I have used Reliance Broadband service[protected] when i was located in Vishranthwadi, Pune Maharashtra. I used the service till June 2011. From June 2011 the service was stopped abruptly in our society. I have raised a complaint for service termination in June itself. Initially reliance customer care team member called me and assured the service will be reinstated. After that I got a call from local team saying it is a temporary issue due to rent negotiation between Society and Local Reliance broadband team, once it is fixed service will continue. He also said I don’t have to pay till the service is restored as an additional benefit for service issue. It was my mistake not to take this in written. He also advised me to confirm the service is reinstated and please don’t tell the customer care executive about the discussion happened between us. As per his advice I have withdrawn the termination request. Later on the service was completely down and I was not able to use the internet. Since the connection was not working I again placed the termination request in August, That time Reliance care executive and Local team has confirmed the service will not be provided due to failed rent negotiations and processed the termination request. After that I received a bill and I ignored to pay as there was no service from June. Now I have got a Legal Notice from Reliance saying if I don’t pay the bill in seven (6) days they will do some legal proceedings on me. I really don’t understand what these guys doing. Currently I am out of that location and don’t understand this cheating. First of all the service was not there and asking for bill payment. As per local team I was not suppose to pay anything till the service restoration. Reliance service is too bad and I will never ever use it nor recommends this service to them. Now I am stuck on what to do next. In Legal notice they have provided details of bill collection center along with phone no. M/s Pratik Associate, Mr Vinayak –[protected]. When I called in this no it says no is switched off. There is no address to contact and how am I suppose to proceed.

I have paid all bill on correct time during the usage of Reliance broadband service.

One correction in above details. Service was not available from June 2013 and not June 2011. It was a typo from my side and noticed it later.
First termination request was given on 24th June 2013.

No one contacted me for the discussion or issue resolution. Another example for worst support.

    I bought a new sim (Reliance) today, and asked for 3g settings from customer care, they provided me the settings and data services got enabled (2g) and I asked for 3g data, and the customer care people told me recharge for any 3g Data plan to access 3g and i did the same 225/rs and still I haven't got the 3g data connection, finally they told me that in my place there is no 3g coverage in my office area and also near my residency, i politely asked them, please tell me "where you got 3g coverage area in chennai?, And I will go to that place to use that 1 GB balance", I don't know what to do now and complaint, only thing i have to do now is to throw the Reliance Sim card in my dustbin. My humble request to 3g users, don't go for reliance 3g, or else you will suffer like me Thanks & regards Saravanan M. 91-[protected]

      I have been using Reliance broadband connection provided by some guy named Shahid few months back it stopped working I wanted to pay My bill but reliance web world oshiwara suddenly shut down so I called l This guy Shahid who provided me broadband services, he promised he'll take care of everything but later I kept on calling him he didn't pick up the calls I messaged but no replies, I tried reliance communication customer service they also gave false promises and they are always busy I've stayed on call listening to their disgusting monotonous music for 45 minutes. I started searching for some other service providers so this guy Jaiswal with his worker Sunil Yadav from reliance said he'll waver off my previous bills and provide a new Internet connection in 2 days but it has been 4 weeks now and they barely pick up the calls and when they do they give false promises. I have all the recorded proof as all the conversations and false promises I recorded. It's not justified that a company which is supposedly the biggest company of India is such a low grade service provider. I've every proof against them.

        my name is sivanageswararao.dasari, my modem no:[protected], on 25th october i have paid 1000 RS of 1729 and have changed dataplan which is 40GB free foe 999 RS but reliance communication did nt change dataplan to 999 rs they changed to 10gb for 799 yesterday i rushed to reliance communication and asked then they put this 999 plan in reliance but they said that the plan was not avialable pls look into matter and take neccesary action

          I am the subscriber of Reliance from more than 5 years. Reliance announced special discount in bills in flood areas of Kashmir. But I have not seen any type of discount in my bill as we received huge amount of flood... It is Just show off and nothing else... Only BSNL company didn't receive any type of amount for the month of September (Floods)... But Reliance company is a fraud company and nothing else.. They are deceiving the customers from beginning ... But it is ridiculous that the higher authorities of Reliance Telecommunication are announcing fake news ..             My Balance was deducted when i was in roaming and i had net scheme and the too they deducted Rs145 from my balance without any reason and costumer care is not picking up the call. I went to the mini store they too told that they cant help, they said i have to complain through costumer care only.

