Hi, I was using a Reliance data card, I lost the card, so I cancelled the connection in August-2014 and I have the request for cancellation from Reliance communications and got confirmation as well I had to make the balance payment, for which I received a demand letter from Reliance and I made the payment on October-2014, yes it was a delayed payment, but the payment charges was not correct usage It came to my notice only when I received the bill and I immediately called them to cancel. Though they cancelled the connection. They send a demand letter again, and they send me SMSs, mentioning that legal action will be taken using section 406 and 415-E of IPC. In spite of sending multiple emails and making calls, this is still not resolved. Regards, Kiran

    i have reliance broadband connection. i face a lot of problems.it does not work half of the times. i have compaint them many a times. but they are not resolving the issue permanently. my connection does not work 5-6 days in month. moreover its not workinh from last 10 days. but they charge the bill for full month. i am fed up of reliance bad service.

        Hello Sir, M register new broadband Connection from reliance sales executive on date 11.8.2014. he say Internet connection start in 3-4 day. but till not start n not refund. After 8 day not receiving my phone calls. reliance customer car always say your connection start in 48 hours.. now not any response form reliance n sales executive. i want refund or connection .. plz any help me. Reliance sales executive say.. there is no DLC permission in your area. then y collect payment n y fill up forum ? .. pls refund my 2200 Rs. payment fast. till date not any contact from Reliance Communications, , , no any satisfaction call. not any refund call..             Found this contact address from reliance website and its with great dis-appointment that i am writing this email to you. I am a resident of sector 45-d and i am using reliance broadband connection my user id:[protected] from Oct 31st my Internet connection is not Working and i have got 2 complaints registered and still no action has been taken. Last time also when the Internet stopped working it took 45 days to come back and again i am seeing the same pattern. The service level is terrible and no action is taken on any complaint either. Please can you look into this matter i have been suffering from so long now and i have no other resort but to write this email if i don't get any response i will have to move to consumer court cause its the 2nd such instance and poor service has become the hallmark of reliance now. Please fix this as i need to work from home

            Today i called in customer care again it has been 26 days now the net is still not working and you guys sent me a bill for the month in which i haven't been able to access internet for even a single minute. The customer care and the service is really poor i mean downright non existing i cant believe that i a city like chandigarh you cant fix the Internet in 24 hrs instead it has been over a month now and no response and no effort from you guys to fix it. I am really disappointed and i wont recommend reliance to anyone. I have done everything from customer care complaint to email to complaint cell to appellate authority. Nobody gives a damn all i get to hear is fake call back promises and fake resolution time of 24hrs and 3 days from you guys again and again.

            After 70 days and nearly 25 complaints in your appellate authority my complaint status is still the same every time i call in customer care they say you will get a resolution in one day just today i am talking to "Mosaif" one of the customer care agent he gave me a complaint no.[protected] and said the issue will be resolved in one day and i will get the feedback call. This same line is said to me by atleast 10 other agents you have. I want to know what's the issue that cant be solved in 70 days and also how can a complaint raised by your customer be closed without asking him that has the problem been rectified.

              Hello, I am having internet connectivity problems. I am using reliance broadband from last 6 months and every month internet is down for 5 to 6 days. The problem is on their end. This month it is disaster, my internet is down for more then 15 days. When ever I try to contact the customer care, firstly it takes me upto 20 to 25 min to connect them, as soon as the phone is picked up, it is immediately disconnected. I then call to their to local office number, they say we will only take the complaint which comes by customer care. Then why the hell local office number is given. I contacted their Sr.Manger named Patel Sir. He placed an complaint on my behalf 3 days back but no action from them. Today, I called them again, the person was rude and he said again to contact customer care. Couple of months back. I had the same problem and their engineers informed that the problem is with the modem. I asked them to replace it, they informed me that they don't have it now. It will take a month's period to replace it. At the initial stage also, they provided me used modem. As my internet was down, I myself purchased a new Modem worth 1500/- which they never paid it back to me. Every weekends, including friday's I have my online training sessions that are been missed due internet problems that has cost me a lot as I had to go to cyber cafe. As a relief, I want that they should provide me couple of months internet free and RS.3000 should be refunded back to me.

