Dear sir I want to inform you that my mobile number [protected] is working in roming circle bihar since 21 oct 2014 to till now and in this peroid my total deducted ammount will approx 30 Rs as day by day 10-10, 5, 2, 1-1etc.. and rec. Mess. On my no.asVAS service...but these services is not taken by me... And this type of problem is always occur in my no. So I last time request to you all deducted money is refund and close this illegal deduction. .. Thanks and regards NEERAJ KUMAR MOB NO: [protected]

    I have received the following mail on 3rd Nov, 2014 from Advocate Amit Kulkarni regarding bill payment of Reliance Broadband services. I have closed this connection 2.5 years back. Following were the problems which I faced while closing connection: 1. My connection was closed 2 weeks, later when persistently I followed and took the personal number of the person who closes broad connection for Pimple Saudagar area. 2. Due to this extended period they generated next month bill also for me, on getting calls from customer care official I told them it was mistake on there side and there have no usage so why should I pay additional amount of 1500? 3. After, repeated mails asking for money, they stopped coming. Suddenly this particular mail came to me, ADV AMIT KULKARNI (B.S.L.LL.B) WITHOUT PREJUDICE Ref No:-180+ /BC 19 /PUN/1024/NOV 2014 Name :-MR NISHANT SIRARI Address: –FL NO-103 BLDG-H VASANT AVENUE PIMPLE SAUDAGAR Subject:- Demand Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues Account ID – [protected] E-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com Dear Sir/Madam, M/s. Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Circle Office at 7th floor, Kumar cerebrum, Next to Iadlabs Multiplex kalyani nagar, Pune 411001 serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2. A connection was allotted and sanctioned to you on your request on a duly executed Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("Agreement" hereinafter). The aforesaid connection and account ID was allotted to you. You availed best of the service/s provided by Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited after activation of the said connection. 3. As per the terms of the Agreement, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised by Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited upon you in respect of the availed services.     I too have received such a mail and the mail has scanned copies of seals from the district court of Pune. I checked and found that Adv Amit Kulkarni is not related to this notice in any manner and Mr. Vinayak is not traceable.

    Moreover the link given by Reliance Communication as a response to the earlier post is SPAM.

        I'm Nimpha.I complained about balance deduction for using no service and unwanted messages a while ago. No actions has taken yet irrespective of the initial comment to my complaint and giving me a Facebook link.Besides my unresolved problem about the previous problem now Im getting unwanted messages like the below one.. "You have requested for TechContestSubs pack for 30 days at Rs:30.00.To confirm activation reply 'yes' to this msg(tollfree)."phone numbers being :[protected], 58888(from which the messages are being sent) The trust common people have towards the company may not have built by one day but fraudulent schemes can put it into ashes.So I really hope that my complaint will considered as soon as possible. complaint id being:954096 contact number:[protected] mail id:[protected]@gmail.com

                  Since I am unable to get a helpful response from your Springfield representative, I am turning to you as a last resort Several weeks ago I received your invitation to join ur reliance family I got my new mobile number [protected] from the Guy ravi ([protected]) from mobility word Nehru Place. which i really appreciate and i was enjoying ur service after paying my first bill amount 116. u suddenly stopped my service put my number on barred. even i submitted my document twice. When I ask his senior contact number i tried a lot but he did not pick my number ( RAVINDER [protected] ) I have confronted them on several occasions, but my requests have been ignored. unfortunately Today he picked my Number (6:30 PM) even he didn't recognized his name Said " yaha koi ravinder nahi hai sorry wrong number bhai " I really impress by the ur area manager Ravinder singh and this is the way u treating ur customer.Since I am unable to get a helpful response from your Springfield repersentive, I am turning to you as a last resort. I own a reliance no [protected] which is my biggest mistake in life . I'm really harassed by ur service.                     HI, My Mobile number Is [protected] registered with name of Manoj Yadav My main balance on 1st nov was 9474rs. i activated 74rs internet plan for 1gb pack so now balance remaining balance was 9400rs.Around 4pm i was using internet, when i shut net and checked my remaining net balance it was 1.64 mb and when checked my main balance, to my surprise it was 8111 so a deduction of 1299rs was made from my main balance even when net pack was active on My sim. For that i forwarded complain to your customer care where i talked with ketan Who Claim designation as supervisor, he told me that yes wrongly deduction Is done 2 times for more than 600, ur balance will be refunded after 48 hours, my complain no Is[protected] After 48 hours still no refund, than i again called back in care and, talked with ur supervisor aman, he told me that your complain Is still under processing.u should wait.i did same. After 72 hours i Got message that your complain Is closed.after that got a message that 18rs Is added to your main balance so only a addition of 18rs done where as deduction was made for 1299 than i again called in care today, they told me that 1270 was deducted correctly for internet Bt not able to convey on what basis because i still have that same internet pack activated with 1.64mb left so how Is it a correct deduction.now he is also saying that he cant check details as they have data for 3 days only bt its no my fault, i did file complain on same day and still waiting from 4 days i think i did a mistake choosing reliance because nobody is listening to me, nobody making me to talk with manage on floor.neither able to callback to care from my number, already filed complain 10 times that nblock me bt no resolution till now.did all above conversation with others number. I am really upset with your service, pls find me a solution and refund my money asap... proof for still remaing net balance as of today is attached below.i hv nt recharged till now after that incidence.i also have recorded call conversation for all your executive where ketan is one who really talked rudely, none mae me talk with manager. pls luk into matter asap otherwise need to luk for other options