              Hello SirMadam, I had an issue today about a recharge which was done today morning, after which was using the Internet for 6hrs after usage, I called up the customer care, info about the issue, only response I received was call after 24hrs. I feel insulted as the service which was promised was denied and both the customer service and the supversior had slated me on my face. Even to the extent the person who i spoke felt to be the same person as the voice and behaviour was same. Felt a manipulation was done, and no customer service provided even when i mentioned the recharge was done today 6hr before by 01:07 am. I even mentioned the recharge was made from the r.com site and have a a receipt for the same. I was denied my rights and forced to sub missing to the way of work. I felt me being stripped put of my rights. My reliance data net-connect plus no is [protected]. Please look into the same. Thanks. Ronald Kambli.

                No resolution till date . Day before yesterday I lodged again complain but no progress ... today I called again but Cust care 198 person says server is not working call later on. Consumer forum people says u have to lodge complain three times even if not resolved then we are welcome... will definitely go for it ...
                On 21/04/15 my balance deducted by Rs 53. Cust Care persons not taking complain . They says issue is escalated it will be resolved soon . No time limit. Reliance GSM is not working good Wil have to think for Portability...

                    Hello, On 29th Oct balance from my reliance GSM card (number- [protected])was deducted by 57RS. I got a message that MBBP57_3G pack is activated on my number. I had never requested for such service so i contacted reliance customer care regarding this. They told me that you have activated RS 57 3G pack on your number which gives you Rs47 talk time and 50MB data usage. but after checking data balances and talk time in my account they also told me that i have not received the benefits of this pack to my account due to some "Technical Problem". They register a complaint against this (complaint number :[protected] after 3 days i got a replay that required benifits cannot be given as no such recharge is done by me. Till data nither they have given me RS57 which got deducted nor the data and talk time benifits. They only deducted RS 57 from my balance. Also i tried to contact reliance customer care regarding this but they did not provide me any surety that i will get the required benefits which i deserved after my balance deduction.They just told me that they cannot refund my balance back.

                      My Reliance Broadband subscriber id is[protected] & CAN is :[protected]. My Internet connection is not working from 30th October 2014 afternoon onwards. i called to toll free number and booked compliant number is[protected], without solving it was closed. Then i raised complaint on 31st through CNM Portal compliant number is CNM[protected]. This also closed without solving. Then i called to customer care and asked trouble tickets were closed without solving & what was mentioned in closed ticket. Customer care executive(sukanya & surya) told me that due to cable cut and server portal migration network issue is there it is rectified.if there is network outage it should be informed to customer it was not done and even after raising complaint's without getting confirmation from the customer tickets were closed. i asked customer care executies who has closed the tickets, but they are not able know how check who has closed or updated the tickets. It is very bad treating customers in this way.

                      My internet connection is not working from 29th October 2014 onwards and problem was not rectified till now(6th November 2014). Please find the tickets raised & closed without solving the issue.