                  1. Wrong additional charges added to my bill. 2. Denying in the disconnection of my postpaid no. 3. Unnecessarly sending bill of 27-sept-2014 to 5-nov-2014 although I am not using their service from september. 4. I have requested my complaint to the customer care many times regarding the bill and disconnection of my service and 4 times i have visited to the reliance outlet and they asked me to contact customer care and they were ignoring my complaints and manipulating the things.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I was holding the Reliance Data Card ([protected]). I was using properly and i was paying the bill on date, from Feb 2014 onwards i was getting very very poor service, i could, t use the connection because very poor signal problem, i tried to call to the customer care more than 60 to 70 times, no response, they told we have some technical problem our technical team will solve the problem with in 48 hours like that, this kind of answer i got more than 10 times, but no use, they told to connect the data card with different mode i tried that also, but no use. I told to send technical team person, but that also no use, in the month of Feb 2012 i paid amount unnecessarily . In the month of March and April 2014 the customer care connection also problem in the company, i could not contact them, whenever i am calling due to some issue the customer care person is not available, this kind of reply i got from the company side. I planned to disconnect the connection, i visited the Reliance Show room, they told to pay the amount, i told i didn, t use i was not getting proper service like that, but they are telling you have pay the amount then only we have to close this connection like that.Then the Reliance communication company has sending bill to me.They are telling to pay Rs.2738. So kindly take the action on them.For this they have to pay penalty to me.

                        Sir, I have a Reliance CDMA No. ([protected]). This is very old No. and I was using it only for phone calls and SMS. Now, I have purchased an Android phone (Micromax Canvas Blaze MT500). But, internet is activated on this phone. I visited Reliance customer care at my city. They told that this SIM is old and not compatible to Android phone, it has to be upgraded. I got upgraded the SIM by paying Rs. 100/- as asked by the Reliance customer care Executive. But, Internet again not activated. Then I have requested to Customer care service thru mail for activation of Internet. The send me the procedure to start Internet and asked to send a SMS (ALL to 55100). I tried to send this SMS, but it could not be sent (error - invalid address). After it I have visited customer care office 4 times at my city (Kota, Rajasthan), but still Internet is not activated on my phone. I have subscribed an Internet pack on 15.10.2014, which is going waste. Kindly help me and arrange to activate Internet on my above No..                           Sir this is a complaint against the reliance telecommunication service provider. the complaint is related to illegal and arbitrary activation of VAS(value added service) by the reliance telecom without my consent of any sort. i have been charged main times in the month of January and then i talked to the customer care representative, and he refused my my contention that i did not give my consent for activation and told me that i had willingly activated the service. then after a long conversation i asked them to deactivate the services and to activate the DND(i.e. do not disturb) service. then after they did the same. now again they activated another value added service on my phone and was again deducted from my balance. in this regard i again tried to talked to the customer care executive but all my efforts went in vain. all i received from them is consolations with a word that i had voluntary activated the service and it was not their fault. that i have faced this problem. and it is not a problem only with me but many of my friends have faced this problem several times. so the only solution that i can sought to is to lodge a complaint to your forum against the injustice done to me. please help me in this regard as soon as possible. i am facing so much problem it some of the haresment and stress i am leaving below my contact details for further communication. i would be highly obliged if you take this matter into consideration against the injustice. shiva kumar Ph.                             I am currently using a relience sim with number [protected].I cant not believe relience can go down to such level for cheating customer.On 03 rd of this month they charged inr 192.7 for Internet usage though my net pack was active.when i contacted their representative their executive told me that amount was charged correctly.When i told her that my net pack was active she transferred the call to senior executive and they gave me a SR no SR[protected].On 5 th of this month they send me a message that my request has been processed and amount has been credited to my account.I awaited for 1 day for amount to be credited to my account but it did not come.When i called their executive 3 times they told me that amount has been credited and they asked absurd question.In my 10 year of mobile usage i can confirm that relience is having worst service.They charge for wrong reason and misbehave with you.I will wait for another 2 day and will to consumer court to show their level of cheating. My number is also regularly being charged for VAS service which i have not availed.I have called their customer care executive and they told me that they have discarded the VAS service.But today also they charge inr. My request to all please do not use relience sim.It is charging wrongly to customer.