                      I had recharged Internet for 3 months Rs.1499/- for 18 GB Sept end 2014. On Novemeber 2nd my net stopped working.when i called first they have replied saying your data is over. but i have not used 18 gb in a months time. after repeated calls there has been no response from their side. i have also asked for the readings for data usage. but they are not sending that also. i have paid in advance and they have some technical glitch from their side. they are not revealing it. they have easily washed off thier hands saying your data is over. but i have not used 18 GB in a month. please update me on the same issue.

                          Dear Reliance In our area we facing a lot of problem as your network strength is low and we are not able to access Internet for last 10 days. I have complained in your customer care but their is no response from them. As Internet is very much required in day to day life these days, its very frustrating service from Reliance.                             Dear Sir, I am Sibdas Dey. I had done a special recharge of 596 on my Reliance GSM number[protected] from paytm.com on 7th October, 14. Before doing the recharge I had checked both the sites i.e., rcom.co.in and paytm.com about the offer of 596. Both of them mentioned the same offer, i.e., Unlimited Local Onnet calling + 15 hours of Local Offnet & STD calling free; post 15 hours; all [protected]@40p/min for 90days. But after successfully completion of recharge, I got only 0.01 rupee. I have mailed both of them, i.e., Reliance and Paytm many times, they told me that they will resolve the matter but my question is how long will it need to resolve that issue. Till now I did not get any solution and also they are not responding my mail now. After my complain both the sites removes the offer of 596 from their portal, but till now I did not get my money back. Right now the offer is not available in any of the mentioned sites. I had taken screen shot of both the site which will show you the offer details. I have attached the screen shots of offer and also order number of paytm.com.                               Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased the Reliance Pro 3 Data Card on last month. And I have activated the connection. But, I am not able to open any sites even google.com site. It is NOT working. I raised the complaint against this issue to the customer care. They said, They will solve this issue with in 3 Days. But, still they did not solve the problem. Continuously, I called customer care. Also, I have contacted the data card agent(whom i purchased the data card). NO USE. I paid the money for device on last month. This month, I got the bill for October, 2014 month. But, I didn't used the card. Do I need to pay this bill WITHOUT using the data card? Please suggest me. Regards Sankar M

                                R/S, I Yogeshwar Sharma, with mobile no. [protected] using Reliance Telecom services for last seven years. For last one month, services to my number have been discontinued. In-spite of surrendering the required documents providing my identity and address, services have not been restored yet. Each time I visit Reliance gallery, the representatives give mere assurances to start the services in a day or two. Even complaining to appellate authority(Req. ID.[protected] is not solving the problem. Nobody picks call at appellate secretariat no. [protected] if one wishes to know the status of the complaint.                                   I have 3g internet pack activated on my cell phone no [protected] but the internet does not seem to be working. I am unable to browse any site. It was working fine a few days back but recently it has stoppped working. I contacted the customer care twice and each time they asked me if they could put my call on hold and then they disconnected the call. I request that my problem be resolved as quickly as possible.

                                    Dear Ms Durga, The left over faith and trust on RELIANCE is going on drains. STOP PLAYING THIS PRANKS. Total someone called from Delhi Consumer Court with FILE No 406, Khushi Mishra @ [protected] and asked to speak to ADVOCATE JASWANT @ +91-[protected]. While I called Jaswant he said the payment is not posted and the balance is still showing pending. He harassed me for 15 min and I wish to go for LEGAL CASE AGAINST RELIANCE FOR HARASSING US POST SETTLING THE AMOUNT. What is the significance of the below mail ? If you don’t want me to proceed you talk to both and update the same to me before EOD.

                                      No network coverage and fail to access internet in my area. Location detail- village - uttarnawan, block- rahui, district nalanda, bihar - 803119. Most of time I see the tower off. And i have to go on roof for tower to search. There is no internet access even after tower is catches.

                                        Dear Reliance, We have problem with our broadband and Internet connection. Despite of calling customer care service we have not got any positive response on our complaint. Our two broadband connections are having problem :[protected],[protected] also our Internet connection gets disconnected in between, which affects our work. Also following are the complainant Nos. Complain No: Land line(Account No:[protected]:[protected] Date: 18/07/2014 Reliance Internet(Account No:[protected]:[protected] Date: 21/07/2014 We have several times registered our complain but still we have not got assistance from Reliance. Request you to take this issue on priority. Awaiting for your positive response.