                        Hello Sir/Ma'am I made a request to terminate my connection in July 2013, yet after so many calls to the customer care, my connection was not terminated and I was billed for August 2013. My Service User ID was[protected] and Billing Account Number was [protected]. On 18th Oct 2014, I received an email from Adv. Amit Kulkarni (reliance.[protected]@pratikgroup.co.in) stating to submit the due payment within 7 days of Rs.873/- to which I replied on 20th Oct 2014 the following: "I’m sorry that you had to send this email for the recovery of the due charges. I was unaware that there were any pending charges, as I had given my application to Reliance Broadband Office for the termination of my Internet Services but somehow they charged me for one full month even after my several continuous requests for termination. Now since the payment is due, I’m ready to pay the pending charges, but currently I’m not in Pune, due to Diwali Festival and returning only in 1st or 2nd Week of November, 2014. Please guide me through a proper channel / procedure as to how I can make the requested payment within your given time period, so that I can fulfil the obligation. Will paying at any Reliance Store at my hometown work? I will provide them with my Account ID and the pending payment of Rs. 873/- or Is there a way where I can make the payment online? Please let me know. Hoping to hear from you soon." But sadly I did not hear back from them, and I'm ready to pay the unauthorized charges so that my account can be finally closed without any surcharges. I tried paying online at http://www.rcom.co.in/ as I usually did when my connection was working, but now it shows "Please enter a valid Subscriber Number." Please guide me as to how I can make the payment and complete the obligation. Thank You Puneet

                          I had two Netconnect + dongle and I was using 5GB Unlimited Postpaid Plan for both of them. Few months back the rates for the same plan came down but no changes were made while billing, I was charged the old rates which were very high according to the old Postpaid plans for the same service provided by Reliance .Reliance customer Care is also not taking any responsibility in this matter to refund me the money I paid extra .

                            I had applied for a new connection in DEC 2013 and paid money as well but till now I haven't received my connection nor my money!!!                               Hi, I am located in Lokhandwala Market, Andheri. My net stopped working on 18th August 2014. I was told that the issue should be resolved in 3 days. After following up with their call center for a month (average call center wait time is around 45) minutes, I finally decided to go to their office. Turns out that Reliance closed shop in my area due to problems with BMC without any prior notice. I opened a refund request, as I've paid my bill for 3 months and got no service. They said they'll call back in 3 days. No call back yet. I have wasted so much time dealing with these guys at Reliance that I was compelled to put this on the Internet.                                 Since 6 to 7 months i am not using the netconnect.. I have informed many reliance associates to disconnect.. But of no use.. Its a waste of time to call customer service as it will always go on waiting.. Its better to keep more people in customer service than billing department as they call a lot but listen nothing.. I was keep paying the bill till july though i am not using it.. As they were not listening to my nw disconnection i have dropped them the email still no response.. Keep sending the e bill.. nearby btm reliance comunictn office is also always be closed.. I have informed this as well.. Finally i stopped receiving the bill sms to my cell and i was hapy that they have disconnected the connection.. But i am shocked to see my inbox today.. Reliance still sending the ebill silently.. Please ask them to discnnect and stop generating the e bill..

                                    I got unwanted deduction from relaince from last month they are charging 3rp. Per time without permission. I called them you are charging me with out any service so they refund it that...time bt yesterday i have seen that they deduct total 21 rup. This is not at all acceptabale. I call them they are saying you got msg from company thats why it deducted from your account. But I checked it same deduction as previous they done... Now they are saying they will not refund it ... So what can I do..?

[protected] bsnl se relince company me port karwaya ye sim 1 month to theak chali per uske baad ye relince company wale bar bar mere balance kaat lete hai ab tak 150/- rs kaat chuke hai plg in relince company ke khilaf koi shakt karwahi kare

                                        Dear Concern Last week i bought reliance broadband connection and my customer id is :[protected] and the registered mobile is [protected] in the name of sharmila malyan i have registered the complaint twice in last week but non of your executive responded to my complaint they provide me the contact details of their technical executive ( mr shushil) and the team leader ( Mr Zafar ) those guys don't know how to behave with the customer they were so rude and Mr zafar quoted me that YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT RELIANCE IS A THIEF COMPANY SO WHY DID YOU BOUGHT THE CONNECTION IN THE 1ST PLACE till date my complaint is not been resolved so i want you to look into this matter or els I want to withdrawal my connection n want my money back as you guys don't know how to behave in a proffesional way hope you will give me a positive response from your end.
