I was holding the Reliance Data Card ([protected]). I was using properly and i was paying the bill on date, from Feb 2014 onwards i was getting very very poor service, i could, t use the connection because very poor signal problem, i tried to call to the customer care more than 60 to 70 times, no response, they told we have some technical problem our technical team will solve the problem with in 48 hours like that, this kind of answer i got more than 10 times, but no use, they told to connect the data card with different mode i tried that also, but no use. I told to send technical team person, but that also no use, in the month of Feb 2012 i paid amount unnecessarily . In the month of March and April 2014 the customer care connection also problem in the company, i could not contact them, whenever i am calling due to some issue the customer care person is not available, this kind of reply i got from the company side. I planned to disconnect the connection, i visited the Reliance Show room, they told to pay the amount, i told i didn, t use i was not getting proper service like that, but they are telling you have pay the amount then only we have to close this connection like that.Then the Reliance communication company has sending bill to me.They are telling to pay Rs.2738. So kindly take the action on them.For this they have to pay penalty to me.