                            I agree with you the same thing is happening to me..I'am using reliance for the first time and my experience with them is the worst.
                            Earlier i used Vodafone and for the last 7 yrs i didn't face any problem.. They not only deduct amount for net usage within validity period for no reason, moreover they do not connect it to customer care. I am trying to connect the customer care...after saying that customer care representative will help they are disconnecting the line..I'm using [protected]. On 9 Nov. They have cut the amount for net usage though my validity is till Nov 21st ...i contacted customer care they said they'll refund the amount after 6 hrs (Sr. no.[protected], then only i can use the data.after 6 hrs they have returned the money..After that i used the data...on the same day only they have deducted 50/- again for data usage.I tried to call them till 1am at night..they kept my call on hold..then disconnected it.Next day i used another number to chase them...they lodged a complaint SR no.[protected].but it's unanswered till now..From the last 2 days i am unable to use data...Who'll take the responsibility of all these...
                            I want to if customer is having problem, can't they call twice or thrice in a day.why they are not connecting it to customer care?
                            My no. is [protected] I also want to know, will it be repeated with me all the time..deduction of balance for net usage within validity period...If it is then i'll give it a second thought whether to continue with reliance or not...

                              Dear sir, I have been using my number [protected] for 11-12 years at Ranchi. Recently about 15 days back my prepaid was changed to post paid.suddenly Outgoing facility barred from my mobile on 05.11.2014 without any reason. Same day I went to webworld, PP Compound Ranchi and asked about the problem. They told me it was due to slight delay in document submission by them and assured me that the facility will start by evening. but IT HAS NOT BEEN STARTED YET, despite many a telephonic reminders by me and their reassurances. I’m extremely disappointed, I am a Doctor and making phone calls are very important to me...and my phone is barred for none of my fault. it is already five days for a simple task of "removing outgoing barring" and further how long it will take ..only you people can tell me.                                 Hello, This is Harsh Deodhar. I have been using Reliance since 7 years now. I have been a pre-paid as well as a post paid customer. I have posted this same mail on 6th Nov'14- it has been 3 days i havent received a single communication from any of the sales rep addressing my complaint. Im writing this letter to register a complaint with the service provided. 31st Oct’14 I lost my mobile, 3rd Nov’14 I went to the reliance head office in Nasik. Just as told I did submit all the necessary documents and a sim-card was handed over to me. The sales person assured me the old number in a new simacrd would be activated on 4th Nov’14 around 12.30 pm. Today is the 6th Nov’14 neither have I got a call from Reliance nor a 100% assurance that the number would start today. I wonder what kind of professionalism is been followed at your end? Does it really take more than 3 days to start an existing number?? This is outrageous, not even a call back confirming why the service is taking longer? Are we as a ‘Valued Customer’ supposed to keep calling and asking for updates? I’m extremely disappointed and am seriously planning to discontinue my service to the earliest.                                   I have changed my wife Reliance GSM Prepaid to Reliance GSM Postpaid last month as one from reliance communications called me up and told me the plan for 299 with unlimited RtoR free, 1gb 3g data, 400 other mobiles, 200 sms free options. He came to our home and collected 300 rs, id proofs and given new sim for 100 rs. He has activated into postpaid not in new sim but old sim only and the plan options he told is not at all applicable for me (only RtoR applied) to my plan. For this i have lodged a complaint at R-Care on Oct 19 but till now i have not got any solution for this. Calling to R-Care they r telling that it will be solved within 24-48 from the last two weeks when i told them to connect to higher authority they simply disconnecting the call. I want them to either give the same options provided while taking documents or i will revert back to Prepaid. I have also received last month bill to my mail id. The number for which i have raised complaint is [protected].

                                    giving irrelevant answers to my question . once they said I hv called a number for 99min which was a lie n then again one of them said I net pack was over ...don't no whom to complain about this people...Fed up same issue for the 5th time. no. is [protected]..

                                      I had been summit my documents to retailer and the retailer summit to care centre then I received a message that my number is in process to port at 31st but my number did not port ..when I go to care centre to report this problem then I get a new answer that number will be port in 12 days not in seven days ..
                                      Take a serious action on them .

                                        I had done data recharge of 95 Rs On 8th november but my net are not working and I got a message of successful recharge but ur services could not be processed ..what d hell if that service cant be processed thn refnd my money.. I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise start my services
