did just that, 2 days after the complaint they had closed it again . To cut the long story short I complained many times (complaint ids being[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and they closed them without fixing my connection . To add insult to injury reliance generated my next bill without my internet working . They even topped that by refusing my waiver request (waiver request id[protected] . My connection has been working half the time(down half the time) since 20th of september and I have been lodging complaint after complaints (complaint id's[protected],[protected] but to no avail . Even after going through all this crazy stuff and paying their bill (not getting any waiver for down time), my connection is still down for the last one month. The second last complaint I made was in solving status for 32 days(complaint id[protected], and they closed in without fixing my connection !! The icing on the cake is that they haven't given me a single Rupees worth of waiver, and I have been paying bill after bill in the hope that someday it will work . My last complaint which I lodged on 9/11/2014 (complaint Id[protected] is still in solving status . And they are giving me this sorry crap again . RCOM won't just stiop lying . I just want my money back so that I can throw the reliance modem out in the trashcan .             Again, I am send third time same complaint by mail. My previous complaint SR no.[protected]. Again same issue generated. Reliance gsm deducted my huge balance and continue deducted my balance till date by different VAS charges. I am not activated any VAS services.               Its not for the first time I am charged with VAS amount of Rs 3 deducted on alternate days that too twice a day. Also without subscribing to any data services keeps on receiving message from reliance of so and as I recharge my account amount is deducted.

                    On 19.11.2014, I have received an SMS on my Mobile No. [protected] stating" Amount Charged for VAS Shotformats GSM of Rs. 90/-. When I tried to contact Reliance Customer Care Executive No. *333, an Executive namely Sanjeev Kumar attended my call and stated that this service has been activated by me. and the refund of Rs.90/- cannot be refunded. Thereafter, I again call Customer Care and again the same person (Sanjeev Kumar) attended me and told that his system is not working. Hence, he could not resolve my problem and asked me to call after sometime. Thereafter, he deactivated the service of speaking to Customer Care executive. I would like to know whether this is the solution to deactivate/withdraw the service to speaking to customer care executive from his number. I would like to know as to how a VAS service can be activated to my number without my consent. For the past few months I have been keep charging money on account of activation of VAS. I have complained many times regarding this but still Company still charging me by activating unauthorized VAS. Lastly I managed to contact 198 by using other Reliance number and provided me Complaint ID[protected] with the assurance that my problem will get resolve within 12 Hours.

                      Before 6 Days My Balance Rs.10 in number [protected] was detected wrongly. Again on[protected] Rs.10 was detected wrongly. I tried to call on 198 customer care lots of time but agent not answering my phone and hung up my call. I don't know what service charges has been detected. I have not activate any VAS service. Plz Kindly Reverse mY Balance Rs. 20 and deactivate service whatever its being on my number. Call me at [protected]

                        I was demand for pilot no. Befor 2 month but noboddy is replaid. I have 5 landlines which is [protected] / 111 / 112 / 113 / 114 and i want pilot no. For [protected]. So many time i was called our there but no one give properli ans. And just put on hold call. I lost my daily business b'coz of reliance communication.

                        I have 5 landlines which is[protected] / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 and so many times i was call to reliance but they did'n give proper answer and for long time just put on hold my call and for that i lose my daily business.

                        Kindly reply me fast because i cant afford lose of my business.

                            I am customer of Reliance of mob no.[protected] and [protected].For the past few months they activate VAS on these two no.s regularly without my concern and keep charging me money.Today also they charged.I have complained them many times regarding this and even activated DND on both of these no.s but still they keep on charging me by activating unauthorized VAS.I as a complainant prays an order to the opposite party to pay a compensation of Rs.50, 000 for fraudulently charging money and harrasment done regarding same.                               I am a business man, i were using tata docomo cdma number since 5 year . for the network reason i decide to switch reliance cdma . so that i contact to the Rashi reliance store and according to him submitted my all details, and was waiting for 7 days as usual the waiting time or the process time for mnp .. but thats not my problem, my problem is the reliance store which is not submitting my form My mobile no-[protected] 1. i have cleared my old bills 2. i have given port number 3. i have been verified by reliance store for the security check . 4. i have give 300/-rs and full documents at date-01/11/2014 5. through out i am waiting from 1/11/2014 and now date is 18/11/2014 and still i am waiting what a birillient service of reliance They (Rashi Reliance Store near samdariya mall civik center jabalpur) told me that "Sir your documents has been submitted by us ", but when i call for the enquiry of my port request they told me "No document has been submitted by you " and now i am taking many excuse from rashi reliance store, like sir we have submitted your documents now i am totally confused that what they are want from me ? i have re submit my document 2 times i am thinking that they are misusing my details for any other activity what can i do for them If any one having idea about this plz contact me on my - [protected]

                                i am using reliance mobile [protected] from last 10 years, just 1 month back i got my address changed to a new address and the same was changed, then 10 days later i got a sms that my address verification failed so my service have been discounted, the person who came for verification was told to come back after 2 hours as the document was in lock and key but the smart guy gave the report that no document was shown .after that i contacted reliance communication on[protected] at appellate authority and was assured that the service will be actived in 48 hours, after that i have been talking the to appellate authority almost daily with different person there having name sheetal, sunil, imran, sanjay soni daksah and many more and always the same reply that your service will be resumed in 24 hours-48 hours-72 hours, till date nothing have been done and have to spend daily alot of time and money in contacting the reliance people, please help me in activating my phone. they have send me the telephone bill at new address its funny.

                                what details u need, just enter my telephone number in your computer and you will come to how you guys are harassing common people, ask your appellate authority what complain number they have provide, only answer i got is your complained has been ascalated i dont know about details you want?i have not been given any complain number .

                                    Whenever I am recharging, balance is being deducted and even though I m having balance the calls are barred. When i call customer care they just give false promises that in next 4 hours the balance will be credited back, again in next 6 hours it will be credited. But balance is never credited.
